Effects of temperature on the gorwth characteristics and the chemical composition of pseudomonas cells grown under glucose-or methanol-utilizing continuous culture were studied. In a glucose-utilizing continuous culture, optimum dilution rate, agitation, pH, and temperature, for the higher biomass yield were $0.45hr^-$, 7000rpm, pH 7.5, and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. But in a methanol-utilizing continuous culture, they were $0.125hr^-$, 600rpm, pH 8, and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. In methanol-utilizing continuous culture, the maximum production rate of the cells was 1.48g, dry wt./1/hr at a dilution rate of $0.45hr^-$, and the cell yield was 0.46g. dry wt./g. glucose. In the methanol-utilizaing continuous culture, the maximum production rate of the cells was 0.33 7g. dry wt./1/hr. at a dilution rate of $0.125hr^-$ and the cell yield was 0.44g dry cell/g. methanol. The contents of protein of the cells increase with the increase ingrowing temperature (from 15 to $30^{\circ}C$), more or less, while the contents of RNA nad carbohydrate of the cells decreased. However, DNA contents of cells growth under the various temperature ranges didn't change. As the temeprature of cultivation rises at a constant dilution rate, the efficiency of RNA in protein synthesis was increased, showing the decreases in the ratio of RNA to protein.

This study was subjected elementary school books published between 1989 and 1991. There focused on the oriental medicine of all Health-Medicine contents. The results of analysis for elementary school books were much less oriental medicine contents than the others. Also, it was negative trends in many contents like incorrect of historical incidence, etc. That contents was not two medicine's complementarity but two division. This result did possible contribute to misunderstand and negative action toward oriental medicine in the elder age' attitude. Oriental Medicine has been successive to the present and shall be continue to the future as natural korea culture. In order to continuity of normal Health-Medical culture and obtain of worldwide oriental medicine trend, it need to revise contents of elementary school books rapidly.

This study was designed to investigate the contents of icariin during ripening of Epimedium koreanum with sugar and Soju (25, 30, and 35% alcohol contents) using a homemade method. Contents of icariin of Epimedium wine were examined using high performance liquid chromatography. Icariin levels in Epimedium wine increased during the first 3 days of storage; after 6 days, icariin contents decreased gradually until 30 days. Contents of icariin in Epimedium wine by storage temperature (5 and $20^{\circ}C$) were not different during storage. After 30 days, icaiin was not detected in all tested Epimedium wines. Epimedium wines were assessed for 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity, 2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) and (ABTS) radical scavenging activity. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities increased in early storage periods, however, after 6 or 9 days, activities decreased gradually.

Tissue culture of the roots of Panax ginseng was carried out to enhance the production of ginseng callus as well as to increase its contents of ginsenosides. A long cylinder type callus mass was formed when cultured IK callus by rotary shaking culture method, the growth ratio of the callus being 7.71 which was approximately 4 fold higher than those obtained by other culture methods. Ginsenosides $Rg_1$, Re and $Rb_1$ could be detected from the callus mass by TLC, however, their total contents were revealed to be approximately 9% compared to that of the fresh ginseng root equivalent by HPLC analysis,.

The study aims to explore ways to advance into the Indonesian market, focusing on hallyu contents such as Korean dramas, music and movies. To this end, we have empirically explored the reasons why local people in Indonesia like Korean wave contents, its consumption channels, its popularity factors for Korean wave contents and its effectiveness. According to the research, the reasons for the popularity of Korean wave contents were confirmed by the quality of the contents itself and the human appeal of the contents. And the consumption path was mainly through television, and the favorable impression of Korean wave contents was found to have a positive effect on the positive feeling toward Korea and the willingness to visit Korea.

본 논문에서는 최근 모바일 RPG 시장의 판도에 영향을 끼치는 매크로(이하 오토 시스템)의 성공 요인과 그 환경적 배경을 연구하여 새로운 게임 경향을 파악하고 그 종류를 크게 3가지로 분류하여 게임의 수익적 관점에서 분석하고자 한다. 또한 그에 따른 유저들의 인식 현황과 플레이 형태를 연구하고 올바른 오토 시스템의 적용 모델과 나아가 바람직한 게임 개발에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

2017년, '플레이어언노운스 배틀그라운드' 얼리 액세스 버전의 큰 성공으로 슈팅 게임 장르의 크나큰 변화가 일어났다. 수많은 유저들이 시간이 지날수록 압박해오는 전장과 1등에 근접할수록 높아지는 긴장감, 치열한 접전 끝에 1등을 차지하는 희열에 매료되어 세계적으로 선풍적인 인기를 끌게 되었다. 그러나 시간이 지날수록 유저들의 평균적인 게임 이해도와 실력이 늘어남에 따라 한번 실수에도 치명적인 영향을 받는 장르 특성상 모험보단 안전을 추구하고자 하였고 많은 배틀로얄 게임들이 전략의 고착화, 사용 장비의 고착화가 점점 심화되었다. 본 논문에서는 배틀로얄 장르의 고착화가 어떻게 이루어졌는지 수치와 통계를 통해 설명하고 효율적으로 고착화를 타파하기 위한 새로운 방안을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 게임 개발의 한 형태이자 새로 도입된 개발 형태 중에 가장 떠오르고 있는 얼리액세스 개발 형태에 대해 서술하며, 얼리액세스 개발 방식의 공통적인 성격과 성공했던 게임들의 사례를 통해 앞으로 게임 개발자들에게 지양해야 할 부분과 반영해야 할 부분을 통해 소비자들에게 어떤 방식으로 접근해야 효과적으로 다가갈 수 있으며, 어떤 방향의 개발을 거쳤던 게임이 흥행하지 못했는지를 연구, 분석을 통해 얼리액세스 만의 방식을 통해 개발자, 소비자 모두를 충족시킬 수 있는 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 모바일 MMORPG 시장에서 구글플레이 스토어, 앱 스토어의 매출 순위를 보면 순위 안에 있는 게임 중에 가챠 시스템이 없는 게임을 찾기가 힘들 정도로 모바일게임에서 가챠 시스템은 게임의 전체 매출에서 많은 비중을 차지한다. 과거 가챠 시스템으로 인하여 사행성과 과금 유도가 너무 심해져 2015년 확률형 아이템 규제 법안이 발의되어 현재까지 게임회사들은 확률을 공개해왔다. 하지만 공개된 확률에는 유저들이 모르는 큰 오류가 존재한다. 본 논문에서 그 오류를 알아보고 모바일 게임 가챠 시스템의 건전성을 확보하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

현재 대한민국에서는 게임 산업으로 벌어들이는 외화가 많고 게임 산업이 규모가 큼에도 게임 규제에 관련된 법안을 계속하여 발의, 채택하는 모습을 보이고 있다. 뉴스를 검색해 보아도 게임이 사회적으로 도움이 되거나 게임으로 긍정적인 효과를 보았다는 기사는 찾아보기 힘든 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 게임에 사용되는 기술들의 발전으로 게임의 역할이 늘어났던 기존 사례와 앞으로의 기술 발전으로 늘어갈 게임의 역할들을 분석, 제시하여 게임 산업이 가질 수 있는 큰 잠재능력과 발전 가능성을 정리하고자 한다.
