This study was conducted to explore the level of sexual satisfaction in married women. This is a descriptive study. The data was collected from July 19 to Aug 10, 1997 utilizing a questionnaire developed by researchers. Sexual satisfaction(a=,926) was measured by the Sexual satisfaction scale(Kim at el, 1997) which is consisted of 17-items. And data was analysed using SPSS /PC+7.5. The following is a summary of the study. 1. The study surveyed a total of 400 married women from Seoul, Kyungki do. and Pusan. The mean age of the subjects was 38.61 years with the range from 22 to 69 years. A large proportion of the subjects(69.3%) had received a high school education or further education. In terms of the marital satisfaction, 68.6% of subjects were moderately or highly satisfied : 6.8% were dissatisfied. 2. The mean score and standard deviation of the sexual satisfaction was 42.74$\pm$10.42 with the range from 17 to 68 score. 3. The variables influencing on sexual satisfaction were age, education level, income. job, stress. and perceived marital satisfaction.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to explore the cyber world immersion experience of adolescents. Method: Multiple strategies for data collecting were used: an in depth face-to-face interview; analysis of adolescent' writings; and analysis of examples of phenomenon in the realistic world. The sample group consisted of 10 adolescents. Results: Although the experience was different for all adolescent interviewed, the essential themes of experience emerged: "fill up", "homoeologous feeling", "the older generation has a conflicting negative opinion", "change in social character", "become habitually skeptic", "have bad health", "mean of superiority and getting everything solved", "ease of access", "monetary benefit", "addiction to the computer", "forget real life solved stress", "do harm to society", "take comfort", or "new job". Conclusion: Accordingly this paper suggests that contact with various software is necessary in adolescents, and good quality contents function to prepare and activate adolescents to apply the internet for good use.

This thesis is aimed to suggest the efficiency at the education space for job-rehabilitation through grasping the characteristics of behavior and attitude of the handicapped and analyzing their loaming behavior as an employment promotion for the disabled. For that purpose, the demand of the handicapped and some overlooked space problems we searched by survey, interview, observation and investigation to offer basic data for interior design planning. It resulted firstly that the inconvenience of narrow space was pointed out in many responses implying users suffer from the stress and inconvenience caused by an unconsidered space planning to their behavior. And secondly further difficulties are added when medical appliances for the disabled are not appropriate to common furniture. Finally, without identification of the behavior and attitude of the handicapped the minimum or optimum space needed for them could not be suggested and it may cause to decrease the efficiency in their learning.

세계적으로 선박 교통량 증가와 함께 선박 사고 원인의 90% 이상을 차지하는 인적요인에 대한 심층적인 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 해상교통관제 업무는 고도의 주의와 예측능력을 요구하며 이를 저해하는 인적요인 분석 및 관리 필요성이 절실한 분야이다. 특히 관제업무는 교대근무 등의 불규칙한 근무형태로 인해 발생되는 피로와 업무 집중력 저하, 스트레스가 많은 업무이다. 무엇보다 관제 업무는 해상안전에 핵심적인 역할을 하는데, 관제사의 피로와 스트레스로 인한 업무 차질은 자칫 안전사고로까지 이어질 수 있는 위험이 존재한다. 이렇듯 인적요인이 중요한 영역임에도 불구하고 관제사들의 체계적인 스트레스 관리에 대한 방안은 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 직무스트레스 유발요인, 유발결과 및 설문조사를 통하여 관제사들의 직무스트레스 현 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 그리고 연구결과를 바탕으로 관제사의 피로, 스트레스를 관리하기 위한 방안과 더 나아가 효율적인 인적요인 안전관리 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

