90년대생 중국 근로자가 인식하는 직업가치가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Work Value Perceived by Chinese Post-90s Employees on Their Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • 코로나 19와 경기침체의 영향으로 기업들은 극심한 경쟁상황에 놓이게 되었다. 이러한 상황에서 우수한 직원을 선발하는 것 뿐만 아니라 유지하는 것 또한 기업이 당면한 최우선 과제가 되었다. 하지만 기존의 근로자들과는 매우 다른 성향을 가진 90년대생들이 노동 시장에 진입하게 되었고, 이들의 높은 이직률로 인해 기업과 근로자 모두 어려움을 겪게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국의 90년대생 근로자에 주목하여, 이들이 추구하는 직업가치(실용주의, 직업-흥미일치, 장기개발, 혁신성)가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 근무시간이 1년 미만인 그룹과 1년 이상인 그룹을 비교 분석하였다. 총 267명의 90년대생 중국 근로자의 응답을 통해 연구모형을 검증한 결과, 실용주의는 직무만족과 이직의도에 모두 영향을 주었지만, 직업-흥미일치는 직무만족에만, 혁신성은 이직의도에만 영향을 주었다. 근무기간의 조절효과는 부분적으로 검증되었고, 연구결과에 따른 다양한 시사점이 논의되었다.

  • 본 연구는 아동 공동생활가정 종사자의 낮은 직무 기간과 처우가 주는 인적 관리의 부정적인 영향을 극복하고자 종사자의 리더십 역량이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 두 변인 간의 사이에서 사회적자본과 조직문화의 매개효과를 검증하여 아동 공동생활가정 종사자의 직무착근도를 높이는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 아동 공동생활가정 종사자의 리더십 역량은 직무착근도 및 사회적자본과 조직문화에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 사회적자본과 조직문화는 리더십 역량이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그동안 간과되었던 리더십 역량이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하여 직무착근도를 높이는 방안을 제공했으며, 직무착근도를 높이는 관련 변인을 리더십 역량, 사회적자본, 조직문화 등으로 새롭게 확장했다는 점과 리더십 역량이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 관계에서 사회적자본과 조직문화의 매개효과를 밝혀냈다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

  • Financial stability of households is the basic and most important factor of the quality of life. It affects emotional psychological mental and social aspects of family personal develop-ment and family healths etc. This study investigated and analyzed the data on financial stability of households. The data collected through the self-administered questionnaire from 466 house-holds in Kwangju area were analyzed. As statistical methods Frequency Percentile. Anova Duncan-test and Regression analysis were used. The results obtained are as follow: Education job status housing tenure type numbers of income source assets income and income flexibility have positive effects on financial stability. Especially numbers of income sources has most important effect. Significant correlation coefficients between financial stability and economic pressures mental healths financial satisfaction life satisfaction and coping behaviors were revealed respectively To improve the quality of life financial stability of household is severely considered. To be financially stable providing various income sources is more desirable than having regular and fixed income.

도시주부의 편의식품 유형과 소비행동 분석 (Convenience Food Type and Convenience Food Consumption Behavior of Wives in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the type of the convenience food and examine the consumption behavior of convenience food of wives according to socio-economic and demographic variables and psychological variables. The survey was conducted using interview during October 1 and October 30, 1996. The data used in this study included 186 women with husband present living in Pusan. Statistical analyses were conducted using frequencies, percentiles, mean, oneway ANOVA, Duncan test and factor analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. The convenience food was classified as 5 types : Korean style side dishes, soy-bean paste, delivery food and cleaned vegitables, noodles and side dishes for a lunch-box, canned and retort foods. 2. Wife's age, income, number of family members, education, tenure, level of employment status, attitude toward convenience food, family goal orientation and job goal orientation were sinificantly related to the convenience food consumption behavior of housewives.

