고용형태에 따른 직무정체성, 공직봉사동기 및 조직충성도에 대한 연구 : 공항 특수경비원들의 인식을 중심으로 (A Study for the Perception of Job Identity, Public Service Motivation and Organizational Committment focusing on Airport Security Agents)

  • Airport security staff are outsourced workers, whose status is a special security agent under the security service law in Republic of Korea, who are subject to persuing both profitability and public concern at the same time. This paper has chosen the sample of security staff working at Incheon airport. This is because airport security staff is being outsourced, this paper had made an empirical research such areas as the perception of job identity, public service motivation and organizational commitment through job satisfaction. According to statistical research, it was found the perception on job identity by airport security staff had a significant negative effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The more they have perceived their status as non-permanent status, the less they had job satisfaction and commitment at the same time as a special security agent at airport. Their perception of job identity had a significant effect on such public service motivation factors as 'absorbing public concern' and 'a solicitude'. Lastly, their motivation factors had also significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

취업정보사이트의 웹서비스품질과 관계품질 역할 연구 (A Study on Web Service Quality and Role of Relationship Quality of Job Information Sites)

  • These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction Among Nurses in Integrated Nursing Care Service Wards)

  • Objectives: This descriptive survey study aimed to identify factors that affect job satisfaction among nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards and to explore measures to increase job satisfaction among these nurses. Methods: Data were collected between July 20 and August 3, 2018 from nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards in Busan and Changwon city, in Korea. Data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 23.0 software(IBM corp., Armonk, NY, USA). Results: Factors affecting job satisfaction among nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards were identified as follows: professional self-concept (${\beta}=.32$, p=.003), which is a subdomain of nursing professionalism, and nursing foundations for quality care (${\beta}=.30$, p=.001), which is a subdomain of nursing work environment. The model had an explanatory power of 54.7%. Conclusions: Nursing professionalism should be strongly established among nurses, as nurses are key players in a health system that allows stable and expanded operations of integrated nursing care. Intervention measures that create a better work environment for nurses should also be implemented. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop systematic strategies and multifaceted efforts to increase nurses' job satisfaction in integrated nursing care service wards.

항공사 객실승무원의 직무스트레스가 소진과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 대형항공사와 저비용항공사 간 비교를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Job Stress on Burnout and Job Satisfaction of Flight Attendants -Focusing on Comparison between Full Service Carrier and Low Cost Carrier-)

  • The object of this study is to verify the effects of job stress on burnout and job satisfaction of flight attendants and to confirm the difference in the effect on the consciousness of full service carrier and low cost carriers' flight attendants. In order to confirm, the study examines the relationship between job stress, burnout, and job satisfaction of airline cabin attendant. A survey was done for 55days from January 5th 2014 on flight attendants and total 200 valid samples were analysed. The results of the study demonstrated significant relationship and difference in job stress, burnout and job satisfaction of flight attendants between full service carrier and low cost carrier. As a result, the study is significant as it satisfaction between divergent airline work environment.

건강가정지원센터 종사자가 경험하는 작업사건이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향: 정서반응과 직무만족의 매개효과 (The effects which work events were experienced by employees on the service quality in local healthy family support center: mediating effect of affective reaction and job satisfaction)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine effects which work events and affective reaction were experienced by employees on job satisfaction and service quality in local healthy family support center for family health enhancement. For the purpose, survey were conducted with employees working in 56 local healthy family support centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi region, and final data were resulted from analysis of 319 examines of those employees. The results of this study were as follows. First, work events had a significant effect on the affective reaction. Second, affective reaction had a significant effect on the job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction had a significant effect on the service quality. Fourth, affective reaction worked as mediators between the work events and job satisfaction, affective reaction and job satisfaction worked as double mediators between work events and service quality. Based on those findings, we can propose practical and political implications towards improving service quality considering the work experience of personnel in the healthy family support center.

통합건강관리간호사 역할규명을 위한 직무분석: 연 회원제 건강관리 서비스 중심 (Job Analysis of Health Guide Nurse for Role Identification: Focusing on Annual Health Guidance Membership Service)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify nurses' role in the delivery of health guidance service within the annual health guidance membership service. Methods: Dynamic job analysis process was applied with vertical job analysis and horizontal job analysis through a focus group workshop and expert survey. Results: As a result of this study, job description was established with 4 duties, 11 tasks, 60 task elements. Major duties consisted of 'professional nurse practice', 'coordination and cooperation', 'education and consultation', and 'administrative work and improvement'. A job process map was also framed. Conclusion: The results can be used to establish nurses' role in providing health care service. Ongoing research on nurse's role as a health guider will be a fundamental base for health care service development and will contribute to expansion of common health management services.

