  • In this study, we fill a person's shoes human knowledge use a computer fast and simple repetition in architecture design. this study are launched from a assumption that a optimized arrangement spaces are able to measure and gauge. but automatic space arrangement program is first step, we have a value that propose a differential cell space and valuation space and process of optimized space arrangement. the merits of this design process are as follows; 1. this program has a advantage high the building-to-land ratio land and business area in space design. 2.this program can design a economy building and calculate rent benefit and calculate cost of construction. 3. this program can adapt for digital GIS. this program can down cost in labor productivity. 5. a layman can design high level. the weak point of this design process are as follows; 1. the design product is simple box shape. 2. this program has a weak in large area and complicated land shape 3. complex use space design are difficult in this program.

Simulation of Urban Expansion Causing Farmland Loss and Sprawl Phenomena with Cellular Automata Technology

  • A spatial simulation model for rural and urban sprawl phenomena was developed with GIS and cellular automata techniques. The model finds out built-up areas invading toward rural areas required for development of existing urban area. Probability of land use change for optimizing the development area was determined using a land suitability analysis method interfaced with GIS methods, based on several criteria in terms of geographic and accessibility factors such as slope of land and distance from city center. Weighting values of the criteria were quantified by an analytic hierarchy process method. For model applicability test, the parameters of criteria were calibrated based on the changes in time series land use data of the test city for 1986, 1996, and 2000, which were classified by remote sensing techniques. Simulated and observed areas in land use maps for city shape of 1996 showed good similarities with each other through a morphology verification method. The model enabled us to evaluate the spatial expansion phenomena of cities considering boundary conditions, and also to simulate land use planning for rural areas in urban fringe.

소형디젤기관 내 충돌부의 기구학적 조건에 대한 분무특성의 수치적 해석 (Numerical Analysis of Geometric Effects on Spray Characteristics in Small Direct-injection Diesel Engines)

  • Many researches have been investigating small direct-injection diesel engines using the spray impacting on walls. Those systems have one or more raised pips to break-up the fuel and spread it widely toward a desired direction in a combustion chamber. In this study, the sizes and heights of the pips are determined by using a computational fluid dynamics code employing non-orthogonal grid systems. In order to find out the suitable pip-shape to a small chamber, the spray behaviors, occupied spary volumes and averaged droplets sizes are calculated with the variation of shape of the pip, such as, size and heights and inclined degree. The desired shape of the impinging land is proposed for the design of combustion system in small diesel engines.

행정중심복합도시 재해경감대책을 위한 토지피복분류 (Land Cover Classification of Multi-functional Administrative City for Hazard Mitigation Precaution)

  • 본 연구에서는 정부차원에서 충남 연기군 일대에 추진되고 있는 행정중심복합도시 대상지역($132\;km^2$)에 대하여 재해대책을 위한 토지피복 분류 및 식생활력도(NDVI) 평가를 시도하였다. 활용한 영상은 아리랑 2호, LANDSAT, Aster 영상이며 해상도에 따른 분류의 한계를 비교, 평가하였다. 대상지역은 주로 산지와 논과 밭 등의 경작지이므로 특히 논과 밭의 분류에 주의를 기울였다. 아리랑2호 영상의 분류에 있어서는 고해상영상 분류를 위한 세그먼테이션 기법을 적용하였다. 분류의 정확도를 평가하기 위해 표본적으로 현장조사를 실시하여 검사하였으며 국가 토지이용도 및 토지대장의 지목과 비교하였다. 얻어진 결과는 shape file의 형태로 주제도를 완성하였으며 이는 행정중심복합도시의 미래지향적 개발계획을 위한 정책결정에 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

랜드/그루부 기록형 상변화 광디스크 박막에 대한 열전달 해석 (Heat Transfer Analysis on Phase Change Optical Disc with Land/Groove Recording)

  • This study deals with the heat transfer analysis on phase change optical disc with land/groove recording by means of numerical method. Finite difference time domain(FDTD) method was used to obtain the amount of absorption of light propagating inside disc and finite difference element(FEM) method was used to calculate the temperature distribution. The calculated results present the detailed information of recording characteristics on the phase change optical disc. The temperature profiles are quite different between the land track and the groove track. The recorded mark shape on land track is smaller and more elliptic than that on groove track. It is shown that the thermal problem to the neighboring track takes place due to secondary peaks. It is found that the different write strategy should be applied to land and groove recording, respectively.

