Since people with visual impairments are mostly hard to access the Internet they have been neglected from the information-oriented society. Therefore, the contents which consider the web accessibility to readily access to the web by people with visual impairments are an essential component. In this paper, we developed the contents to improve the web accessibility for people with visual impairments. To provide easy access to the web by people with visual impairments, we analyzed the existing web sites for blind people and considered a concise design, and hierarchical structure. Using the PHP, CSS, and Javascript, the necessary functions for the visually handicapped such as focusing, shortcut key, and text equivalent are implemented. The results which are tested by blind users prove the efficiency of the proposed contents.
Objectives: It has been well documented that people on the lower socioeconomic position are significantly more likely to smoke cigarettes. The purposes of this study were (a) to identify a potential difference of socioeconomic factors, and (b) to compare a smoking rate, one of the most representative health behavior between people with/without disabilities after the controlling socioeconomic factors. Methods: The Korea Panel Survey of Employment for People of Disabilities (2012) and the Korea National Health and Nutrition Survey (2012) were employed for calculating the smoking rates of persons with/without disabilities. Results: The results demonstrated that the socioeconomic position indicators (education, occupation and household equivalent income) of persons with disabilities were lower than persons without disabilities. The smoking rates of the persons with/without disabilities were 35.9% and 19.0% respectively before propensity score matching. After propensity score matching with the socioeconomic factors, however, ATT of people with disabilities was 0.201 which is lower than ATT of people without disabilities (0.227). Conclusions: Our findings indicated that the socioeconomic level of persons with disabilities is important to improve the smoking rates and health level regardless of their disabilities.

This research provides practical data to develop UV protection masks and dust protection masks. It surveyed uncomfortable factors and significant characteristics for masks. It used 653 subjects 20-79 years old and performed the research from April to May in 2014. Wearing masks at outdoor activities is not widely popular yet, but golf players, mountaineers and old people were quite interested in masks. People mainly wore a basic shape mask, but main age group of each mask shape was different. People usually prioritized the protection function and comfort of wearing over design; however, women, young generation and people attending to outdoor activities longer than 1 hour considered design quite important. People going on picnic or camping consider mask characteristics most important. Therefore, various mask shapes and protective functions should be developed to reflect consumer needs. Meanwhile, the discomfort levels of masks were not too high, but old people felt more discomfort than young people. The most discomfort factors were 'other's eye', 'distracting face movement' and 'feeling of foreign object'. They also mentioned falling problem of C shape mask and short-rib shape mask, and asked for a 'tighter fit' at the ear.
Purpose Since the number of personal information breach incidents increased, many people have perceived the importance of personal information protection, in the recent. Especially, the number of personal information breach targeting middle-aged and elderly people rapidly increases. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors which influence to fail of online information security behaviors among the elderly. Design/methodology/approach This study made a research model by adopting the factors deducted from the protection motivation theory. To analyze the research model, we conducted an online survey targeted on the elderly and middle ages users who have nations of Korean and Chinese respectively. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, we identified that only perceived severity and perceived vulnerability affected information security awareness. On contrast, it was also discovered that perceived barriers, self-efficacy, and response efficacy did not affect information security awareness. Additionally, the awareness of information security also did not affect information security behaviors. Middle-aged and elderly people with personal information protection education did more information security behaviors than people those who no education experiences. Korean middle-aged and elderly people with education significantly did more information protection behaviors than the people without the education.

