The cinemagraph refers to the image with a special characteristic that provides the motion clue by playing the part of the picture endlessly in the form of a video. For this study, we explored how the perceived monetary value, brand attitude, and perceived taste would influence on the purchase intention, and it was analyzed that all of the three factors significantly influenced on the purchase intention. However, it was investigated that the purchase intention of the group watching the image by the cinemagraph was significantly influenced by the perceived monetary value and the perceived taste, and the purchase intention of the other group watching the general image was significantly influenced by the brand attitude and the perceived taste; therefore, it was verified that there was a difference between the group watching the cinemagraph and the group watching the general image. In this result, it could be interpreted that when the people watching the cinemagraph purchase a product in the shopping mall, the price becomes the important requirement, and when the people watching the general image purchase a product in the shopping mall, the brand becomes the important requirement; therefore, these results could provide great implications to the food marketers.

As a result of SNS marketing, food service brands anticipate positive outputs from SNS engagement and consumer brand engagement so that we need to verify structural relationship among SNS characteristics, SNS engagement and consumer brand engagement. Research design, data, and methodology: This study identifies that SNS characteristics have effects on SNS engagement and examines relationship between SNS engagement and behavioral engagement. We conceptualize SNS characteristics as information quality, hedonic level and interaction. Furthermore, SNS engagement is composed of SNS participation, positive word of mouth(WOM). In order to verify the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. Sample data were collected from 433 online survey panels and analyzed by using SmartPLS 3.2.9. Result: The findings of this research are as follows. First, information quality is positively related with SNS participation. Hedonic level and interaction have impacts on SNS participation and positive WOM respectively. Second, SNS participation has positive effects on positive WOM. Third, both SNS participation and WOM influence behavioral engagement respectively. Conclusions: The implications demonstrate that SNS characteristics such as information quality and hedonic level and interaction exert effects for consumer to participate in SNS brand page. Meanwhile, hedonic level and interaction influence on positive WOM but information quality doesn't. SNS participation and positive WOM affect consumer to engage in specific brand behaviorally as well. • The purpose of the study was to assess the relative preference for hot & spicy sauces using conjoint analysis, with focus on English consumers. From the results of the study, we were able to derive a standard with the best sauce attributes. The respondent group was selected from the CCFRA's customer database. The qualification criteria for inclusion in the sample were: the primary grocery shopper in the household, a consumer of a range of home cooked oriental & far eastern cuisines, enjoyed hot & spicy chili-based foods, and willing to buy hot chili-based oriental sauces. A total of 676 respondents completed the survey in which 76% were women, and all respondents were between the ages of 18 and 65 years. An online survey method was used and a conjoint analysis was adopted. In conjoint analysis, a product is described as a combination of a set of attribute levels, where a utility value is estimated for each attribute level. In summing up the results of this study, the sensory property (flavor) attribute was most important, the second was brand, and the third was price. For the sensory property attribute, a mild chili sauce of blended garlic, sugar, and lime scored highest. In terms of brand, Blue Dragon was selected as the best. The lesser known Korean Kochujang brand of "Hot&Joy" scored lowest with respect to brand value. Encouraging, however, was the description based on the Hot&Joy product: a hot chili sauce blended with ginger and garlic, which held appeal across age groups and genders. In terms of price, 75p per bottle had the best score.