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 취업정보 서비스 시장의 현황을 파악하고, 이를 토대로 시장 생태계를 유지하기 위한 전략적 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 방법은 다양한 2차 자료를 활용하여 온라인 취업정보 서비스 시장을 파악하는 기술적 연구로 수행되었다. 구체적으로 시장 분석에서는 취업정보 서비스 시장의 높은 잠재적 성장성과 주요 이슈들을 파악하였다. 산업 트렌드 분석에서는 주요 서비스 형태, 구직자들의 유형 및 특징, 서비스 사용 트렌드, 판촉 및 마케팅 방법을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 이 시장의 SWOT 분석을 통해 시장 생태계를 선순환 구조로 이끌 수 있는 전략적 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 일차적으로 취업정보 서비스 시장을 주요 이슈 중심으로 현황을 파악함으로써 시장에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 하는 데 유용할 것이다. 또한 산업에 속한 기업들에게는 산업 내에서 지속적으로 생존하기 위한 단서를 제공할 수도 있다. 나아가 정보 및 공공기관에서는 취업정보 서비스 시장을 활성화 함으로써 일자리 창출 및 개선에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 평가된다.

  • 본 연구의 연구목적은 외식기업 서비스종사자의 성격요인이 직무적합도와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하는 것이다. 실증분석을 위해 164명의 외식기업 서비스종사자 설문조사 자료를 토대로 진행된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외식기업 서비스종사원의 성격요인은 5가지 요인; 신경성, 외향성, 호감성, 성실성, 이지성 등으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 외식기업 서비스종사원의 직무적합도에 영향을 미치는 성격요인은 호감성, 성실성, 이지성 등의 3 가지 성격요인으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 외식기업 서비스종사원의 직무적합도는 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 외식기업 서비스종사원 성격요인 중 외향성, 호감성, 성실성, 이지성 등의 4 가지 성격요인이 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

평생교육기관 교육서비스품질이 성인학습자의 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Educational Service Quality of Lifelong Education Institutions on Job Preparation Behavior of Adult Learners)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the educational service quality of lifelong education institutions on the job preparation behavior of adult learners, and to suggest important factors that enhance the job preparation behavior of adult learners and ways to contribute to the improvement of educational service quality. Methods: In this study, 260 adult learners using lifelong educational institutions located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were statistically analyzed with SPSS 22.0 as a study sample. Results: First, lecturer expertise, educational environment, educational programs, and administrative services of instructors, which are sub-factors of educational service quality, were all adopted as positive (+) influences on educational satisfaction. Second, the lecturer expertise and educational programs were adopted due to the positive (+) effect on job search efficacy, but the educational environment and administrative services were rejected. Third, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job search efficacy. Fourth, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job preparation behavior. Fifth, job search efficacy was adopted as a positive effect on job preparation behavior. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it suggests that educational satisfaction and job search efficacy are important variables for adult learners using lifelong education institutions, and provides basic data on variables necessary to increase their job effectiveness in a rapidly changing job environment.

  • 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 7개의 가설 가운데 4개가 유의한 것으로 검증되었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들이 지각하는 직무만족영향요인 중 조직적 특성은 직무 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들이 지각하는 직무만족영향요인 중 개인적 특성은 서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들이 지각하는 직무만족영향요인 중 직무적 특성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들이 지각하는 직무만족영향요인 중 조직적 특성은 서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들이 지각하는 직무만족영향요인 중 개인적 특성은 서비스품질에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들이 지각하는 직무만족영향요인 중 직무적 특성은 서비스품질에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들의 직무만족은 서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 이는 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들이 현재 자신들이 근무하는 패밀리레스토랑의 회사분위기나 직원들간의 관계에는 만족하는 것으로 보여지나, 자신이 하고 있는 일에 대한 직무적 특성에서는 가설이 전부 유의하게 나타나지 않은 것으로 보아 자신이 하고있는 일에 대해서는 만족하지 못하는 것을 의미하며, 나아가 더 나은 직무환경이나 직무의 변화가 일어나지 않는다면 다른 직종으로의 이직이 많이 나타날 것으로 사료된다.$0.57{\times}10^{-6}m^2/s$의 값을 보였다. 깊이 평균된 확산계수는 봄철에 크고 여름철에 작았고, 계절 평균된 확산계수는 2cm부터 10cm깊이까지 증가하고 10cin부터 40cm깊이까지는 감소하는 수직구조를 보였다. 평균 열확산계수를 사용하여 구한 온도전파 확산속도는 2 cm 깊이로부터 10 cm, 20cm, 40cm까지 각각 $8.75{\times}10^{-4}cm/s,\;3.8{\times}10{-4}cm/s,\;1.7{\times}10^{-4}cm/s$정도의 값이 되어 표층에서 깊어질수록 작아졌다. 이것은 이종들의 저염 및 광염성 특성과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 광도별 성장은 H. akashiwo, P. minimum, Pyramimonas sp.는 $150\;{\mu}E{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$의 고광도에서 비교적 높은 성장률을 보였다. A. sanguinea, A. tamarense, H. triquetra는 $150{\sim}100\;{\mu}E{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$에서 가장 높은 성장률을 보였고 $100\;{\mu}E{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$ 이상의 고광도에서 는 오히려 성장률이 급격히 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로 수온과 일조량이 높은 시기인 하계에 적조를 일으키는 고온성 종은 고광도에서 성장이 좋은 것으로 나타났고, 수온과 일조량이 낮은 동, 춘계에 적조를 일으키는 저온성 종은 저 광도에서 성장이 양호한 것으로 나타났다.을 가진
