In 1997 the Asian Foreign Currency Crisis hit Korean shores. In its wake, Korean consumers demanded cost-saving solutions which will increase both the use-life and the fuel efficiency their vehicles. Bullsoneshot's effects include increases in gas mileage as well as cleaner cylinders, intakes and exhaust valves, the product was welcomed by an explosive demand from people driving older cars in an adverse economy. The history of Bullsone can be categorized as two major stages. The First stage is lunching era of "Bullone Shot" following competitor brand. The second stage is extension stage of brand and line based on Bullsone's positive brand equity. Mr. Hyun Woo Shin, formal CEO of OXY inc. and also formal vice president of OCI (Oriental Chemical Industries) take charge of New CEO of Bullsone. He energetically push the Bullsone's family brands and got a desirable results. He also setup ambitious goal : reach 100bn KRW in gross sales within 3 years. "Ripping itself free from 30~40 bn KRW sales range in which the company has stagnated in the last 10 years, Bullsone intends to be aggressive enough in marketing to reach 150 bn KRW in sales in 2013, and reach 700 bn KRW by 2018." This is the goal iterated by Bullsone's top executive team.

We use a unique survey data set of storm and flood insurance in Korea to test for adverse selection. We find systematically positive relationships between the decision to buy the insurance and the insureds' past history with, and potential for, losses from natural disasters. The empirical results suggest that consumers with higher loss rates will be more likely to purchase the insurance. This highlights the importance of considering the detailed features of insurance contracts, such as an improvement in the current insurance premium assistance program as the government amends its current policies regarding storm and flood insurance and disaster relief program.

As survey, this study of relations between CEO characteristics and performance of Woman's Enterprise, we are looking forward to provide a implication about between strengthen the competitiveness and improvement in outcome theoretically and practically. This study executed to woman establishment enterprise among national woman enterprise and to collect achieved data. Analysis result, Woman founder's characteristic and enterprise have been shown to influence school ability among demographic characteristic. Also, management ability, entrepreneurship, technological ability have been shown to influence sales, market share, profitability. According to research, it IS important for business women to know management, improving of technology ability and entrepreneurship.

This paper proposed risk management approach as a self-audit framework to achieve the goals which might be common among the records management organizations in Korea governmental and public area. After introducing the history and the concept and process of risk management approach and examining DRAMBORA's framework, the processes and the methods of risk management for the electronic records which are customized from DRAMBORA are explained in details: How to define the business context of organizations, how to determine the business functions and activities and related risks, how to assess the level or severity of each risks and some considerations related to risk assessment. As a result, this paper shows that application of DRAMBORA's framework to the electronic records management organizatioins is not only possible but also useful and effective. The critical point for the success of application for DRAMBORA's framwork or the risk management approach itself each organizations which wants to accept that framework should define its own business functions and activities and the goals in respect areas.

This study is to observe species identification and early life history of Korean endemic species of Tanakia latimarginata and to use it as a basis for taxonomic studies. As a result of morphological identification, a dark band appeared at the margin of the anal fin, and the ovipositor color of the female was light orange. The shape of the egg was fusiform and sticky. The egg size (long${\times}$short diameter) averaged $4.41{\times}1.44mm$. The incubation time was 126 hours after the fertilization at an average water temperature of $21.0^{\circ}C$. Immediately after hatching, the larvae had egg yolk at an average total length of $5.91{\pm}0.18mm$ (n=5). At 18 days after hatching, the trunk fur was developed in the caudal fin with an average total length of $8.02{\pm}0.08mm$ (n=5). At 41 days after hatching, the larvae absorbed egg yolk at an average total length of $8.70{\pm}0.23mm$ (n=5). At 80 days after hatching, the average length of the fins was $12.6{\pm}0.28mm$ (n=5). The number of fin of the dorsal fin was iii.8, the anal fin iii.9~10, the caudal fin 19, lateral line scales 32~35 were similar to their brood stork.

The article surveys the technique and characteristics of contemporary fashion exhibitions in terms of fashion museography and fashion curation. The article reviewed both a literature study on the history of fashion exhibition focused on the display technique as well as a case study of domestic and international contemporary fashion exhibitions. The results of the article is as follows. Fashion brand exhibitions are about building competitive business advantage by planning differentiated contents. It gives viewers a brand fantasy and increases brand loyalty. This type mainly displays the latest collections on the commercial purpose as well as uses diverse mediums and high technology to make a spectacular space that provides an immersive experience to the viewer. Second, the museum fashion exhibition focuses on the roles of fashion in terms of social, cultural and artistic aspects that also focus on public education. The presentation technique emphasizes careful collection conservation rather than celebrate fashion business. The article is to encourage a further scholar discourse of fashion curatorial practice and theory.

