Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu Solder에 대한 무전해 Ni-P층의 P함량에 따른 특성 연구 (A Study of Properties of Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu Solder Based on Phosphorous Content of Electroless Ni-P Layer)

  • ENIG (electroless Ni immersion gold) is one of surface finishing which has been most widely used in fine pitch SMT (surface mount technology) and BGA (ball grid array) packaging process. The reliability for package bondability is mainly affected by interfacial reaction between solder and surface finishing. Since the behavior of IMC (intermetallic compound), or the interfacial reaction between Ni and solder, affects to some product reliabilities such as solderability and bondability, understanding behavior of IMC should be important issue. Thus, we studied the properties of ENIG with P contents (9 wt% and 13 wt%), where the P contents is one of main factors in formation of IMC layer. The effect of P content was discussed using the results obtained from FE-SEM(field-emission scanning electron microscope), EPMA(electron probe micro analyzer), EDS(energy dispersive spectroscopy) and Dual-FIB(focused ion beam). Especially, we observed needle type irregular IMC layer with decreasing Ni contents under high P contents (13 wt%). Also, we found how IMC layer affects to bondability with forming continuous Kirkendall voids and thick P-rich layer.

수직앵커형 중간철근으로 보강된 고강도 철근콘크리트 보_-기둥 접합부의 소성힌지 확산 (Spreading Beam Poastic Hinging Zone of the High-Strength R/C Beam-Column Joints Using the Vertically Anchored Intermediate Reinforcements)

  • 본 논문은 고강도 콘크리트($f'_c=700kg/cm^2$)를 사용한 보_기둥 접합부의 소성힌지 확산을 위하여 중간철근을 수직으로 앵커한 수직앵커형 중간철근으로 보 단부를 보강함으로써 보_기둥 접합부에 발생하는 소성힌지를 보 내측으로 1.0d 만큼 확산시키고자 하는 것이다. 실험의 주 변수로는 중간철근의 유물 및 앵커여부로 설정하여 중간철근의 보강형태에 따른 부재의 역학적 거동을 규명하도록 하였다. 실험결과로부터 보 단부의 1.0d부분을 수직앵커형 중간철근으로 보강하면 소성힌지를 1.0d 부분으로 확산할 수 있었으며, 에너지 분산능력도 ACI318-89에 따라 설계한 관례적인 실험체에 비하여 약 1.6배정도 향상되었다.

중.고층 주상복합 R/C 건축물의 단차형 내부 보-기둥 접합부 내진성능평가 (Seismic Performance Evaluation of R/C Different Floor Type Interior Beam-Column Joints in the Middle and High-rise Mixed-use Residential Building)

  • 본 연구에서는 중 고층 철근콘크리트 주상복합형 건축물에서 지진하중과 같은 반복하중이 작용할 때 단차형 내부 보-기둥 접합부의 거동 특성을 파악하기 위하여 단차 유무에 따른 내부 보-기둥 접합부 실험체를 대상으로 실험을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 단차가 있는 내부 보-기둥 접합부 실험체는 단차가 없는 표준실험체(FJ-0D)와 비교하여 단차 수준(1.0D, 2.0D)이 증가함에 따라 수평내력과 에너지소산능력이 증가하였고 내부 보-기둥 접합부 영역을 중심으로 균열진전 상황이 상이하였다. 또한 에너지소산능력은 내부 보-기둥 접합부 단차가 높을수록 1.1${\sim}$1.35배 증가하였다.

비내진 상세를 가진 1/3 축소 R.C. 외부 접합부의 반복 횡하중 실험 (Cyclic-loading Tests of 113-Scale R.C. Exterior Beam-column Joints With Non-Seismic Detailing)

  • The objective of this study is to clarify the seismic capacity and the characteristics in the hysteretic behavior of RC structures with nonseismic detailing. To do this, an exterior beam-column subassemblage was selected from a 10-story RC building and 6 1/3-scale specimens were manufactured with 3 variables; ⑴ with and without slab, ⑵ upward and downward direction of anchorage for the bottom bar in beams, and ⑶ with and without hoop bars in the joint region. The test results have shown that ⑴ the existence of slab increased the strength in positive and negative moment, 25% and 62%, respectively; ⑵ the Korean practice of anchorage (downward and 25 $d_{b}$ anchorage length) caused the 8% reduction of strength and the early strength degradation when compared with the case of seismic details; and ⑶ the existence of hoop bars in the joint region does not show significant difference because the size of column is much larger than that of beam.m.

