산업용 백금저항온도센서의 결선방식에 따른 측정불확도 평가방법 (Uncertainty assessment of industrial platinum resistance thermometers for different lead-wire connection methods)

  • To estimate the measurement uncertainty for industrial platinum resistance thermometers(IPRTs) made with 3-wire connection, the immersion temperature profile was investigated using a liquid bath. Two types of IPRTs having lead wires made of silver and nickel were constructed and the immersion profiles were measured at temperatures from -50 $^{\circ}C$ to 250 $^{\circ}C$ using 3-wire and 4-wire method. As immersion depth and temperature increased, the resistances measured by 3-wire method increased linearly but not for 4-wire method. To calibrate a 3-wire IPRT, the immersion effect must be accounted for. We propose a linear equation to assess correctly the measurement uncertainty.

  • We proposed a new experimental method which is required to easily observe the growth behavior of fatigue cracks. In the proposed method, the image data of cracks were stored into the computer while the cyclic loading was interrupted. After testing, crack length was determined using an image processing software which was developed by authors. By comparing the data measured by the image processing system with those by the manual measurement with a microscope, the effectiveness of the image processing system was established. If the proposed method is used to monitor and observe the crack growth behavior automatically, the time and efforts for fatigue test could be dramatically reduced.

  • This paper is to introduce guidelines for application, inclusion, reference and adoption of standards and specifications. International standards such as IEC 60300-3-4, ISO/IEC Guide 50, ISO/IEC Guide 51, IEC 81714-3 and ISO/IEC Guide 21-1, 2 are considered. This paper is to discuss guide to the specification of dependability and environmental requirements and guidelines for safety inclusion in standards, and guidelines for standards developers to address the needs of older persons and persons with disabilities, etc.

공업화주택 인정제도 개선 방향 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement Directions for the Industrial Housing Accreditation System in Korea)

  • 최근 우리나라 건설업계는 건설기술 인력 부족, 건설노동인력 고령화, 주 52시간 근무 등 다양한 건설환경 대응 방안으로 공업화공법 활성화에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 공업화주택 인정제도는 공업화주택의 품질인정과 품질 향상 유도를 위하여 1992년에 도입되었으나 현재 6개 업체만 인정을 받았고, 인정 받은 공업화주택이 건설된 실적도 전무한 상황이다. 현재 우리나라 공업화주택 인정제도는 크게 인정 및 인정 취소기준, 공업화주택 건설촉진 기준으로 구성되어 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공업화주택인정제도의 관련 규정을 심층분석하여, 각 규정에 따른 문제점을 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 공업화주택 인정제도 활성화를 위한 제도 개선방향을 도출하였다. 구체적인 공업화인정제도 방안으로는 현행 공업화 주택 인정 범위를 준주택까지 확대하는 방안, 공업화 주택의 성능 및 생산기준 개정, 공업화주택 활성화 지원을 위한 건축기준 완화 및 금융지원 등을 제안하였다. 향후 공업화주택 인정제도와 별도로 국내 공업화 건축시장이 활성화되지 못하는 주요 원인 중 하나인 경제성 문제를 해결하기 위해 공업화공법의 사회·경제·환경·기술적 파급효과에 대한 체계적 분석과 가시화를 통해 건설시장 패러다임을 전환을 적극적으로 유도할 필요가 있다.

  • The IEC standards related to the Technical Regulation in Korea Electricity Business Act are classified into the standards/guides for electrical system and the specifications for electrical equipment/materials. IEC Standard 60364 "Electrical Installations of Buildings" and IEC Standard 61936 "Power Installations Exceeding 1 kV AC" prepared by IEC Technical Committee(TC) 64 and TC 99 respectively, are representative standards for electrical installations of buildings, substations, industrial plants, etc.

  • De facto standards can be divided into the U.S. group standards' and 'forum and the consortium standard. mainly applies to high-tech industry forums, and a consortium standard of the industry given the nature of the standard are frequently revised, the country Due to the introduction of standard time. Economic loss to consider when in reality, the introduction of national standards of the United States is limited to the desirable standard, and the fact the actual award of standards, national standards, or if you want to introduce standard, each of depending on the type of attitude and strategy for standards by category, based on the characteristics of each body strategy and are needed. Through this study on utilization of de facto standards for national standards, it is researched that major de facto standards bodies status and domestic industrial fields which need utilization of de facto standards for national standards. Through overseas Case, effective usage of de facto standards will be obtained.

  • System voltages of Republic of Korea have been diversified since 1970s due to the accelerated industrialization of the republic. Although the national standards on system voltages (i. e Korean Industrial Standards KSC 0501) were established in 1974, the standards were not adequately maintained in time. Consequently, national standards on system voltages has some discrepancy not only with the existing voltages of electrical systems of this country but also with the IEC standard voltages in terms of scope and technical requirement of standards. This study is to seek harmonization of national standard voltages with the IEC standards considering existing system voltages, relevant technical regulations and codes etc.

  • 제품 규정에는 제조사가 준수해야 하는 제품에 관한 다양한 지침 및 규제사항이 담겨 있다. 이 연구에서는 KS 표준을 활용하여 압력용기의 설계 결과를 검증하는 시스템 프레임워크와 구성 요소들을 제안한다. 그리고 기간 시스템으로부터 설계 템플릿 데이터를 생성하는 방법과 규정 지식베이스를 구축하는 방법을 제시한다. 마지막으로 압력용기 설계 검증 시스템을 구현하고 테스트 데이터를 활용한 실험을 통해 시스템 프레임워크를 검증한 결과를 논의한다.

  • It is the greatest task to prescribe accurately and concretely consumer's needs of qualities into the product standards in an enterprise manufacturing and sailing products, From this point of view, Quality Function Deployment system is introduced to inguire into the establishing method of product standards closely Above all, the decision of quality characteristic in the product standards and the estblishing method of product standard are introduced to satisty in this repord. Applying to the product standards in Qulity Function Deployment system, frst it is systematically brought quality function to consumer's needs of qualities into the products. Second the method is concerned with quality function assurance applied in induction of product quality. Also it is available to establish method of product quality level in almost every company.

  • If examining utilization by completion of National Competency Standards development, efforts are made so as to organize curriculum matched to education or training and perform subjects based on competence unit educationally in specialized high schools, colleges and university. However, National Competency Standards is insignificantly utilized in enterprises and on the spot due to characteristics of occupation type and diversity of process. This thesis intended to measures of safety efficiency improvement of final enterprise through the human resources assessment system of National Competency Standards based enterprise. Therefore, various methodologies were introduced and results of analysis by Balanced ScoreCard method were suggested for policy measures improving final safety efficiency. The results of this analysis are expected to make contribution to improving the effectiveness of the government's industrial safety and health policies through the establishment of systematic safety and health systems according to the risk level of individual business.
