This article examines the relationship of career indecision, job search behavior, and employment among college seniors based on sub-scales of career indecision (lack of career information, lack of self-clarity, decisiveness, lack of necessity recognition, external Barrier). This study explored the effect of career indecision, job search behavior, and employment successes(number of application, number of interview, number of job offer) in longitudinal method. In result, career indecision had negative effect on job search behavior. In other words, the higher career indecision level is, the less job search behavior is performed. Especially, career indecision is connected with preparatory job search behavior and informal job search behavior. Another finding is that job search behavior in time 1 (first semester of college senior) had a strong effect on all of employment success variables in time 2(second semester of college senior). Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this research were discussed. Based on the limitation of this study, several directions for future research were also suggested.

This study examines factors to influence consumers’reliability, and satisfactions for consumer anti-site, and willingness to visit that site again among consumers utilizing anti-sites. According to the results of this study, first, male, consumers utilizing electronic commerce were more likely to visit anti-site. Consumers were more likely to write their own message and reply other consumers’message in anti-site when they have purpose to complain about their dissatisfaction regarding the process of purchase behavior. Second, consumer's satisfaction is higher in cases of consumers having higher recognition of necessity of anti-site, visiting not required to affiliate the members of anti-site, and being reliable sites. Third, consumers were more likely to use anti-site again when they had higher recognition in the necessity of anti-site and were more satisfied. Finally, in order to facilitate the utilization of anti-sites, those solutions include systematic classification and management of writings listed in the site, active management of the site managers, solutions for criticisms on the writings listed and lack of objectivity of information provided, and active searches for solutions rather than listing of writings on discontents and resistance.
This study was carried out to investigate the nutritional education status and the recognition of the importance of elementary school dietitians (N=183) in the Gyeongnam area. The results are summarized as follows. All subjects took part in nutritional education program, but the educational methods were passive, as in the case of “home correspondence”(80.8%) and “bulletin board poster”(16.4%), and the education frequency was very low as in “one time/month”(90.2%). The subjects thought “as an independent subject”(41.5%) and “as a related subjects”(35.1%) were suitable teaching venues for the nutritional education. They were very low in individual counseling (4.5%) for school children because of “lack of opportunity”(42.2%) and “heavy work load”(24.1%). However, most of the subjects wished that nutritional counseling could offered in the future (95.5%). The parents' experience of nutritional education was also low (34.3%). Information sources for nutritional education were mainly the “internet”(53.1%) and “re-educational materials” (25.0%). The available instructional materials included “printed materials”(96.7%), “exhibition bulletin materials” (70.3%) and “electronic materials”(46.4%). The preferred education materials were “exhibitionㆍbulletin materials”(32.2%), “printed materials”(29.2%), and “electronic materials”(27.7%). However, materials they wished to purchase were “electronic materials”(54.5%) and “cubic materials”(26.0%). These results show a difference between the preferred materials and the possessed materials. Most school dietitians (98.4%) recognized the necessity of nutritional education with respect to “good table manners”(42.0%), “correction of food prejudices”(30.3%), and “proper nutrition for growth”(21.0%) Although they had a great interest in nutritional education, they had difficulty in cutting their teaming into practice because of “heavy work load”(30.9%), “lack of a systematic curriculum”(25.2%), and “lack of a educational opportunity”(22.8%). Ninety five percent of subjects wished to have nutrition education taught as an independent subject. They pointed out “kindergarten”(60.0%) and “lower grades in elementary school”(33.9%) as the optimal starting times for nutritional education and “school dietitians”(91.3%) as suitable teachers for these programs. The required topics chosen by the subjects for nutritional education for children were “proper eating habits”(54.2%) and “nutritional problem”(31.5%). The dietitians thought “food prejudices”(44.7%), “rat too much processed and instant foods”(36.5%), and “obesity”(11.8%) were the most common nutritional problems among elementary school children. These results suggest the necessity of solving the nutritional problems in children by developing a nutritional education program. Along with this program, if dietitian assisted programs for parents were developed, the effects of nutritional education could definitely be increased.

