물속에서의 무게와 압력에 대한 초등 교사의 교수 내용 지식 분석 (The Analysis of Elementary School Teachers' Pedagogical Content Knowledge on the Unit of "Weight and Pressure in Water")

  • The purpose of this study was to elucidate elementary school teachers' pedagogical content knowledge regarding the subject of "weight and pressure in water". 6 elementary teachers in charge of the 6th grade were selected for this study. The 7 hour lessons were observed over $15{\sim}20$ days, and a variety of data including scenarios, questionnaires for teachers, interviews of teachers were analyzed. As a result of this study, teachers who had long career histories thought that the purpose of teaching science was to teach the use of science principles, and teachers who had only taught for a relatively short time thought the purpose was satisfying students' curiosity. Most of the teachers felt that the science content knowledge related to buoyancy was insufficient. They had acquired most of the science content knowledge from teaming experiences in middle and high schools. The pre-service teacher education programs didn't help them to satisfactorily acquire the science content knowledge under analysis here. Most of the teachers taught the science lessons according to the order of sequence as shown in the science textbook. They didn't teach the contents that they thought were needed if they were not already included in the science textbook. Only one teacher who had taken science courses in high school managed the science classes freely according to his own thoughts and opinions. From the results of this research, it could be concluded that most elementary school teachers did not have enough pedagogical content knowledge to teach their students effectively.

수학과 교사지식에 관한 국내 연구의 동향 분석 (Domestic Research Trends of Teacher Knowledge in Mathematics)

  • 본 연구는 수학과 교사지식에 관한 연구경향을 교사지식의 개념, 연구주제, 연구방법, 연구대상, 내용영역의 측면에서 상세하게 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 최근 14년(1999-2012) 동안 국내 수학교육 관련 9개 학술지에 게재된 교사지식에 관한 연구물을 대상으로 5가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 그 결과 교사지식의 개념 중 PCK에 관한 연구가 가장 활발한 반면 PCK의 하위요소는 매우 다양하게 나타났다. 다음으로, 연구주제는 교사지식의 실태 분석에 편중되어 있었고, 연구방법 측면에서는 질적 연구가 양적 연구보다 다소 많았으며 혼합연구는 저조하였다. 연구대상은 초등 교사가 중등 교사보다 조금 많았고, 예비교사와 경력교사는 비슷하였다. 내용영역 측면에서는 초등은 수와 연산 영역이, 중등은 함수 영역이 가장 많았다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 논문은 수학과 교사지식에 관한 추후 연구방향에 시사점을 제공한다.

치과내원자의 임플란트 시술경험이 지식과 태도에 미치는 영향 - 경남지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on Dental Patients' Knowledge and Attitude about the Implant Denture - Focused on South Gyeongnam Province, South Korea -)

  • This study is to inquire into the correlation between patients' knowledge and attitude about the implant denture, as well as to provide exact information for patients. The results are expected to be basic data to make patients have positive attitudes to the implant denture. The study was conducted on patients who visited dental hospitals located in South Gyeongsang Province, South Korea, from 1 November to 31 December, 2009, the answer sheets from 198 patients analyzed. The results showed that 24.2% of respondents had implant dentures put in. Hereat, the t-test and the analysis of variance (ANOVA) were performed to analyze respondents' knowledge and attitude about the implant denture according to general characteristics. In relation to knowledge about the implant denture, respondents showed differences according to what levels of education they had and whether they had the implant dentures put in. The results of a correlation analysis showed that respondents' knowledge and attitude about the implant denture had a significant correlation with each other. In other words, respondents, who had a high degree of knowledge about the implant denture, had a more positive attitude to it. With the generalization of implant dentures, dental care providers have need to provide exact information about the implant denture for dental patients in order that they may comprehend it and have positive attitudes to it. In addition, there is a need to establish a system to provide the general public with exact information about the implant denture.

Research on the Characteristics of Science Subject Matter Knowledge (SMK) and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of Primary School Teachers in Classroom Teaching

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate characteristics of science content knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge shown in the primary school science classes. Through analysis of classroom teaching, explore the features and differences between primary and secondary school science PCK. Using open-ended interviews with the teachers and group discussions on a regular basis to analyze and compare classes of five primary school teachers, the relationship between CK and PCK. Regardless of the school level the teacher's PCK and professionalism is required with varying focus and emphasis. The features of the primary school teacher's PCK are as follows: Firstly, elementary teach secondary teach content, teachers value pedagogical knowledge (PK) content knowledge (CK). The primary school PCK requires more of understanding of students and teaching methods that to subject areas. PCK be without content knowledge, and the teacher's PCK is subject-specific In addition to the characteristics of PCK in the primary school science teaching, ways to set up professional exchange or collaboration between primary and secondary teachers, and to provide supplementary in-service training focused on content knowledge for primary school teachers.

