P2P(Peer-to-Peer)는 중앙서버 없이 개인간에 직접적인 연결을 통하여 디지털 자원(mp3, software, game, video 등)을 효과적으로 공유하는 방식으로 기존의 클라이언트/서버 방식과 달리 관련 프로그램만으로 디지털 자원에 대한 손쉬운 공유 및 교환이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 이 제안기법을 이용한 P2P 응용 프로그램은 최초 실행할 때 하나 이상의 IP 주소를 입력받아야 하지만, 실행 이후에는 사용자로부터 어떠한 정보도 받지 않으면서 네트워크 그룹에 지속적으로 연결될 수 있다. 제안기법의 평가를 위해 시뮬레이션을 통해 연결되어진 피어들이 종료할 경우 네트워크 그룹에 재연결할 때까지 걸리는 시간을 측정하였다.

해양관광 수요가 지속적으로 증가할 것이 예상됨에 따라, 수요에 적극적으로 대응하고 고객요구에 최적화 및 차별화된 수요자 기반 컨텐츠 개발과 공급을 조정 통합하는 주체의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 스마트폰과 인터넷으로 대표되는 SNS를 기반으로 고객의 정보를 수집하고, 고객이 요구하는 차별화된 컨텐츠를 공급함으로서 비용 및 만족도 모두를 충족시킬 수 있는 토털 해양관광 Platform 구축이 필요한 실정이다. 경영전문 토털 해양관광 "Platform Company" 설립을 통하여 부산에 산재하고 있는 다양하고 특색있는 어촌 해양 부존자원 활용의 극대화, 해양관광 고객수요 창조, 어촌경제의 안정적 고수익 기반마련과 고용창출 등 지역경제 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

Learning Organization is a learning based community to make the most important value in the era of Knowledge Economy, Creation. That's why people share, facilitate personal, individual's knowledge & experience systems each other and make good thoughts & ideas in the organization. This study measures the building practices having conducted the F team in Samsung electronics using DLOQ that indicates the activate degree of Learning Organization and the quantitative degrees of Learning Organization through comparing the cross-evaluation between the already measured companies in addition to analyzing the F team's success factors. Learning Organization requires sustainable and continuous activity, not completes by changing many factors with human resources. The study will have the achievement if we measure the successful activity through global companies built a Learning Organization and facilitate the improvement activity sustainably.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the present status of the work performance of the construction industry health managers and the developmental direction for the construction industry health management. Methods: The subjects of this study were 149 health managers working in the construction industry. Data of a total of 130 participants were analyzed by excluding the missing data among field workers. The contents of the survey were the characteristics of the workplace, the difficulties and requirements of health management, and the level of job performance. Results: The factors affecting measuring work environment task were age, number of workers, number of safety managers, and lack of support from the headquarters. The factors affecting managing work environment and physicochemical harmful factors were age, type of contract and conflicting business opinions. The factors affecting implementing health examination were age, type of contract, and number of safety managers. The factors affecting healthcare were age, type of contract, number of safety manager, presence of healthcare room, and conflicting business opinions. Conclusion: It is necessary to provide practical guidance and practical resources, and education for strengthening capacity. The support for business owners and managers support is needed.

To overcome the ecosystem-crisis of resource depletion and climate change, we should maintain and develop a 'Sustainability' of our society. 'After-market' is defined like this : any market where customers who buy one product or service are likely to buy a related follow-on product. This is related to a automotive, electric and electronic, and remanufacturing industry. 'After-market' will be helpful for reuse and recycling of resources aspects, cost and economic efficiency, low-carbon, climate protection, and new industries and job creation effects, To promote 'After-Market', we need to guarantee the quality of products. In this regard, we refer and introduce a new standard, for example, BS8887, PAS141 and ISO20245 etc. In order to promote 'After-Market', first of all, product quality assurance and safety must be demonstrated in the process of reuse. Second, many aspects of a device that protects the rights of consumers to be provided. And third, the related laws and standards should be reviewed. Finally, original manufacturer's awareness for environmental protection and resource conservation and government's institutional support are needed.

