  • This paper proposes a design of a citizen advisory model under the consideration of the unique characteristics of the government, namely complex structure of goals, predominance by laws, knowledge driven organization, and the good governance objectives. The legal knowledge-based technology is explored with the aims to facilitate citizens in accessing e-government services in five phases: search, intake, decision-making, explanations, and objection and appeal phases. The design of the citizen advisory model consists of four components: specific service advice, customized form fill-in service, decision-making services, and a statement of reasons service. The prototype of the citizen advisory model is illustrated using the Thai Anti Dumping and Countervailing Act 1999 as a legal domain and e-government services example.

  • To reveal secondary teachers' in-service education needs, in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 individual teachers based on semi-structured questions and qualitative data analysis procedures were adopted. They wanted to have; a. more knowledge of one's subject, subject related information, culture and common sense, counseling psychology, foreign language, and the 7th curriculum, b. better skills of student-centered teaching-learning methods, guidance and class management, good use of computers, and educational evaluation, c. improved attitudes regarding democratic problem solution processes, conversation with and service to students from their viewpoints, commitment to preparations for teaching, educational innovation and improvement, elimination of improperness, and pride of teaching job.

  • High unemployment rates repeatedly cause recurring social problems such as fewer employment opportunities and employment insecurity. Following this trend, various programs related to employment have been provided through various government and institutions. However, they have established overlapping policies and programs and there is no one stop gateway to find effective and efficient way to find relevant information. For this purpose, this study aims to provide employment and job search subject gateway development. The study has carried out case studies, literature reviews, and user survey. Based on this study, it suggested a linked metadata model to organize and link scattered information together, and a digital gateway operating diverse information services. It is expected to provide a basis to develop comprehensive information service model for employment.

웹 서비스 기반 마이크로 가공 시스템 (Web Service based Micro Fabrication System)

  • In this paper a web-based micro fabrication system is discussed. A commercial CAD and a web browser were used as its user interfaces. For the user interfaces, the concepts of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) were implemented providing the fabrication knowledge of micro machining to the designers. Simple databases were constructed to store the fabrication knowledge of materials, tools, and micro machining know-how. The part geometry was uploaded to the web server of this system as an STL (Stereo Lithography) format with process parameters for 3-axis micro milling. A Slice-based process planner automatically provides NC codes for controlling micro stages. A couple of micro parts were fabricated using the system with micro endmills. This design and manufacturing system enables network users to obtain micro-scale prototypes in a rapid manner.

  • 정보의 홍수 속에서 정보의 양은 더 이상 지식으로 활용되기 보다는 정보의 스팸으로 인식되어가고 있다. 따라서 이제는 누가 정보를 많이 소유 하였는가 보다는 양질의 정보를 통해 지식으로 활용할 수 있는 가능성이 더욱 중요해진 시대이다. 이러한 배경에서 다양한 문화를 소개하고 활용하기 위한 방법으로 전자문화지도를 활용한 서비스가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 전자문화지도를 활용한 지식정보제공은 데이터의 가시화, 직접(수집), 통합단계의 형태로만 제공하고 있다. 단순히 전자문화지도는 문화자원을 담는 DB의 역할만을 제공하고 있을 뿐이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하여 전자문화지도를 활용한 지식정보를 제공할 수 있는 서비스 방안을 연구하는 것이다. 편집한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 지식정보서비스 활용방안을 연구하기 위하여 조선족문화지도를 중심으로 전자문화 지도의 특징과 기능을 살펴보고, 문화자원의 데이터, 정보, 지식의 개념 정의를 살펴본다. 두 번째는 지식정보서비스 를 위한 길잡이 콘텐츠, 사용자 경험디자인, 사용자 맥락, 유기적 정보 디자인 등 다양한 요소를 살펴본다. 마지막으로 지식정보설계과정을 조선족문화자원 중심으로 지식정보 서비스를 설계한다.

Ontology를 활용한 무기체계 품질경영 연구 (Quality Management Study of Weapon System using Ontology)

  • Purpose: This study is addressing the establishment of the knowledge information system supplying the quality management of weapon system. It is going to support the continuous quality management through the linkages and integration between the product structure and the quality information. Methods: The interrelated relationship of the product structure information and quality information of weapon system would be expressed explicitly by taking advantage of the ontology concept. The quality information of distributed systems would be integrated through the SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)-based Web services. After defining the inference rules, which could be utilized in the quality management, in the constructed knowledge information system, the quality information would be inferred through the queries. Results: By building the integrated quality information knowledge system through the ontology and SOA, the connectivity between the product structures and dispersed quality information was enhanced. The utility and applicability of this study were checked up through the inferences on the products and quality information by using the information built by the semantic relationship of facts. Conclusion: We established the knowledge and information system as a systematic approach to support the quality management of weapon system. This is not affected by the organizations and systems, and it seems that it could be utilized across the quality management as the efficient knowledge sharing architecture supporting the quality management of weapon systems in the aspect of the product integration.

