직장인들의 은퇴후 창업의도에 미치는 영향 요인 (Factors affecting startup intention of retired office-workers)

  • 대부분의 직장인들이 미래에 대하여 불안해하면서 다양한 미래 계획들을 준비한다. 급속한 산업패턴의 변화로 직장인들의 근무기간은 점차 줄어드는 반면에 은퇴이후의 생존기간은 꾸준히 늘어나고 있는 추세에 있기 때문에 직장인들이 은퇴 이후의 대안의 하나로 창업 등에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 직장인들의 창업의도에 미치는 요인을 개인적요인, 심리적요인, 환경적 요인으로 구분하였다. 개인적 요인에는 경제적 노후 준비와 퇴직후 생활 전망 등과 같은 설문들로 구성되어 있다. 심리적 요인에는 위험감수 성향, 자기 효능감, 직업가치를 설명하는 창업가특성 등으로 구성되어 있다. 환경적 특성에는 사회경제적 위기 인식, 창업에 대한 인식, 고용의 불안정성 등의 설문 문항들로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서 설문지는 340부를 회수하여 결측값이 있는 26부를 제외하고 314부를 사용하여 SPSS Win 18.0 버전을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 개인적 요인으로 퇴직후 생활전망은 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 심리적 요인인 위험감수성향은 창업의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 환경적 요인에서는 창업에 대한 부정적인 인식에 창업의도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 창업에 대한 사회적 인식을 개선 등과 같은 창업 환경 개선에 대한 정책적 배려의 필요하다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the trends of studies on work-related musculoskeletal disorder and to suggest the direction of future research. Method: 144 research thesis for a degree on work-related musculoskeletal disorder were systematic reviewed and published from Jan. 1990 to Mar. 2005. S-OJT 성공요인과 예기치 않은 성과에 관한 사례연구 (Case Study on Critical Success Factors and Unexpected Consequences of Structured OJT)

  • Purpose - Recently on-the-job training (OJT) has become the most preferred training and development method with the emergence of the concept that workplace is the best place where learning take place. But many researchers argue that OJT is not helpful for the performance of organization because OJT is not systematic and mostly depend on quality of trainer. Since Jacobs & McGriffin introduced S-OJT (structured OJT), there has been plenty of researches. But most of the researches have focused mainly on employee's attitude and organizational performance caused by S-OJT and neglected a holistic approach of S-OJT as a system. S-OJT need to be analyzed comprehensively to understand training performance because S-OJT is operated as a system consist of input, process, and organizational context. Although S-OJT may create unintended consequences, there were few researches to explore them. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify the critical success factors for S-OJT and to find unintended consequences of it. Research design, data and methodology - We conducted a case study on M business unit of A company which developed and has been implementing S-OJT program for years. We designed and prepared the process, collected and analyzed data for the study. We set the theoretical framework to analyze the case after reviewing theories and previous studies on S-OJT. We collected and analyzed internal reports and interview results of the employees of the M business unit. We tried to collect as many information as possible to secure the validity of the research results. Results - The critical success factors identified in the study are as follow. First, it is important to select and train proper trainers for S-OJT. Second, it is needed to develop structured training module. Third, organization have to use effective communication system like on-line community. Forth, trainer should have proper skills for training such as facilitating skill, coaching skill, and delivering skill etc. Fifth, proper learning place is needed. Sixth, organizational support is important especially, immediate supervisor support and concern is critical. Eleventh, it is needed to consider situational contexts. Among them, overload to the trainer will affect the effectiveness of S-OJT. In this study, we found an additional unintended consequence. "To teach is the best way to learn." Experience as a trainer give employee an opportunity to organize one's knowledge and skill and to attain facilitation skill, coaching skill, and relation skill. Thus, organization may use S-OJT to train the potential talent. Conclusions - Many organizations introduced S-OJT to train the newcomers because S-OJT drew attention as an important tool to develop employees. Following this trend, there has been increasing number of researches to find the results of S-OJT and identify the determinants of S-OJT success. However, most of the researches concentrated on finding effects of some factors neglecting holistic approach. This study tried to identify critical success factors affecting effectiveness of S-OJT by using case study and find additional unintended consequence. The results of the study will be useful for organizations which have a plan to adopt S-OJT.

