아동간호학 국가시험문제 보완을 위한 교과목 강의 내용 분석 (An Analysis on Curriculum Content of child Nursing in Korea)

  • The purpose of nursing education is to prepare the professional pratictioner as nurse who will be interesteed in the health and the related aspects of community and will assume responsibility for con tributing toward the improvement of the health for the all. This means that nursing education must provide opportunities for the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes which make this possible. Consequently, this approach has relavence for nursing education. Faculty engaged in endless debates about what is to be included, and to what de1th, and what will be given short shrift as a result. Thus, it can be seen why there is so much confusion and lack of agreement between the emphasis and objectives in nursing. This study attempted to review and identify the curriculum content of child nursing in Korea to build and develop the standard curriculum contents for national board examination for nurses and child's health needs for the coming 21st centry. The questionnaire was consisted of items for selection and organization of the knowledge components and type of unit with weigh to be attained in child nursing. Response of 34% of nursing program in university and junior college. Content analysis was done by using consensual validation of essential knowledge for curriculum content to identify what is obvious or trivial. This study pointed out that it is not yet apparent that demographic fact has greatly influenced child nursing curriculum content. In a similar vein the majority of content of child nursing devote little time and weigh to social and epidemically significant to child health. It seems to be needed that the content of child nursing may push the paradigm shift in nursing education such as health promotion and prevention for potentional roles of child and family. In conclusion, it is the time to convoke and debate for convergence of model on essential content and standarization on job analysis for national board exam for nurses in Korea.

국내 창업교육센터 운영현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operating Status of Entrepreneurship Education Center in Korea)

  • 현 정부는 벤처 및 창업 활성화를 통한'창조경제'실현을 주요 정책과제로 발표하였으며. 이러한 창조경제의 구현을 통한 새로운 일자리 창출 및 창업정책 활성화를 위해서 창업교육은 무엇보다 중요한 과제라 할 수 있다. 교육과학기술부(현, 교육부)는 2012년부터 중장기적인 발전과제로 전국 61개 대학에 창업교육센터를 설치하여 창업문화 확산 및 창업교육 활성화를 위한 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 산학협력선도대학(LINC) 지원사업 초기 61개 대학에 설치된 창업교육센터 운영현황 및 실태조사를 통해 창업 관련 분야의 정책 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 해외 선진국의 창업교육센터 현황에 대한 선행연구를 통해 창업교육센터 운영현황 및 실태조사에 대한 설문지를 개발하였으며, 국내 창업교육센터를 대상으로 한 조사를 통해 창업교육센터의 조직구성 및 운영 현황, 창업교육 강좌현황, 학생창업 지원 및 창업문화 확산 등에 대한 실태를 분석하였다. 이러한 사례분석을 통해 향후 국내 대학 창업교육센터의 효과적인 운영 및 창의적인 창업교육프로그램 개발에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 지식사회로의 전환과 함께 지식경영의 중요성이 부각되었고 지식의 원천인 인적자원에 대한 관심 또한 증가하였다. 이러한 관심의 결과로 국내 기업들은 '핵심인력확보', '우수인력양성' 등과 같은 인적자원에 대한 투자와 개발을 실시하였고있다. 이러한 인적자원관리 및 투자의 일환으로써 '인재의 적재적소 원칙과 우수인재의 파악 및 핵심인력의 양성' 이라는 목적하에 직원들의 경력관리에 대하여 관심을 갖고 이를 실천하고 있다. 그러나 기업이 만들거나 개발한 경력 관리를 위한 프로그램과 시스템은 개인(직원)이 자사에서 '어떤 직업 훈련을 받았는지, 어느 곳(현장)에서 근무를 하였는지, 어떤 자격증을 갖고 있는지' 등을 관리하는 것에 그치고 있어, 조직원의 능력(know-how, 기술, 업무경험 등)이 수행 프로젝트의 성패를 좌우하고 이러한 능력에 대한 의존성이 타 산업의 프로젝트보다 높은 건설기업의 경우에는 적절하지 않다고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설기업의 인력관리의 한 요소로 실시되고 경력관리에 대한 문제점의 파악과 건설기업의 경우에 필요한 건설인력을 위한 경력관리에 대하여 논하였다.

