Kano-SERVQUAL 통합 접근법을 이용한 자동차 서비스 품질에 대한 고객인식 연구 - H사(社)의 자동차 서비스를 중심으로 - (Customer perception of auto service quality using Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach - Focusing on the auto service of 'H' company -)

  • Purpose: This study aims to propose Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach as an effective tool for evaluating auto service quality attributes to enhance the use of SERVQUAL. Methods: The Kano-SERVQUAL survey was conducted to evaluate customer perception for 28 auto service quality attributes which were obtained from auto service expert in 'H' company. The correlation analysis of SI(Satisfaction Index), DI(Dissatisfaction Index) and expectation values are conducted in this study. Results: The 28 auto service quality attributes are classified into attractive attributes and one-dimensional attributes. The results of this study show that the correlations between the customers' expectation values and DI is strongly positive correlation with 1% significance level, expectation values and SI is negative correlation with 10% significance level. Conclusion: The results show that the purposed Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach provides a deeper understanding of service quality attributes in that it distinguishes the customers' expectation values between highly expected attributes(e.g. must-be attribute) and less expected attributes(e.g. attractive attribute).

  • According to construction of global administration environment, all over the world was ended up in infinite competition period. Because eating out company also competes with another company, it must enjoy competitive power high position to secure high position continuously, classified by formation constituent's individuation and two aspects of organic special quality by the factor. Individuation classified by formation constituent's business ability, personal relations, age factors of Information Technology, and organic special quality classifies by factor of formation culture and result that analyze eating out company's business condition competitive power reinforcement effect factor is same as following. First, was construed by company culture, personal relations, business ability period of ten days with family Restaurant, and Information Technology showed that do not influence. Competitive power reinforcement effect factor with special restaurant was construed by company culture, personal relations, business ability period of ten days, and fast food company culture and Information Technology factor with hotel restaurant company culture by competitive power reinforcement effect factor construe.

위탁급식 전문업체의 브랜드 운영 전략을 위한 브랜드 인지도 분석 - 인천 지역 일부 대학생을 대상으로 - (A Study on Brand Awareness of Contract Foodservice Management Company in Incheon Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the college and university student's perception on the brand awareness of contract foodservice management company in Incheon area. The developed questionnaires were distributed to the college and university students in Incheon area from September 20 to September 24 in 2004. Total 198 questionnaires were used for the final data analysis with response rate of 82.5%. The results showed that 85 % of the students has known that the foodservice operation was managed by contracted management company, only 56.5% of them have known the exact name of contract foodservice management company managing their cafeteria. It was recommended therefore that contract foodservice management company need more efforts for widening public activities for their company's name.

  • Purpose - Generally, the consumer's decision-making process for restaurant selection is simple and familiar. However, online information becomes important because the decision-making process of consumers becomes complicated in new restaurants and special situations. Because consumers can search for information online, information retrieval is now possible in selecting new restaurants. In particular, consumers often make decisions based on online information when making restaurant reservations. Research design, data, and methodology - All items were measured based on previous studies. The data were collected from customers who had visited the store by visiting the web page of the food service franchise within the last 3 months for the panel of the online survey institute. The questionnaires were surveyed from July 2 to July 11, 2018 for about 10 days. A mail and a message were sent to 2,000 people, and 310 people were asked to complete the questionnaire. Total of 303 data were used in the questionnaire, excluding 7 insufficient data. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Consensus, vividness, and neutrality have positive effects on enjoyment. Consensus have positive effect on anxiety, but vividness and neutrality did not have significant effect on anxiety. Also, enjoyment has a positive influence on intention to visit, and anxiety has a negative influence on visit intention. Conclusions - First, franchise companies online advertising in a variety of ways, but they are mixed with other customers' WOM and offered to consumers. In this case, the information provided by the company may be distorted. Therefore, a restaurant franchise company needs to operate an official online channel to provide accurate information to its customers. Second, it is necessary to make contents so that other customers can participate in online channels of food service franchise companies. Third, food service franchise company should produce enough online contents to experience indirectly even if the customer does not visit the store directly. Fourth, food service franchise company needs to prepare a way for many customers to participate in many official contents.

