전통적 도서관은 인터넷 기술의 발달로 인하여 새로운 형태의 디지털 라이브러리로 변모하고 있다. 책은 디지털 파일로, 목록은 메타데이타로, 이용자는 네트워크가 접속되는 전세계 이용자로, 자료는 무한정 복사할 수 있는 형태로 바뀌고 있다. 국가 정보 하부구조를 위한 디지털 라이브러리 구축은 미래 정보화 사회에 매우 중요한 것으로 본 논문에서는 기존의 디지털 라이브러리 기술에 대한 분석을 통하여 앞으로 추진할 디지털 라이브러리의 모습을 모델링한다.

Governments seek to advance public industry had planed to decreased by 50% of KORAIL management deficit in 2010, The transition to a profit in 2012. In addition. The government will not achieve the goal by 2010, management announced plans to review the case, and privatization. Office of unprofitable station and vehicle maintenance, maintenance work to make cost savings through outsourcing hed discussed how to create KORAIL advancement. April 2011 the government, "A study on th Efficiency of Conventional Railway Infrastructure Maintenance R&D Report" progresses, conventional railway infrastructure maintenance has focused attention on the field. However, the general maintenance of railway facilities without the knowledge and safety awareness, as compared to foreign railway personnel, and productivity has pointed out the contradiction. Economy and efficiency of the railway in order to pursue a public awareness and safety and professionalism is required. In this study, the conventional railway infrastructure maintenance in accordance with Facts would like to introduce efficiency measures.

This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade platform for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's u-TradeHub system are as follows. First, from the technical and legal aspects, to make up for a lack of support systems for spread of users, it is required to promote customized advertising strategies through Ministry of Knowledge Economy and establish a global certification system. Second, document standardization and digitalization should be achieved in advance to make the documents distributed through the e-Trade platform in a seamless manner. Furthermore, an ongoing global network development project should be promoted through the e-Trade platform to achieve standardization. Third, from the operational aspect, it is important to maintain an integrated and systematic relationship with related organizations. Because vertical integration among logistics service providers and GSCM are enabled through the e-Trade platform, it is necessary to standardize global network-based linkage and operating systems.

The purpose of this study is to illuminate the influence happened by the process of acquirement of professional cooking skills related to satisfaction with duty of hotel cooks according to the development and expansion of the food service industry. First, interaction with colleagues, working environment, accomplishment of duty, satisfaction of duty etc. have a big effect on improvement of cooking skills, that is, acquirement and accumulation of cooking skill. Therefore, it's confirmed that improvement of skill can be promoted if we focus on this kind of factors and meet more positively. Second, field education training should be operated professionally with systematic education training. Third, duty rotation has an effect on skill advancement. It can be interpreted that oppressive feelings caused by ability, skill, knowledge, human relations etc. which is required in new business related to frequent change of the business in one's charge can have an effect on duty satisfaction. It's considered that comprehensive and in-depth study should be accomplished in future concerning duty rotation, field training.

Since the 1990s, the advancement of semiconductor technology has resulted in the development of microprocessor technology, auxiliary computer technology, and application technology such as intelligent algorithms (neural network, fuzzy, etc.). These based the development of intelligent machines. An agent is autonomous software that recognizes environment, exchanges knowledge with other agents and makes decisions. We designed agent-based sensor structure. For the purpose, first, it modeled the function of an intelligent machine. Second, it designed sensory function on the agent level.

As a new medium for knowledge diffusion, E-Journal is expected to be a general type of scholarly communication. However, the techno - economic problems have hindered the advancement of the E-Journal. For the technical aspects, there are problems such as the standardization of document format, automatization of the document preparation, forward and backward link between documents. Also there are necessities for the support of the information infrastructure of digital library and information superhighway. For the economic domain, reengineering of total publishing cycle is considered and the new paradigm of peer review is analyzed. We pointed out that the main difficulties in the diffusion of E-Journal are on the promotion of service and technological advance, not the price and marketing strategy.

As Topic Modeling has been applied in increasingly various domains, the difficulty in naming and characterizing topics also has been recognized more. This study, therefore, explores an approach of combining text mining with network analysis in a multi-step approach. The concept of synchronization was applied to re-assign the top author keywords in more than one topic category, in order to improve the visibility of the topic-author keyword network, and to increase the topical cohesion in each topic. The suggested approach was applied using 16,548 articles with 2,881 unique author keywords in construction and building engineering indexed by KSCI. As a result, it was revealed that the combined approach could improve both the visibility of the topic-author keyword map and topical cohesion in most of the detected topic categories. There should be more cases of applying the approach in various domains for generalization and advancement of the approach. Also, more sophisticated evaluation methods should also be necessary to develop the suggested approach.

The Research on the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is proposed the category to IT839 strategy by Government. Government is driving to researching on technology about IT839 Strategy. By transforming this category and research information into Semantic Web environment, it is possible to search function utilizing knowledge base and information object by use of TBox and ABox. In this regard, this study proposes technology for generation of Semantic Web Document about ICT Research Information. The ontology is constructed by using category to IT839 Strategy. The features of framework proposed in this study is to have used a skill to directly map Ontology instance and in case of inability of direct mapping, proposed a skill to establish reliable Semantic Web Document by suggesting indirect mapping skill using mechanical study. In addition, it is possible to establish low cost/high quality Semantic Web Document about ICT research information.

U-learning stresses the ubiquitous networking environment where different sizes of U-devices, let alone the dominant PCs, comprise a background infrastructure to enhance knowledge and performance. This paper suggests a U-learning system that will provide an alternative for the hectic private lessons, particularly English training among grade-school students. Several points are suggested of the U-system to be a cost-effective alternative. Besides the corresponding advancement of U-networking, the production of a profitable business model harnessing the emerging technology is most urgent. The Government authorities should recognize the potential U-social system solutions, and take an initiative to develop them. The latest technology seems to throw a light to the upcoming social systems applied in various fields of social needs.

Major technologic advances in fiberoptic light transmission, video cameras, and instrumentation have allowed great advances in small-joint arthroscopy. Arthroscopy in particular is now well established procedure for accurate diagnosis and operative management of certain ankle disorders. The small size of the ankle and significant periarticular soft tissue structures make placement and advancement of the arthroscope and instrumentation more difficult than in larger joints. Successful arthroscopy of the ankle requires knowledge of the regional anatomy and a familiarity with the available arthroscopic portals. This review article is going to describe the gross and arthroscopic anatomy of the ankle as it relates to current arthroscopic techniques. Particular emphasis is placed on the anatomic relations of the important osseous and soft tissue structures for a safe, reproducible approach to arthroscopic treatment of ankle pathology. Also, current arthroscopic equipment and instruments are included.
