산업 물류 프로세스의 리스크 평가지표 개발 (Development of Risk Assessment Indicators for Industrial Logistics Safety Management)

  • In general, companies operate systematically in response to financial risks such as exchange rates and liquidity, while they are vulnerable to risks in the manufacturing and sales processes. In particular, logistics refers to the activities for planning, managing and implementing efficient flows from the starting point of goods and products to the point of consumption, The purpose of this study was to develop key risks and key risk management indicators (KRIs) for risks that undermine logistics efficiency so that logistics risks can be effectively prevented and managed. As a result, 40 risk management indicators (KRIs) were developed in a total of six categories in the logistics sector, and the definition, calculation method and early warning grade of each KRI were presented so that companies could prevent risks in advance in logistics activities and contribute to enhancing efficiency of their work.

간호학생을 대상으로 한 시뮬레이션 실습 효과에 대한 비판적 고찰 (Critical Review of Simulation Training's Effects on Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호학생을 대상으로 한 시뮬레이션 실습 중재 연구의 현황을 파악하고 효과를 분석하기 위함이다. 연구방법은 비판적 고찰을 사용하였으며, 고찰을 위한 자료는 RISS, KISS, NDSL, DBpia와 KRI에서 검색하였으며 주요 용어는 간호와 시뮬레이션이었다. 채택된 연구들은 방법론적으로 연구의 질을 분석하였으며, 이에 따라 서술연구, 단일그룹 사후 조사 연구를 제외하였으며, 결과적으로 234편의 연구가 분석에 채택되었다. 자료분석 결과, 우리나라에서 간호학생을 대상으로 한 시뮬레이션의 중재연구는 2008년부터 시작되었으며 단일그룹 사전-사후설계와 비동등성 대조군 사후설계는 석사학위와 박사학위 논문보다 저널에서 많이 나타났다. 관찰자와 간호학생에 의해 측정된 임상수행 능력은 비동등성 대조군 사전-사후 설계에서 가장 많이 연구된 종속변수이었으며 시뮬레이션과 관련된 간호학생 핵심역량은 전인간호제공을 위한 교양 및 전공지식의 통합적 간호술, 간호문제해결을 위한 비판적 사고능력, 대상자 건강개선을 위한 의사소통과 협력능력, 간호목표 달성을 위한 리더십 능력과 간호전문직발전을 위한 법적·윤리적 책임인식 능력으로 나타났다. 비동등성대조군 사전-사후설계에서는 다른 연구 설계보다 다양한 핵심역량들에 대한 효과를 확인하였다. 결론적으로 시뮬레이션 실습 교육은 임상수행능력 향상을 위한 효과적인 교수학습방법이나 비판적 사고나 문제해결능력은 추후 검증이 필요하다고 사료된다.

송전용 자기재 현수애자의 고강도 특성 연구 (A Study on the High Strength of porcelain insulators for transmission line)

  • In this study, porcelain insulator samples which have a different alumina composition were manufactured in order to test electrical and mechanical properties and make an analysis of the propagation phenomena of micro cracks on porcelain body. From XRD quantitative analysis the crystalline phases were different with alumina composition, sample C and D which have about 17wt% Corundum phase without the Cristobalite phase shows better electrical and mechanical properties than sample A and 8 which have the Cristobalite phase. In dielectrics test on porcelain samples with below 17wt% alumina composition, it was found that the amount of glass phase$(SiO_2)$have an main effect to decrease the dielectric loss$(tan{\delta})$, and the dielectric breakdown voltage of aluminous porcelain insulators was largely affected by its relative density. As a micro cracks analysis, HRS were measured, then the intensity of HRS increased with the amount of alumina composition. On the other hand, the propagation behaviors of cracks was fairly influenced by the distribution of pores.

