We report the observation of line shapes in the optogalvanic spectrum, which are different from those of absorption, for transitions origination from the $3P_2$ ($1s_5$ in Paschen notation) metastable level of argon. The OG line shapes resemble those of absorption and be used to diagnose the characteristics of the discharge plasma. The measured plasma temperatures of Ar hollow cathode discharge for several metal cathodes are about 620~780K at discharge current of 7~10mA.

This study examines the men's coats in the early $17^{th}$ century through the excavated costumes of Kim, Hwak($1572{\sim}1633$)'s tomb. Kim, Hwak was a literary man with a high government position. After the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592, in the early $17^{th}$ century, there were many changes with the kinds and form of men's coats. From Kim, Hwak's tomb, there excavated 8 kinds of coats; Sim-ui, Dan-ryung, Jik-ryung, Cheol-rik, Do-po, Chang-ui, Joong-chi-mack, So-chang-ui, and they are 27 items. The characteristics of $17^{th}$ century costumes are well seen from these coats. Up to that period, Cheol-rik was worn as ordinary clothes, but from Kim, Hwak's tomb, there are 5 pieces of Do-po, and 15 pieces of Joong-chi-mack. This tells us that these items were widely worn after the $mid-17^{th}$ century.

In these days, our social infra which are computer and internet has been developed and our community has been digitalized with a large quantity information that can be sharable or productive. So we can say that older knowledge organization based on the man power is changing with automatical and intellectual aspect. Thus we have to apply this movement to get the high efficiency and the competitive power in the organization and to take the voluntaries attitude of operator with real time inputting or fast calculating speed. Beside most of developed countries are owned their power system analysis software. Like kind of this facts can affect for national reliance. So in this paper we propose that the suggestion for both field power system and IT how these can be cooperated. The note that this paper is came from the project which name is Graphics Power Flow analysis.

An algorithm to get an optimal choice for the number of symmetric quadrature points is given to find symmetric quadrature points is given to find symmetric quadrature for-mulas over a unit disk with a minimal number of points even when a high degree of polynomial precision is required. The symmetric quad-rature formulas for numerical integration over a unit disk of complete polynomial functions up to degree 19 are presented.
