도서관 서비스 품질을 향상하기 위해서는 이용자의 요구를 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하며 이를 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 속성을 분석하여야 한다. 그러나 많은 선행연구에서 서비스 품질 속성과 만족도와의 관계를 선형관계로 접근함으로써 서비스 품질 속성을 구분하지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 서비스 품질에 대한 이원적 인식방법을 제시한 KANO의 3요인 이론을 적용하여 서비스 품질 속성과 만족도와의 관계를 비선형관계로 접근하여 서비스 품질 속성을 분석함으로써 이용자 관점에서 도서관 서비스 품질을 이해하고 구체적인 개선안을 제시할 수 있는 방법론을 제언하고자 한다.

Present paper was attempted to investigate the effects of the light on the sclerotium formation of some isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.) do Bary from lettuce, cucumber and rape. The investigations were performed in the both aspects inducing sclerotial primordia from the mycelial colony and developing such primordia. The cultures were grown on potato-dextrose agar and were treated with day-light fluorescent lamps. In the continuous light illumination for 21 days, numbers of sclerotial primordia and matured sclerotia were increased with increasing the light intensity up to about 500 Lux, but on the contrary the dry-weight of matured sclerotia was decreased. In the 800 Lux illumination, induction of the primordia was extremely depressed, and then matured sclerotia were almost not produced. Short-time illumination for 48 hours, although the light intensity was as high as 5000 Lux, increased the numbers of sclerotial primordia and matured sclerotia. Dry-weight of matured sclerotia, however, was slightly increased only at low intensity of 160 Lux. On the other hand, the light shock which u·as alternatively on-of light every one minute for 48 hours increased the number and dry-weight of sclerotia produced, but the former was more effective at 500 Lux shock and the later more effective at 160 Lux shock.

This study deals with the role and responsibility of university library in multicultural society. For this purpose, centered the Chinese students in Pusan University, with internet questionnaire surveys on customer satisfaction to the current library portal service and set up a effective digital library evaluation model. In the meanwhile we borrowed evaluation methods and items from LibQUAL+ in part, a world wide famous model, and use Tsinghua University Library's evaluation statistic norms. To summarize the results of this survey, Chinese student's service satisfaction about Pusan University library is still fairly low. Undergraduate and graduate students(including doctor courses) group follows, undergraduates student's satisfaction level is lower than graduate. By analyzing simple satisfaction we can know that library portal service maintained low importance or influence to the user, to internet space user's satisfaction is a relatively high level. And compared with other dimension, statistic data show out that internet space user's satisfaction still maintained a relative high level.

This study provides an investigating the electrolyte reaction characteristics during thermal runaway of a lithium-ion battery(LIB). Dimethyl carbonate(DMC) is known as the main substance that makes up the electrolyte. The mono-molecular decomposition characteristics of DMC were derived through numerical analysis. Cobalt oxide can release oxygen under high temperature conditions. Also, DMC is converted to CH₄, H₂, CO, and CO₂. Especially, it was found that the decomposition of the DMC begins at a temperature range of 340-350℃, which dramatically increases the internal pressure of the LIB. In the by-products gases, the molar ratio of CO and CO₂ changed according to the molecular structure of DMC and temperature conditions. The correlation of the [CO]/[CO₂] ratio according to the temperature during thermal runaway was derived, and the characteristics of the reaction temperature could be estimated using the molar ratio as an indicator. In addition, the oxidation and decomposition characteristics of DMC according to the residence time for each temperature were estimated. When DMC is exposed to low temperature for a long time, both oxidation and decomposition may occur. There is possibility of not only increasing the internal pressure of the LIB, but also promoting thermal runaway. In this study, internal environment of LIB was identified and the reaction characteristics between the active materials of the cathode and electrolyte were investigated.

Li ion battery (LIB) is one of the most remarkable energy storage devices currently available in various applications. With a growing demand for high-performance batteries, the role of electrochemical analysis for batteries, especially, electrode reactions are becoming very important and crucial. Among various analytical methods, cyclic voltammetry (CV) is very versatile and widely used in many fields of electrochemistry. Through CV, it is possible to know electrochemical factors affecting the reaction voltage and reversibility, and furthermore, quantitative analysis on Li⁺ diffusivity as well as intercalation and capacitive reactions, and also anionic redox reaction. However, the explanation or interpretation of the results of CV is often deficient or controversial. In this mini-review, we briefly introduce the principle of cyclic voltammetry and its applications in LIB to bring a better understanding of the electrochemical reaction mechanisms involved in LIB.

The purpose of this study is to examine users' perceived importance for service attributes and performance in research libraries, and further to suggest the improvement strategies for research libraries. The survey was conducted for the library users of 14 government-funded research institutes. The questionnaire for this research was developed from the standard LibQUAL+. Statistical analyses were conducted to identify the relationship between service quality and users' satisfaction, and the gap between perceived importance and performance by user groups. According to the result of statistical analyses, the priority of service improvement strategies of research libraries were suggested.

When library performance is regarded as service quality, competency in human resources should be considered as an influential factor. This study aims to identify relationships between job satisfaction of librarians and the service quality that users recognize in public libraries. Librarians and users in 10 public libraries in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi province were sampled to measure job satisfaction and service quality with $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ model. As a result, the higher the satisfaction of the duty itself and organizational factor show a high service quality. Consequently, to improve library customer satisfaction, the librarian's job satisfaction should be considered. Additionally, some practical implications are discussed.