Aging and Scientific Performance: An Empirical Study on Korean University Researchers

  • This study aims to contribute to the debate over the age-productivity relationships in scientific and technological research. For this purpose, we conducted an empirical experiment employing a time-series cross-section dataset derived from the KRI of the NRF containing data on individual researchers of fifty major universities in Korea covering the period of 2008-2013. This study has found that: (1) there exists an inverse U-shaped age-productivity relationship at the level of individual researchers; (2) the impact of the average age of a research group on the productivity of individual researchers varies across fields; (3) male and female researchers move along different age-productivity curves; and (4) the inverse U-shaped age-productivity relationship also holds at the level of organizations. The results suggest that the aging of researchers in Korea will soon reach the stage where serious losses in research productivity become a reality. Yet, it is not so clear whether the observed decline in the performance of older researchers is due to declining cognitive capability, which is an unavoidable result of aging, or to declining motivation, which results from an institutional system that discourages older researchers' research activities (such as reduced access to research opportunities or mandatory retirement). What is clear is that it is inevitable for the Korean science system to change the current seniority- and age-based organizational system into one of higher adaptability.

Thermal Impact Characteristics by Forest Fire on Porcelain Insulators for Transmission Lines

  • In this study the thermal impact characteristics by forest fire are extensively investigated using temperature controlled ovens. The test conditions for thermal impact damage are simulated according to the characteristics of natural forest fire. The test pieces are suspension porcelain insulators made by KRI in 2005 for transmission lines. In the thermal impact cycle tests with $300\;^{\circ}C$ thermal impact gradient (-70 to $230\;^{\circ}C$), cycling in 10 minute periods, no critical failures occurred in the test samples even with long cycle times. But in tests with thermal impact gradient from room temperature to $200-600\;^{\circ}C$, cycling in 10 to 30 minute periods, there were critical failures of the porcelain insulators according to the thermal impact gradient and quenching method. In the case of thermal impact by forest fire, it was found of that duration time is more important than the cycling time, and the initiation temperature of porcelain insulator failures is about $300\;^{\circ}C$, in the case of water quenching, many cracks and fracture of the porcelain occurred. It was found that the thermal impact failure is closely related to the displacement in the cement by thermal stress as confirmed by simulation. It was estimated that the initiation displacement by the thermal impact of $300\;^{\circ}C$ is about 0.1 %. Above 1% displacement, it is expected that the most porcelain insulators would fail.

분자량이 메소겐기를 포함한 폴리우레탄의 열적거동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Molecular Weight on Thermal Behavior of Polyurthanes Containing Mesogen Unit)

  • 유연사슬길이가 6인 4,4'-bis(6-hydroxy hexoxy)biphenyl (BP-6)의 메소겐 디올을 합성하였고, 이것을 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)와 용액축중합하여 폴리우레탄 (MPU-6)을 합성하였다. 합성된 MPU-6는 $0.23{\sim}0.56 dL/g$의 고유점도를 보였다. MPU-6는 X-ray, 편광현미경으로부터는 액정을 형성할 수 있었으나, DSC로 분석 시에는 액정거동을 관찰할 수 없는 '가상액정'의 거동을 보였다. 또한 MPU-6의 분자량이 낮을수록 결정화 속도와 결정화 온도가 높음을 알 수 있었으며 이는 분자량이 낮을수록 고분자의 mobility가 증가함으로써 메소겐기의 배향이 용이하고, 이것이 기핵으로 작용하였기 때문으로 생각된다.

서바이버블한 통신망 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Survivable Communication Networks)

  • 본 논문에서는 통신망 설계시 신뢰성을 높이며 계산량을 감소시키기 위하려 기존의 Cut-Saturation 알고리즘에 절점차수(node degree)를 적용하여 서바이버블(survivable)한 통신망을 설계하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 먼저, 초기 토폴로지(initial topology)를 결정한 다음, 망의 성능을 평가하고 통신망의 정보처리량이 요구량보다 적을 경우 최소 절점차수와 지로 길이(link distance)를 이용하여 최적의 위치에 지로를 연결하였다. 그렇지 않은 경우 외대 절점차수 및 지로 길이와 지로 사용도(link utilization)를 이용하여 지로를 제거하였다. 이 과정을 통신망의 트래픽(traffic) 처리량과 트래픽 요구량이 일치할 때까지 반복하였다. 본 알고리즘에 의해 설계된 통신망은 서비이버블하며, 설계비용을 최소화하고, 트래픽 요구량을 모두 처리할 수 있고, 특히 계산량이 적어 초기 토폴로지 선택이 자유롭고 통신망의 크기에 큰 영향을 받지 않는다는 것이 장점이다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘을 분석하기 위하여 Kris와 Pramod의 결과와 비교하였다.