노인들이 지각하고 있는 건강수준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Health as Perceived by the Aged)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a nursing model for the aged. This study was conducted to measure the physical, psychological and mental health status of the aged and to identify relationships between these health levels and various variables. The data were collected from 172 aged(over 60 years old) by interviews. The tools used for this study was a structured questionnaire which was developed and revised by the researchers. The tool consisted of 22 items on physical health assessment, 7 items on psychological health assessment, 9 items on mental health assessment and 10 items on an ADL evaluation. The major results of the study were as follows ; 1. In physical health, the aged complained of visual disturbance(60.5%), incontinence of urine (55.2%), back or muscle pain(73.3%), dizziness(70.3%) and diarrhea or constipation(44.2%). In psychological health, most aged people felt anger when they got some order from an other person(80.2%). Also, they had depression (69.8%) and felt like dying(64.0%). The ADL level was mostly normal for daily life. 2. The aged man was more healthy than the aged woman in physical and mental health especially the 60-64 year old group. The physical, mental health and ADL level had a positive correlation with age(p>.004), but psychological health had a negative correlation with age. 3. The physical, psychological, mental health and ADL level was positively interrelated with each other. 4. The physical, mental health, & ADL level lowered with inceasing age. Physical & psychological health worsened rapidly from 65-69 years, but for 10-15 years, their health level was preserved. Psychological health level was high in 80-84. 5. The physical health was affected by edu cational level, sex and pocket money (R=.4029, 16.24%). The psychological health was affected by the supportive style and pocket money (R=.5128, 26.30%). And the mental health was affected by education level, age, support ive style, sex and job(R=.4377, 19.16%). As seen above, we suggest the intervention of the young for the old to cope with their life and to maintain their healthy late adulthood. Also, if they have received psychological support in the institution, they will maintain healthy life condition. For further studies should be a search for variables that affect aged health, and should contribut to a nursing program better suited for the aged.

사업장 보건관리사업의 형태별 수행성과 분석 -실적, 수혜도, 영향요인을 중심으로- (Performance of Occupational Health Services by Type of Service)

  • Occupational health services in Korea have been operated as dual types: one is operated by occupational health care manager and the other is health care agency without their own personnel. The performance of occupational health service should be different due to the variety of characteristics of health care manager and workplace, qualification of health care manager. This study is to analyze performance of occupational health care services with a particular consideration of job, based on comparing those two types of health care management to show on the basic data for the settlement of more qualitative. health care management system at workplace. For this study, total 391 places in Seoul and Inchon city area: 154 places (39.4%) managed by designated. health care manager and 237 places (60.6%) by the agency with their commission are selected as research samples. Tools for data collection are questionnares have been investigated during the period of 20 September 1993-20 December 1993. Those data are compared with percentiles, mean, standard deviation due to the characterstics of each variable and analyzed for impacting factors with relation to the using multiple regression analysis using SPSS PC program, especially using t -test method in order to compare each type of health care management. Conclusions observed from the tests and each comparison could be summerized as follows : 1. Occupational health care have been accomplished at workplaces with designated people than with agencies people, and coverage rate of the occupational health care services has differences, due to management types. The reason of these results is due to visit only one or two times monthly by the agencies, while their own health care manager obsess, at the workplaces all the times. 2. The common sickness management is the most accomplished item in health care area of occupational health care services, while the preventive care and control for the workers who have serious health problems are insufficient in workers health care area. 3. An insufficient accomplishment of overall health education has been shown because it is difficult to perform health education due to almost no chance of the direct introduction at workplaces. Therefore a strong support system for making and supplying the media is necessary in order to activate indirect health education by means of media. 4. Because health care managers and the agencies managers where take the workplaces for this study are almost nurses who have been comparatively high work site rounding rate about an environmental management at the workplaces, that non-profession can also do it, the activities about the professional area not enough. Therefore, an appropriate referral system should be established in order to complement professional area. 5. Two factors which have an effect on the coverage rate of occupational health care services are : one is those from the workplaces such as type of services, the number of workers, the number of harzadous factors and safety & health committee, the other from health care organization about whether there is its own manager or not.

