Our nation has experienced remarkable growth over the half a century. Nonetheless, there is still much room for improvement in the area of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS). In particular, frequency and severity of industrial accidents did not considerably improve compared to the economic and social progress we made. The main objective of this research is to analyze what plans and actions are required for companies to promote industrial safety by 1) fostering functional competencies of EHS staffs and 2) effectively and proactively responding to rapidly changing EHS environment. For this research, EHS staffs from five large companies in Korea were surveyed. Most respondents indicated that one of key expertise required by EHS staffs is capabilities to effectively deal with changes to various domestic and international EHS-related laws and regulations. Furthermore, a predominant number of respondents commented that it is imperative for EHS staffs to have a broad knowledge of business management. As for internal issues that EHS staffs encounter within their organizations, many pointed out that their EHS vision is not sufficiently shared throughout the organization, and that the rules of leadership are critical in solving this issue. On the other hand, the survey respondents also raised an issue of limited EHS-related investments due to slow economy. As a solution, they proposed ways to align EHS organization's performance with the company's performance. Based on this survey, issues and solutions for EHS organizations were identified. Results of this research can benefit companies that plan to newly establish or further expand EHS organization.

지역별 특화산업 현황과 이의 육성을 위한 정책 의사결정을 지원하기 위해서는 지역 기술혁신활동을 보다 실제적으로 모니터링하는 것이 중요하다. 특허통계를 이용하여 지역별, 국가별 혁신능력을 비교하는 연구는 많이 있어왔다. 그러나 기존의 방법은 주로 출원인(기업)의 본사를 기준으로 행해져 왔으며, 실제 혁신활동이 행해지고 있는 지역을 기준으로 하지는 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 혁신활동을 대표한다고 할 수 있는 발명자의 지역분포 현황과 발명자 간의 네트워크를 분석함으로써 특정 기술분야의 인력교류가 지역적으로 어떤 관계를 보이는 지를 알고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 한국공개특허 H01 분류(기본적 전기소자 기술) 중 내국인이 출원한 특허 전체를 대상으로 하여, 발명자 지역 데이터 추출 및 지역 간 네트워크 분석을 통해 기술혁신활동의 지역 간 연계구조를 분석하였다.

4차 산업혁명 환경 속에서 기업 경쟁력을 높이기 위해서는 디지털 역량을 갖춘 인재를 확보하고, 육성하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 특히 IT 분야에서 요구되는 지식 및 스킬은 새롭게 생성되거나 추가되기 때문에 IT 기업 구성원의 업스킬링(upskilling)과 리스킬링(resklling)을 통한 전문성 향상은 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 IT 기업 종사자를 대상으로 관리자의 진성 리더십과 구성원의 직무 열의 관계에서 구성원의 자기주도학습 능력의 매개효과를 분석함으로써 인적자원개발 측면에서 IT 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 이론적 논의와 실천적 시사점을 제언하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, IT 기업 관리자의 진성 리더십은 구성원의 직무 열의에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구성원의 자기주도학습 능력은 IT 기업 관리자의 진성 리더십과 구성원의 직무 열의 관계에서 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 본 연구는 IT 기업 관리자의 진성 리더십이 구성원의 자기주도학습 능력을 촉진시키며, 나아가 직무 열의도 증진시킬 수 있다는 것을 실증하였다.

본 연구는 시뮬레이션 기반 문제중심학습 수업을 설계하고 적용한 후 수업 운영의 효과를 초점집단면담을 이용해 분석하고자 수행되었다. 응급구조학은 전공지식을 바탕으로 다양한 응급 상황에 대응할 수 있는 실무 중심의 학습이 중요하다. 문제중심학습 수업의 경우 학습을 위한 현장상황과 관련한 실제 성을 제공하여 문제해결전략과 기술, 팀워크 등의 역량을 향상시킬 수 있어 응급구조학과에서 다루는 다양한 주제를 운영하기에 적합하다. 본 연구는 호흡곤란 환자 사례를 중심으로한 PBL 모듈을 개발해 S대학교 응급구조학과 3학년 16명이 수강하는 전문내과응급처치학 및 실습 교과목에 적용한 것으로, 전문가 컨설팅을 통해 인증평가를 받았으며, 학습자 5명을 대상으로 초점집단면접을 이용한 만족도 질적 연구가 추가로 진행되었다. 전반적인 수업 만족도는 4.76점에서 4.92점으로 높은 수준을 보였다. 특히, PBL 수업을 통해 학습 전략을 재설정하고, 협력 학습을 경험함으로써 긍정적인 학습성과를 얻을 수 있었고 자기효능감을 경험하였다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs), previous M&A experience, and the probability of deal completion in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (CBMAs). Since Chinese SOEs tend to be recognized by host countries as agents of their home country government, this study argues that SOEs will face difficulties in completing CBMA deals. However, the study expects that these difficulties may vary depending on whether the firm has previous M&A experience because firms can gain the knowledge and capabilities necessary to implement subsequent M&As successfully from past M&A experience. Design/methodology - To investigate our argument, we conduct a logistic regression using a sample of 363 CBMA deals from 304 Chinese publicly listed firms during 2007 to 2017. We used SOEs as an independent variable, experience of domestic and foreign M&As as moderating variables, respectively, and CBMA deal completion as the dependent variable. Findings - The study shows a negative and significant relationship between Chinese SOEs and the completion likelihood of CBMA deals. We find that this negative relationship is strengthened when the firm had prior domestic M&A experience, whereas foreign M&A experience alleviated the negative relationship. Originality/value - The issue of government ownership has remained unclear since government intervention has both advantages and disadvantages in pursuing CBMAs. Our findings support literature that argues Chinese SOEs face legitimacy concerns in the host countries, thereby lowering their CBMA deal completion likelihood. Furthermore, the study enriches the literature by identifying different moderating effects of domestic and foreign M&A experience on the negative relationship between SOEs and CBMA deal completion.

