동양의 율관에 관한 연구(II) -낙학궤범』소재 율장의 문제점 및 율산에 관한 연구- (Study on the ength of the Pitch Pipes Preserved in Korean Sources)

  • In Akhakkyebom(낙학궤범), one of the greatest Korean Sources, a great mistake was found in the lengths of the pitch pipes. Whanjong(황종) from which the other eleven pitches are calculated, is nine inches by decimal system. But the rest are from 9inches by nonary system. To find out how such a contradictory combination could put into so great a book, all the sources available wereexamined. In the process of investigating the numeral change of the lengths of the pitchpipes, it was found that fixation of this contradictory combination was due to the tradiction of Confucianism, which is specialized by its adherence of the old. SongHyon(성현) couldn't understand well enough Tsai Yuan-ting's(몽원정) Account of the science of the pitch pipes in Lu-luhsin-shui(율여신서), Neither could Yi Hye-gu(이혜구) who translated Akhakkwebom(낙학궤범) into Korean. The parts they misunderstood were pointed out and explained as it should be in this thesis. Several other accounts of the science of the pitch pipes like Chu Tsai-yu's and Jing Farng's are also explained. The Pitch-pipes which were said to have been made by Pak Yon(박연) were found out to be of Chu Tsai-yu's. Those which Yi Sang dok(이상덕) wrote were one of Pak Yon's achievements turned out to be of Tsai Yuen-ting's(몽원정), And othe interesting mistakes were pointed out in thesis thesis. Most of these mistakes were made, I think, because of the lack of the study on the historical background. That's why I tried to examine all the sources available on pitch-pipes. In the lengths of the pitch-pipes preserved in Shih-chi(사기) by Ssu-ma Ch'ien(사마천), several letters were found to have been misprinted. Some 칠's should be “십” and the letter “일” in Hyopchong(황종) should be “칠”. I couldn't deal with all the lengths of the pitch-pipes in this thesis. Especially the real length of the old measure of Whangjong(황종) made by PakYon(박연) is remained still unknown. I believe a lot more study should be poured on this field to know our traditional music as it was.

퇴계(退溪)의 천관(天觀) 연구(硏究) (A Study of Perspective on Cheon Gwan(天觀) of Toegye)

  • 천(天)의 개념을 살펴보자면 송대(宋代)이전은 종교적(상제(上帝)) 천(天)이라면 송대(宋代)이후는 합리적(천(天)理) 천(天)이다. 주자는 종교성을 잃어버렸고 퇴계는 회복했다. 이 논문은 퇴계와 주자가 말하는 천(天)의 속성이 다르다는 것을 기반으로 리(理)의 종교성까지 밝히는 것이 목적이다. "서명"은 '이일분수(理一分殊)'의 논리로 설명되어진다. 주자와 퇴계는 이일(理一)이란 측면에서는 사천(事天)이란 해야한다고 말하지만 분수(分殊)의 측면에서 살펴보면 주자는 천리(天理)의 이법을 따라야 한다고 하고 퇴계는 사친(事親)의 효(孝)를 행해야 한다고 한다. 이와 같이 퇴계와 주자는 천(天)의 속성 다르기 때문에 방법에 있어서도 차이가 생긴다. 이러한 차이는 리(理)의 속성에까지 영향을 미친다. 주자(朱子)는 소이연(所以然)은 리(理), 소당연(所當然)은 사(事)라고 구분해서 말한다. 퇴계(退溪)는 소당연(所當然)이야 말로 리(理)라고 말한다. 본질과 실존의 논의로 보자면 퇴계에게는 실존이 본질보다 먼저인 것이다. 리(理)라는 형이상학적 논의 속으로 실존의 문제를 이야기 할 수 있게 되었다. 퇴계(退溪)에게서 주자(朱子)와 다르게 주목되는 이론은 '이자도(理自到)'설 이다. '이자도(理自到)'는 나라는 주체가 타자에게 지극히 하면 타자가 나에게로 와서 나를 통해 발현된다는 것이다. 이 논의는 '물격(物格)'에 토를 넣는 문제에서 시작한다. 퇴계는 '물리(物理)'가 이르는 것이 아니라 '중리(衆理)'가 이르는 것이라고 말한다. 이는 '상대적 리(理)'와 '절대적 리(理)'를 명확하게 구분하기 위한 논의이다. 존재는 비존재를 존재로 한 존재이기 때문에 상대적 리(理)이지만 존재와 비존재를 뛰어 넘으면 절대적 리(理)이다. 이는 분수(分殊)의 리(理)와 이일(理一)의 리(理)에 대한 차이이다. 즉 절대적 리(理)가 나에게로 이르러 내 삶에서 드러나는 공효가 물격(物格)이다. 퇴계는 천(天)=리(理)=상제(上帝)를 동일시하는 종교적인 태도를 강하게 보이고 있다.