최근 기업에서 고객만족 차원의 대고객만족 활동으로써 고객접점센터를 운영하고 있으며, 고객만족은 기업의 이미지와 궁극적인 수익 창출로 연결되는 전략적 차원으로 비약적인 발전을 도모하고 있다. 또한 고객만족의 경영의 일환으로 고객감동은 지속적인 고객 관계 관리를 통해서 가능하며 이것은 고객접점센터 종사자원들이 고객과의 일대일로 직접 만나는 고객응대 서비스 품질에 의해서 좌우 된다. 그러나 대고객접점센터 종사원들은 이직률이 높고 직업 만족도가 낮아 기업의 조직성과에 부정적인 요소로 보고되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 대고객접점센터 종업원들을 대상으로 직무스트레스와 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 개인 특성별 요인들에 대한 스트레스의 차이와 스트레스가 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적으로 분석하기 위한 개념적 모형을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 공공도서관 사서들의 직무스트레스를 업무 능력 및 효율성을 저해하는 요소로 파악하고 직무스트레스 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 특히 업무정보와 직무스트레스간의 상관관계가 있다는 가설을 설정하고 접근하였다. 이를 위해 공공도서관 사서 총 36명을 대상으로 방문 및 전자 메일 설문을 통해 직무스트레스 현황을 조사하였다. 조사 결과, 업무정보와 직무스트레스는 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무스트레스의 경우 조직적 영역의 요인보다는 개인적 영역의 요인이 상대적으로 크게 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 업무 정보의 중요성을 인식하고, 원활한 정보 교류 및 교육을 통해 업무 효율성을 높이고자 하였으며, 더 나아가 후속연구를 위해 측정도구가 개발된다면 보다 정확한 결과를 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of resilience, traumatic events, secondary traumatic stress, and calling reported by firefighters and to identify the factors affecting the resilience of firefighters. Methods: Data were collected using structured questionnaires and 200 fire officials working in D city were enrolled as the subjects. Data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0, and the analyses included descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Results: The difference in resilience according to general characteristics showed significant differences in health status (F=4.33, p=.014) and job satisfaction (F=6.13, p=.003). The factors affecting resilience were identified as calling (β=.25, p<.001), and the explanatory power for resilience was 19.2%. Conclusion: It is necessary to increase calling in order to increase resilience. Therefore, we suggest that professional education and programs that consider personal characteristics are needed to strengthen the calling.

Purpose: The aim of this systematic literature review was to synthesize and investigate the effects of shift workers' sleep in Korea. Methods: A search was conducted through three electronic databases using keywords such as "shift work" or "rotation work" and "sleep", with sleep as the independent variable, and 17 papers were reviewed. Results: The design of those 17 studies was analyzed in a cross-sectional analysis. The most commonly measured characteristic was quality of sleep, whereas the others were sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency, and sleepiness. The study outcome variables were job-related factors, mental health, wellness, stress, fatigue, and metabolic syndrome. Conclusion: The results inform sleep and health-promoting behaviors and improvement in shift workers' working condition.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify research topics in the emergency medical technician (EMT) field and examine research trends. Methods: In this study, 261 research papers published between January 2000 and May 2022 were collected, and EMT research topics and trends were analyzed using topic modeling techniques. This study used a text mining technique and was conducted using data collection flow, keyword preprocessing, and analysis. Keyword preprocessing and data analysis were done with the RStudio Version 4.0.0 program. Results: Keywords were derived through topic modeling analysis, and eight topics were ultimately identified: patient treatment, various roles, the performance of duties, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, triage systems, job stress, disaster management, and education programs. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it is believed that a study on the development and application of education programs that can successfully increase the emergency care capabilities of EMTs is needed.

In this paper, Depression is a mental disorder characterized by a lack of enthusiasm and feelings of sadness, which significantly impairs daily functioning. In 2018, there was an increase in book sales in the essay genre, particularly the popularity of "healing essays." This trend is seen as challenging the negative image and prejudices associated with depression. In 2021, a significant rise in the proportion of 20-year-old patients with depression is attributed to factors like job-related stress, interpersonal issues, and financial burdens. Additionally, there is a strong correlation between depression and suicidal thoughts, particularly among individuals who have experienced feelings of depression. Despite the increasing prevalence of depression among young adults, research in this area is lacking. To address this gap, statistical tools such as logistic regression and chi-squared tests are employed. The analysis reveals various independent variables associated with feelings of depression, shedding light on the relationships between these factors.