The primary objective of this research is to explain how to implement the Service Oriented Architecture (hereafter SOA) enabled Enterprise Resource Planning (hereafter ERP) system successfully for service industries. An implementation of the ERP system help many organizations to alleviate the difficult job of supporting inflexible or legacy systems that in most cases result in cost increases, data redundancy and inaccuracy, and various inefficiencies. However, the ERP system is losing its market share rapidly to the cloud computing system which utilizes the Software-as-a-service (hereafter SaaS) and SOA. The SOA is an approach to integrate various types of IT resources to leverage existing ERP system, while at the same time building an infrastructure that can readily respond to new business environment and offer new dynamic applications. The companies that implement this system have less of a need for the kinds of all-in-one ERP system that have dominated the back office for decades and can move freely to best-of-breed applications. This research will identify the benefits and costs of the SOA enabled ERP system through case studies and its impact on competitive priorities such as cost, quality, delivery, and flexibility.

A Natural cavities were found at shallow depth during construction of a huge bridge in Moon-Kyung, Korea. The distribution patterns of cavities in the Moon-Kyung limestone were investigated carefully with a supplementary field job such as a structural geological survey, a geophysical survey, and a rock mechanical test in laboratory or field. A structural geological mapping produced a detail geological map on this area. It suggested that there were three faults in this area, and these faults had an influence on the mechanism of natural cavities. Among many kinds of geophysical surveys, an electrical resistivity prospecting was applied firstly on the specific area that was selected by results from the geological survey. Many evidences for cavities were disclosed from this geophysical data. Therefore, a seismic tomography was tested on the target area, which was focused by results from the electrical resistivity prospecting and was believed to have several large cavities. A distinct element numerical simulation using the UDEC was followed on the target area after completing all of field surveys. Data from field tests were directly dumped or extrapolated to numerical simulations as input data. It was verified from numerical analysis that several natural cavities underneath the foundation of the bridge should be reinforced. Based on the project result, finally, most of foundations for the bridge were re-examined and the cement grouting reinforcement was constructed on several foundations among them.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of family health on life satisfaction. A survey was conducted on 577 married men from August 29 to September 22 in 2014; it was handed out via mail and hand delivery. The families's health level of married men was, strength of family relations was 3.79, the strength of environment relations was 3.41, and the strength of resources was 3.38. The families's health level of married men was family relation was 3.93, job satisfaction was 3.58, dietary life satisfaction was 3.47, and housing satisfaction was 3.16, leisure satisfaction and income satisfaction was 3.35. Further, the study shows that the health level of families is related to life satisfaction. Specifically, the strength of family relations is related with dietary satisfaction, family relations satisfaction, work life satisfaction, and housing satisfaction. The strength of environment relations is related with dietary satisfaction, life satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction. Thus, this study showed the need for more social support to improve the health levels of families and life satisfaction.

For a library to be able provide information services and fulfill its function as a knowledge convergence center capable of responding to various information demands, the development of next-generation information systems based on the latest information and communication technology is needed. The development of mobile information services using portable devices such smart phones and tablet PCs and information systems which incorporate the concepts of cloud computing, SaaS (Software as a Service), annotation and Library2.0 is also required. This paper describes a library information system that utilizes collective intelligence and cloud computing. The information system developed for this study adopts the SaaS-based cloud computing service concept to cope with the shift in the mobile service paradigm in libraries and the explosion of electronic data. The strengths of such a conceptual model include the sharing of resources, support of multi-tenants, and the configuration and support of metadata. The user services are provided in the form of software on-demand. To test the performance of the developed system, the efficiency analysis and TTA certification test were conducted. The results of performance tests, It is encouraging that, at least up to 100MB, the job time is approximately linear and with only a moderate overhead of less than one second. The system also passed the level-3 or higher criteria in the certification test, which includes the SaaS maturity, performance and application program functions.
