  • In this paper, we review and classify shopping information services for electronic commerce in Korea. Shopping information services for electronic commerce can be divided into shopping mall information service and product information service. Shopping mall information service simply shows and suggests information on the shopping malls that it has in its data store. But product information service provides information about the items of the shopping malls the service has and therefore gives more powerful and convenient interfaces to users. Cutting-edge product information services can perform online comparison shopping facility, which searches and compares the items what the users want on the reasonable basis of economical criteria, such as price. Books, CDs, and Personal Data Assistant(PDA)s are the products of which the specification is clear enough to be described on the Web. And the comparison of the products by the information service is performed on the basis of "price" of the product item. The approach to design and implement product information service can be divided into two categories. The one is an application of data warehousing mechanism, which stores the product information on the regular basis of time and provide it when the users query over the Web-database gateway. The other approach is a shopping agent mechanism, which stores information on "how to shop" and the shopping agent collects the information of product items just after users query about the product and provide the information in real time or notify them by alerting service. Thirty nine shopping information services are compared and classified in this paper and they are extracted from "Naver" and "Yahoo! Korea". The final result shows that most services are just a simple shopping mall information service in growing stage, product information services with data warehousing are lack in product ontology in middle stage, and that product information services with shopping agent are in early stage.

  • This platform is a platform that broadcasts the chef's cooking scenes live and teaches individual subscribers personalized cooking through auctions. The platform delivers the chef's hands-on cooking demonstration to customers in real time, and the auction-winning customers get the opportunity to participate in exclusive live broadcasts with the chef. This provides customers with an immersive learning experience, providing them with an opportunity to enhance not only culinary knowledge but also in-depth understanding and practical cooking skills. This platform places a lot of weight on social contributions beyond just commercial purposes The dishes created by the chef through live broadcasts are delivered directly to the socially underprivileged, especially the vulnerable in need of help, in collaboration with donor organizations. This demonstrates that cooking can be a means of embodying social values, not just commercial activities. In this way of operation, we want to realize a culture of sharing through cooking and combine the platform's existence value with social responsibility. Additionally, the platform provides customers with a variety of sales methods, with some popular content produced as meal kits based on clicks, subscriber reactions, and evaluation by restaurant experts. These meal kits are provided on a regular basis through the subscription system or sold in a way that the general consumer can also purchase individually. Some of the profits from meal kit sales lead to donations again, allowing the platform to have a virtuous cycle structure that continues to create social value. In conclusion, the platform redefines the modern culinary experience through a model that combines advanced culinary education with social sharing. It is creating a sustainable ecosystem that provides subscribers with special cooking experiences and in-depth academic opportunities, and at the same time provides practical help to the socially underprivileged through donations and sharing. Closely combined with culinary education, interaction, and social responsibility, the platform contains innovative attempts to incorporate the educational and social values of cooking to shed light on its new meaning and value.

  • This study investigated how the location of sound absorptive materials and sound diffusers affects the acoustic performance of small auditoriums. It was conducted for a standard model established with the averaged dimension of 36 auditoriums which had opened since 2000 in Daehak-ro, Seoul. In this study, the installation area of finishing materials was calculated upon a back wall which had the smallest installation effective area of finishing materials. To analyze the changes of acoustic performance according to installation location of finishing materials, experiments were carried out using the 1/10 down scale models for 8 cases which were made by classifying the installation location of ceiling and side wall into the front, middle and rear part. The used acoustic parameters were reverberation time (RT), early decay time (EDT), clarity (C80), definition (D50) and speech transmission index (STI). In result, the index related to the amount of reverberant sound (RT, EDT) showed the great changes when evaluating it through just noticeable difference (JND), but the one related to clarity (C80, D50, STI) hardly indicated the changes. In case to obtain short reverberation time, it was most effective to control reverberation time through the side walls when installing sound absorptive and diffusive materials, and side wall front was the location which could get the shortest reverberation time.

  • As systems for real time computer vision are confronted with prodigious amounts of visual information, it has become a priority to locate and analyze just that information essential to the task at hand, while ignoring the vast flow of irrelevant detail. A method of achieving this is to using human visual attention mechanism. In this paper, short review of human visual attention mechanisms and some computation models of visual attention were shown. This paper can be used as the basic data for researches on development of visual attention system that can perform various complex tasks more efficiently.

  • In this paper, observer-based H$\sub$$\infty$/ controller design method for singular systems with time-varying delay by Just one LMI condition is presented. The sufficient condition for the existence of controller and the controller design method are presented by one perfect LMI approach. The design procedure involves solving an LMI. Since the obtained condition can be expressed as an LMI form, all variables including feedback gain and observer gain can be calculated simultaneously by Schur complement and changes of variables.

  • A simple linear model to test the hypothesis based on one-on-one relationship has been used to find the causative factors of diseases. However, we now know that not just one, but many factors from different systems such as chemical exposure, genes, epigenetic changes, and proteins are involved in the pathogenesis of chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus. So, with availability of modern technologies to understand the intricate nature of relations among complex systems, we need to move forward to the future by taking complex systems model.

  • We present the data of photoelectric photometric observations of BW Vul carried out for four nights during the period of $1982{\sim}1984$. The light curves with asymmetric shape show a stillstand on the ascending branch at phase of ${\phi}{\approx}0.85$ just before the maximum light, and also the ampitude and shape of light curves are changed from night to night. Using all the published data, a new ephemeris of maximum time is derived, in which the period of light variation is $P=0^d.20102977$ and its increasing rate is 2.2 see/century.

  • Sequential Numbering System(SNS) is one of the production and inventory management system, which is more effective and practical to minor enterprises than Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system or Just-in-Time(JIT) system. The purpose of the paper is the structured analysis of SNS as the first phase of software development. Data Flow Diagram(DFD), Data Dictionary(DD), and Mini-Specs are used to analyze the system through the second level. The result can be exploited to SNS software design and programming.

RFID를 이용하면 Just In Time 생산을 보다 효율적으로 운영할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 RFID를 이용하여 간판생산방식의 도입에 적용하는 데 있다.
