  • The share of the internet has grown significantly in terms of usage and level of influence. Among the internet media, OhmyNews is considered a alternative media representing Korea's independent internet news, and a typical example displaying characteristics of the internet news. The processing step can be divided as five stage, with recorded information and applicable technical element extractable from each stage. In this thesis paper, we have analyzed domestic and overseas metadata standard examples to devise metadata design plans. Items to be focused when redesigning metadata based on domestic and foreign case studies are as follows: First, user access should be convenient; second, connection with related information should be considered; third, accumulation of production, management, usage, storage, and action history should be considered; and fourth, the design should allow higher utilization of contents. In depth researches over internet media are already being carried out in external academic disciplines including the media information studies, information and communication studies, and communications studies. We expect that it will also be necessary to consider such researches over the internet media for mass media record management research going forward.

  • The standardization of weapon system parts is one of the elements of parts management and is an important factor for reducing the cost of acquiring and maintaining a weapon system, enhancing its reliability, improving interoperability, alleviating parts obsolescence problems, improving logistics efficiency, and strengthening the military's combat readiness. This study examined how to manage parts of domestic R&D weapon systems, overseas imports weapon system parts, and various commercial parts from a standardization perspective, and to study parts management methods for standardizing parts in the future. This system was used to achieve systematic part standardization in a military weapon system. To this end, this study investigated what elements are used to standardize weapon system parts. The importance and weight of each element were calculated using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), one of the decision-making techniques, and the design stage standards using the part selection method were studied. Through this, the selection process of standard parts, which has been made according to the experience and subjective judgment of designers and personnel, was improved to propose a systematic and objective method of standardizing weapons parts.

  • In this paper a design of high performance cryptographic processor which implements AES Rijndael algorithm is described. To eliminate performance degradation due to round-key computation delay of conventional processor, the on-the-fly precomputation of round key based on modified round structure is adopted. And on-the-fly round key generator which supports 128, 192, and 256-bit key has modular structure. The designed processor has iterative structure which uses 1 clock cycle per round and supports three operation modes, such as ECB, CBC, and CTR mode which is a candidate for new AES modes of operation. The cryptographic processor designed in Verilog-HDL and synthesized using 0.251$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS cell library consists of about 51,000 gates. Simulation results show that the critical path delay is about 7.5ns and it can operate up to 125Mhz clock frequency at 2.5V supply. Its peak performance is about 1.45Gbps encryption or decryption rate under 128-bit key ECB mode.

  • USB bus not only works with convenience but also transmits data fast and becomes a standard peripheral interface between FPGA development board and personal computer. In this paper FPGA verification system with slave FIFO interface for Cypress FX3 USB 3 bridge chip was implemented. The designed slave FIFO interface consists of host interface module based on FIFO structure, master bus controller and command decoder and supports streaming communication interface for FX3 bridge chip and memory-mapped input and output interface for user design circuit. The ZestSC3 board with Cypress FX3 USB 3 bridge chip and Xilinx Artix FPGA(XC7A35T-1C5G3241) was used to implement FPGA verification system. It was verified that the FPGA verification system for user design circuit operated correctly under various clock frequencies using GUI software developed by visual C# and C++ DLL. The designed slave FIFO interface for FPGA verification system has modular structure and can be applicable to the different user designs with memory-mapped I/O interface.

  • When designing chip, it considers design specification, timing problem, and clock synchronization on place & route (P&R) process. P&R process is complicated because of considering various factors. Chip uses clock tree synthesis (CTS) to reduce clock path delay. The purpose of this study is to examine shallow-CTS algorithm for checking clock tree synthesizable. Using open source Parser-Verilog, register transfer level (RTL) synthesizable Verilog file is parsed and it uses Pre-CTS and Post-CTS process that is included shallow-CTS. Based on longest clock path in the Pre-CTS and Post-CTS stages, the standard deviation before and after buffer insertion is compared and analyzed for the accuracy of CTS. In this paper, It is expected that the cost and time problem could be reduced by providing a pre-clock tree synthesis verification method at the RTL level without confirming the CTS result using the time-consuming licensed EDA tool.

  • In this study, the characteristics of recycled aggregate concrete according to the mixing ratio of recycled fine aggregate were analyzed by design strength to explore its use in the production of ready-mixed concrete. The results show that, depending on the ratio of recycled aggregate, the compressive strength is similar to that of normal concrete and does not deteriorate. Therefore, it is possible to achieve a strength similar to the target design strength. Furthermore, if the ratio of recycled fine aggregate for concrete is up to 25 % of the total aggregate amount (50 % of the to-tal fine aggregate), slump does not cause problems. Our findings show that the higher the de-sign standard strength, the greater the amount of powder, and management of slump reduction, unit quantity, and performance system is necessary. The obtained results show that recycled ag-gregate can be used for the production of ready-mixed concrete after adjusting its mixing ratio and concrete mix proportions.

  • Most of the metaverse service is a gamification type of metaverse solution composed by placing 3D objects on a 360 panoramic world base. However, the metaverse webtoon service is lacking in implementation and research. In this study, a method for realizing a 2D flat image form in a 3D space and a realistic 360-degree panoramic webtoon metaverse service were studied. The research process consisted of basic storytelling and design work for webtoon production, panoramic image creation to convert the produced image into 360-degree form, and content creation process for viewing 360-degree directions. Finally, we implemented shading and material work with game engine tools so that you can enjoy virtual reality-based webtoons. The webtoon-based metaverse study studied the process of creating a 360-degree panoramic webtoon from content that can only be viewed in 2D format. Accordingly, it is thought that webtoons will also be presented as a standard for the production and implementation method for the metaverse service.

  • This study performed earthquake response analyses of underground structures using displacement responses of soil. In this study, spring coefficients of surrounding soil proposed by specifications and researchers were adopted and then their corresponding analysis results were compared. The free field analyses using ProShake were carried out in order to predict ground responses of the field without underground structures. Several earthquakes such as El Centro, Ofunato, and Hachinohe earthquakes were considered to calculate maximum displacements. Numerical examples were analyzed, and then the results were compared and commented depending on spring coefficients of soil for the analyses using displacement responses of soil. The soil coefficients ranged from 0.05 to 14.39 times of those calculated by Korean Bridge Design Specification (2005). In conclusion, the coefficients of soil proposed by standard specifications seemed to be overestimated compared with those by the finite element method(FEM).

  • Solar-powered unmanned aerial vehicles(SPUAV), which are being actively developed domestically and internationally, generally feature high aspect ratio(AR) wings. These high AR wings necessitate a lightweight design as their weight increases, rendering them susceptible to flutter. Consequently, flutter analysis is critical from the initial design phase. Typically, flutter analysis is conducted using a standard section wing or more precisely through a 3D model. However, due to the extended analysis time required by 3D models, this study opts for a 2D aircraft model. The 2D model computes faster than the 3D model and intuitively secures the flutter boundary. In this study, a structural/aerodynamic force model of the 2D aircraft was established, and the findings were compared with those from a 3D half model. The results showed that the flutter analysis between the 2D model and the 3D half model was similar, within about a 3% margin, thus validating the proposed 2D model's effectiveness.
