  • 플랜트 건설공사의 경우 최근 매우 복잡화, 전문화, 대형화되고 있고, 이에 따라 지속적으로 첨단기술접목과 함께 고부가가치 창출이 예상되고 있어 더욱 고도화된 사업관리계획과 더불어 전문인력 양성, 지식정보의 공유가 필수적으로 성장의 기본 요건으로 자리매김하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 플랜트 건설산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 관련 현황을 분석하고, 기업의 특성에 맞춘 유연한 Knowledge Management System(KMS) prototype을 구축, 웹 환경기반의 Portal에 연동한 시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The Purpose of this paper is how KM is implemented and executed to reform the organization in the change management aspect and how its current KM can be developed in the future, mainly based on the organizational system, business process, and information system related to KM. This Paper is longitudinal case study of Knowledge Management at LG-EDS Systems. The effective approach to undertake KM is phase. First, it is structured to share explicit knowledge for better performance and then implicit knowledge for best performance. But, This method had some limitations. So, LG-EDS systems integrated KMS-Knowledge Portal-to facilitate cooperation and improve contents quality.

  • The common Knowledge Management System has been constructed to increase the organization's competitiveness based on the objective of support on knowledge activities of individuals. But not many of cases have been success with constructing the magnificent concept of several of knowledge management. This case research is based on the constructed strategies, constructed concept and operating case on Knowledge Management System of Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries which was selected to the year 2004 outstanding operating organization among the government organization. This case research is suggesting that to have successful knowledge management, needs to have a reliable objective and goals prior to the abducting the Knowledge Management System and should establish the propulsion strategies that meets the organization and the culture. Also, it indicated that all the individuals should forward first in order to move organization and the system further more based of consider the constructed content, activity plan, evaluation and preview which the special feature of Knowledge Management System has.

Fuzzy based Intelligent Expert Search for Knowledge Management Systems

  • In managing organizational tacit knowledge, recent researches have shown that it is more applicable in many ways to provide expert search mechanisms in KMS to pinpoint experts in the organizations with searched expertise. In this paper, we propose an intelligent expert search framework to provide search capabilities for experts in similar or related fields according to the user′s information needs. In enabling intelligent expert searches, Fuzzy Abstraction Hierarchy (FAH) framework has been adopted, through which finding experts with similar or related expertise is possible according to the subject field hierarchy defined in the system. To improve FAH, a text categorization approach called Vector Space Model is utilized. To test applicability and practicality of the proposed framework, the prototype system, "Knowledge Portal for Researchers in Science and Technology" sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of Korea, was developed.

컨벤션 e-Portal 정보시스템의 설계 및 구축 (Design and Construction of Convention e-Portal Information System)

  • 본 논문은 지식정보화 사회에서 국제회의와 컨벤션 관련 정보 활용 시에 축적된 경험과 지식을 통한 인터넷 컨벤션이포탈 정보시스템을 설계하였다. H/W 측면인 무정지 Cluster시스템, L4와 WAS를 사용한 3-tier구조와 Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, 보안관제시스템과 S/W 측면인 WAS MVC 아키텍처, SOA 아키텍처, ASP EAI기능을 활용한 응용체계를 구축하였다. 사용자와 운영자, 설계 및 구축자, 검증위원의 평가 기준인 사용자효율성, 유비쿼터스 가용성, 시스템 안정성, 정보 보안성을 평가하여 이전 시스템과 비교 평가를 하였다. 그 결과 기존의 컨벤션이포탈 시스템에 비해 25.9%의 성능 향상이 이루어진 우수한 컨벤션이포탈 시스템으로 평가되어, 우리나라 컨벤션 산업과 유비쿼터스 인터넷 IT 정보 산업의 발전과 국제사회 컨벤션에서 주도적 역할을 수행할 수 있게 기여할 것이다.