폐결핵 환자가 지각한 자기효능과 자가간호행위와의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Self Effcacy and Self Care Behavior in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis)

  • This study is a descriptive survey research to investicate the relation between the performance of self-care behavior and degree of self-efficacy by evaluating them respectively. The subjects were consisted of seventy nine tuberculosis patients registered in two different public health care centers in the city of Kwangju from April 1st to 30th June, 1995. The results were as follows : 1) Demorgraphically, the proportion of males was$(59.5\%)$, the highest proportion of age group was twenties with $(31.6\%)$, the higest proportion of the patients graduated high school. the married was much more than the single$(51.9\%)$. The highest proportions in each variables were as followes : middle class in economic status with $70.9%$, the jobless in job status with $26.6\%$. the duration less than 6 months in ailing duration with $63.3\%$. The patients of $60.8\%$ and $74.7\%$ showed no family history and received no health education respectively. 2) The average drgree of self-care behavior was 3.44 points (1-5 points). 3) The average dregee of recognized self efficacy was 78.18 points(10-100points). 4) The recognized self efficacy showed close relationship with the performance of self-care behavior (r=0.6378. p<0.001) 5) The points of performance of self-care nursing behavior showed statistical significance in the variables of martial status. duration of treatment and economic status. (F=3.142. p<0.05), (F=3.701. p<0.05). (F=6.213. p<0.01) 6) The point of self efficacy showed statistical significance in the variables of sex. degree of education and marital status. (F=5.438. p<0.05), (F=4.28. P<0.01), (F=2.899, p<0.05) These results suggest as follows: 1) It is necessary to develop a program to improve the ability of self health care for the family member as well as the patient. 2) It is necessary to do further study on much more variables that influence on the performance of self-care behavior by expanding the number of subjects and duration of study. and to evaluate the self efficacy with time interval.

공학에 대한 태도 측정 도구 개발 (Development of the Instrument for Assessment the Attitude toward Engineering)

  • 이 연구는 공과대학생들의 공학에 대한 태도를 측정하기 위한 도구 개발을 위해 수행되었다. 연구방법은 문헌연구를 기초로 공학에 대한 태도의 조작적 정의와 범주를 마련하였고 공학에 대한 태도 측정 문항을 개발한 후, 공과대학 재학생을 대상으로 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 이 연구에서는 태도의 본질적 측면에 근거하여 인지적 변인으로는 '공학의 가치에 대한 태도'와 정의적 변인으로 '공학에 대한 일반적 태도와 공학 학습에 대한 태도', 행동적 변인으로 '공학 활동에의 참여'로 선정하였다. 이에 따른 하위영역은 첫째, 공학의 가치에 대한 태도에는 학문/직업적 가치, 사회적 가치, 개인적 가치로 분류되었다. 둘째, 공학에 대한 일반적 태도와 공학학습에 대한 태도에는 일반적 태도, 공학학습에 대한 태도(자아효능감, 두려움, 흥미, 협동)로 분류되었다. 셋째, 공학 활동에의 참여는 공학 학습에 대한 태도로 분류하였다. 이러한 검사 도구를 현장에 적용한 결과, 공학학습에 대한 태도 중에서 자기 개념과 자아효능감을 자아효능감으로 통합하고 1개 문항의 독단적 요인 수는 제거하였으며, 요인분석(Verimax)을 통해 최종적으로 3개 변인과 9개 하위영역, 39개 문항으로 구성된 대한 일반를 '공학에 대한 학에 대한 일반'(Instrument of Assessment the Attitude toward Engineering, IAAE)로 명명하였다. 이 측정 도구는 공과대학생의 공학에 접근하는 태도를 알 수 있는 기초자료로 활용하면 유용하리라 판단된다.

중·고등학생들이 지각하는 사회복지사 이미지에 관한 연구 -사회복지사와 간호사 이미지 비교를 중심으로- (Social Worker's Image Perceived by Middle and High School Students -Comparison of the Image of Social Worker and Nurse-)

  • 본 연구는 중 고등학생들이 지각하는 사회복지사와 간호사에 대한 이미지 차이, 매체별 사회복지사 관련내용 경험, 매체를 통해 본 사회복지사의 역할을 파악하기 위해 시도된 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 경남 S시 소재 중 고등학생 386명으로 하였으며 자료수집기간은 2013년 11월 15일부터 11월 23일까지 실시하였고 SPSS win 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 중 고등학생들의 사회복지사와 간호사 이미지를 비교한 결과, 중학생이 고등학생 보다 간호사 이미지가 다소 긍정적으로 나타났으며 간호사 이미지가 사회복지사 이미지 보다 다소 긍정적으로 나타났다. 중 고등학생들의 매체별 사회복지사 관련 내용 경험을 분석 한 결과 TV가 가장 높게 나타났다. 따라서 사회복지사의 이미지에 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 TV를 중심으로 한 대중매체 모니터링을 강화하고 향후 학생들에게 전공학과나 직업을 선택할 때 영향을 미칠 수 있는 전략이 필요하다.

