This article aims to develop a model for analysing the relationships among the factors affecting the national competitiveness and to explore the future trend of Korea's national competitiveness using a system dynamics approach. For this purpose the article examines the national competitiveness indexes being published by the international institutions such as IMD and WEF. The article also demonstrates how national competitiveness may be strengthened and finally suggests that the national competitiveness should be studied systematically in the future.

이 연구의 목적은 한국학생들의 부정관사 습득에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 다음과 같이 연구문제를 제시하였다 첫 번째 문제로 성별에 따라 부정관사 습득에 차이가 있는가? 두 번째 문제는 영어 능숙도에 따라 부정관사 습득에 차이가 있는가?를 조사하였다. 이 연구의 대상은 광주소재의 C 대학교 교양수업을 수강하는 195명의 학생들이며 남학생들이 80명, 여학생들이 115명이었다. 이 연구를 위한 자료는 부정관사에 관한 19문제를 제시하였고 설문지 기법을 이용하였다 이 연구의 분석방법은 통계프로그램인 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 분산분석 방법을 실행하였다. 성별에 따른 부정관사 습득의 결과는 5개의 문항에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 영어 수준별 부정관사 습득의 결과는 14개 문항에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다.

Lung diseases are common in general population and they are also important in insurance medicine. According to current textbook of insurance medicine, there are references of western research which performed at 1980s and early 2000. It's necessary to update the reference. In this article, several respiratory disorders such as Kartagener's syndrome, bronchial asthma, drug-resistant tuberculosis, etc are reviewed in terms of insurance medicine. Reference articles were used in Korean study, if possible. I hope this article being a role of helping many insurance doctors and underwriters in Korea.

우리나라는 도시의 무분별한 확산방지와 도시주변의 자연환경 보전 및 도시민의 건전한 생활환경 확보를 위해 1971년 개발제한구역을 지정하여 엄격한 개발행위 제한조치를 취해 왔다. 그러나 개발제한구역 내 토지소유자의 재산권 요구 증대와 체계적인 관리대책 미흡 등으로 1990년대 후반 개발제한구역제도는 획기적인 전환을 겪었다. 개발제한구역의 지정해제 및 구역조정작업을 거치면서, 개발제한구역제도는 구역경계의 불변성 원칙이 붕괴되었다. 그러나 개발제한구역은 향후 도시주변의 자연환경 보전을 위한 도시녹지지대(greenbelt) 및 도시민에게 개방적이고 친환경적인 오픈 스페이스(open space)로써 활용될 수 있도록 적극적인 보전과 관리대책 마련이 필요하다. 이 글에서는 개발제한구역의 친환경적인 보전 및 관리의 기본방향과 추진전략을 제시하고, 유용한 정책대안으로서 내셔널트러스트 방식의 도입가능성과 제도개선 방안을 살펴보았다. 특히 개발제한구역의 친환경적인 보전 및 관리를 위한 내셔널트러스트의 도입방안 검토에서는 내셔널트러스트의 원리 및 구성요소와 개발제한구역의 친환경적 관리 패러다임과의 연관성, 개발제한구역 트러스트의 설립유형 및 운영방식, 개발제한 구역 트러스트의 대상지 선정기준, 그리고 법제 정비방향을 제시하였다.

각 국가의 부패행위방지를 위한 제도적 혹은 법적인 노력은 국내차원을 넘어서 국제통상과 국제비즈니스에서도 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그 대표적인 예가 미국의 연방법인 해외부패방지법(FCPA)이다. 지난 10년간 미 법무부는 해외부패방지법의 관할권을 끊임없이 확장하여 이제는 미국증권거래소에 등록된 한국기업도 그 영역 안에 들어가게 되었다. 또 다른 예는 투명성을 다룬 한미 FTA 협정문 제 21 장중에서 특히 부패방지에 대한 조항인 제 21.6 조다. 한미 FTA로 인해 우리 기업의 대미수출뿐만 아니라 미국 내 법인설립 및 대미투자도 크게 증가할 것을 예상하면 앞으로 더 많은 한국 기업이 미국 해외부패방지법이나 한미 FTA 제 21.6 조의 관할권에 들어갈 것으로 전망된다. 미국 해외부패방지법과 한미 FTA 제 21.6 조는 부패방지라는 공통된 목적이 있으나 그 내용에 있어서 유사점과 차이점을 보인다. 따라서 본 연구는 두 가지 법을 비교분석하여 우리 기업의 부패행위방지를 위한 가이드라인의 초석 마련에 기여하는 것에 그 목적을 둔다.