Identification of public concerns about radiation through a big data analysis of questions posted on a portal site in Korea

  • This paper analyzed the primary concerns about radiation among the Korean public with a big data analysis of questions posted at the section of "Knowledge iN" on the portal site NAVER in Korea from January 2010 to August 2020. First, we extracted questions about radiation and categorized them into the three categories with TF-IDF analysis: "Medical," "Career Counseling," and "General Interest". The "Medical" category includes questions about radiation diagnosis or treatment. The "Career Counseling" category includes questions about entering college and the prospect of finding jobs in radiation-related fields. The "General Interest" category includes questions about terminology and the basic knowledge of radiation or radioisotopes. Second, we extracted common questions for each category. Finally, we analyzed the temporal change in the numbers of questions for each category to confirm whether there is any correlation between radiation-related events and the number of questions. The analysis results demonstrate that major radiation-related events have little relevance to the number of questions except during March 2011.

딥러닝 기반 이미지 자동 레이블링을 활용한 건축물 파사드 데이터세트 구축 기술 개발 (A Development of Façade Dataset Construction Technology Using Deep Learning-based Automatic Image Labeling)

  • The construction industry has made great strides in the past decades by utilizing computer programs including CAD. However, compared to other manufacturing sectors, labor productivity is low due to the high proportion of workers' knowledge-based task in addition to simple repetitive task. Therefore, the knowledge-based task efficiency of workers should be improved by recognizing the visual information of computers. A computer needs a lot of training data, such as the ImageNet project, to recognize visual information. This study, aim at proposing building facade datasets that is efficiently constructed by quickly collecting building facade data through portal site road view and automatically labeling using deep learning as part of construction of image dataset for visual recognition construction by the computer. As a method proposed in this study, we constructed a dataset for a part of Dongseong-ro, Daegu Metropolitan City and analyzed the utility and reliability of the dataset. Through this, it was confirmed that the computer could extract the significant facade information of the portal site road view by recognizing the visual information of the building facade image. Additionally, In contribution to verifying the feasibility of building construction image datasets. this study suggests the possibility of securing quantitative and qualitative facade design knowledge by extracting the facade design knowledge from any facade all over the world.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 다중 의사결정지원을 위한 지능형 온톨로지 통합 및 다중에이전트 관리 시스템 : u-Fulfillment 도메인 중심 (Intelligent integration of Ontology and Multi-agents Coordination Mechanism in Ubiquitous Decision Support System Portal)

  • 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 요구사항 변화에 따른 동적 다중 에이전트들의 의사결정 지원을 위한 유비쿼터스 의사결정지원시스템 포털(ubiquitous decision support system, u-DSS Portal)을 제안한다. u-DSS 포털은 의사 결정과정에서 발생할 수 있는 데이터의 의미적 충돌 해결을 위한 지능형 온톨로지 관리 모듈(intelligent-Ontology Management Module, i-OMM), 데이터 충돌 해결을 위한 다중에이전트 관리 모듈(Multi-agent Coordination Module, MACM)과 지식정제모듈(Knowledge Refinery Module, KRM)들을 포함한다. 즉 제안된 모듈들은 다중에이전트들과 협력을 통해 문제를 해결해야 할 경우에는 개별 에이전트들이 보유한 각 온톨로지의 통합 및 데이터간의 충돌 해결을 지원한다. i-OMM은 개별 에이전트들이 보유하고 있는 이질적인 온톨로지의 통합을 위해, 문제해결을 위한 하나의 통합된 새로운 동적 온톨로지 뷰(integrated ontology view, IOV)의 생성을 지원한다. MACM은 고객 에이전트들의 요구사항 변화에 따라 관련 개별 에이전트들 간의 데이터 충돌을 해결하여 에이전트들의 의사결정과정을 지원한다. KRM은 문제 해결과정에서 생성된 가상의 온톨로지 뷰를 재사용할 수 있도록 정제하는 역할을 수행한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안된 알고리즘은 고객의 요구사항을 최우선으로 하는 유풀필먼트(u-Fulfillment) 시스템에 적용되었으며 그 활용 대상은 고객, 판매자, 제조업체, 및 배송업체의 배송차량들의 에이전트들로 구성되었다.
