In this study, we used a 16-bit microprocessor, 80C196KC for a control part in order to develop a multi-functional wheel-chair system, and implemented a joy-stick to control this system. For the complete system, we used a commercial electromotive wheelchair as a basic plant, and applied an encoder to get the rotating number of the motor to transfer data to the MCU to control the motor. We used PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) method to control the wheel-chair motor where a H-bridge circuit was configured. We used the fuzzy control algorithm for the operation of DC motor, which was attached to the electromotive wheelchair and manipulated following the change of the joystick position while a user was controlling the joystick. He also could control the speed and direction of DC motor as well as control position information.

The purpose of this study is to explore and describe the lived experience of adolescents with physical handicap by means of the Colaizzi's phenomenological method. The participants were 15 adolescents, 10-19 years old, who were experiencing physical handicap. Significant statements from data were extracted. From these formulated meanings, 27 themes, 10 clusters of theme and 4 categories were constructed. Major theme clusters that were emerged from the analysis are 'denial', 'despair', ’social isolation', ’being despised', ’not being treated as a member of society', ’getting the power in love around people', ’accepting the physical handicap', ’feeling the joy and one's life worth living', ’depending on the religion', and 'the feeling of achievement by the effort and the service'. In order to help the adolescents with physical handicap overcome their difficulty and cope to the social environment, nurses need to understand the essential theme clusters of the experience of adolescents with physical disability.

Purpose: This study was aimed to identify pregnancy and childbirth experience of Vietnamese marriage migrant women who have pregnancy and childbirth experience during adaptation to Korea. Methods: A qualitative study was conducted, using focus group interview. Data were collected from October 2011 to March 2012 from 10 Vietnamese women of 2 focus groups who have experienced pregnancy or childbirth in Korea. Data were analyzed using content analysis in order to identify significant themes. Results: This study was analyzed into five major themes: 'difficulty of adaptation to other cultures', 'difficulty and joy of pregnancy', 'effort to live as a Korean', 'not-so-difficult childbirth', and 'unbearable postpartum conditions.' Conclusion: It is meaningful of this study to reveal this: for Vietnamese marriage migrant women, the support for adaptation to Korean culture and postpartum care is a priority rather than the necessity of development of the program about pregnancy and childbirth.

Despite the adoption of advanced computer technologies by organizational makers, the actual use of E-mail by managers and professionals has tended to be lagging and the potential benefits of these technologies have not been fully realized. Much of the prior research in this area has focused on the utility or perceived usefulness of E-mail as the principal motivating factor in using them. Relatively little attention has been given to the recreational basis of E-mail usage. The limited research in this area indicates the use of E-mail can be stimulated by the intrinsic joy and enjoyment derived. The objective of this study is to integrate these perspectives on the reasons underlying the use of E-mail and to examine simultaneously the relative influence of motivators identified in the literature as affecting individuals' decision to use E-mail. The study focuses specifically on E-mail because of its ubiquitous usage.

본 연구에서는 감성 평가 시스템에 가장 적합한 파라미터를 찾기 위하여 3가지 뇌파 파라미터를 이용하여 감정 분류 실험을 하였다. 뇌파 파라미터는 선형예측기계수(linear predictor coefficients)와 FFT 스펙트럼 및 AR 스펙트럼의 밴드별 상호상관계수(cross-correlation coefficients)를 이용하였으며, 감정은 relaxation, joy, sadness, irritation으로 설정하였다. 뇌파 데이터는 대학의 연극동아리 학생 4명을 대상으로 수집하였으며, 전극 위치는 Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4, T3, T4, P3, P4, O1, O2를 사용하였다. 수집된 뇌파 데이터는 전처리를 거친 후 특징 파라미터를 추출하고 패턴 분류기로 사용된 신경회로망(neural network)에 입력하여 감정 분류를 하였다. 감정 분류실험 결과 선형예측기계수를 이용하는 것이 다른 2가지 보다 좋은 성능을 나타내었다.

Movies are not only for projecting graphical contents but also for Kansei evaluation that stimulate human beings' sense and emotion in real time. Also, when one views movies or moving images with stories, including movies and dramas, the audience would often be sympathized through various factors of movies, such as performances of actors/actress, graphics, and music, are moved to tears and feel fear. Especially, emotional movement is different from impression and brought about as a result of responding to joy, which is one of the basic emotions of human beings. Moreover, it is suggested that emotion is the most positive aesthetic measurement toward objects. In this study, focusing on emotional movement that is one of many aesthetic reactions in human beings' watching movies, we developed an interface for measuring of emotional changes. The goal of this study is to apply the output of our quantitative analysis on the results of the measurements to the effective designing and production of movies.

본 논문에서는 신재생에너지 활용을 위한 휴대용 하이브리드 태양광 풍력 발전 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 태양광 풍력 복합 발전 시스템을 상용전기와 연계하여 사용할 경우를 고려하여 중대형 풍력 발전 시스템용 인버터와는 다른 특성이 요구되는 소형풍력 발전 시스템용 인버터와 독립형으로의 사용을 위해 축전지 충방전 컨트롤러를 개발한다. 20W의 Solar Power, 50W의 Wind Power, 1개의 Radio-recorder, 2개의 DC 7W/9W lamp. 축전지 Controller, 24H/40AH Maintenance-free battery 사양을 갖는 발전 시스템을 제작하고 필드 테스트를 통하여 성능을 검증한다.

본 논문에서는 Roget 범주 시스템과 Plutchik의 기본정서 구조를 서로 비교하였다. 이를 위해서 우선, 8가지 기본정서(Joy, Acceptance, fear, Surprise, Sadness, Disgust, Anger Anticipation) 각각을 Roget 범주에 대응시켰다. 대응한 Roget 범주 간의 참조정보 거리를 토대로 두 구조의 유사성을 가늠하였다. 실험결과, 기본정서에 대응하는 Roget 범주 거리 편차가 일정한 양상을 보이지 않았다(네 개의 정서차원 중에서 두 차원이 Roget 범주구조와 호응함). 본 논문의 실험 결과를 이용하연 Roget 범주와 기본정서 분류를 상호 보완할 수 있을 것이다. 나아가 개연규칙과 Plot Unit에서 사건과 상태의 선호도를 세분화 하는데 이용하고자 한다.

1. In the late second century A.D. the dalmatic, which originated in Orient, came into fashion in the Roman world. 2. It was first introduced as a vestment in public worship by Pope Sylvester I (314-335A.D.) who ordered it to be worn by the deacons. 3. The dalmatic was cut like a tunic, but wider, and with wide short sleeves. It was worn without belt, and was characteristically decorated by the clavus. Its shape, which is the form of a cross, refer to the passion of Christ. It symbolizes joy, salvation and justice. 4. In early christian epoch, colors was found in the Bible. 5. Clavus running from the shoulders to the hem in front and back represented as 'The servant of God', and symbolized the Blood of Christ. With time, clavi change from simple stripes to decorative ones.

The purpose of this article is to argue that the joy of musical experience through Samulnori with abdominal breathing plays significant role in improving liver cirrhosis. Samulnori is one of the most popular programs in music education in Korea. It helps fully express the player's emotions. The data are based on interview and observation drawn from field experience. Interviewee has continued to practice in charity performances of Samulnori in nursing homes once a month since 2011. Through learning and practicing, musical experience of Samulnori produces a large measure of physical health and psychological satisfaction. This article concludes in-depth interview, a patient with liver cirrhosis that has shown gradual improvement through Samulnori with abdominal breathing from 2011 to 2014.