1. The tourist industry of Korea should be operated whithin the limit of keeping order and respecting the Law, especially the constitution which is the fundamental Law of a Nation. 2. The idealogy of tourism, when support the regulations of tourism and a tour, is prescribed in the constitution. 3. No part of Article which does not have related to tourism can be found in the constitution from Article 1 through Article 130. 4. These part, However, have not yet been the subject of the tourism of study in Korea. 5. Therefor what is called the idealogy of tourism, which relate to tourist industry in every text of the constitution, is going to be studied in this research paper.

Text data mining ('big data methods') is one of the most widely used approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, text data mining on Scopus databases or Web of Science (WoS). Text data mining is widely used to collect literature for later bibliometric analysis, and in the end, it becomes a literature review article. Therefore, in this article, we reveal the trend of publication of literature reviews in Scopus journals from Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. This article describes two essential parts, namely 1) a comparison of international publication trends and subject area of literature review publications, and 2) a comparison of Top 5 for Authors, Affiliation, Source Title, and Collaboration Country.

In commemoration of Vol. 30, Issue 1, our journal prepares four review articles and two original papers. The first review article provides guidelines for medical treatment for emergencies in an aircraft furing flight. This guideline addresses the resources and medical equipment available to physicians on board, common medical conditions, how to deal with them, including legal issues. The second review article covers historically meaningful animals that have contributed to aerospace research and the role of a veterinarian. The third one describes cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and vestibular physiological effects of microgravity on the human body. As we are about to enter an aging society, the fourth review article introduces guidelines for safe overseas travel for senior passengers. The role of the aviation medical examiner is to maintain aircrew's health and to help them work long and healthy. In this regard, Choi et al. analyzed the physical examination data and sick leave data of an airline. Han et al. investigated the aerospace medical examination data of the Republic of Korea and suggested a solution to some common health problems of the crew.

The article by Tae-Gu Kim et al. conducted elastic FE modeling, which was inappropriate for fracture of elastic-plastic chain material (11.3% of elongation). FE analysis results and the findings in the fracto-graphic analysis did not tally but contradicted each other. The article identified "incorrect installation"/bending forces as the root cause while FE results of the chain under bending forces showed very low stresses at fracture locations but the highest stress in the middle of shank of the chain. The article's "step-like topographies indicating the fracture due to bending moment rather than uniaxial tension" lacked scientific support. The load value carried by each chain section under bending/incorrect installation was only half of that under tension, thus the article using same load value in FE simulation comparison for bending and tension was incorrect. The real cause of the chain fracture was likely improper checking the lifted load or/and using the wrong chain with much lower safety working load.

본 연구는 논문제목의 구문 및 의미구조를 기반으로 국내 기록관리학 분야의 연구영역의 특성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 1999년부터 2008년까지 국내 기록관리학 분야 전문 학술지 3종으로부터 핵심 연구논문 344개를 선정하였다. 해당 연구논문의 제목을 대상으로 구문 및 의미 구조를 분석하여 논문제목에 포함된 키워드들의 역할개념으로 '연구도메인', '연구대상', '연구초점'을 추출하였다. 추출된 3개의 역할개념별로 키워드들을 배정하여 군집화 하였다. 군집화 결과를 통해 최종적으로 국내 기록관리학 분야에서 어떤 연구대상이 핵심 연구대상이며 핵심 연구대상은 어느 연구도메인에서 어떤 연구초점에 관심을 두고 있는지를 분석하였다.
