Due to the recent economic growth and the subsequent increase in demand of electricity, the construction of underground transmission line is also on the rise. Especially, in the metropolitan area, we have much obstruction in laying the line to the central district because of difficulties in procurement of construction land and the increase in the construction cost. Therefore, the necessity of increasing the capacity of transmission line has been suggested. In order to increase the capacity, the electric voltage and current intensity in size-limited lines should be also increased. But, eventually, it leads to the generation of unnecessary heat and the heat radiates through insulation cables and backfill concrete. So we need to develop the material that has good heat radiation characteristics. In this study, we developed and tested backfill concrete that can be a substitute for previously used backfill sand.

In order to actively cope with international changes such as cessation of the Cold War in the twentieth century, the government has been proceeding the unification project between military and commercial specification leading to cost reduction of military supplies as well as to high effectiveness. Among these efforts, the study on raw materials specifications, which seems to have been widely used for military or commercial fields, has been performed. As the result of these studies, we have reformed military standards through surveying and summarizing military, KS and international specifications on raw materials. Consequently, the reduction of costs for the procurement of military supplies and the maintenance of current military specifications is to be expected.

국방분야 무기체계 형상관리를 위한 자료관리 정보체계인 국방조달관리체계와 국방형상관리정보체계에 대하여 상호운용성수준을 측정하고, 측정된 결과를 분석하여 두 정보체계간의 상호운용성 수준을 판단하여, 장차 정보체계 성능개선사업시 반영하기 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

The information technology of computers and computer tools have become so powerful that virtual enterprises are not just concepts any longer The virtual enterprises comprise distributed facilities and it is necessary to have a collaborative system among them. This paper proposes the modeling process of web-based collaborative system in the distributed manufacturing environment. It also presents the information infrastructure in order to communicate and to share the information more efficiently among the collaboration subsystem. The web-based collaborative system consists of four processes: 1) product design, 2) procurement of DB information, 3) query process, and 4) negotiation. The proposed web-based collaborative system will be implemented with network technologies.

본 논문은 경쟁이 혁신활동에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 연구개발의 경쟁에서는 각 연구개발자의 노력수준을 높이기 위해 경쟁자의 수를 줄이는 방안이 고려되고 있으며, 이로써 높은 가치의 혁신활동이 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 연구개발을 장려하기 위해서는 연구개발의 유인을 극대화하기 위해 경쟁으로 인해 노력수준을 제고하는 효과와 경쟁으로 인해 노력수준을 감소시키는 효과를 동시에 감안하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 혁신활동을 장려하는 취지에서 경쟁으로 인해 발생하는 이러한 두 효과를 분석하고자 하였으며, 개별 연구개발자의 노력수준은 경쟁자 수의 증가에 따라 단조적으로 변화하지 않음을 제시하였다.

There is a big change in Electronic Commerce. With little or no profit projected for the foreseeable future with the dotcom companies, Internet venture capitalists are looking for new business models. They are now turning to B to B Electronic Commerce. It is expected that B to B Electronic Commerce will be more active than B to C in the very near future. In the future B to B Electronic Commerce will move to include collaborative Electronic Commerce which includes product development, engineering, material procurement, and management. Even though the solution to this multidimensioal and complicated process may take some time, a total solution to this will dramatically change the landscape of Electronic Commerce. Thus the various corporations must work together to find the total solution that will build this infrastructure.

The objective of this paper is to develop a stochastic inventory system model under the so-called continuous-review policy with a Poisson one-at-a-time demand process, iid customer inter-arrival times {Xi}, backorders allowed, and constant procurement lead time $\gamma$. The distributions of the so-called inventory position process {$IP_{(t-r)}$} and lead time demand process {$D_{(t-r,t)}$} are formulated in terms of cumulative demand by time t, {$N_t$}. Then, for the long-run expected average annual inventory cost expression, the "ensemble" average is estimated, where the cost variations for stock ordering, holding and backorders are considered stationary.

다양한 분야에서 방대한 데이터를 효율적으로 정확하게 처리하고 데이터 처리 오류 및 처리속도를 최소화하기 위한 시스템을 적용하기 위하여 연구와 노력이 진행되고 있다. 이에 이 논문에서는 생애주기 전반에 걸쳐 방대한 데이터가 생성되는 LNG 플랜트 프로젝트 중 공사원가의 65~70% 이상을 차지하는 구매조달 단계의 Logistics 업무를 대상으로 업무 간 생성되는 데이터에 메타데이터를 적용함으로써 정보 검색 시 데이터 처리 오류 및 처리속도를 최소화할 수 있는 메타데이터 시스템을 적용하였다. 이러한 메타데이터 시스템을 통하여 정보 검색 시 시스템 사용자가 필요한 정보에 보다 정확하고 빠르게 접근할 수 있다

이 연구에서는 천안 도림리 유적 출토 백제시대 석곽묘와 석실분의 구성암석에 대한 암석기 재적 특성과 원산지를 분석하였다. 이 두 분묘는 편마암과 섬록암 및 안산암을 비롯한 총 10종의 다양한 석재로 구성되어 있다. 특히 편마암이 가장 높은 점유율(54.3%)을 보이며, 벽석의 주요 석재로 사용되었다. 또한 섬록암(11.3%)과 안산암(10.6%)은 사잇돌로 사용된 경향을 보여, 형태와 상황에 맞게 석재를 활용한 것으로 판단된다. 석재의 공급지는 유적과 약 1 km 떨어진 입장저수지 인근으로 확인되었고, 수로를 통해 조달했을 것으로 해석된다. 이 결과는 고대 분묘문화의 재료조달 체계와 유구의 보존을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

과거의 입찰방식은 행정의 투명성과 공정성에 대하여 많은 문제점을 가지고 있고, 조달업체들에게도 많은 비용을 소모시킨다. 이의 해결책으로 일부 공공기관에서 전자입찰을 위한 시스템을 구축하였거나 구축 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 시스템이 여러가지 측면에서 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 문헌조사, 사례분석 및 프로세스 맵핑 기법을 활용하여 현행의 입찰업무를 분석하고, 이 결과와 구축된 시스템과 비교하여, 향후 구축될 시스템의 개선 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 본 논문의 연구결과 일반적인 입찰업무에 대하여 핵심프로세스를 식별하였으며 국내 건설분야 공공조달에 적용되고 있는 계약자선정방식을 분류하였다. 이러한 분석결과는 입찰업무의 시스템 구축의 기준으로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 향후 관련 시스템의 구축시 고려되어야 할 사항으로 통합추진체계의 구성, 정보공유를 위한 데이터 베이스구축, 국가차원의 표준화 마련 등의 방안을 제시하였다.