공무원의 리더십유형과 조직시민행동에 관한 연구: 충북지역 지방자치단체를 중심으로 (Leadership Styles and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Public Service Personnel)

  • Many empirical research surveys have su, pp.rted that Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) is influenced by or closely related with leadership styles. The primary purpose is to test the moderating effects of structural factors (formalization, centralization) and personal factors(growth needs, sex, age, tenure, rank, occuption, school carrer) between 2 leadership styles and 2 OCB factors. For the analytical purpose of this article, Fisher's Z-transformation and SGC(split groups correlations) methods were introduced. Generally 2 leadership styles are found to influence on altruism and conscientiousness respectively. Out of 36 cases, only 2 cases were significant in moderating effects. Based on empirical results, there is no moderating effects in conscientiousness. But altruism is found to more closely related with employee-centered leadership in low centralized group than in high centralized group, and more closely related with job-centered leadership in low growth-needs group than in high growth-needs group.

간호인력의 퇴직추이에 관한 연구 - 일 사립종합병원을 중심으로 - (A Study on a Retirement Trend of Nursing Personnel in a General Hospital)

  • This study was conducted to investigate a shift in retirement of nursing personnel periodically. The periods surveyed in this study were 1977-78. 1982-83. 1987-88 and 1992-93. The data were obtained from personal records of nurses and aid nurses who had retired from a general hospital in Seoul during the above periods. The number of the data analyzed in this study was 429 in all 284 nurses and 145 aid nurses. The obained results were as follows: 1. The average age of the retirements of the nurses was raised to 27. 1 during the period of 1987-88 and fell to 26. 1 during the period of 1992-93. The average tenure of office of the nurses has become longer recently; It lengthened from 2.1 years in the year of 1977-78. to 3.8 years in the year of 1992-93. The average number of the previous employment before entering the hospital was 0.3 during the period of 1977-78. and 0.0 during the period of 1992-93. As for the aid nurses the average age of retirement. the average tenure of office' and the average number of the previous employoment were 25.0, 3.6 years and 0.5 respectively in the order above-mentioned. 2. As for the evaluation items in the final nurse evaluation sheet. such items as good appearance. health. job ability. trust and calmness were highly estimated throughout the periods. The items of the highest score were 'professional knowledge' and 'professional skil' in the year of 1982-83. and 'professional skill' and 'interpersonal relationship' in the year of 1987­88. 3. Private and public environments related to working variables decisive to the retirement of nursing personnel.

부산항부두관리공사 직원의 직무만족도 분석 (A Study on Job Satisfaction of Busan-port Pier Management Corporation's Employee)

  • 세계 5위의 무역항인 부산항은 부산광역시의 세입확충 뿐만 아니라, 도시발전의 큰 매체가 될 수 있다. 이에 따라 부산광역시는 민선3기의 출범과 함께 해양특별시 설치를 가장 중요한 시정목표로 삼고 있다. 그러나 이러한 목표는 항만관계자들의 직무만족도가 높아야만 가능할 것이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 1969년 이후 부산항을 실질적으로 운영하고 있는 부산항부두관리공사(이하 '부공') 직원들의 직무만족도를 조사하고, 이들의 직무만족도를 저하시키는 요인들을 발굴하고자 하였다. 선행연구의 조사를 통하여 본 연구에서는 직무만족의 영향요인으로 업무내용, 승진, 보수, 감독, 책임감, 동료와의 관계, 신분보장, 업무량, 근무환경, 제직기간, 성별, 연령, 교육수준 등을 채택하였다. 분석의 결과, 승진과 보수 등의 요인이 직무만족에 통계적으로 의미있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족 요인들의 평균값을 구한 결과, 승진만족도는 2.05, 보수만족도는 1.88, 신분보장 만족도는 1.93, 업무량 만족도는 2.85, 근무환경 만족도는 2.24 등으로 나타나 부공 직원들의 직무만족도는 상당히 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 상황에서 항만발전의 주도적 역할을 담당하는 부공 직원들의 투철한 직업관과 의식을 기대하기 어려울 것이다. 이는 곧 부산광역시의 현안문제인 해양특별시 설치라는 시정목표를 달성할 수 없다는 의미이다. 따라서 부산광역시의 현안문제를 해결하고 부산항의 발전을 가져오기 위해서는 적어도 항만관계자인 부공 직원들의 직무만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 대안을 모색해야 할 것이다.