Large PHC piles with a diameter of 1,000mm or larger were recently introduced for the first time in Korea. This paper presents full-scale static and dynamic pile load tests performed on two 1,000mm PHC piles and two composite piles with steel pipe piles of the same diameter in the upper portion, installed by driving and pre-boring. The objectives of the tests include evaluating pile drivability, load-settlement relation, allowable bearing capacity, and the stability of mechanical splicing element for the composite pile(a.k.a. non-welding joint). The performance of the large diameter PHC piles were thought to be satisfactory compared to that of middle sized PHC piles with a long history of successful applications in the domestic and foreign markets.

The Proposal of this paper is to draw up solution about fishing disputes in Korea coastal waters. Small fishing vessels under 8 metric tons which is regulated by the provincial governors, must operate within provincial boundary on the sea as in fishery policy of Korea. on this, I think that the present situations of fishing disputes have related to the fishing license system. Problem of this kind, Before 1970's, fishing disputes rarely took place, and it, if any, did not bring any social conflicts or disputes. Since 1980's, some of fishing disputes have been reported within fisheries society Recently, The disputes have been increasing to become social conflicts between local people concerned and have evoked an argument on whether the provincial boundary on the sea exists. If such disputes continues to increases or remains unsolved, they will bring a tremendous social cost such as an accelerated decrease in fish resources, degradation of fishing grounds, disorder in fishing, destruction of fisheries culture and so on. The reasons for the growing disputes can be specified as fellows : the degradation of fish resources, the present fishing license system which inherently causes competitions in fish catching, irrational ceiling system of fishing vessels, legal problem on existing boundary between neighbouring two provinces, the functional problem of national or regional fishery coordination committee which has been established to coordinate general fishing disputes. This study has also dealt with Japan's experiences in fishing disputes which has the history of more than a hundred years and its coordinating mechanism. In the discussion section, some possible solutions have been briefly touched fer further study.

The purpose of this study is to examine the main characteristics of strategies and fashion styles in fast fashion. Ultimately, this study is aimed to give useful information to develop fast fashion companies in Korean apparel industry. There are several strategies commonly applied in most fast fashion companies. First, they produce a wide range of numerous items. Second, the price is very reasonable. The primary objective of fast fashion is to quickly produce products in a cost efficient manner. Third, fast fashion companies take charge in the whole process from designing and manufacturing to distribution and sales. Forth, while almost all apparel companies invest a large amount in advertisement to promote sales, most fast fashion companies invest in VMD instead. Also, the fashion style of fast fashion were examined. First, casual style dominated a big part in composition of the entire style. Second, they use various kinds of different fabrics. For example, natural fabrics including organic and recycled fabrics, denims, newly invented high-tech fabrics, and decorative fabrics are widely used. Third, fast fashion brands produce fashion product based on the most recent fashion trends. Forth, they pursue high quality design. Retailers' understanding of the target market's wants realizes the consumer to thrive on constant change and the frequent availability of new products. Accordingly, fast fashion is presently taking an important role in fashion although it has a short history compared to the general apparel industry.

The advent of the information age, advancement of the multi-media, and proliferation of internet are all ushering-in a new era of a cyber world. The artistic expression is unfolding into a new genre of a new era.. In the modern art, the boundary between the fine art and the applied art is becoming blurred, and further, distinction of fine art from popular art is also becoming meaningless. The advancement of science and technology, by offering new materials and visual forms, is contributing to the expansion of the morden art's horizon. As fashion illustration is gaining recognition as a form of art which mirrors today's realities, it has also become increasingly necessary to add variety and newness. Fashion illustration is thus becoming the visual language of the modern world, capable of conveying artistic emotion, and at the same time able to effectively communicate the image of fashion to the masses. The increasing awareness of artistic talent and ingenuity as essential components of fashion illustration is yielding greater fusion between fashion illustration and art & technology. This has resulted in the use of the advanced computer technology as a tool for crafting artistic expressions, such as fashion illustration, and this new tool has opened-up new possibilities for expressing images and colors. Further, the computer-aided fashion illustration is emerging as a new technique for expression. The concept of fashion illustration, history of fashion illustration from its incepton to modern date is reviewed and the simplicity has been researched throughout past studies published in Korean and overseas Journals.