  • 대부분의 웹 사이트에서는 법을 준수하기 위해 정보주체의 개인정보 수집에 동의를 구하는 이용약관이나 개인정보 취급방침(이하 '취급방침')을 마련하고 있다. 국내 온라인 및 모바일 서비스에서 이용자로부터 수집하는 개인정보의 항목을 명시하고자 마련한 취급방침을 대부분의 이용자는 읽지도 않고 그냥 넘기는 등 이용자 관점에서 인지하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 보다 구체적으로 취급방침을 확인했을 때 이용자가 제공하는 개인정보의 인지 및 서비스 이용에 어떤 영향이 있는지를 살펴보고자 카카오톡 이용자를 중심으로 실험하였다. 332명의 실험 참여 인원을 구성해 취급방침에 대해 기존 행동을 유지하는 그룹과 Display를 확인하여 내용을 인지하는 그룹을 구성해 개인 프라이버시 민감도의 차이를 고려하여 개인정보보호 행동의 차이를 분석하여 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 민감군과 무관심군으로 나누었을 때 취급방침 인지로 나타나는 보호행동을 제시하고 서비스 제공자의 정책 실현을 위한 가이드라인을 제시한 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

  • 근래에 들어 각급 교육기관의 언론관련 학과가 급격하게 증설되고 등록학생수가 증가하면서 우리나라에서도 언론학 교육에 대한 논의와 논란이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 언론학 교육의 양적 확대에도 불구하고 제기되고 있는 논의는 언론학 교육의 내용에 대한 언론계와 전공학생들의 비판과 함께 급속하게 발전, 확산되고 있는 새로운 커뮤니케이션 기술이 초래한 변화들의 수용에 있어서의 학문적 한계 등으로 무엇을 왜 가르치고 어떻게 가르쳐야 하는가에 대해 근본적으로 다시 생각하도록 하는 계기가 되고 있다. 그러나 언론학의 이러한 문제점들에 대한 논의에 일관하고 있는 몇 가지 대립되는 개념들, 예를 들면 기능 대 지식, 훈련 대 교육, 어떻게 대 왜, 전문적 대 학문적, 그리고 이론 대 실제 등의 구분은 이성적인 학문적 분석에 의거한 구분이라기보다는 전 시대적인 사회계층 구분이나 집단적 이해의 투영이라는 측면이 더 강하게 작용한 결과로 분석할 수 있다. 따라서 학문 중심적이며 이론 지향적 성격이 강한 우리나라 언론학 연구와 교육이 안고 있는 과제는 이론 체계의 구축과 교육 목표, 교육 내용, 그리고 교육 방법의 구현에 있어서 이 한계를 어떻게 극복하느냐가 관건이 될 것이다.

뇨시료에 함유된 7-keto-DHEA-acetate의 대사체에 관한 연구 (II) (A study of the metabolites for 7-keto-DHEA-acetate in human urine (II))

  • 7-keto-DHEA-acetate는 DHEA의 대사체인 7-keto-DHEA로 변하고 체내에서 대사되는 과정이 서로 유사하였으며 복용 후 검출된 대사체 M3, M4 및 M5에 대해 살펴보았다. 대사체 M3과 M4는 분자량이 304이며 물분자가 제거될 수 있는 히드록시기나 케톤기를 세 개 이상 가진 구조로 예상되었으며, M3의 경우 3번과 7번 탄소위치에 히드록시기가 있고 17번 탄소위치에 케톤기를 가지는 7-OH-DHEA이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 대사체 M4는 3번과 17번 탄소위치에 히드록시기가 있고, 7번 탄소위치에 케톤기가 있는 구조인 7-oxo-diol 이었다. 대사체 M5는 분자량이 320이며 M3 및 M4와는 달리 물분자가 제거될 수 있는 히드록시기나 케톤기를 네 개 이상 가진 구조일 것이라고 예상되었으며, 3번과 7번 그리고 16번 탄소위치에 히드록시기가, 그리고 17번 탄소위치에 케톤기가 있을 것으로 예상되었다. 7-keto-DHEA-acetate 복용 후 최대 배설량을 보인 대사체는 7-OH-DHEA 이었으며, 복용 5시간 후 최대의 배설량을 보인 이후 급격히 감소하였으며 매우 빠른 속도로 체외로 배설되기도 하지만 복용 58시간 후의 뇨 시료에서도 검출되기 때문에 체내 잔류성이 높은 약물임을 알 수 있었다.