건강 요인과 사상체질 및 스트레스의 관련성 설문 조사 (Survey on Relationship among Health Relating Factors Sasang Constitution and Stress)

  • Objectives: The objective of the present study was to assess the factors that influence the health of workers, especially nurses, and to propose methods for health management. Methods: A total of 246 nurses were surveyed to ascertain the health status score, Sasang constitution diagnosis, health-related life and job factors, psychosocial stress, and job stress. Depending on their health status score, the subjects were categorized into unhealthy, intermediate, or healthy groups, and each factor was compared with the stress score of the groups. Further, each Sasang constitution factor was also compared with the stress scores. Results: Analysis based on the health status scores indicated that the patients in the intermediate group were older and had longer tenure than those in the unhealthy or healthy groups. The healthy group had higher number of married individuals, and they were subjectively assessed as healthy. Patients in this group were more satisfied with their work than those in the unhealthy group. Analysis of the Sasang constitution showed that a lower percentage of individuals with a Soeumin constitution were married, and most considered themselves to be unhealthy during the subjective health assessment. Conclusions: The findings of this survey revealed that in order to maintain health, efforts should be made to improve the work environment, achieve health confidence, and practice health behavior while considering one's own body, mental state, and constitution.

Effects of Work-Related Stress on Work Ability Index among Iranian Workers

  • Background: Work Ability Index (WAI) is a well-known and valid self-report tool that has been widely used in various studies to identify and avoid early retirement and work-related disability. Nevertheless, very few studies have been carried out to evaluate work ability in Iran. We aimed to investigate the WAI and the effect of work-related stress on it among Iranian workers. Methods: A cross-sectional, descriptive and analytic study was carried out among 449 workers from five working sectors in three big cities of Iran. Work ability and work-related stress were measured using the Persian version of WAI and the Persian version of Health and Safety Executive Stress Indicator Tool. Results: More than a third of the workers surveyed (34.70%) did not have an appropriate level of work ability (WAI < 37). There was a significant correlation between subscales of work-related stress and the mean score of WAI. Furthermore, the variables of body mass index, sleep quality, exercise activity, job tenure, and three subscales of work-related stress including demands, supervisor support, and role were significant predictors of WAI. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the interventional programs must be focused on improving supervisors support, eliminating ambiguity and conflicts in the role of workers in their job and organization, reducing job demands, improving sleep quality, and increasing exercise activity.

드라이클리닝 근로자들의 유기용제 폭로와 자각증상 (Study on the Exposure Levels of Organic Solvents and Subjective Symptoms of Dry-cleaning Workers)

  • To investigate the exposure levels of organic solvents and subjective symptoms of dry-cleaning workers, 77 male and 52 female dry-cleaning workers who had been worked in a small city of Chungnam province, and a large city, Taejon were selected for the study group. Air concentrations of organic solvents in the working environment were analyzed, and subjective symptoms of dry-cleaning workers were surveyed, from July to August 1996. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The concentrations of organic solvents in the working environment were within permissible TLV-TWA limits. 2. For the 13 symptom clusters, the most frequently complained symptom clusters were fatigue as 71.3%, and followed by depression and urinary disturbances as 53.5% and 51.9%. Other symptom clusters complained were below 50%. 3. Positive response rates of subjective symptoms were significantly higher in worker groups such as lived in a large city, female, higher education level, more frequently alcohol drinking, higher concentration of organic solvent in working environment, work in alone. 4. Workers who had used solvent B showed 2.3 point higher scores of subjective symptoms than those of solvent A. Of the subjective symptoms scores, amnesia and nervousness were higher in solvent B user group than solvent B user group. 5. As a result of factor analysis, 3 factors such as depression, urinary disturbance and neurologic disturbance were selected. 6. As a result of the logistic regression analysis, sex, the number of fellow workers, working time, region, job tenure, smoking, alcohol drinking, ventilating system, concentration of organic solvent in working environment and place of residence were selected for the related variables. For the conclusion, even though the concentrations of organic solvents in the working environments of dry-cleaning workers were within permissible limit of TLV-TWA, many dry-cleaning workers complained symptoms, such as fatigue, depression, urinary disturbances and so on. And the factors affecting to the symptoms of dry-cleaning workers were the number of fellow workers, work hours, region, job tenure, smoking and alcohol drinking.
