흑백, 컬러 프린터(잉크젯 포함), 복합기들의 토너카트리지, 잉크카트리지에 대한 공정하고 객관적인 프린트 매수 측정을 위한 규격제정을 통해 소비자에게 정확한 정보를 제공하고자 지난해 한국광학기기협회에서는 기술표준원에서 ISO 관련 규격을 토대로 KS규격제정 용역을 받아 추진한 바 있다. 이번호부터는 KS제정고시된 규격내용을 4회에 걸쳐 연재하고자 하며 금번에는 첫 번째 시간으로‘전자사진방식의 컬러프린터와 프린터를 포함하는 복합기에서의 토너카트리지 수명 결정방식’에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

본 고는 1997년 12월 31일 개정된 "강 용접부의 방사선투과시험 방법 및 투과 사진의 등급분류 방법" (한국산업규격 KS B 0845)을 이해하는데 참고가 될 수 있도록 일본공업규격 JIS Z 3104의 해설부분을 번역한 것으로 KS B 0845의 모체가 되는 JIS Z 3104의 본래취지를 정확히 전달하기 위하여 편집하거나 가감하지 않고 원문 그대로 기술하였으며 KS B 0845와는 일부 용어나 항목구성에 차이가 있으나 번호에 관계없이 각항목의 제목을 보고 이해하게 하였다. 특히 일부 부속 규격의 미 제정상태에서 개정판이 발표되어 적용에 혼란을 초래할 수도 있겠으나 부분적인 적용은 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to comparison on the sizing system in silver apparel brands with the KS standards. For the comparison research, 3 women's wear brands(suit style, knitted suit style, casual style) which were different apparel style on occasion in madame-zone of department stores were selected. The subject of investigation of sizing system of these brands were the label. The results of the sizing system of silver apparel brands as compared with the KS standards were as follows: 1) For the upper wear of suit style, it is larger than KS standards that size of height is $5{\sim}15$ cm. 2) For the lower wear of suit style, suitability of size of hip circumference is lower than KS standards. 3) For the casual style, it is larger than KS standards that size of height is $10{\sim}20$ cm.

대부분의 사무용 건물은 코아 부분(엘리베이터 홀, 화장실, 계단 등)을 제외하고는 Open 되어 있으며, 필요에 따라 부서간에는 천장 면까지 도달하는 경량벽체를 설치하여 독립된 공간을 구획하고, 부서내부에서는 직원들간의 커뮤니케이션은 용이하게 하는 대신에 최소한의 독립성을 제공하기 위해 낮은 칸막이 등을 설치하고 있다. 그러나 사무실에 사용하는 칸막이 벽체 중 천장 면까지 도달하는 칸막이에 대해서는 KS F 2808(건물 부재의 공기전달음 차단성능 실험실 측정방법)의 측정방법을 이용하여 차음성능을 확인할 수 있으나 낮은 칸막이에 대해서는 소음저감 성능을 측정할 수 있는 측정 방법에 관한 규격이 없다. 따라서 기존에 있는 모든 KS 규격들은 국제표준규격인 ISO와의 부합화가 이루어졌거나 이루어지고 있기 때문에 이러한 정부의 방침에 따라 본 낮은 칸막이에 대한 소음감쇠량 측정규격 또한 ISO규격(ISO 10053(음향- 실험실 조건에서의 사무실 스크린의 소음저감성능 측정방법))을 받아들이기 위해 ISO규격 내용을 검토하였다. 향후 이 규격이 그대로 우리나라 규격으로 제정될 때 나탈 수 있는 문제점을 최소화하기 위해 국내에 있는 반 무향실에서 낮은 칸막이의 실제 소음저감 성능을 실시할 계획이다.

Manual wheelchair is one of the most used assistant device in Korea and the size of the wheelchair is defined as KS P ISO 7176-5 which follows the ISO 7176-5 standard size. But the standard often doesn't fit to Korean people because the ISO was enacted by foreigners' body sizes. Actually the result of survey from the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards showd that the designated sizes of height, width, deep of seat except armrest and the height of backrest of a chair in the present KS P ISO 7176-5 are much bigger and the height of armrest is smaller than the sizes investigated by the survey. In case the disabled person has a long wheelchair use time everyday, the posture of user should be uncomfortable because the mismatched size should cause user's pelvis rotations, slouching pose and low stability. Also, inside of knee may touch the wheelchair seat and user can't keep a correct posture. In this paper, the body sizes of Korean disabled person were investigated and the correct wheelchair sizes for Korean people are provided.
