  • A coupled recursive total least squares (CRTLS) algorithm is proposed for parameter estimation of permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSMs). TLS considers the errors of both input variables and output ones, and thus achieves more accurate estimates than standard least squares method does. The proposed algorithm consists of two recursive total least squares (RTLS) algorithms for the d-axis subsystem and q-axis subsystem respectively. The incremental singular value decomposition (SVD) for the RTLS obtained by an approximate calculation with less computation. The performance of the CRTLS is demonstrated by simulation and experimental results.

  • With special condition in the geography, maritime industry is improvement rapidly in the planet, which is covered by approximately $360,000,000km^2$ of Saline water. Together with the development of this field, freight transportation industry becomes one of the most important service in the world as well as in Hai Phong. Meanwhile the number of company and quality of service increased due to the demanding of citizen, the price for this activities also raised.

  • Radionuclide angiography of the liver and spleen with rapid bolus injection of 5 mCi of $^{99m}Tc-Sn-phytate$ was performed for evaluation of dynamic flow change of the liver in 5 normal subjects and 11 patients with diffuse hepatocellular diseases. And quantification of hepatic arterial index (HAI) was generated from those TACs of the liver and compared with HAI generated from hepatic TAC with injection of $^{99m}Tc-TcO_4^-$ as previously reported method by former investigators, 67 patients with diffuse hepatocellular diseases undergoing hepatic scintigraphy were also evaluated by 2 minutes-hepatosplenic scintiangiography with 5 mCi of $^{99m}Tc-phytate$ and followed injection of 7 mCi of $^{99m}Tc-TcO_4^-$. Those heaptic and splenic TACs were analysed and compared with HAIs of 99m Tc-phytate for evaluation of relative change (%) of count at 30 seconds and 1 minuite after peaks of rapid influx phase to the peaks (100%) in T ACs of $^{99m}Tc-phytate$ and at 1 minuite and 3 minuites after in 5 minuite-TAC of $^{99m}Tc-TcO_4^-$. Correlation between HAIs with $^{99m}Tc-phytate$ and $^{99m}Tc-TcO_4^-$ was highly significant (R=0,984, P=0), and there was most significant and useful correlation (R=0,708, p<0.0001) between HAI and splenic TAC generated by $^{99m}Tc-phytate$.

  • In this study, to understand the pathogenesis of new rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDVa) serotype, we carried out to administrate RHDVa to rabbits, and to examine sequential electron microscopic changes and relationship between pathogenesis and apoptosis. TUNEL-positive cells began to be observed from 24 hours after inoculation (HAI) and the number of positive cells was slightly increased with the course of time. Whereas marked increase of positive cells was seen in the liver from the rabbits died acutely. Typical viral particles with cup-like projections and a diameter of 30~40 nm were detected in homogenized liver samples and tissues at 36 and 48, and 48 HAI, respectively. Ultrastructurally, glycogen deposition was observed from the first stage of hepatocellular degeneration by RHDVa infection and then, swelling and disruption of cristae of mitochondria by viral particles, swelling of smooth endoplasmic reticulum, vacuoles and vesicles were detected. Condensation, margination and fragmentation of chromatin were observed in degenerative hepatocytes at 36 and 48 HAI, indicating apoptotic bodies. These data offer that hepatocytic apoptosis by RHDV infection could be closely related with mitochondrial impairment in the hepatocytes.

  • Three-level PWM rectifiers applied in medium voltage applications usually operate at low switching frequency to keep the dynamic losses under permitted level. However, low switching frequency brings a heavy cross-coupling between the current components $i_d$ and $i_q$ with a poor dynamic system performance and a harmonic distortion in the grid-connecting current. To overcome these problems, a mathematical model based on complex variables of the three-level voltage source PWM rectifier is firstly established, and the reasons of above issues resulted from low switching frequency have been analyzed using modern control theory. Then, a novel control strategy suitable for the current decoupling control based on the complex variables for $i_d$ and $i_q$ is designed here. The comparisons between this kind of control strategy and the normal PI method have been carried out. MATLAB and experimental results are given in detail.
