학교도서관의 협력망은 시·도교육청을 중심으로 구축되는 것이 바람직하다. 디지털자료실지원센터는 학교도서관의 업무를 지원하기 위해 시·도교육청에 설치되는 종합정보시스템이다. 부산광역시교육청은 교육인적자원부와 한국교육학술정보원의 디지털자료실 설치 및 디지털자료실지원센터 구축 사업의 지원을 받아, 학교도서관을 지원하기 위한 디지털자료실지원센터를 16개 시·도교육청 중에서 최초로 설치하였다. 본고는 먼저 디지털자료실지원센터를 구축하는데 적용된 정보시스템의 기반 기술과 외국의 정보시스템 사례를 살펴보고, 부산광역시교육청의 정보시스템을 소개하고 있다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the accuracy of infrared temperature measurements compared to axillary temperature in order to detect fever in patients. Methods: Studies published between 1946 and 2012 from periodicals indexed in Ovid Medline, Embase, CINAHL, Cochrane, KoreaMed, NDSL, KERIS and other databases were selected using the following key words: "infrared thermometer". QUADAS-II was utilized to assess the internal validity of the diagnostic studies. Selected studies were analyzed through a meta-analysis using MetaDisc 1.4. Results: Twenty-one diagnostic studies with high methodological quality were included representing 3,623 subjects in total. Results of the meta-analysis showed that the pooled sensitivity, specificity, and area under the curve (AUC) of infrared tympanic thermometers were 0.73 (95% CI 0.70~0.75), 0.92 (95% CI 0.91~0.92), and 0.90, respectively. For axillary temperature readings, the pooled sensitivity was 0.67 (95% CI 0.62~0.73), the pooled specificity was 0.87 (95% CI 0.85~0.90), and the AUC was 0.80. Conclusion: Infrared tympanic temperature can predict axillary temperature in normothermic and in febrile patients with an acceptable level of diagnostic accuracy. However, further research is necessary to substantiate this finding in patients with hyperthermia.

이 연구는 대학 및 연구기관의 도서관들이 자원의 공동 활용을 위해 이용하는 과학기술분야 정보유통 체제의 기능과 역할 및 서비스 내용을 조사 분석 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구는 이 정보유통체제들의 활동과 서비스의 중복성 여부를 규명해서 중복투자에 의한 국가적 예산 낭비를 줄일 수 있도록 하고, 정보이용자 및 정보 관리자들에게는 필요한 서비스만을 이용하도록 하여 시간과 노력과 경비를 절감할 수 있도록 하는데 필요한 것이다. 연구 대상으로는 KISTI와 KERIS를 선정하고 연구하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌적 연구와 온라인상의 기능을 확인하기 위한 실제 분석을 병행 하였다. 연구 결과, 정보유통체제들의 서비스 및 정보의 중복성이 부분적으로 확인 되었다. 도서관네트웍으로서의 기능도 수행하고 있는 것으로 평가하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 2006년 K대 도서관에 시범 설치된 '전자 정보통신분야 외국학술지 지원센터'의 2007년도 원문복사서비스의 현황을 분석하고 그 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구는 2007년 2월 20일부터 2007년 10월 31일까지 9개월 동안에 이루어진 원문복사서비스의 월별 통계를 기본 데이터로 하고 있다. 외국학술지 지원센터의 원문복사서비스에 대해 다양한 측면에서의 분석이 이루어졌고. 동 업무의 수행을 통해 인지된 개선방안이 제시되었다.

국내 대표적인 기관 레포지터리인 dCollection에서 다양한 유형의 학술자원을 기술할 수 있도록 SOMS 메타데이터의 확장안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 기관 레포지터리의 동향을 메타데이터와 관련된 측면에서 조사하였으며, DSpace를 개발 운영하고 있는 MIT와 MIT 메타데이터를 확장해 사용하는 브뤽셀 대학의 DISpace 메타데이터를 분석하고 SOMS에서 확장이 필요한 요소를 도출하였다. 제안된 SOMS는 다양한 유형의 자원을 기술하고, 기관 내 연구업적정보시스템과 연계하여 수집된 데이터를 보다 더 상세하게 기술할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The focus of this research was a systematic review of published articles and theses for a degree in Korea and foreign countries on rehabilitation therapy for patients with total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods: The literature until December in 2011 were searched and the data basis included Medline, CINAHL, KERIS, National Library of Korea, and National Assembly Library web sites. Words for the search were TKA or TKA and rehabilitation. Studies included randomized controlled and non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. 31 studies were analyzed focusing on type, application method, dependant variable and effect using descriptive statistics. Results: Seventeen rehabilitation therapies and forty-nine dependant variables were used. The application methods of rehabilitation therapy were diverse. The most frequently used rehabilitation type was an exercise therapy and a pain/discomfort was the most frequently used dependant variable. The effects of rehabilitation therapy were inconsistent. Conclusion: The individualized rehabilitation therapy must be comprised of type, time, frequency, period and duration. Attention must be made as to the research design, especially the better measurement of the dependent variables. This review may serve as a base for future research.