국내 대학 경호비서학과의 교육과정 특성에 관한 연구 - 4년제 대학을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Curriculum of Department Security Secretarial Programs in Korea University)

  • 경호학과 또는 경호비서학과로 명칭 되는 민간시큐리티의 학과설치는 시민의 안전의식 증대와 밀접한 연관성을 갖고 있으며, 사회치안활동에 대한 경찰력의 물리적 한계를 보완하기 위한 조치로서 안전 전문인력 양성에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 시민의 안전지킴이로서 시큐리티 전문요원을 양서하기 위한 관련학과의 설치는 1995년을 기점으로 하여 2006년 현재 전국적으로 63개 대학(2년제, 4년제 포함)에서 설치${\cdot}$운영되고 있다. 물론 학과의 명칭은 다소 차이가 있더라도 학과가 추구하는 공통목표는 민간인에 의한 대민안전서비스 활동이다. 민간인 또는 민간기관에 의한 사회범죄예방 및 생활안전서비스는 이미 선진국에서는 보편화되어 사회의 중추적인 안전역할을 담당하고 있고, 경찰력인 공경비와의 보완적인 관계에서 독자적인 영역을 형성하고 있다. 그러나 아직 대학교육체계의 확립이 미흡한 실정이며 이로 인한 전문교육의 정착도 민간경비산업의 발달에 부응하지 못하는 측면을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 특히 현실적인 문제점으로 부각되고 있는 전문교육기관인 대학에서 전문 인력의 양성을 위한 교육과정의 본질과 차이성에 대한 분석을 함으로서 전문인력의 양성체계와 사회적 수요문제의 적합성을 논하려 한다.

대전지역 직장 중년 남성의 건강 및 영양 상태 조사 (The Health and Nutritional Status of Middle Aged Men at Worksite in Taejon)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the health and nutritional status of 123 middle aged men at their worksite in Taejon. The results of this study on the factors that influence their health and nutritional status were as follows : 1) 74.8$\%$ of the subjects had history in the order of alimentary, heat, liver, diabetic and pulmonary diseases. 30.3$\%$ stopped smoking at 42.3% yrs. and 74.5$\%$ smoked more than 10 cigarets per day. Also 71.9$\%$ drank 2-3 times per week and 35.3$\%$ drank 1-2 times per week. 91.4$\%$ exercised more than 30min every day. 2) 54.4% showed concerns about their health whereas 20.3$\%$ were afraid that they night get sick. 3) 90.4$\%$ ate regularly and 54.5$\%$ worried about their cholesterol, salt, fat and MSG intakes. 48.7$\%$ ate out 1-2times per week and their favorite foods eaten outside were Korea. 4) 41.5$\%$ were classified as 'normal A', 30.9$\%$ 'normal B' group and high blood pressure and liber diseases in 'doubtful for disease' group were pointed out from their 1996 health check ups. 5) By Broca index, 39.8$\%$ were overweight and 9.8% were obese however by BMI only 23.6% were overweight. According to the relationship between calculated and self recognized obesity, 62.4$\%$ categorized themselves into the right weight range but 34.3$\%$ thought they were thinner than they were. 6) 43.9$\%$ were border line in cholesterol intake and 12.1$\%$ needed medical care for high blood cholesterol. 7) The Average energy intake was 1970.6㎉(80.9$\%$ RDA) with a 65 :19 : 16 ratio of carbohydrate : protein : fat. Protein, Fe, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and Vit. A. 8) Occupation, regularity of meals, partner's job, income. smoking, alcohol drinking, health concerns and eating out were the factors that influenced the subject's nutrient intakes and health status. from this study, it was found that middle aged men needs to know their health and nutritional status and to be educated correct health and nutritional information through formal or informal channel. The worksite is the vest place to do this and we want these results to be used to develop the nutrition education program for middle aged men at the worksite.