The purpose of this study is to develop the nutritional survey indices such as the Knowledge(K), Knowledge Practice(KP), Attitude(A), and Food Practice(FP) as effective materials of the nutrition education and evaluation in spreading community nutrition service. These materials were applied to two groups(126 rural people and 117 urban people) from August 1st to September 10th, 1996. We investigated actual conditions of objects about K, KP, A, FP by interviews. Also we measured serum cholesterol levels of all objects by Accutelend G.C. The results of the research turned out as follows; 1). In the comparison of the nutritional Knowledge scores, the average score of urban people was much higher($84.2{\pm}2.4$) than rural people($42.1{\pm}3.1$). 2). In the scores of the Knowledge Practice, urban people had also significantly higher score than rural people. But only 19.5% of urban people had high scores between 80 and 100, and 42.4% of urban people and 87.3% of rural people had scores between 0 and 40. 3). The average scores of the Attitude were not significantly different between urban and rural people. The average scores of the Food Practice were not significantly different between urban and rural people. 4). In cholesterol measurements, only three of 243 people were in the abnormal high levels(more than 250mg/dl), and they are all over 60 years old, and two of them were rural people. 5). The people who were younger in age, higher in educational level and spent more money for foods had higher scores on K, KP, A and FP. And the people who were younger in age in age and more money spent for foods had higher scores on FP. Regression analysis showed that the serum cholesterol levels were not associated with the scores of FP.
The compositions of ethnic groups in Macau vary with time. Prior to the opening of the port, the majority of the residents in Macau were Chinese people, including those living on land and at sea. After the port was opened, with the increase of Portugal businessmen and missionaries, the population was divided into Chinese people and foreigners (so-called 'Yiren' or 夷人 in Chinese). Chinese people living on land were mainly of Hakka, Fujian, and Cantonese descent. Those living at sea were referred to as 'Tanka People' (named 'Danmin' or 蜑民in Chinese). They lived on floating boats for their entire lives and were similar to the 'drifters' in Japan. Since modern times, many refugees from mainland China and Southeast Asia flooded into Macau due to warfare. The development of industrialization required a larger number of laborers, and some 'coolies' entered Macau in legal or illegal ways, making it a multi-ethnic city. However, the Tanka people were not considered a minority ethnic group under the national ethnic policy of 56 ethnic groups since they did not have an exclusive language and shared dialects in different regions. As the ports inhabited by Tanka people gradually restored foreign trade, the boats and stilt houses used by Tanka people were dismantled to expand the infrastructure area of the ports. Many Tanka people began to live on land and marry people on land, leading to the disappearance of the Tanka group in Macau. The fishing boats and stilt houses used by Tanka people have also disappeared, with only a few remaining in areas such as Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong. This paper examines the natural and social environment of Tanka people in Macau from the Ming and Qing dynasties to the Republic of China, as well as the adaptive changes they adopted for the aforementioned environment in terms of living space and architectural type, on the basis of summarizing the historical activities of Tanka people. Finally, this study provides a layout plan and interior structure of the most commonly used boat for Tanka people from the Ming and Qing dynasties to the Republic of China, with the use of CAD and other technical software, along with reference to written historical documentation, and provides a case study for further research on the architectural history of Macau's inner harbor cities, from anthropological and folklore perspectives.

Restraint of sexual desire is due to social convention or the difficulty in fulfilling desire. 3) Causes of troubles in sexual life Causes which lead to troubles in sexual life of aged people can be categorized as 'physical', 'psychological' and 'social'. 'Physical' elements include 'incompetence of erection', 'decrease in duration of erection', 'increase in time needed to re-erection', 'declining of physical strength', 'decrease in vagina secretion' and 'worsening of health'. Among 'psychological' elements 'decrease of self-confidence', 'diminished concern of female aged people' are. 'Social elements' are 'absence of sexual parter', 'circumstances of living' and 'recognition of neighbor'. 4) Response to change of sexual life The reaction of aged people to change of sexual activities is classified as 'positive' and 'negative'. 5) Attitude to the consultation of sexual life of aged people The attitude to the consultation of sexual life in old age is classified as 'negative', 'doubtful' and 'positive'. This study explored the meaning which aged people in community attach to sexual life, the extent of their sexual desire, the causes of troubles in their sexual life, their emotional response to changes in sexual life, their recognition of necessity in sexual consultation. Considering the frequency of the statement, most of aged people who were interviewed thought much of sexual life and put emphasis on it. Those who said that sexual life has decreased meaning or is not important to them are few, Though aged people still maintain sexual desire, most of them have some trouble in sexual life. These trouble changes the sexual life, and results in negative feeling such as depression, renunciation and difficulty in relations. So they acknowledged that sexual consultation is necessary to them.