벤처기업이 내부자원의 부족함에도 불구하고 신속한 국제화를 이루는 현상에 대해, 벤처기업의 국제화 전략을 유형화하고 이러한 유형과 국제화 성과 간에 유의한 관계가 있는지를 검토하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 유형화의 기준으로서 국제화를 수행하는 벤처기업의 글로벌 창업가정신과 실현화역량을 설정하고, 이를 기준으로 세 가지 유형이 존재하는 모델이 구성되었다. 그에 대한 유형별 특성과 국제화 전략의 내용에 대해서 설명하며 그에 대한 실증적 분석으로서 군집분석이 행해졌다. 각 유형별로 국제화 성과에서의 유의한 차이가 있는지에 대해서도 실증분석 하였다. 군집분석의 결과 개척자형과 신중한 준비형, 그리고 소극적 반응형의 세 가지 유의한 유형이 존재하는 것으로 결론을 내렸다. 또한 해외지명도와 지식·경험의 제고라는 국제화 성과에서는 각 유형 간에 부분적으로 혹은 완전한 정도로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 국제화 전략포지션에 따른 유형별 차이와 성과 차이가 존재함을 의미하며, 벤처기업의 국제화 전략과 지원정책의 수립에서 이를 감안해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Innovation is considered as an implemented innovation in education - in the content, methods, techniques and forms of educational activity and personality education (methods, technologies), in the content and forms of organizing the management of the educational system, as well as in the organizational structure of educational institutions, in the means of training and education and in approaches to social services in education, distance and multimedia learning, which significantly increases the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. The classification of currently known pedagogical technologies that are most often used in practice is shown. The basis of the innovative activity of a modern teacher is the formation of an innovative program-methodical complex in the discipline. Along with programmatic and content provision of disciplines, the use of informational tools and their didactic properties comes first. It combines technical capabilities - computer and video technology with live communication between the lecturer and the audience. In pedagogical innovation, the principles reflecting specific laws and regularities of the implementation of innovative processes are singled out. All principles are elements of a complex system of organization and management of innovative activities in the field of education and training. They closely interact with each other, which enhances the effect of each of them due to the synergistic effect. To improve innovative activities in the training of students, today computer technologies are widely used in pedagogy as a science, as well as directly in the practice of the pedagogical process. They have gained the most popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, searching for information on the network for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a unified scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The article considers computer technologies as the main building material for the entire society. In the modern world, there is a need to prepare a person for life in a multimedia environment. This process should be started as early as possible, because the child's contact with the media is present almost from the moment of his birth.