교수학습 사이트는 교과 교육 지원이라는 특성상 그 서비스 개선에 있어서 사용자 중심적 디자인이 특히 요구된다. 기존 웹사이트 개선 연구는 단순히 웹사이트와 사용자 간의 인터랙션에서 발생하는 문제점에 초점을 맞추어 왔는데 사용자의 근본적인 니즈를 발견하고 만족시키기 위해서는 웹사이트 사용 정황의 이해라는 보다 확대된 개념에서의 접근이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 웹사이트의 문제점 발견 및 사용자의 근본적 니즈 파악을 위하여 오프라인과 온라인 환경에 걸친 사용자 경험 관찰 프로세스를 기획하고 교수학습 사이트 서비스 개선을 위해 이를 적용하였다. 사이트 비지팅(Site Visiting), 비디오 에쓰노그라피(Video Ethnography), 사용자 다이어리 및 셀프카메라(User diary and Self camera), 그리고 인터뷰 기법이 현장 조사에서 이용되었으며 원격 사용성 평가 소프트웨어를 활용한 사용성 평가 및 카드소팅 테스트가 온라인 환경에서 진행되었다. 관찰 후 분석을 통해 교수학습 사이트의 새로운 컨텐츠 및 서비스 방향을 도출할 수 있었으며 웹사이트 사용자 경험 관찰 방법론 정립에의 가능성을 제시하였다.

그동안 서지네트워크는 도서관간 협력을 통하여 종합목록을 구축하고 이를 기반으로 자원 공유를 지원하는 한편, 온라인 공동목록을 통해 목록 작성 업무의 경제성을 추구해왔다. 그러나 다양한 매체를 수용하는 새로운 자원발견시스템에 대한 요구가 대두되고 지금까지와는 다른 차원의 규모의 경제를 이룩할 수 있는 기술적 환경이 조성되면서, 새로운 개념의 협력 모델 발굴이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 서지네트워크 기능 요건의 변화 요인을 다각도로 분석하고, 차세대 서비스를 준비하고 있는 LC(미국), NII(일본), OCLC(미국), NLA(호주), NDL(일본)의 전략을 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 도서관 운영 효율화를 위한 새로운 협력 모델과 새로운 자원 발견 시스템 개발을 주요 내용으로 하는 한국 차세대 서지네트워크의 방향을 모색하였다.

본 연구에서는 한국과학기술정보연구원의 국가 대표 정보서비스 기관으로서 지녀야 할 역할의 정립과 시스템의 모형 개발에 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구원은 산업기술정보원과 연구개발정보센터의 통합으로 출범한 기관이다. 이러한 역할을 근거로 하여 국가 과학기술산업 부문 지식정보통합관리시스템의 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 역할을 도출하기 위해 본 연구에서는 과학기술산업정보서비스의 특성과 중요성을 파악하고, 한국과학기술정보연구원과 국내 다른 정보서비스기관들의 기능과 문제점을 분석하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop an examination system for an e-learning quality manager's certificate which is composed of subjects, criteria, method of examination. The task model of e-learning quality manager was modify and task/knowledge/skill matrix was developed to design the examination system through conferences of DACUM committee and an advisory committee. And a survey was carry out to analyze validity of contents of the examination system. The major findings were as the follow: First, occupational specification, job specification, task specification and task/knowledge/skill matrix were developed. Second, examination subjects were developed based on task/knowledge/skill matrix, which were "Basis of e-Learning and plan of service", "Expulsion and management of e-learning infrastructure", "Development of e-learning contents", "Operation and evaluation of e-learning service". Third, the criteria and methods of examination for an e-learning quality manager's certificate were developed, which is composed of test type, the sum of test items, test time and acceptable standards.
