Global waste has become a global issue and we can see the new trend of discovery businesses established to focus on solving the waste problem using new renewable energy technology and the circular economy business model. This paper aims to study factors that impact green entrepreneurship in Thailand, such as environmental concern, organizational environment, founder demographics, education background, entrepreneurship awareness, as well as external factors of a business. The study analyzes the data from three qualitative in-depth interviews with green entrepreneur founders who started the businesses in polymer up-cycling, waste management, and renewable energy. The study finds overseas educational background to be one of the key main drivers for the entrepreneurial courage to decide to pursue a new business venture. By having the exposure toward the different culture, three entrepreneurs hands-on experiential learning through three key drivers who are composed of the can-do attitude, the willingness to be self-employed, and the way of seeking for the freedom to express their passions.

With the multitude of variables that may play a role in a company's Lean journey, it is becoming more understood that leadership plays a significant role in implementing lean principles on construction projects. The goal of this research is to investigate the relationship between leadership and Lean Construction implementation. The research uses a quantitative research in which a survey was conducted, followed by a statistical analysis to test the hypothesis. Through the statistical analysis of survey data, the research finds that there is positive relation between the level of transformational leadership and the effectiveness of lean implementation. When an organization is implementing organizational change like Lean, traits of leaders must not be underestimated. The study findings may contribute to the knowledge of lean construction leadership by bridging the gap between leadership and the effectiveness of lean implementation.

Purpose: Evidence-based design is the process of making design decisions based on reliable research to achieve the best results, so it is important to accumulate reliable evidence through research. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present new evidence by applying the evidence-based design process to improve the digital signage for each room spaces in hospitals and verifying its effectiveness. Method: Through the 8-step process of evidence-based design, improved digital signage for each room spaces are installed. It conducted surveys and statistical analysis to prove hypotheses by linking design and research. Results: The hypotheses established in the study are: 1) improvement in the readability of digital signage is correlated with patient satisfaction; 2) Improving the intuitiveness of digital signage correlates with patient satisfaction; 3) Improving the sufficiency of digital signage correlates with patient satisfaction. As a result of satisfaction analysis and correlation analysis, all of the above hypotheses were proven. Implications: Although the hospital sign system is the element that patients rely on most intuitively in the long journey of reception, waiting, examination, and treatment, there is insufficient evidence to refer to or apply it when designing. It is necessary to expand future research to expand the evidence that can be applied to hospital sign design.

More than a year has already passed since the Gyeongbuk Hemp Regulation Free Zone Project was implemented, and it is time to supplement and review the deficiencies in production history management for the domestic hemp industry after the Free Regulatory Zone. In this study, the current status and characteristics of cannabis history management in the Gyeongbuk Hemp Regulation Free Zone project were investigated, and problems with current history management were derived using service design tools such as pilot interviews, shadowing, and Customer journey map. The case of the cannabis production system and the CTS recommended for the legal cannabis market in Oregon, a leading country, was compared and analyzed, and the direction was to secure safety through production cycle history management suitable for growth characteristics, efficient technology application for real-time management, and history information sharing. Through this study, it is expected that it will help improve the current hemp production history management system and properly settle the history management system of domestic hemp industrialization in the future.

This paper introduces the physical phenomena involved in Direct Contact Heat Exchangers (DCHXs) and also investigates the possibility of applying of EIT(Electrical Impedance Tomography) technique for capturing the images of dispersed phases as they stream through a stagnant body of water. A number of cases are studied where two dimensional cross-sectional static images are given for fictitious and actual masses present in a column of water(saline solution). In most direct contact liquid-liquid heat exchangers, oil or hydrocarbon with a density different(lighter or heavier) from water is normally used as dispersed working fluid. The main difficulty that arises with this arrangement lies in the elucidation of complicated flow field where the dispersed phase fluid tends to change its shape and size constantly during its journey through the other phase(water). This paper presents a number of results with different types of dispersed phases that are immiscible with water. The EIT technique has been employed in this context to test its applicability in capturing the dynamic images of dispersed phases. It shows static images of dispersed phases where dynamic images could be obtained by simply extending the algorithms and strategies employed in the present analysis.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify and describe illness experiences of men with myocardial infarction. Methods: Data were collected through individual in-depth interviews with 10 male patients. Analysis was done using phenomenological analysis. Results: Five theme clusters including 11 themes emerged. 1) "Unexpected grave disease instantly dividing life and death" describes the great ignorance of symptoms and experience as a survivor narrowly escaping death. 2) "A disease still not considered a disease" illustrates the paradoxical and confusing situation between low level of awareness of the severity of the disease and high level of reflection on their unhealthy lifestyles. 3) "Fighting against me for health" illustrates their resolution and action to maintain health while experiencing helplessness. 4) "Relationships in a no-win situation" contains defensive posture due to social stigma and the dilemma of family breadwinners. And 5) "Introspection of past and future life" describes positive turnings in life through enlightenment in addition to remorseful feeling about the past and persistent worry of death. Conclusion: Health professionals need to support men with myocardial infarction by providing family-oriented and empowerment-based self-management interventions to lead to success in their illness journey and to improve their quality of life.

