  • Han Dongseok advocated his own unique viewpoint about Universal Revolution based on Jeong-yeok(正易), and newly explained Exchange between Metal and Fire[金火交易]. Although he was not a researcher that had developed Jeong-yeok(正易), he has been judged as a utilitarian that tried to apply Change theory[易學] to realistic field called Oriental Medicine. The reason that such efforts are valuable is that he extended one of cosmological theory that is to say Jeong-yeok(正易) to the exchange of human body based on space-time progress. Theoretically he proved Jeong-yeok(正易) with the thought that heaven and human beings correspond to each other, realistically he showed turning point that as a main agent in Universal revolution we can change our own lives, in "The Principles of Universal Revolution", which is his most famous work.

  • Zhang-nan(樟南) did not regarded the human's life phenomena as a simple physical change in his medical theory. He thought medicine in the light of the establishment of moralism and partly used it for the practical Confucianism as well. In view of the Chijunghwa(致中和), Zhang-nan(樟南) succeeded the tradition of the Simseongnon(心性論, Emotional naturalism) in Neo-Confucianism(性理學) in the point of essential and principal Junghwa(中和). Therefore, Zhang-nan(樟南)'s medical theory is very suggestive not only in Medicine but also in Liberal art which pursue the moral Seongmyeong(性命).

  • An event as philosophical thought is expanded throughout our society and affected largely an architectural field as well as aesthetics. Paying attention to this fact, this study is to relate the event to an architectural space and to find an interrelationship between them. Since Martin Heidegger who started to be regarded the event as a subject of thought, many philosophers revealed different thoughts about it. Architecture works of Louis I. Kahn, Peter Zumthor, Steven Holl, Bernard Tschumi, Rem Koolhaas who had the influences from the thoughts of Martin Heidegger, M. Merleau-Ponty, Jacques Derrida, Gilles Deleuze, are analyzed and compared their features. The reason why this relationship has become the subject of research is because the event can be confirmed to be connected with an architectural thoughts by correlating with aesthetic texts. Throughout this study, each architect, who is affected from philosophers, has different characters as they have different thoughts about events. This study is expected to be used as an literature data of intertextuality of philosophy and architecture.

  • I look at the respective responsibilities of different components of the language faculty in the description of two radically different kinds of linguistic phenomenon. The first is the production/perception mismatch in the child's acquisition of the phonology of its first language. There is strong evidence that the child's lexical representations are the same as the adult's, but I argue that the child's own pronunciations, have no linguistic status and are best treated as the product of a neural network. The second is the nature of compositionality, where I argue that compositionality in Natural Language is derivative from that in the Language of Thought. With this assumption and using evidence from quantification in ‘backward control’ structures, I argue that chain theory is intrinsically inimical to a simple view of the legibility relation between LF and LoT.

  • Je Joon Shin Pyeon, of 濟衆新編 is a classic on medicines which was written as an attempt to make the best of many different medicinal classics in order to make the details clear and concise, because Treasure Mirror of Eastern Medicine was thought to be too extensice and broad, or '浩繁'. Since the result was simple and clear in it best sense, it was thought of as the book which ended the habit of being too extensive, or '芟繁'. On the other hand, there was a need to pass on new knowledge and records, due to the fact that there were diseases that have changed in their properties and nature, or that have emerged through the passing of time, and the fact that various experiences on medical treatments have been accumulated and that the medical system have changed. This is in inquiry mainly in aspects of new knowledge that Treasure Mirror of Eastern Medicines have not been able to include in its details.

The way of answering was both selecting and explaining the students' thought about questions. Network analysis was used for analyzing students' various responses. Through the analysis. some types of students' thought were revealed. As a result the representation of their response was motion implies force which had been discovered by earlier researchers.
