The computer based three phase power analysing system has been developed as a traveling standard for onsite power calibration. The system is utilized with digital-to-analog converts which were synchronized each other. Using digital signal processing technique the software has been developed to calculate power parameters. The calibration system is fully traceable to national standard system and, accuracy allows the calibration of industrial power measurement systems.

The Japanese Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Standard on Drugs was finalized as a guideline and implemented in April, 1983. This standard is intended to ensure the quality and integrity of the data from nonclinical toxicity studies submitted to the Ministry of Health and Welfare in support of applications for approval to manufacture or import new drugs or to be used in the reevaluation of previously approved drugs. The standard includes a guideline for organizational matters, personnel, facility, equipment, testing operation, documentation and conduct of studies. Principles and influences of implementation of Japanese GLP will be discussed briefly in comparison with foreign GLPs.

In this paper, standard model for electrical power subsystem of a satellite simulator is presented and analyzed. The main purpose of standard model simulator is to promote platform independency, interoperability and reusability of simulation models. And, EPS simulator prototype model is proposed using the SMP2 standard.

The standard model of Korean pavilions can embody the beauty of the Korean traditional and reflect the trend of the times, develop a universal and realistic model, and at the same time promote Korean traditional beauty internationally. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a standard model for living, industrializing, activating and globalizing Korean traditional pavilions while inheriting our own traditional technologies and preserving the legitimacy of Korean pavilions through a case study of Korean traditional pavilions. Considering the case analysis and modern trends, the plan was carried out in each part to present standard models for the representative types of traditional pavilion, Samojeong, Yukgakjeong, and Palgakjeong. The standard model has made some changes in design trends, including the installation of handrails and handrails to enhance utilization while considering legitimacy. The standard model presented in this way reflects the current design trend and can be changed in different forms depending on the trend at that time. The standard model of Korean pavilions developed this time can be said to be a universal and realistic model, while reproducing the beauty of Korean tradition.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare compliance with standard precautions of infection prevention between nurses at accredited Korean medicine hospitals and non-accredited Korean medicine hospitals. Methods: Data were collected from a total of 138 participants (69 nurses from 3 accredited hospitals and 69 nurses from 3 non-accredited hospitals) in January of 2021 using structured questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analyses were carried using the SPSS Statistics 24.0 Program. Results: Results showed that the scores of nurses' compliance with standard precautions of infection prevention at accredited Korean medicine hospital (40.54±2.74) were significantly higher (p=.002) than the scores of nurses at the non-accredited Korean medicine hospitals (38.94±3.28). After controlling for covariates, the results were same. In addition, we found that scores of compliance with standard precaution for infection prevention in nurses at hospitals belong to university were significantly high compared to those of nurses at private hospitals. We also found that the scores of compliance with standard precaution for infection prevention in nurses with more than 5 years of experience were significantly higher than those of nurses with less than 3 years of experience (p=.039). Conclusion: Nurses working at the accredited Korean medicine hospitals showed higher scores of compliance with standard precaution for infection prevention. Therefore, it is suggested that the participation in the hospital accreditation program should be encouraged for the Korean medicine hospitals.

Currently, there is no facility standard for a city public health center. The facility standard of rural public health center is referred to architectural plan of city public health center. This study is about architectural plan of the city public health center and have been in 7 public health centers in Daegu investigated. Conclusions can be summarized as follows: 1) The Mother and child hygienic section, area ratio which is presented by the facility standard of rural public health center must be increased in case of city public health center since function-reinforcement of the mother and child hygienic section is required. 2) Business section, the area ratio which is presented by the facility standard of rural public health center must be diminished for city public health center because it has been excessively allocated.

In order to solve housing shortage, an apartment has been built and supplied in large quantities in Korea. As such a result, the apartment became a typical housing type in Korea. However, the housing became vulnerable to accommodate rapidly changing life-style & life-cycle of koreans and was lost the concept of Korean traditional housing for inheriting and developing Korean traditional culture. Therefore, this paper aims at eliciting of design elements for development on standard model of long-life housing with durability & flexibility based on data derived from housing consumers's questionnaire survey and expert's opinion surveys. We expect that the standard model developed on the basis of open building applying support & infill elements will be used as a standard model for planning future long-life housing with capacity.

The purpose of this study is to provide a fundamental data for efficient and economical reduction method and predict ion method of floor impact noise. In order to get the useful results, the measurement on the vibration transmission characteristics of standard test building with four rooms by using heavy and light-weighed impact source were carried out. In this measurement various conditions such as the change of test structure construction, the pick-up sensor location, the excitation posit ion, and the resilient material types were applied to get the vibration characteristics transmitted from excitation room to adjacent rooms.

After analyzing each procedure from standard instrument procedures used at Incheon International Airport, which is believed to have caused noise problems in and around Ganghwa island, we came to a conclusion that some Standard Instrument Departure Procedures and Standard Instrument Approach Procedures need to be revised, and therefore we made some propositions with regard to noise abatement procedures(CDA, RNAV approach etc.). Additionally, we evaluated viability of the proposed flight procedures by conducting a number of demonstrations with use of flight simulation.