This paper argues that what Edgar Allan Poe pursues in ;The Man of the Crowd" (1840) is not a story that can be told but an active reading that must be mediated. It is not only because the subject of the pursuit, the secret of the flaneur, remains veiled until the end, but also because the story proves itself to be a reading of various kinds of other texts: that is, the contemporary urban texts as well as the city itself. Although the 'man of the crowd' and his double (i.e. the narrator) embrace the figure of a modern flaneur, it is highly questionable whether the image of flaneur in the story fully qualifies itself as that of an ideal stroller, who can represent the free spirit of a detached collector. Rather, the narrator's flaneur reflects a panoptic perspective, systematically hierarchizing the constituents of the city. Still, it should be noted that ;The Man of the Crowd" raises questions about the idea of creation and appropriation, observation and originality, and reading and storytelling by ascertaining the impossibility of reading and through assimilating to the contemporary texts not without subtle acknowledgement. In short, this novella tries a new way of storytelling, of which meaning is not to be found in creation but to be mediated in modern experiences.

A little more than a decade ago, the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) started on a journey of revitalization through adopting the concept of systems research. Instead of being just a rice breeding and affiliated sciences research center, it expanded its vision of impact on the rice-based food systems. In almost the same vein the OneCGIAR has also attempted to aggregate the commodity-based research into food systems-based research that critically caters to specific overarching 'Impact and Action Areas'. Incidentally, IRRI's structure and operations map on to these Impact and Action areas very well. Hence, IRRI's research directly caters to societal, economic and environmental sustainability. It does so through a coherent pipeline that spans the upstream discovery component all the way to product delivery, dissemination, and impact assessment. While a circular 5D-pipeline of demand, discovery, development, deployment and distinction attend to the ground-level realities of demand, development and acceptance of a product, the Four Flagships attend to proximal deliverables under challenging conditions of change brought about by the CGIAR restructuring and COVID-19. Prioritizing specific products under the flagships ensures that institutional support is available to fast-track the deliverables. Clear examples now highlight the potential of such approaches. Thus, despite the challenges of climate change, political unrest of war and global medical encumbrances, the stable partners of IRRI like Korea have helped to come close to deliverables.

This study focuses on the analysis of the service process and interaction mode of the serving robot used in the restaurant, Through user research, shadowing research and indepth interviews with customers and catering service personnel, this paper analyzes the contact points between catering service machines, people and users, constructs user journey map to understand users' expectations. In addition to the delivery service that can be allocated to the machine and people, the blueprint construction of ordering, reception and table cleaning services can also included in the service process. The final proposal is to improve the existing machine human interface and design a new service scheme.

Fully homomorphic encryption is a cryptography system in which coded data can be searched and statistically processed without decryption. Fully homomorphic encryption has accelerated searching speed by minimizing time spent on encryption and decryption. In addition, it is also known to prevent leakage of any data decoded for statistical reasons. Also, it is expected to protect personal information stored in the cloud computing environment which is becoming commercialized. Since the 1970s when fully homomorphic encryption was first introduced, it has been researched to develop the algorithm that satisfy effectiveness and functionality. We will take the reader through a journey of these developments and provide a glimpse of the exciting research directions that lie ahead.
