감미종 고추에 더뎅이병(病)에 대한 저항성(抵抗性)을 도입하기 위하여 품질이 우수하면서 국내 적응성이 뛰어난 피만계 품종 Keystone Resistant Giant #3과 더뎅이병에 저항성인 PI271322를 교배하여 그 후대의 유전적 분리 양상을 조사한 결과 더뎅이병균 race 1에 대하여는 저항성(抵抗性)이 과민형반응(過敏型反應)으로 나타났으며 여기에는 한개의 우성유전자가 관여하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. race 3에 대해서는 발병정도가 연속적(連續的) 변이(變異)를 나타내어 저항성은 양적유전(量的遺傳)을 하는 것으로 나타났다. $F_2$ 집단에서 비과민형반응을 나타내는 개체간의 race 1에 대한 발병지수(發病指數)와 race 3에 대한 발병지수 간에는 고도(高度)의 상관관계(相關關係)가 있는 것으로 나타나 PI271322에 들어 있는 비과민형의 일반저항성 성분은 race에 비특이적으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 $BC_1$에서 race 1에 과민형반응을 나타내고 race 3에 저항성인 개체를 선발하여 여교잡(戾交雜)육종을 계속할 수 있었다.

This paper recommends to teach technical writing as a part of the curriculum of engineering design courses. Some features of both engineering design and keystone design course as well as capstone design course for engineering students are studied before the relationship of those features with written communication are investigated. After the characteristics of collaborative writing are reviewed, some aspects of integration of teaching technical writing into engineering design courses are evaluated. Technical writing for engineering students is best taught by collaborative writing approach in engineering design courses.

Surgical anatomy for Asian rhinoplasty Part I reviewed layered anatomy with neurovascular system of the nose. Part II discusses upper two-thirds of nose which consists of nasal bony and cartilaginous structures. Nasal physiology is mentioned briefly since there are several key structures that are important in nasal function. Following Part III will cover lower one-third of nose including in-depth anatomic structures which are important for advanced Asian rhinoplasty.

국제 기구뿐만 아니라 우리나라에서도 생물 지표를 이용한 환경 모니터링에 관한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 생물 지표는 자국의 국지환경 변화에 잘 반응해야 하므로, 토착 생물지표의 개발은 생태계 복원 및 평가에서 매우 중요한 시발점이다. 환경 스트레스를 달리 받고 있는 남산과 광릉 활엽수림 지역에서 조사된 날개응애 중에서 토양 및 부엽 산도(pH)와 밀접한 관계를 보이는 종을 회귀분석을 통하여 잠재적 생물 지표종으로 선발하였다. 선발된 종은 다음과 같다; Lasiobelba remota, Ceratozetes sp. Tectocepheus velatus, Neogymnobates sp. and Oppia sp.3. 또한 군집구성 및 기능에 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 핵심종(keystone species)으로는, 남산 활엽수림지역에서는 Lohmannia coreana, Ceratozetes sp., Rostrozetes pulcherrimus, Lasiobelba remota 그리고 광릉지역에서는 Neugymnobates sp., Neogymnobates donghaksaensis, Cultroribula tridentata로 나타났다. 생물지표를 이용한 환경 모니터링의 장단점에 대해 고찰하였다.

모바일 시대와 핀테크에 맞물려 바이오 정보를 보안 방식으로 활용하는 바이오 인식 기술이 확산되고 있다. 특히 간편결제 서비스, 교통카드 대체, 바이오 인식 기술과 결합한 모바일 서비스가 확대되고 있다. 인증을 위한 기본 개념인 접근 제어, IA&A, OpenID, OAuth 1.0a, SSO와 생체인식기술들을 고찰하였으며, AIM의 응용 측면에서 보안 API 플랫폼을 위한 프로토콜 스택과 FIDO, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, JSON Identity Suite, OpenStack의 Keystone, 클라우드 기반의 SSO, AIM Agent 등의 기술을 세부적으로 묘사한다. 국내외 인증기술은 FIDO UAF(Universal Authentication Framework)와 U2F(Universal 2 Factor Framework) 연합 중심으로 기술개발 표준화 연구 활동을 가속화될 것이며, 본 연구에서는 최근 컴퓨팅 패러다임의 변화와 사회적 요구를 수용하기 위한 다양한 인증 기술의 동향과 AIM 프레임워크를 설계 및 기능을 정의하였다.