지역사회 일부 대학생의 수면습관이 건강에 미치는 영향 요인 (Effects on health by sleeping habits from few local university students)

  • Background & Objective, Methods: This study aims to analyze the reason why if university students feel lack of sleep and study how much we know about correct sleeping habits and thus increase attention on correct sleeping habits and prepare plans for applying this into our lives thus 210 male and female students from 2 universities in Daegu were studied during May 10 and 15 of 2006 and the summary and results are as follows. Results: Sleeping is very important since it as much as takes about 1/3 of our lives. However, most of students do not sleep well. Therefore, this study researched the reason for not sleeping well and the status on incorrect sleeping habits subjecting 210 university students. The results of this research showed that average sleeping hours are for $6{\sim}8$ hours and majority of students went to bed before lam and got up before 7am. Majority of students went to bed late to watch TV or doing computers from both male and female students followed by attending various gatherings. It took $10{\sim}20$ minutes to fall asleep and reasons for waking up while sleeping was with no special reason. The most sleepy time was after meals at 39% followed by during class, during daytime, while using transportations. More female students answered to take nap than male students and majority of them answered as taking nap for less than 2 hours. And, 51% answered that they slept well and 49% answered that they did not, and majority of them answered the reason for not sleeping well as being sensitive, or because of dreams and nightmares. Chronic fatigue was the biggest cause for lack of sleeping followed by fall in concentration, skin diseases. Conclusions: The results of this study showed that we need to take plenty of sleep by exercising regularly or sleeping for daily appropriate hours, maintaining peaceful mind before going to bed, avoid taking naps and limiting the time for watching TV and doing computers to develop correct sleeping habits. Also, we hope that it will Provide an opportunity to live healthy and quality lives mentally as well as physically by realizing and practicing the importance and necessity of sleeping.

살충제 Cypermethrin 및 살균제 Diethofencarb의 살포방법에 따른 인삼 중 잔류 (Residues Amounts of Cypermethrin and Diethofencarb in Ginseng Sprayed by Safe Use Guideline)

  • This study is conducted in order to know the residue patterns of insecticide cypermethrin and fungicide diethofencarb in ginseng sprayed by various application methods. Two pesticides were sprayed separately on ginseng using traditional, soil and vinyl mulching applications. The vinyl mulching application was that head part of ginseng protected from pesticides. When cypermethrin was sprayed on ginseng by traditional application, its residue amount in ginseng was 0.25 mg/kg which exceeded 0.1 mg/kg, maximum residue limit(MRL) established by Korea Food & Drug Administration(KFDA). But in case of vinyl mulching and soil application, its residue amounts were 0.04 and 0.07 mg/kg, respectively. The residue amount of diethofencarb in ginseng was 3.01 mg/kg which exceeded the MRL, 0.3 mg/kg. Further, in case of vinyl mulching and soil application, its residue amounts were 1.71 and 9.39 mg/kg which exceeded the MRL 0.3 mg/kg. Although the residue amounts of both pesticides exceeded the MRLs for ginseng, we can explain that pesticides remained in head part of ginseng is probably the reason why higher pesticides residue levels were observed.

1998/1999 남극 킹조지섬 마리안소만 표층수에 서식하는 미세조류의 계절적 변동 (Seasonal Variation of Microalgae in the Surface Water of Marian Cove, King George Island, the Antarctic 1998/1999)

  • We investigated seasonal variation of microalgal assemblages, sea water temperature, salinity and suspended solid and the parameters measured daily from January 1998 to October 1999 at a nearshore shallow-water in Marian Cove, Maxwell Bay, King George Island, the Antarctic. Annual mean surface water temperature was -0.3$0^{\circ}C$ and the highest water temperature was 4.53$^{\circ}C$ (22 January 1999) and the lowest water temperature was -2.07$^{\circ}C$ (23 August 1998). Annual mean salinity was 33.38 psu, ranging from 42.80 psu (6 January 1999) to 19.50 psu (6 June 1999). Annual mean suspended solid (SS) during two years was 34.14 mgㆍ1$^{-1}$, ranging from 60.62 mgㆍ1$^{-1}$(7 March 1998) to 12.90 mgㆍ1$^{-1}$ (26 December 1998). Chlorophyll $\alpha$ (Chl $\alpha$) concentrations were measured in order to know seasonal variations of microalgae in the surface seawater. Annual mean of total Chl a concentration was 0.55$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$, the highest Chl $\alpha$ concentration (12.16$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$) appeared in 4 October 1998, the lowest Chl $\alpha$ concentration appeared 0.19$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$, Monthly mean total Chl $\alpha$ concentration was high in October 1998 (1.32$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$) and low in July on 1998 (0.28$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$). Annual mean nano-sized Chl $\alpha$ concentration was 0.40$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$, monthly mean nano -sized Chl $\alpha$ concentration was high in November 1998 (0.90$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$), and low in July 1999 (0.22$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$). Annual mean micro-sized Chl $\alpha$ concentration was 0.15$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$ monthly mean micro-sized Chl $\alpha$ concentration was high in October 1998 (0.81$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$), and low July 1998, January, February and September 1999 (0.05$\mu\textrm{g}$ㆍ1$^{-1}$). More than 65% of total Chl $\alpha$ was concentrated during spring and summer time between October and March. Microalgal variation appeared to be due to physical factors of seawater in the Antarctic nearshore from 1998 to 1999. The reason why micro-sized Chl $\alpha$ did not increase during austral summer was the bay had been frozen by decrease of water temperature. We think that total microalgal abundance was decreased because the summer microalgal abundance was determined by variation of water temperature during winter season. 보건소 방문 고혈압환자의 약물복용 실태와 관련요인 (Status of Hypertensive Patients' Drug-taking in Health Center and Its related Factors)