토지 보상비 결정 요인 분석 - 건설CALS 데이터 중심으로 (Analysis on the Determinants of Land Compensation Cost: The Use of the Construction CALS Data)

  • 본 연구는 건설 전주기 (기획, 설계, 시공, 관리) 과정에서 생성되는 건설 CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-Cycle Support) 시스템 내의 데이터 셋 (443개)을 활용하여 토지보상비에 영향을 주는 주요 결정 요인을 분석한다. 해당 분석을 위해 기존 토지 비용 관련 연구에서 활용된 주요 변수를 활용하였다. 이를 기반으로 8개 (토지면적, 개별 공시지가, 감정평가액, 지목, 용도지역 1, 지형 고저, 지형 형상, 도로 접면)의 주요 변수를 활용하였다. 더불어, 해당 변수는 기계학습 알고리즘 기반의 Xgboost 알고리즘을 통해 변수별 중요도 평가를 진행하였고, 해당 변수 중, 개별공시지가가 가장 중요도가 높은 변수로 확인하였다. 토지보상비 결정 요인에 대한 분석 및 검증을 위해 선형다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 검증을 위해 구성되는 변수로 종속변수는 개별공시지가 변수를 활용하였고, 독립변수는 연속형 변수 1개 (면적), 범주형 변수는 5개 (지목, 용도지역1, 지형고저, 지형형상, 도로접면)를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 모델에 대한 검증결과, 지목, 용도지역 1, 도로접면에 대한 독립 변수가 유의미한 것으로 확인하였다.

산지전용타당성조사제도에서 산림파편화지수의 고려방안 연구 (Feasibility of Forest Land Conversion to Other Use by Considering Forest Fragmentation)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze impacts of the forest fragmentation caused by development project. Furthermore, to investigate the applicability of landscape indicator when 'Feasibility of forest land conversion to other use' is conducted. The study site was consisted of golf course development and road construction. It is to compare before and after impacts of areal and linear development. As for the methods, selecting landscape indices, clustered into 3 Categories have been utilized. Category I was concerned with 'size of forest patches', II as 'shape of forest patches', and III as 'Core Area' These were calculated by FRAGSTATS, the program for analyzing fragmentation. The results showed that linear development caused more fragmented than areal development projects. Also, patch size, patch shape and core area are related to impacts of development, while Patch size decreased, patch shape and core area increased after development. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize the impacts of forest by considering fragmentation when development project is planned.

  • The velocity distrubution at the exit of extrusion die depends on the width of bearing land very much. When uniform bearing land without flow guide is used, the material which is extended through the same die does not, deflect to the constant direction, but when the flow guide is equipped and then the volume compensation is done accurately, the material deflects to one constant direction. Therfore, the part of problem can be known exactly, and extrusion products of straight shape can be produced by the corrected bearing land width.

오산천 유역의 불투수면 비율 변화에 따른 경관구조 분석 (A Study on a Landscape Structure as a Change of Impervious Cover Rate in the Osan-cheon Watershed)

  • An impervious cover is one of most important factors which effect on a water body environment in a watershed. There are many researches on the impact of an impervious cover on water quality, quantity and ecosystem and most of these researches have been focused on an impervious rate or area in a watershed without considering structure features as like shape, edge, connection of impervious cover. In this study, we focused on a landscape structure which includes shape, density, contiguity, distance, aggregation of land cover type as well as area and rate. The calculation of a landscape indices made to analyse a landscape structure is conducted by applying Fragastats 3.3 program. Osan-cheon watershed where has rapidly urbanized is selected as a study field. Land information for 2002 and 2007 is from land classification maps provided by Ministry of Environment. The result shows that the increasing rate of an impervious cover is more conspicious in Kiheung dam watershed but the fragment of impervious cover areas is shown remarkably in the Osan sub-watershed. The trend of aggregation and connection of impervious covers is increasing. But it was very difficult to say that which type of landscape structure is more beneficial for a watershed management. The implication of this study is to find the need to come over the conventional ways to evaluate landscape structure of a watershed such as rates and areas of impervious cover, and define the importance of landscape feature as like connection, distance, edge density, fragment of impervious covers.

공간성, 호소유형 및 형태복잡도 지수를 이용한 토지이용과 호소수질의 관계 연구 (Investigation on the Relationship between Land Use and Water Quality with Spatial Dimension, Reservoir Type and Shape Complexity)

  • Land use types within a watershed closely are related with the water quality characteristics of receiving water bodies. Despite of a numerous studies suggesting a strong relationship between water quality and land use, there have been increasing concerns about the geographical variation and a lack of spatial integration in that relationship, which are essential to implementing these findings into land use planning and management. In the meantime, edges mediate the material flux between adjacent systems. This mediating effect of edges is strongly related to the complexity of their shapes. Land use activities within a watershed have a direct impact on the water quality of adjacent aquatic systems, and hydrological processes carry residuals from watershed into adjacent aquatic ecosystems through the edges. Therefore, the geometry of reservoirs theoretically affects the relationship between land uses in the watershed and the quality of receiving bodies of water. In this light, this study integrates the geo-spatial dimensions of land uses in the watershed using GIS and landscape indices in order to explore the relationship between land uses and water quality. Water quality characteristics, land uses and geometry of 133 randomly sampled reservoirs were correlated, based on buffer zones and types of reservoirs. The findings showed that land uses, particularly urban land uses, significantly affect water quality characteristics including BOD, COD, TN and TP, and geometry of reservoirs reduces the concentration of pollutant and nutrients in reservoirs. One of results indicates that the relationship between land use and water quality and effects of spatial dimension may vary with types of reservoirs and pollutants. These results suggest that lakeshore areas are important, particularly for TN reduction and call for a caution to land use activities nearby shoreline areas for sustaining better water quality.