기업집단의 서비스화가 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Servitization of Business Groups on Management Performance)

  • Most of the prior studies on the servitization of manufacturing companies have been actively studied, focusing on the performance and cases of servitization at the single company level. According to the results, most of the servitization at the single company level has been expanded based on the relevance of the company's core products. However, the form of companies that form a large axis of the Korean economy is a large-scale business group, and these business groups incorporate service affiliates for various purposes, so they show different characteristics from that of a single corporate. In addition, since the purpose of forming a business group is different for each business group, the service relevance between affiliates within the business group is different. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of service relevance between affiliates within a business group on the management performance of each business group. To this end, an empirical analysis will be conducted using panel data for 10 years from 2011 to 2020 for a total of 98 affiliates listed on KOSPI and KOSDAQ of 9 domestic business groups. Based on these results, the direction for improving management performance and establishing future servitization strategies for large business groups in Korea will be expected to be made.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between service orientation of fashion organization and employee's customer orientation. For this study, salespersons in clothing stores were selected as the subjects. We used 4 factors SERV*OR Scale: service leadership, human resource management, employee's empowerment, service system as an organizational service orientation. The results are as follows: First, Service Orientation of the company in fashion field affects the employee's customer orientation. In other words, a fashion company with a higher service orientation will have employees with a higher customer orientation. Second service orientation factors revealed differences depending on the store. Department stores had no effect on factors such as employee's empowerment, service system, but agency stores and outlet stores had effects on all factors. This influential factor is created due to the difference in fashion distribution. Human resource management especially seemed to carry weight among the factors in all stores. So, first and foremost fashion companies should make efforts on education, training of employee.

국내 이동통신 3사별 서비스 품질 요인이 신뢰, 고객만족도 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analyzing the Impact of Service Quality Factors on Trust, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty of Major Telecommunication Companies in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the service quality factors in terms of customer trust, satisfaction and loyalty of the Korean telecommunication companies(SKT, KT, LG U+). Specifically, this study presents new business strategies of the each company, thereby pursuing the innovation for mature stage. Methods: To analyze the telecommunication service quality factors that contribute to customer trust, satisfaction and loyalty, this study conducted a survey targeting customers of each company. Using the data collected, the research model was built, and empirical analysis was performed through statistical processing to verify the model. Furthermore, the clarification of each hypothesis were held including the comparison analysis of each company data. Results: The results of this study are as follows; (1) When it comes to total dataset, all quality factors including trust, satisfaction and loyalty showed significant relationship, accepting every hypothesis. (2) However, for SKT and LG U+, empathy showed no significant impact on trust while the others showed significant effect. (3) Finally for KT, all service quality factors such as responsiveness, empathy, security, and customer enablement had a significant effect on trust. Conclusion: As the development of platform industry are intensified, telecommunication companies are required to manage service quality factors thoroughly, especially focusing on customer privacy and security.

중소기업 컨설팅서비스의 품질 및 고객만족에 관한 연구 (Quality Determinants and Customer Satisfaction in Consulting Service for Small and Medium Sized Company)

  • This paper investigates the quality determinants in the consulting service for small and medium sized company. The results of the analysis show that the quality dimension is composed of two factors, consulting skills and interaction, and consulting skills are composed of understanding, expertise, and reliability. Also, this paper examines how the quality factors affect customer satisfaction and loyalty using a structural equation model. The result shows that all consulting skills affect customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. The consulting results have an effect on customer satisfaction but have no direct influence on customer loyalty.

  • Product-service system (PSS) is a system of products and service, supporting networks and infrastructure that is designed to be competitive. PSSs satisfy customers' needs more effectively and have a lower environmental impact than traditional business models. Therefore, many companies and governmental institutes are eager to implement the PSSs as a new business model. In this paper, we focus on industrial practices as new business models for the company. PSS, especially, is popular in electronic industry, so one can often observe such examples as iPod, iPhone, e-Book and etc in the field. We first thoroughly investigate the current practices of PSS in Korean electronic industry. The examples are surveyed and projected directions are given. Then, non-electronic PSSs are surveyed. Especially mechanical PSSs are intensively discussed. Based on the survey results, we propose several major development strategies of Sustainable PSS (SPSS). SPSS will bring a competitive edge for company as realization of sustainable development of PSS considering economy, society, and environment.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by explore the effects of the Mobile Telecommunication service quality on customer satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (Focus on Moderation effect of switching barrier) in Korea Mobile Telecommunication industry. Methods: After reviewing the literature, the structural eqation modeling(SEM) conducted by LISREL 8.53 test the research model. The data was collected from subscriber of mobile telecommunication service by the questionare in Korea. Results: The results of SEM show that Mobile Telecommunication Service Quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction also have a positive effect on customer loyalty. And switching barrier have a moderation effect between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Conclusion: Mobile Telecommunication Service Quality is highly related to Customer Satisfation and Customer Loyalty, so Mobile Telecomunication Company should improve Service Quality especially price-related service quality and process/ human- related service quality. And the company need to get higher the positive Switching Barriers in order to improve Customer Loyalty.
