Effects of short-chain primary amines on Aspergillus nidulans development were analyzed. Propylamine induced asexual development and inhibited sexual development. Even on medium containing lactose as the sole carbon source, on which little conidial heads are formed and sexual structures are formed preferentially, or when sexual development was induced, propylamine induced asexual development and inhibited sexual development. These effects of propylamine seemed to be due to accumulation of mRNA of the brlA gene, which has been identified as a positive regulator of asexual development, and due to the reduction of the veA mRNA level. The veA gene has been identified as an activator of sexual development and also as an inhibitor of asexual development. Other primary amines, methylamine and ethylamine, showed identical effects on development where short-chain primary amino also promoted asexual development and inhibited sexual development.

In Harbin, a network of underground commercial spaces has been developed to occupy spaces that were originally created as civil defense shelters. With the gradual extension of the local metro rail system, the existing underground commercial space is no longer an isolated regional development, but a space that represents "three-dimensional city" and coordinated development taking place in many Chinese cities. Based on the analysis of the unique development process taken in underground space of Harbin, this paper summarizes three characteristics of its early model of "fragmented development" of underground space. By conducting a comprehensive field research and survey, the researchers analyzed 472 questionnaires related to the development trend, and proposed multi-level synergistic elements for the renewal and development of underground commercial space. The paper concludes by discussing the trend of "three-dimensional and collaborative development," suitable for the development needs of the new era, and the corresponding development strategies for the renewal of underground space.

This paper is intended to review the major problems of rural settlement development and attempts to find the direction to enhance the effectiveness of rural settlement development policies and strategies. Small amount of financial resources being mobilized, similar policies for rural settlement development have been implemented sectionally by the respective sectoral goverment bodies. It has resulted in a lot of coulict and ineffectiveness in the process of rural settlement development To rationalize the rural settlement development, there should be some change in the current practice of the project: integration of development efforts, consideration of regional situation and settlement system, and introduction of principles and criteria suitable for rural settlement planning.

User-led IS development contributes to the response of actual user needs, the alternative solution for backlog, and including the enhanced communication and the reduced role conflict between users and DP department. However, there are too little research and practical concern about the user-led IS development. This case study on the Korea Real Estate Investment Trust addresses to the development background, IS development process, and the qualitative and quantitative benefit of user-led IS development. We believe that the case study contributes to the understanding for the benefit of user-led IS development approach.

In this paper, a model of cost evaluatino for computer software development is proposed . This model is designed to cope with various development environment since the development cost is directly dependent on the development environments. The model that satisfies the users request is turned out to be a function point model. For the future research , a model that contain new technique and new development environment and an imaginative model are desired . Also, in order to effective cost estimation a systematic research on structure of software development , establishment of standard development methodology, project management and technique are desired.

The presented research is devoted to the problems of achieving the goals of sustainable development, which will contribute to the development of industrial parks and their transformation into eco-industrial parks. The importance of the functioning of industrial parks and their transformation into eco-industrial ones in the direction of achieving sustainable development goals is substantiated. The development of industrial parks and their transformation through the coordination of dynamic development processes and the establishment of a system of mutually beneficial relations, due to the peculiarities of their functioning aimed at achieving sustainable development goals ensure the achievement of sustainable spatial development. Transformation of industrial parks will contribute to: increasing tax revenues of local budgets, increasing employment in the regions, raising public awareness of the need for environmentally friendly, energy efficient production, increasing the balance and harmony of social, economic and environmental development, modernization of territorial communities and regional enterprises resources and increase entrepreneurial initiative, rational use of available resources, intensification of small and medium enterprises, including innovation. The authors' scientific achievements are the substantiation of the principles of functioning of industrial parks in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development, which are based on a systematic approach and provide for the transformation into eco-industrial parks.