The lack of characteristical understanding of the Home Economics Education will have difficulty in achieving the goal of the Home Economics Education. To allow the Home Economics Education class in school contribute toward the enhancement of the quality of life, it is inevitable to reinforce the recognition of the importance and necessity of the Home Economics Education and to newly propose a directional guidance forward the coming 21st century. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for planners of the future Home Economics Education by surveying research administrators in charge of programming the overall school curriculum. This study was conducted under the following procedure to have the outcome as follows ; 1. Answers from respondents of age over 50 or careers over 16 years tended to grasp the goal of Home Economics Education in relation to the enhancement of quality of life rather than to the accumulation of knowledge, skill or capacity. 2. Of all the surveyed, 9.64% regarded Home Economics Education as an essential part of school education and the positive ratio was higher with younger respondents. 3. To the question asking if the high school Home Economics Education could have influence on one's capacity, 97.2% of the answerers said yes. The respondents with career under 15 year showed 100% of positive agreement in this matter and of age under 40 marked much higher ratio of 98.84% than the elders. 4. The overall recognition of the necessity for separate sections in Home Economics Education programmed in accordance with the 6th Revision of High School Curriculum displayed a considerably high ratio, with a little differences among age and job groups.
Objectives : This study is to dental knowledge and awareness of special education teachers. Methods : This study is conducted with a total of 244 special education teachers in Dae Gu, Gyeong Buk, Gyeong Nam, Bu San city from 1st April to 30th April, 2011. Results : More healthy state of oral health reflected higher point of oral health behavior. In the correlation among the oral health knowledge, behavior and education, higher oral health knowledge reflected higher oral health behavior. In the obstacle factors against oral health education, 41.0% was in the lack of professionalism and understanding of oral health education. The majority method for oral health education was regular teaching and the oral health in charge of education was school nurse 67.1%. The most important point for improvement for oral health class enabled was oral health recognition of teachers about the importance of education. Conclusions : For improving the oral health of the disabled, it is needed to develop the educational program or awareness of oral health monitoring like applying fluorine by special education teachers and parents, including the necessity of various oral health education development suitable for the special education school to make awareness in the importance and necessity of oral health.
Self-defense is defined as 'an act which is performed in order to prevent impending and unjust infringement of one's own or another person's legal interest'(Article 21, the Criminal Act). To establish such a self-defense, it is generally suggested that it requires an intent for defense as subjective element as well as objective precondition of impending and unjust infringement of one's own or another person's legal interest' and considerable reason. Intent for defense which means an awareness for objective circumstance of self-defense is recognized as objective justification element for self-defense. With regard to intent for defense, there are various discussions on not only necessity of such an intent for defense but whether it is necessary for both actor's recognition of circumstance and specific purpose or motive and which should be applied for its punishment in case of lack of the intent for defense: consummated, unconsummated or semi-consummated. However, there is no clear regulations. This article reviews the contents of intent for defense based on opinion that it is necessary for intent for defense and then examines contents on criminal effect in case of lack of intent and intent for defense in case of criminal negligence.
Objectives: The purpose of this study were to researched a Korean medicine doctors' recognition about coldness of hands and feet, and developing of korean medicine clinical practice guidelines (CPG) for coldness of hands and feet. Methods: We conducted a questionnaire survey targeting 399 Korean medicine doctors belonging to the Association of Korean Medicine by e-mail and analyzed the answers. Results: 1. 86.86% of the respondents agreed about the necessity of CPG for coldness of hands and feet. 2. 84.2% of respondents wanted coding of Korean Standard Classification of Diseases (KCD) on coldness of hands and feet. 3. To diagnosis a coldness of hands and feet, the respondents used a Subjective symptoms (98.5%), Infrared thermographic imaging device (DITI) (26.32%) Heart rate variablity test (HRV) (17.04%), Thermometer (9.77%), Cold stress test (2.76%) 4. Causing of coldness of hands and feet, the respondents considered a constitution or heredity (84.71%), stress (73.66%), lack of exercise (64.91%), irregular eating habits (51.63%), Cold meals (32.83%), depression (31.33%), etc. 5. Treating coldness of hands and feet, the respondents used a herbal medicine (66.85%), acupuncture (70.7%) Pharmacopuncture (23.85%) and moxibustion (60.08%) for $10.91{\pm}8.03week$. Conclusions: We researched a Korean Medicine doctors' recognition of CPG, clinical diagnosis, treatment on a coldness of hands and feet, and policy they required.