The Bidirectional Relationship between Objective and Subjective Knowledge: Applying the Heuristic-systematic Model in Vietnamese Mobile Banking

  • This study investigates the contribution of customer knowledge to customer intention to adopt mobile banking by evaluating the interaction among knowledge, perceived risk and trust, and behavioral intentions. Analysis is conducted through structural equation modelling using SPSS and AMOS and data from 783 customers representing the seven largest banks in Vietnam. Our study is the first one to find the existence of the bidirectional perspective between objective and subjective knowledge. The study further shows that the attenuation effect in the heuristic-systematic model could be used to explain the stronger influence of objective knowledge on intention compered to subjective knowledge. Our findings suggest that customer knowledge, perceived risk and trust impact the intention of mobile banking users in different manners and to different degrees. Particularly, objective customer knowledge is the most influential predictor of mobile banking adoption. Having a greater understanding of these relationships can help firms in deciding the kind of intervention that is most likely to convince customers to adopt a service.

  • This research elaborated five components for pre-service mathematics teacher training: 1) Mathematical content knowledge, 2) Pedagogical content knowledge, 3) Pedagogical reasoning, 4) System of training, and 5) Mathematics teachers' beliefs. For the effect teaching, mathematics teacher program should be reformed. The key to improvement should be concerntrated on developing knowledge about effective teaching and translating it into algorithms those teachses can learn and incorporate in their planning prior to teaching. A theory of instruction should specify the most effective sequences in which to present the materials to be learned.

  • The purpose of the study is to introduce how elementary mathematics pre-sevice teachers in pre-service teacher program could use and integrate poster, a kind of instructional media, to connect mathematics knowledge to real worlds. Poster examples include such as connection to mathematicians and mathematical connections to real world as well as nature. Further, future study will continue to foster students and teachers to try to construct their alive mathematics knowledge.

서비스직 종사자들의 결핵관련 지식, 태도 및 예방행위 (Relationships between Knowledge, Attitude and Preventive Behavior about Tuberculosis in Service Workers)

  • 본 연구는 서비스직 종사자들의 결핵관련 지식, 태도 및 예방행위 정도를 파악하고 그 관계를 규명함으로써 서비스직 종사자를 위한 결핵예방교육 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구기간은 2015년 10월 1일부터 10월 7일까지 전남지역 대규모점포에 재직 중인 서비스직 종사자를 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료는 자기기입식 설문지로 수집되었으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 독립표본 t-검정, 단변량 분산분석, 피어슨 상관관계를 적용하였다. 결핵에 대한 지식 정도는 평균 14.05점(30점 만점), 태도 정도는 평균 29.88점(60점 만점)으로 나타났으며, 결핵 예방행위 정도는 평균 31.44점(60점 만점) 이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 결핵 예방행위는 성별, 결혼상태, 흡연형태, 직업 만족도, 주관적인 건강상태에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 결핵관련 지식, 태도 및 결핵 예방행위간의 관계는 정적 상관관계, 연령과 결핵 예방행위간의 관계는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 서비스직 종사자의 결핵 예방행위를 높이기 위해서는 우선 결핵에 대한 정보 제공시 동기부여가 먼저 선행되어야 할 것이며, 단순한 결핵 예방행위를 위한 지식뿐 아니라 체계적이고 효율적인 건강증진을 위한 긍정적인 태도를 강화시킬 수 있는 전략이 요구된다.

PC Skill-Reporting System을 활용한 심폐소생술 교육이 간호학생의 지식, 자기효능감, 술기수행능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Education Using a PC Skill-Reporting System on the Knowledge, Self-Efficacy and Skill Performance Ability of Nursing Students)

  • The Purpose of this study was to identify the educational effects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation using a PC skill-reporting system on the knowledge, Self-efficacy and skill performance ability of nursing students. The Participants were 57 nursing students from G metropolitan city, an experimental group of 29 subjects, and a control group of 28 students who were randomly sampled. Data were collected from 3 to 12 July of, 2013, and theory education and skill exposure programs for the experimental and control groups were conducted for 60 min. three times a week. The, PC skill-reporting system was used only with the experimental group. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN version 20.0 using ${\chi}^2$-tests, Fisher's exact probability tests, paired t-tests and t-tests. In the comparison of the two groups, the knowledge(t=-2.39, p=.022), self-efficacy (t=-3.45, p<.001) and skill performance ability(t=-2.52, p=.012) of the experiment group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Therefore, the adoption of instructional methods using a PC skill-reporting system is required to maximize the effects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation instruction.

과학기술 지식인프라 통합 아키텍처 설계방법론 (Design Methodology of Integrated Architecture for S&T Knowledge Infrastructure)

  • 최근 오픈 사이언스를 위한 플랫폼 개발이 국내외적으로 이루어지고 있으며, 과학기술 지식인프라의 데이터 처리 및 서비스 운영을 분석하여 과학기술 지식인프라의 성과확산을 위한 시스템 개발에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이 논문은 과학 기술 분야의 지식인프라를 위한 통합 아키텍처 설계 방법론을 도출하고 통합 아키텍처에서 데이터와 서비스의 통합수준 및 연계를 설정하는 그 방안을 제시한다. 연구 전과정에서 오픈 사이언스를 활용하기 위해서는 개별 서비스를 모듈 및 독립적인 기능 블록으로 구성하여 재사용 및 상호 운영될 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 제안된 설계 방법론은 과학기술 지식 인프라의 통합 서비스를 위한 서비스 통합을 다루기 위해 사용하며, 이는 다분야의 협력 참여연구자 및 엔지니어의 계산 수행 결과 및 산출물의 솔기없는 접근을 지원할 수 있다.