암 환자를 돌보는 간호사의 임종간호 스트레스, 공감역량 및 직무만족도의 관계 (The Relationship between End-of-Life Care Stress, Compassionate Competence and Job Satisfaction amomg Nurses Caring for Cancer Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe end-of-life care stress, compassionate competence, and job satisfaction among nurses caring for cancer patients and to identify the relationship between variables. Methods: The participants comprised 141 nurses at the D cancer center in Busan metropolitan city. Data were collected from October 14 to the 31, 2022. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 29.0 program. Results: There was a significantly positive correlation between a participnat's job satisfaction and compassionate competence (r=.45, p<.001), and end-of-life care stress (r=.42, p<.001). Conclusion: Compassionate competence and end-of-life care experience among nurses caring for cancer patients are factors that influence job satisfaction. A program that can improve compassionate competence should be developed to improve job satisfaction.

Damage state evaluation of experimental and simulated bolted joints using chaotic ultrasonic waves

  • Ultrasonic chaotic excitations combined with sensor prediction algorithms have shown the ability to identify incipient damage (loss of preload) in a bolted joint. In this study we examine a physical experiment on a single-bolt aluminum lap joint as well as a three-dimensional physics-based simulation designed to model the behavior of guided ultrasonic waves through a similarly configured joint. A multiple bolt frame structure is also experimentally examined. In the physical experiment each signal is imparted to the structure through a macro-fiber composite (MFC) patch on one side of the lap joint and sensed using an equivalent MFC patch on the opposite side of the joint. The model applies the waveform via direct nodal displacement and 'senses' the resulting displacement using an average of the nodal strain over an area equivalent to the MFC patch. A novel statistical classification feature is developed from information theory concepts of cross-prediction and interdependence. This damage detection algorithm is used to evaluate multiple damage levels and locations.

반단면 프리캐스트 판넬 이음부의 피로 안전성 및 사용성 평가를 위한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Evaluation of Fatigue Safety and Serviceability for the Precast Half Deck Panel Joints)

  • Precast members have relatively good quality because they are manufactured in an environment suitable for quality control. A typical precast method in which pre-fabricated segments are assembled in the field requires a joint. Although the joint is a small part of the member, it greatly affects the behavior and quality of the structural member. In the previous study of this paper, the flexural strength of a joint, which is generally applied to half-depth precast deck systems, was verified to have higher strength than the design requirement. In addition, the proposed joint has been verified to have higher strength by reinforcing the connecting rebar. However, even if the flexural strength of the joints is sufficient, excessive deflection or lack of fatigue performance is likely to cause cracks in the half-depth precast deck system. In this study, the serviceability of the half-deck precast panel specimens with joints was evaluated and the experimental verification was conducted to evaluate the fatigue performance of the joint without connection rebar. As a result, the serviceability such as deflection and crack width was found to be higher than the design requirement in all the specimens. In the fatigue test, the fatigue effect was insignificant even in the absence of connection rebar.

저심도 모듈식 구조체의 벽체간 연결 조인트 성능검증 실험 (Performance Test of Wall to Wall Modular Structure Joint for Near-surface Transit)

  • 자갈궤도에서 레일과 침목을 연결하는 체결장치의 레일패드 강성이 증가함에 따라 윤중이 증가하고 궤도틀림진전이 증가되어 궤도유지보수비가 증가하게 된다. 반면에 레일패드강성이 감소하면 차량운행에 따른 전력소모비가 증가하게 된다. 따라서 자갈궤도 설계 시에 차량과 궤도 및 운영조건을 고려하여 궤도유지보수비와 전력소모비를 가급적 작게 할 수 있는 적정 레일패드강성을 결정하는 것은 철도 경제성 확보차원에서 중요한 과제라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 $L{\acute{o}}pez$ Pita 등이 제시한 자갈궤도에서의 최적레일패드 강성을 평가하는 프로세서를 기초로 적정 레일패드강성 범위를 구하였다. 연구결과에 중요한 영향을 주는 레일패드강성에 따른 윤중변화를 보다 정확하게 평가하기 위하여 궤도구성품의 거동특성을 보다 상세하게 고려할 수 있는 고도화된 수치해석적 기법을 사용하여 평가하였다. 또한 국내에서의 차량, 궤도 운영조건을 고려함으로써 국내에서 궤도설계에 적용할 수 있는 적정 레일패드강성 범위를 도출하였다.