  • The purpose of this study is to show that, before registration of chronic degenerative diseases and enforcing management system in health centers, the management of hypertension could achieved comprehensively and continuously by knowing the realities of drug-taking and its related factors those who are being cared for in health centers. For one year, a questionnaire about drug-taking realities of hypertensive patient was distributed at 8 health centers in Taegu from March 24. 1997 to April 24. 1997. The questionnaires were then collected and analysed. The results are as follows: Of 691 patients, 77.4% of patient were taking medicine regularly every day. The reasons why patients weren't taking medicine every day was as follows: the blood pressure became normal(34%, the highest of the group), patients forgot(28.2%), it was difficult to buy the medicine(15.4%), there was no effect even though the patient took medicine continuously. The experience of medical treatment outside of health centers was 28.9%. The types and percentages of alternative medicine are herbs (50.5%), health food(24.5%), folk remedy(13.7%). Among them, 44.6% of patients didn't know if the medicine was effective. Medical treatment places excluding health centers was pharmacies(63.5%-the highest rate). In simple analysis, the older one was the more regularly one took the medicine, but there was no statistical relations. Of health activities, patients eating low-salt diet showed that they took the medicine regularly. Nonsmoking patients and those who experienced drug side-effect and those who doubted doctor's prescriptions and instructions showed that they took alternative, excluding modem medicine. Anti-hypertensive drug medication status according to recognition, attitude, experiences of hypertension showed that patients who thought that they should take anti-hypertensive drug during the whole life time took the medicine regularly(82.3%). The reasons for patients turning to alternatives varied. In case of having subjective symptom(34.1%), those who thought they knew the hypertension well(36.6%), they decided to use alternatives. In multiple logistic regression analysis the key statistics were as follows: The older patients, patients who ate low-salt diet, patients who thought that they should take anti-hypertensive drug during the whole life time, all showed that they took medicines regularly. And also patients who experienced drug side-effect, doubted prescriptions and instructions, and patients who had subjective symptoms, patients who thought that he knew the hypertension very well, all showed higher rate of using alternative medicine. In the future, at the health centers, to register and manage hypertension patients effectively, we must educate patients about regular drug-taking, and alternatives without doctor's prescriptions.

심근세포 및 혈관 평활근에 대한 Nitric Oxide 작용의 민감성의 차이 (Nitric Oxide Modulates Calcium Current in Cardiac Myocytes but not in Intact Atrial Tissues)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외부에서 nitric oxide (NO)를 투여 하였을때 심근 수축력, 심박동수의 변화 및 혈관 평활근에 대한 효과를 비교함으로서 NO에 대한 이들 장기의 민감도가 서로 같은지 또는 상이한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 실험에서는 PIANO 방법에 의한 근장력의 변화와 아울러 심근에서의 $Ca^{2+}$ current를 측정하였다. 랫트의 심방근에 대한 PIANO $(STZ,\;100\;{\mu}M)$는 심근수축력 및 심박동수에 전혀 변화를 주지 않았지만 혈관 평활근에서는 강한 이완 작용을 나타내었다. 한편, 8-Br-cGMP도 고농도 $(100\;{\mu}M)$에서만 심근 수축력을 억제하였다. 토끼의 심방근세포에서 Whole cell voltage patch clamp를 사용시 bradykinin, SNP, 8-Br-cGMP 및 PIANO는 $Ca^{2+}$ current를 억제하였다. 이러한 사실은 외부에서 공급되는 NO에 대한 심근과 혈관 평활근의 반응에는 민감도의 차이가 있음을 암시하며 더 나아가 심근의 경우에도 NO 반응에는 종 (species)간의 차이와 동일 종이라 하더라도 세포(cell)와 장기(tissue)에 차이가 있을 가능성을 제시하였다.