The purpose of this study is to examine the recognition of the student of oriental medical school on cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine and to provide basic information for the development of oriental medicine. In order to look at the level of recognition on cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine, from September 1st to 15th of 2005, this study had been conducted through personal interview and questionnaires to 600 students who were attending the Department of Oriental Medicine (in both prep and regular courses) in D University, located in the City of Daegu. The data has been analyzed using statistic program, the SPSS WIN 12.0. Statistical analysis tools used for this study were frequency analysis, cross-over analysis and the t-test. The results are as follows; The students of oriental medical school had relatively high level of recognition on the basic concept, interests, necessity and potential for cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine. However, they had negative understandings on the issue of unification of the two medical systems and it's possibility in the future. The students were optimistic about possible merits of cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine, especially in the field of rehabilitation. On the reasons for lack of development of cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine, the students listed prejudices existing on both sides firstly, followed by their contrasting approach on human illness, lack of legal and institutional support system, the indifferences of doctors and indifferences of oriental medical doctors. In addition, students understood that the dualism existing in our current medical system is aggravating mutual distrust between the two sides, causing the confusion of patients on the choice of medical facilities, and raising their medical bills. Therefore, in order to vitalize collaboration between Oriental and Western medicine in new health care environment, the following measures should be needed decreasing the prejudices between the two medical spheres with open mind improving educational programs in Western and Oriental medical schools; promoting joint academic research or exchange programs between the schools, and increasing government effort to minimize legal and institutional restrictions cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine.
This study conducted a survey on recognition of teachers, students, and Parent Teacher Association(PTA) for the Education for Sustainable Development from April to October, 2008. It confirmed a couple of facts, which were summarized as follows; First, among eight educational areas including Environmental Education, Energy Education, Gender Education, World Heritage Education, Multi-cultural Coexistence Education, Peace Education, Education for human rights, and Education for international understanding that UNESCO had offered, this study showed that the 'Environmental Education' is a relatively important area comparing with others. Second, 54.4% of the respondents have agree with the need of the education for sustainable development in the middle school and the high school, and 54.1% of them showed their willingness to participate in the program. Third, because 49.2% of the respondents chose 'important' on the question of 'how important the field education and the experience education are', it looked like most of them agreed with the importance of the field education and the experience education. Fourth, because 61.1% of the responded teachers chose 'need' on the question of 'if it needs relationship with other studies', it looked like most of them agreed with the necessity of relationship with other studies. Fifth, 62.5% of the respondents chose 'no' on the question of 'if they conduct the education for sustainable development Even if some wanted the education for sustainable development, most of them would not do it in the regular curriculum, but in the special activity class or teacher's discretional time. Sixth, most respondents indicated the teacher's class burden and the teacher's lack of knowledge as the problem if the education for sustainable development would be conducted. This result implied that in order to vitalize the education for sustainable development, the teacher's class burden should be reduced and the teacher train program is necessary. Finally, urgent requested studies could improve the education for sustainable development in communities and schools, because the result of the survey showed education, natural observation learning, and visiting ecological parks as important elements.
The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data supporting facilitation of a formal health education performed by school nurses as health educators. To evaluate the teacher expertise of school nurses as health educators, this study analyzed the present status of health education and the recognition of self-confidence in teaching ability of school nurses. Self addressing questionnaire were mailed out to 340 secondary school nurses in Seoul and out of them 244 nurses (71.8%) responded to the survey. Analysis of the data was made using t-test and ANOVA in SAS program. The major results are as follows : 1. The total health instruction performance rate was 84.6% (204). Regular health instruction was carried out by 66 nurses and the rest of the 155 subjects gave irregular instruction on health education. 2. Regular health education classes was offered as a part of physical education class hour by 89.4% of the respondents whereas only 10.6% of them had formal health education classes. The survey showed that irregular health education classes were mainly held in physical education class hours (70.3%) and 14.8% had opportunities for additional classes on health education. 3. The average class for regular health education was 5 hours per week but for irregular health education classes were only one hour per semester (32.9%). 4. Among the 11 categories of health education, education on drug abuse and body structure and function and physical development occupied 95.6%, 69.6% respectably while physical training, family health, social health occupied 10.8%, 12.7%. 5. Health education was given much more at public schools (88.2%) than at private schools. 6. 232 (95.0%) school nurses agreed with the necessity of formalizing health education classes and 227 (93.1%) wanted to change their status from school nurses to formal health teachers. 7. There is a tendency to change the status from school nurse to formal health teacher, and the necessity of having a formal curriculum on health education while less recognized by the older and longer-careered nurses was more recognized by those nurses with higher education. 8. The lack of administrative support (79.5%), work burden (77.9%), and lack of teaching competency (22.1%) were the greatest problems. 9. Education on drug abuse was stressed the most whereas physical training was most neglected. 10. There is a tendency that older and longer-careered school nurses thought less positively of their status, and then 98 (81.1%) school nurses acknowledged themselves as professional teachers. 11. 176 (72.5%) school nurses agreed with the necessity of continuing education : health knowledge and teaching skills for formal health teachers. 12. 179 (73.8%) school nurses had a positive attitude and undergraduate preparation and the practice of professional health teachers. 13. The school nurses had self-confidence in their teaching competence, teaching strategies and knowledge in all 11 health education areas.
