This study was performed in order to investigate the effect of renal denervation on diuretic action of UK 14, 304, $\alpha$$_2$-Adrenergic Agonist, administered into the vein and the carotid artery in dog. The diuretic action of UK 14, 304 administered into the vein or the carotid artery was reversed to the antidiuretic action by renal denervation, this time, the decrease of N $a^{+}$excretion amounts in urine ( $E_{Na}$ ) and the increase of N $a^{+}$ reabsorption rates in renal tubule ( $R_{Na}$ ) were exhibited. This results suggest that central diuretic action of UK 14, 304 is mediated by renal nerves and the antidiuretic action of UK 14, 304 in denervation kidney is caused by the increase of N $a^{+}$reabsorption rates ( $R_{Na}$ ) in renal tubules in dog.n dog.

이 논문은 공동체 아카이브가 가장 활발하게 구축되고 있는 영국의 공동체 아카이브 운동의 현 단계를 분석하고 이로부터 국내 공동체 아카이브 발전을 위한 함의를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 영국의 '독립' 공동체 아카이브는 풀뿌리운동의 일환으로서 공동체 구성원의 아래로부터의 참여, 자율적 통제, 내적 소유권이 요체라 볼 수 있다. 영국은 역사적으로 1960년대에 등장한 공동체 개념으로 시작해 최근 도시재생프로젝트를 거치며 공동체 아카이브가 활성화되는 시기들을 지났다. 최근에는 주류 아카이브 등 공적 영역과의 파트너십에 의해 공동체 아카이브가 거버넌스(협치) 단계에 이르고 있다. 무엇보다 영국형 공동체 아카이브는, 공동체의 내재적 발전의 산물이며 자율적 통제에 기반하여 '그들만의 방식'으로 아카이브를 구축해왔다. 이러한 영국형 공동체 아카이브의 성격은 최근 국내 '마을' 공동체 아카이브 운동과 그 기본적 성격 면에서 많이 닮아 있다. 하지만 영국형 아카이브 모델은, 주류 아카이브에 포획되거나 주도되는 방식이 아니라 공동체 아카이브의 자율성을 기본으로 하면서도 공적 영역의 노하우를 끌어들이며 거버넌스(협치)를 구성하는 방식으로 진화하고 있다. 개방과 협업의 공동체 아카이브 구축을 위한 방법론 모색이 절실한 국내 기록학계에 영국의 최근 변화는 시사하는 바가 크다.

Purpose - In recent years, concerns over privatization have been growing in some public sectors. Privatization in Britain offers lessons for those who have intended to privatize their industry, and in particular, the port industry. Therefore, it is useful for researchers to examine British port privatization in detail, particularly the implications of UK port privatization. Research design, data, and methodology - After reviewing the historical development of the UK port industry, the important factors determining the success of the British port privatization process were identified. The interpretations could be lessons for some other country to consider port privatization in near future. Results - The key factors in relation to port privatization are first, regulation; second, ownership; and third, utilities and operations, which includes autonomy, efficiency, and competitiveness. In addition, the UK port management system is a pure private port system, which has been successful. Conclusions - In Britain, after deciding to privatize the erstwhile public ports, they were fully privatized, focusing on the aforesaid key factors. This offers important lessons for the privatization of other ports in the world.

The nuclear legacy that remains in the United Kingdom (UK) is complex and diverse. Consisting of legacy ponds and silos, redundant reprocessing plants, research facilities, and non-standard or one-off reactor designs, the clean-up of this legacy is under the stewardship of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). Through a mix of prompt and delayed decommissioning strategies, the NDA has made great strides in dealing with the UK's nuclear legacy. Fuel debris and sludge removal from the legacy ponds and silos situated at Sellafield, as part of a prompt decommissioning strategy for the site, has enabled intolerable risks to be brought under control. Reactor defueling and waste retrievals across the Magnox fleet is enabling their transition to a period of care and maintenance; accelerated through the adopted 'Lead and Learn' approach. Bespoke decommissioning methods implemented by the NDA have also enabled the relevant site licence companies to tackle non-standard reactor designs and one-off wastes. Such approaches have potential to influence and shape nuclear decommissioning decision making activities globally, including in Korea.

본 논문은 영국의 컴퓨터과학 교육의 정책적 배경을 탐구하는 것이다. 영국은 2014년 9월부터 '컴퓨팅'을 교과로써 초등학교부터 고등학생까지 가르친다. 교육부는 기존의 ICT 교과를 컴퓨터과학으로 대체하였다. 영국 교육부는 기존의 ICT 교육에 대한 교사들의 문제인식과, 학계의 요구, 미래 산업을 위한 인재에 대한 요구를 받아들였다. 풀뿌리 조직으로 시작한 CAS의 노력이 영국의 교육 제도를 변화시키는 과정에 정부, 대학, 기업, 평가기관, 비영리 기관 등 다양한 조직의 적극적인 협력이 있음을 알게 되었다. 이를 통하여 우리나라의 소프트웨어 교육 발전을 위한 여러 가지 시사점을 제시하였다.
