현재 IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force)의 SHIM6 (Site Multihoming by IPv6 Intermediation) 워킹그룹에서는 Network layer Shim (L3shim)이라는 새로운 IPv6 스택을 정의하여IPv6 환경에서 멀티호밍을 지원하는 방법에 대해 표준을 제정하고 있다. 이 Multihoming은 redundancy, load sharing과 같은 멀티호밍 장점을 지원할 수 있다. 본 논문은 이와 같이 새롭게 정의된 L3shim이 단말에 있을 경우, 단말에서 효과적인 Policy 정책을 통한 load sharing 및 balancing 통한 traffic engineering 방법을 제시한다. 현재 SHIM6 워킹그룹에서는 L3shim을 이용한 load balancing 부분은 다루고 있지 않다. 그러나 멀티호밍의 장점 줌 하나는load balancing이며 실제 load balancing이 지원 됐을 경우 응용 차원에서 많은 장점을 가질 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 이와 관련한 메커니즘이 필요하며, 이를 위한 선행적인 연구가 필요로 되어진다.

Reaction of AgNO3 with triethanolaminetriisonicotinate (L) produces 1 D coordination polymer of [Ag3(L)2](NO3)3 and the same treatment of Cu(NO3)2 with L gives 1D coordination polymer of [Cu(L)2](NO3)2. The nonrigid triethanolaminetriisonicotinate acts as a m 3-bridged tridentate for [Ag3(L)2](NO3)3 and a m 2-bridged bidentate for [Cu(L)2](NO3)2 to produce unusual motifs. The NO3- anions can be smoothly exchanged by PF6- anions in an aqueous suspension without destruction of the skeletal structure.

The proposed method is based on a penalized log partial likelihood of Cox proportional hazard model with L1-penalty. We use the iteratively reweighted least squares procedure to solve L1 penalized log partial likelihood function of Cox proportional hazard model. It provide the ecient computation including variable selection and leads to the generalized cross validation function for the model selection. Experimental results are then presented to indicate the performance of the proposed procedure.

2차원 TCAD 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 L-shaped 터널링 전계효과 트랜지스터(Tunnel Field-Effect Transistor; TFET)의 도핑농도에 따른 효과를 조사했다. 소스 도핑이 $10^{20}cm^{-3}$ 이상에서 subthreshold swing (SS)이 가장 낮고, 드레인 도핑농도는 $10^{18}cm^{-3}$이하로 하는 것이 음전압에 생기는 누설전류를 막을 수 있다.

한외여과를 이용하여 다시마 열수추출물로 부터 가용성 저분자량의 정미성분을 회수하는데 필요한 조건을 최적화하기 위해, 분리막 선정 및 온도, 압력, Flow rate의 영향을 고찰하였고 선정된 최적 조건하에서 한외여과와 Diafiltration을 실시하여 투과유량의 flux profile과 정미성분의 회수율을 비교하였다. 분리막은 소수성인 GR 51PP가 친수성인 FS 형태보다 높은 투과유량을 유지하였다. Flow rate의 증가에 따라서 투과유량도 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 3.7 l/min에서 한계값을 나타내었다. 한편, 압력이 높은 경우에는 Steady-state에서 투과유량이 감소하는 경향을 보였고 온도 증가에 따라서는 큰 변화는 없었다. 한외여과와 Diafiltration 실시에 따른 투과유량의 Flux profile과 전체 고형분과 정미성분의 회수율을 조사한 결과 한외여과를 실시한 경우가 비교적 높은 회수율을 보였으나 투과유량은 전반적으로 Diafiltration 보다 낮았다.

Ni(II)이온과 2-(2-Hydroxyethylamino)-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol(Monotris)과의 착물형성을 $25^{\circ}C$ 이온강도 0.10M 에서 전위차법으로 연구하였다. $NiL^{2+}$ 착물은 히드록실기의 산소 원자 뿐만아니라 아민의 질소기도 금속에 배위하였다. pH가 증가하면서 $NiL^{2=}$는 3개의 수소이온이 해리된 $Ni_2L_2H_{-3}^+$의 이핵착물이 형성되었다.

본 연구에서는 한방복합추출물(마황, 창출, 석고, 카카오닙스)을 제조하여, 추출물에 대한 항산화 활성 및 지방세포형성억제 활성을 확인하고자 하였다. 한방복합물의 항산화 활성을 확인하기 위하여 DPPH, ABTS⁺ radical 소거능 및 xanthine oxidase 저해 활성을 측정한 결과 추출물 1,000 ㎍/ml 농도에서 각각 75.0, 100.8 및 79.5%로 높은 소거능을 나타내었다. 3T3-L1 지방전구세포에서 한방복합물에 의한 지방형성 및 지방세포 분화 억제를 조사한 결과 0~50 ㎍/ml 농도에서 3T3-L1 세포 생존율에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 3T3-L1 지방전구세포에서 25, 50 및 75 ㎍/ml의 한방복합물 처리는 농도 의존적으로 지질 축적을 억제하였다. Western blot 실험 결과 한방복합물은 MDI 유도 분화 3T3-L1 세포에서 분화 전사인자인 PPARγ, C/EBPα 을 75 ㎍/ml 농도에서 각 44.2, 76.6% 억제함을 나타내었다. 또한, 지방산 합성 조절 인자인 FAS의 발현도 억제하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 항비만 기능성 소재로서 한방복합추출물의 활용 가능성을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.

An investigation of the coordination behavior of sulfur-containing mixed-donor tribenzo-macrocycles $L^1-L^3$ ($L^1$: 20-membered $O_3S_2$, $L^2$: 20-membered $O_2S_3$, and $L^3$: 23-membered $O_4S_2$) with $d^{10}$-metal ($Ag^+$, $Hg^{2+}$, and $Pb^{2+}$) salts is reported. The X-ray structures of five complexes (1-5) with different structural types and stoichiometries, including mono- to dinuclear species have been determined. Reactions of $L^2$ and $L^3$ with the silver(I) salts ($PF_6{^-}$ and $SCN^-$) afforded two dinuclear 2:2 (metal-to-ligand) complexes with different arrangements: a sandwich-type cyclic dinuclear complex $[Ag_2(L^2)_2](PF_6)_2{\cdot}3CH_2Cl_2$ (1) and a linear dinuclear complex $[Ag_2(L^3)_2(SCN)_2]$ (2), in which two monosilver(I) complex units are linked by an Ag-Ag contact. Reactions of $L^1$ and $L^2$ with mercury(II) salts ($SCN^-$ and $Cl^-$) gave a mononuclear 1:1 complexes $[Hg(L^1)(SCN)_2]$ (3) and $[Hg(L^2)Cl_2]$ (4) with anion coordination in both cases. $L^2$ reacts with lead(II) perchlorate to yield a mononuclear sandwich-type complex $[Pb(L^2)_2(ClO_4)_2]$ (5), giving an overall metal coordination geometry of eight with a square antiprism arrangement. From these results, the effects of the donor variation and the anioncoordination ability on the resulting topologies of the soft metal complexes are discussed.

An endophytic fungus, Penicillium sp. JVF17, was isolated from a leaf of Vitex rotundifolia in coastal area of Jeju island. Chemical investigation of this fungal strain resulted in the isolation of four compounds, piceol (1), cyclo (${\text\tiny{L}}-Pro-{\text\tiny{L}}-Val$) (2), isochromophilone VI (3), and dicitrinin A (4). Their chemical structures were elucidated by comparison of their spectral data such as NMR and ESIMS with reported literature values.