칫솔질 교육에 따른 간이구강위생지수(S-OHI) 및 칫솔질 지식변화 효과 (Effects of Toothbrush Education on the Simplified Oral Hygiene Index (S-OHI) and Toothbrushing-related Knowledge)

  • To improve oral hygiene management, the effects of toothbrush training on general oral hygiene based on the simplified oral hygiene index(S-OHI) and degree of knowledge about toothbrushing were examined. Pre-and post-training changes in the S-OHI (lower score = better oral health status) showed a significant decrease in score in all variables (gender, age, marital status, occupation, and level of education).Pre- and post-training changes in the degree of knowledge about toothbrushing showed a significant increase. Negative correlations between the S-OHI, oral health status, and degree of knowledge about toothbrushing and the S-OHI and the Decayed, Missing, Filled (DMF) index (the better the oral cavity environment, the lower the DMF index) were observed. Positive effects of repeated toothbrush training on the maintenance of healthy oral cavity environment and continuous oral health management were observed, as reflected by the correct toothbrushing-related knowledge and skills.

개인용 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 수용저항에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors on User's Adoption Resistance to Personal Cloud Computing Service)

  • Recently, the personal cloud computing service has been being spotlighted as an individual tool of productivity enhancement. However, compared to the rosy forecast, its diffusion rate in the domestic (Korean) market is much slower than expected. In order to find the reason for the slow growth of personal cloud computing service, we attempt to identify influencing factors on user's adoption resistance, while most prior research has focused on the factors affecting its adoption. Based on both the person-technology fit model and the privacy calculus model, we propose technostress and perceived value as key antecedents of adoption resistance. In addition, we identify (1) technical (pace of change and complexity) and personal (self-efficacy) influencing factors on technostress, and (2) beneficial (perceived mobility and perceived availability) and harmful (perceived vulnerability) influencing factors on perceived value. To validate our research model, 133 individual samples were gathered from undergraduate and graduate students who had actual experience of using at least one of personal cloud computing services. The results of the structural equation modeling confirm that both technostress and perceived value have significant effects on adoption resistance, but they have different influencing mechanisms to different types of adoption resistance (indifference, postponement, and rejection). Theoretical and practical contributions are discussed in the conclusion.

서울디지털산업단지의 진화와 역동성 - 클러스터 생애주기 분석을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of Cluster Life Cycle on the Dynamic Evolution of the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex in Korea)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 클러스터 생애주기 분석을 기반으로 서울디지털산업단지의 진화 경로와 역동성을 분석하는 것이다. 1960년대 중반부터 1990년대 후반까지 업체수와 고용자수 변화를 중심으로 구로공단의 발생-성장-유지-쇠퇴의 생애주기를 구분하고 시기별 특성을 분석하였다. 1990년대 후반 이후 업체수와 고용자수가 급증하였고, 소규모 기술집약 중소기업과 지식기반 서비스기업이 서울디지털산업단지의 성장과 구조재편을 주도하였다. 이것은 지식산업센터(아파트형공장) 증가로 가능했으며, 2000년대 중반 이후에는 지식기반 클러스터로의 변환의 생애주기 모습을 보여준다.

지식기반산업 창업기업의 고용창출 효과 (Effects of Knowledge-based Startups on Employment Growth)

  • 실업률이 높아지고 경제성장이 둔화되면서, 일자리 창출의 원동력이라고 일컬어지는 창업에 대한 관심이 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 지식기반산업의 창업의 고용창출 효과를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 특히 지식기반제조업, 지식기반서비스업, 기타 산업의 3가지 업종으로 분류하고 수도권과 비수도권에서의 창업의 고용창출 효과를 비교하였다. 전국사업체조사 자료를 활용하여 분석한 결과 창업의 고용창출 효과는 시차에 따라 3단계에 걸쳐 다르게 나타났다. 창업 직후 고용이 일시적으로 증가하지만, 기업들 간의 경쟁이 치열해지면서 고용이 감소하게 되며, 결과적으로 경쟁력을 갖춘 기업들이 성장하면서 다시 고용이 증가하고 있다. 지식기반제조업 창업의 총 고용효과가 다른 산업의 창업보다 높게 나타났다. 지식기반제조업 창업률이 1% 증가하는 경우 6년 시차 기간 동안 총 2.84% 고용율의 증가를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다. 수도권에서의 창업기업이 비수도권의 창업기업에 비해 총 고용효과가 더 높게 나타났다. 수도권에서 창업 직후 일자리가 비수도권보다 더 많이 창출되지만 시장 경쟁이 더욱 치열하여 일자리가 더 많이 감소하나, 경쟁에 살아남은 기업들이 더 많은 일자리를 창출하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 보다 효과적인 일자리 창출을 위해서는 창업기업의 업종과 지역 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 창업정책이 필요하다는 정책적 시사점을 제공하였다.