급격한 방송통신 융합 현상의 진전으로 인해 기존 수직적 규제체계의 한계를 극복하기 위해 수평적 규제체계 도입이 논의되고 있다. 하지만 수평적 규제체계도 생태계 산업구조의 등장으로 인해 한계를 노출하고 있다. 방송통신 생태계가 구축된 경우의 경쟁상황은 개별 사업자간 경쟁을 전제한 경쟁상황과는 다른 모습으로 나타난다. 중추적 사업자의 사업전략에 따라 다양한 구조의 생태계가 존재하게 되고, 이러한 중추적 사업자의 역량이 생태계 간 경쟁의 핵심이 된다. 그런데, 중추적 사업자의 특성이나 사업 전략에 따라 그가 존재하는 계층 영역이 달라질 수 있으므로, 생태계 간 경쟁 환경에 수평적 규제체계를 그대로 적용할 경우 일반적으로 경제적 규제의 강도가 약한 콘텐츠 계층에 중추적 사업자가 존재하는 생태계는 전송 계층에 중추적 사업자가 위치하는 생태계에 비해 상대적으로 약한 규제를 받게 되어 생태계에 따라 규제 차등화가 발생하게 되고 이는 생태계간 경쟁왜곡 현상을 초래하는 제도적 원인이 될 수 있다. 이러한 경쟁왜곡 현상을 완화하기 위한 방안으로서 생태계 요소를 반영한 방송통신 규제체계로는 전혀 새로운 규제체계를 정립하는 방안과 기존 제도를 활용하는 두 가지 방안을 상정할 수 있다. 그러나 방송통신 생태계가 너무 복잡하여 다양한 시장변화 동인 모두를 적절하게 포괄하는 유효경쟁에 관한 단일한 기준을 도출하기 어려운 현 상황에서 전혀 새로운 규제체계를 마련하는 것은 비현실적이다. 따라서 이 글에서는 수평적 규제체계를 전제로 하면서도 생태계 요소를 반영하는 규제체계를 정립하는 방안으로 경쟁상황평가제도에 생태계 요소를 반영하고 경쟁상황평가제도와 구체적인 규제수단 마련의 연계성을 강화하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 방안은 수평적 규제체계를 집행하기 위한 사업자분류체계로서 논의되는 2단계 분류체계나 3단계 분류체계 어느 것과도 결합될 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 분류체계에 의하더라도 전송 기능을 담당하고 있지는 않지만 최근 디지털 콘텐츠 유통에서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 앱스토어 등은 규제 영역 밖에 놓이게 될 수 있다. 따라서 이를 플랫폼으로 파악해 규제할 수 있도록 플랫폼 개념을 확대하고 이러한 플랫폼을 제공하는 사업자를 2단계 분류체계 또는 3단계 분류체계 내로 위치지우는 방식으로주제어:수평적 규제체계, 생태계, 전송단계, 콘텐츠 단계, 중추적 사업자, 상당한 지배력을 가진 사업자(SMP), 방송법, 통신법 사업자 분류체계를 구성하는 것이 타당하다고 생각한다.

As business environment becomes dynamic, complicated, and networked, viability is important not only for the firm itself but also for its partners. It is needed a broader view to understand and to improve competitiveness of an organization, which is defined as the business ecosystem view. In this research Korean financial market is to be defined as a business ecosystem. The Korean financial market consists of Bank of Korea as the keystone, a number of major financial institutions as flagship entities, and other members in the ecosystem. Since dynamic interactions among members of the ecosystem are done through IT, the financial ecosystem's competitiveness is based on IT competence. In this paper, it is suggested a new view of business ecosystem on the Korean financial market structure and the role of IT to enhance the healthiness of financial ecosystem.

This paper dealt with the HVDC concept design of Cheju HVDC #2, which will be operated at 2011. The concept design is the first step of HVDC design procedures and the contents which were presented in this paper, are HVDC operation conditions based on the reliability of HVDC and AC network conditions, short circuit ratios(SCR) to related to HVDC stability and overvoltage and interactions between AC network including FACTS and generators, and HVDC system. The results of this paper are a keystone of HVDC #2 design.

Intelligent Network offers network operators significant opportunities to provide new services such as Freephone service and Credit Calling service. To realize the IN capabilities it is required to introduce several new components into the existing telecommunication network. Among them Service Control Point is regarded as a keystone node of Intelligent Network. This paper discusses the architecture design and implementation of NICS(Network Information Control System), which is a combined system of SCP and SMS. Service processing aspects are discussed in detail among the functions of NICS, and service management and test environment of service logic are presented also. The field trial of NICS which has been developed to provide Freephone Service and Credit Calling Service is scheduled at the end of 1993.

In this paper, we investigate the development process of the quality assurance system ISO9001 in the railway industry and ISO/TS 16949 the quality system in the automotive industry. We study the international standard IRIS(International Railway Industry Standard) & TSI(Technical Specification for Interoperability) applied in railway industry. Throughout studying for the whole development process of the Rolling Stock Quality System, we are to review the necessity of the monitoring process and assesment process applied in IRIS & TSI guidelines. It will be the keystone enhancing our quality level to global level in railway industry.