이 연구의 목적은 특정직 경호공무원의 전직 역량에 대한 특정직 경호공무원들의 보유수준 조사를 통한 전직지원방안을 제시하는데 있으며, 이를 위해 특정직 경호공무원 중 전직관련 대상자로서 40대 이상 5급 사무관 이상 전직 유경험자인 전직 성공자와 전직 실패자, 전직 희망자인 전직 예정자 600명을 대상으로 지식역량군의 전문지식, 전직관련 지식, 자기이해, 조직이해, 기술역량군의 직무기술역량, 직무수행기술, 문제해결기술, 혁신기술, 커뮤니케이션기술, 조직관리기술, 위기관리기술, 경력개발기술, 인적네트워크 활용기술, 태도 및 감정역량군의 긍정적 태도, 적극적 태도, 책임감, 직업정신, 헌신적 태도, 친화력, 자기조절능력, 가치 및 윤리역량군의 윤리의식, 도덕성 등 4개 역량군 22개 하위역량의 보유수준에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 유효한 설문 응답자 153명의 4개 역량 군 22개 하위역량 항목에 대한 설문조사 분석결과, 현재 보유수준 값이 4.0이상인 전문지식, 긍정적 태도, 책임감, 윤리의식, 도덕성 역량 등에 있어서는 어느 정도 갖추었다고 생각하고 있으나, 그 외 역량에 대해서는 보통이하 점수로 다소 낮게 나타나, 이들 역량들에 대해서는 아직은 부족하다고 인식하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 역량 강화를 위한 특정직 경호공무원의 성공적인 전직지원방안으로서는 전직에 대한 인식과 개념을 재정립하고 현실을 직시할 수 있도록 눈높이를 낮추어야 하며, 전직에 필요한 역량으로서 다소 부족하다고 느끼고 있는 역량들에 대해서는 평소에 관심을 가지고 적극적인 개발 및 강화 노력이 요구된다. 제도적 차원에서 이러한 전직 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 퇴직 전 중 후 전직 교육훈련 강화 및 현 교육훈련체계 반영, 수요자 중심의 온-오프 상 교육훈련시스템 운영, 학습조직화 등 전직교육훈련 인프라를 구축할 필요성이 있다.

과거 국내 벤처캐피탈 회사는 정부의 지원과 보조금에 의존하여 사업을 유지하였기 때문에 관리노하우, 선진투자기법 및 관리지원능력 등의 역량이 부족해도 생존할 수 있었다. 하지만, 오늘날 벤처캐피탈 회사의 환경은 자율과 책임과 경쟁원리가 적용되는 상황으로 점점 바뀌고 있다. 벤처캐피탈 회사도 다른 금융기관과 마찬가지로 자산과 부채를 적절히 관리함으로써 위험을 최소화하고 수익을 극대화시켜 기업 가치를 극대화할 수 있는 것이다. Modigliani와 Miller(1958)가 전통적 최적자본구조의 존재에 대해 반론을 제기한 이후 많은 연구가 진행되었지만 아직까지 벤처캐피탈 회사의 자본구조에 대해 연구한 논문은 아직 발표되지 않았다. 본 논문의 목적은 국내 창업투자회사의 기업특성과 자본구조 간의 관계를 실증적으로 조사하고 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 창업투자회사의 웹페이지와 공시자료를 기초로 국내 창업투자회사의 기업특성 및 재무지표에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 상관관계분석과 t-검정을 통해 오래된 창업투자회사와 신규창업투자회사 간에 유동비율과 매출액 순이익률 값이 차이가 난다는 것을 보여주었다. 비록 우리나라 창업투자회사가 벤처기업에 대한 투자에 대한 노하우가 부족하다고 알려졌지만 오래된 창업 투자회사는 재무수익성을 개선할 수 있는 벤처투자에 대한 노하우가 차츰 쌓이고 있다는 결과로 해석될 수 있는 결과이다.

IT서비스의 성공의 핵심은 사용자 중심의 전략기획 및 시스템 설계 역량을 확보하여 사용자 마인드를 정확히 읽어내는데 있다. 사용자중심의 서비스를 제공하는 UI/UX전략수립이 안정적으로 구축되기 위해서는 먼저 관련시장의 규모를 추정하여, 성장가능성을 예측하는 것이 우선시 되어야 하나, 이에 대한 연구가 전무한 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구는 'SW시장규모(IDC Worldwide Blackbook'에 근거하여 관련시장을 추정하였다. 금액과 건수를 추정한 결과, UI/UX에 있어 기획 및 설계 영역이 해외 시장규모에 비해 낮은 수치로 형성되고 있으며, 디자인 중심의 관련 기업들의 역량도 기획자와 설계자를 구분하여 전문성을 강화하는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구결과는 지금까지 개인의 역량에 의존하던 UI/UX전략 수립을 체계화시키고, 시스템적으로 접근할 수 있는 계기를 마련하여, UI/UX 에 대한 표준화와 정량화 등으로 경제적 가치 판단이 가능해 지는데 있다. 기존의 인터페이스에 대한 사용자관점을 적용한다는 기술적 측면에서 해당 서비스에 대한 비즈니스적 관점에서 UI/UX에 대한 접근의 계기를 통한 UX전략 경영을 선도할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 이는 지식서비스 차원에서 사용자의 니즈를 파악하고, 적용하는 UX전략의 가치를 증명하는데 의의가 있다.