Evaluation of Material Characteristics of Suspension-Type Porcelain Insulators for 154 KV Power Transmission Lines

  • The suspension arrangement of insulators provides flexibility and assists in power transmission in transmission lines. The performance of the insulator string is strongly influenced by the environmental conditions to which it is exposed, its shape and the inherent material properties of suspension-type insulators. The suspension-type insulators are mostly made from glass, porcelain and ceramic material due to their high resistivity. Irregularity in charge distribution throughout the porcelain insulator may lead to accelerated aging and electrical breakdown. A very high and steep lightning impulse voltage may also cause breakdown of suspension-type insulators. We investigated various material characteristics such as alumina addition, surface morphology, x-ray diffraction pattern and relative density of suspension porcelain insulators manufactured in 1989 (36,000 lbs.), 1995 (36,000 lbs.) and 2001 (36,000 lbs.) by the KRI Company for use in 154 kV high power transmission lines. We compared the material characteristics of these porcelain insulators with that of the top-of-the-line porcelain insulators (36,000 lbs.) manufactured by the NGK Company in 2000. These suspension-type porcelain insulators were exposed to arc and flashover tests to examine their electrical and mechanical strength. It was noted that alumina addition (17 wt.%) for K-2001 was one of the major contributors to the enhancement of the performance of the porcelain insulators and to their ability to withstand very high current generation during the arc test. The porcelain insulators manufactured during 2001 also showed the highest relative density of 95.8% as compared to the other insulators manufactured in 1989 and 1995 respectively 94.2% and 91.5%. We also discuss reports of various failure modes of suspension-type porcelain insulators.

Citation Impact of Collaboration from Intra- and Inter-disciplinary Perspectives: A Case Study of Korea

  • Purpose - This research aims to examine collaboration from a disciplinary perspective in Korea. There are needs to explore to what extent researchers collaborate by discipline and across discipline along with the impact of collaboration. Design/methodology/approach - In order to investigate collaboration with respect to entire discipline areas and author-declared discipline information we analyzed a national researcher information database (Korean Researcher Information) with a citation index database (Korean Citation Index) covering the entire range of discipline. This study analyzed the data sets for 10 years (2004-2013) including a total of 8 categories and 119 sub-categories of disciplines, 109,551 researchers, 650,263 articles, and 1,170,039 citations in Korea. Findings - The results demonstrate that there are different intensities of collaboration from heavy to minimal across disciplines. In examining collaboration in terms of author and discipline levels, the results show that collaboration in author level rises, then inter-disciplinary collaboration increases accordingly, in most of the 119 discipline sub-categories. A number of disciplines, however, tended to collaborate more intensely within their own rather than with other disciplines. Moreover, the impact of collaboration tended to change over time depending on the types of collaboration. Specifically, inter-disciplinary collaboration was likely to have more immediate impact as pioneer research, especially among more than three disciplines, whereas the impact of intra-disciplinary collaboration is higher as time passes. Originality/value - In this research, a disciplinary investigation on collaboration is conducted for the entire range of disciplines in Korea. Through analyzing distinctive author-declared discipline information from the KRI, this research examines the intensities of collaboration across disciplines, collaboration in author level, and the impact of collaboration.

개인정보보호를 위한 개인정보 유출 모니터링 시스템의 설계 (Privacy Leakage Monitoring System Design for Privacy Protection)

  • 다수의 민간기업체 및 공공기관들은 영업, 홍보, 민원처리 등의 업무를 위하여 다양한 방법을 통해 개인정보를 수집하고, 조직의 이익 및 업무처리를 위해 개인정보를 활용하고 있다. 하지만 이렇게 수집된 개인정보에 대한 기술적, 관리적 조치 및 내부통제의 미숙으로 인해 개인정보의 오남용 및 유출이 사회적 문제로 크게 대두되고 있으며, 정부에서도 개인정보보호에 대한 중요성을 인식해 개인정보보호법의 시행을 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 조직에서 관리하고 있는 개인정보의 취급 패턴을 분석하여 이상징후를 탐지하고, 사전에 개인정보 유출 및 오남용에 대한 대처가 가능한 방안에 대해 기술하고 있다. 특히 개인정보 유출과 관련된 요소들을 객관적으로 측정이 가능한 핵심위험지표들로 수치화하여 관리할 수 있는 개인정보 유출 모니터링 시스템의 설계 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다.
