  • We develop a new function space $L_{\alpha}(X)$ that generalizes the classical Lebesgue space $L^p(X)$. The generalization is focused on a better explanation of the flux terms arising from many dynamics.

  • In 1968k Cameron and Storvick introduced the analytic and the sequential operator-valued function space integral [2]. Since then, the theo교 of the analytic operator-valued function space integral has been investigated by many mathematicians - Cameron, Storvick, Johnson, Skoug, Lapidus, Chang and author etc. But there are not that many papers related to the theory of the sequential operator-valued function space integral. In this paper, we establish the existence of the sequential operator-valued function space integral as an operator from $L_p$ to $L_p'(1 and investigated the integral equation related to this integral.

  • Roh[1] derived 2D g-Navier-Stokes equations from 3D Navier-Stokes equations. In this paper, we will see the space $L^2({\Omega},\;g)$, which is the weighted space of $L^2({\Omega})$, as natural generalized space of $L^2({\Omega})$ which is mathematical setting for Navier-Stokes equations. Our future purpose is to use the space $L^2({\Omega},\;g)$ as mathematical setting for the g-Navier-Stokes equations. In addition, we will see Helmoltz-Leray projection on $L^2_{per}({\Omega},\;g)$) and compare with the one on $L^2_{per}({\Omega})$.

  • This study attempts to explore the organization of domestic space in Belgium and then to compare them with those found in Korea. Data were collected by questionnaires mailed to 110 staff members, both academic an dadministrative, working at Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium. The major findings of the study can be summarized as fllows: First, the most common pattern of Belgian LDK(living-room dining-room and kichen) layout is the LD type, which separates K from L and D by wall or door while linking L and D to each other. On the other hand, a large portions of Korean LDK layout is the DK type , which seperates L from D and H, but D and K are interconnected. As expected, the bigger the size of floor space, the more likely L-D-K type is to be, which places L, D, and f, separate each other. And the smaller the sire the more probable the DK type and/or the one room type would be, where L, D and K are merged into one room. Second, the enterance of domestic space in Belgium is normally found adjacent to public space. The Belgian entrance often forms a space independent from other parts of the house, or a space that leads directly to garage. These two patterns are rarely found in Korea. Third, Belgians tend to locate Kichen in the front of the house when they design apartment units, Whereas it is not the case in Korea where it is located in the rear.

  • We present our observational attempts to precisely measure the central mass of a proto-brown dwarf candidate, L328-IRS, in order to investigate whether L328-IRS is in the substellar mass regime. Observations were made for the central region of L328-IRS with the dust continuum and CO isotopologue line emission at ALMA band 6, discovering the detailed outflow activities and a deconvolved disk structure of a size of ${\sim}87AU{\times}{\sim}37AU$. We investigated the rotational velocities as a function of the disk radius, finding that its motions between 130 AU and 60 AU are partially fitted with a Keplerian orbit by a stellar object of ${\sim}0.30M_{\odot}$, while the motions within 60 AU do not follow any Keplerian orbit at all. This makes it difficult to lead a reliable estimation of the mass of L328-IRS. Nonetheless, our ALMA observations were useful enough to well constrain the inclination angle of the outflow cavity of L328-IRS as ${\sim}66^{\circ}$ degree, enabling us to better determine the mass accretion rate of ${\sim}8.9{\times}10^{-7}M_{\odot}yr-1$.From assumptions that the internal luminosity of L328-IRS is mostly due to this mass accretion process in the disk, or that L328-IRS has mostly accumulated the mass through this constant accretion rate during its outflow activity, its mass was estimated to be ${\sim}0.012-0.023M_{\odot}$, suggesting L328-IRS to be a substellar object. However, we leave our identification of L328-IRS as a proto-brown dwarf to be tentative because of various uncertainties especially regarding the mass accretion rate.

  • We characterize the boundedness and compactness of the weighted composition operator $uC_{\psi}$ from the general function space F(p, q, s) into the logarithmic Bloch space ${\beta}_L$ on the unit disk. Some necessary and sufficient conditions are given for which $uC_{\psi}$ is a bounded or a compact operator from F(p,q,s), $F_0$(p,q,s) into ${\beta}_L$, ${\beta}_L^0$ respectively.

  • We prove the homogeneous property of the norm of the new space $L\alpha(X)$ which has been developed in [3]. We also present $Poincar\acute{e}^{\prime}s$ inequality that is fitted to the function space $L\alpha(X)$ with an appropriate slope condition.

  • Let W(z) be a power series with operator coefficients such that multiplication by W(z) is contractive in C(z). The overlapping space $L(\varphi)$ of H(W) in C(z) is a Herglotz space with Herglotz function $\varphi(z)$ which satisfies $\varphi(z)+\varphi^*(z^{-1})=2[1-W^{*}(z^{-1})W(z)]$. The identity ${}_{L(\varphi)}={-}_{H(W)}$ holds for every f(z) in $L(\varphi)$ and for every vector c.

  • For a knot in the 3-sphere, the Upsilon invariant is a piecewise linear function defined on the interval [0, 2]. It is known that this invariant of an L-space knot is the Legendre-Fenchel transform (or, convex conjugate) of a certain gap function derived from the Alexander polynomial. To recover an information lost in the Upsilon invariant, Kim and Livingston introduced the secondary Upsilon invariant. In this note, we prove that the secondary Upsilon invariant of an L-space knot is a concave conjugate of a restricted gap function. Also, a similar argument gives an alternative proof of the above fact that the Upsilon invariant of an L-space knot is a convex conjugate of a gap function.