정보공유 네트워크의 조직 내외부 활용에 관한 사례 연구: 질적 연구를 바탕으로 (A Case Study on the Internal and External Use of Information Sharing Network: A Qualitative Approach)

  • 지식근로자가 증가하고 정보의 종류가 다양해지며, 조직 간 정보의 교환이 빈번해질수록 기업 내부 정보관리시스템에 의존한 분석은 더 이상 효과적이거나 유용하지 않다. 이와 관련하여, 내부 지식정보시스템 뿐만 아니라, 외부의 정보공유시스템을 활용하는 방안이 최근 더욱 중요한 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 하지만, 조직 내외부의 정보공유시스템 사용에 대한 학문적 연구가 많지 않을뿐더러, 그 정보를 이용하는 사용자의 심리상태나 의도를 파악하는 연구는 거의 전무한 상황이다. 본 연구는 조직 내 지식관리시스템은 물론, 외부의 정보공유시스템을 이용하는 사용자 집단을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰 및 키워드 분석을 실시하여 그들이 가진 정보를 공유하려는 의도와 그 요인을 관찰하였다. 조사 결과, 내부 정보공유의 경우, 조직 내부에서의 업무와 관련된 정보를 공유하고 내부 구성원들 간의 소통을 원활하게하기 위한 목적이 대부분인 반면, 외부 정보공유시스템을 사용하는 목적은 자신이 보유한 정보를 공유함으로써 얻는 자기 만족감과 가치 있는 정보를 제공했다는데서 타인으로부터 얻는 신뢰감, 정보를 공유하는 행위로부터 얻는 순수한 희열과 같은 내재적 동기가 주로 반영되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 사용자들의 관심분야, 업무 관련성, 사용자 맞춤UI, UX의 개발, 구성원 간의 다양한 소통을 위한 커뮤니케이션 도구의 개발 등이 매우 중요하다는 실무적 함의를 도출하였다.

연약지반 도로확장공사 설계 개선에 따른 가치 평가 사례 (Design Improvement VE Case for Expansion of a Roadway over a Soft Soil)

  • 연약지반에서 도로 확장공사는 지반의 특성으로 인해 우선 시행되는 확장 부 성토 시 발생되는 침하로 기존고속도로에 연동침하가 발생된다. 이 경우 지반침하 및 변형에 의한 포장 평탄성 불량, 차량 주행 안전성 저하, 구조물 안정성 감소 등 시공 및 기존도로 유지관리에서 많은 어려움을 유발한다. 특히 대심도 연약지반에서는 이와 같은 문제가 발생될 수 있는 여지가 대단히 높다. 따라서 이러한 문제점이 고려된 설계가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 연약지반 분포심도 최대 약 50m가 존재하는 남해고속도로 제2지선 확장공사를 대상으로 설계 VE를 통해 원 설계안에 대한 현황 및 한계점을 파악한 후 아이디어 도출, 평가, 분석을 통해 개선안을 제시하였다. 또한 개선안에 대한 원가절감, 성능 및 가치향상 평가를 실시하였다. 평가결과 원가 절감 효과가 발생하고, 기능 향상 효과도 발생하여 전체적으로 개선된 설계안이 원설계에 비해 가치가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 최근 건설공사는 건축물의 신축공사보다 기존에 신축된 건축물 및 시설물의 개량 보수 보강을 위한 공사가 점점 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 공사 프로젝트는 전체 건설업의 90% 이상을 차지하고 있는 전문건설업체들에 의해 수행되고 있다. 그러나 일부 발주기관에서는 각 전문건설업종에 대한 업무내용을 오역하여 입찰공고가 잘못 공시됨에 따라 해당 전문공사의 면허 및 기술을 보유한 전문건설업체가 제때 수주를 하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 건설산업기본법에서 규정하고 있는 각 전문건설업종의 업무내용이 모호하므로 명확한 정의를 통하여 입찰공고의 정정으로 인한 시간 및 비용의 불필요한 소모를 방지할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 입찰공고의 정정사례를 바탕으로 그 원인과 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 전문건설업체의 입찰업무 부분에서 제도적인 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

근로자(勤勞者)의 양생수준(養生水準)과 비만(肥滿)과의 관계(關係) (A Study on the Relations between Yangseng Level and Obesity in Industrial Workers)

  • In this study, the researcher tried to present the groundwork to prepare the oriental medical yangseng plan for the future obesity with the comparison between yangseng level and the obesity of workers. The researcher made up the questionnaire which asks the general character, health-related character and yangseng level, projected among 560 people. All collected material was analyzed by SPSS and tested by T-test and ANOVA. 1. The general yangseng level average is 3.27, morality yangseng 3.90, sleep yangseng 3.39, mind yangseng 3.31, sex life yangseng 3.30, exercise yangseng 3.15, activities and rest yangseng 3.08, diet yangseng 2.94, seasonal yangseng 2.84. The highest is morality yangseng and seasonal yangseng is the lowest. 2. In the aspect of yangseng level: Having a spouse, Non-smoking, Regular exercising, Sufficient sleeping have higher yangseng levels. 3. Obesity related index is changing into the higher level when he/she is older, more paid, more job experience, more education background but less metabolic calory. And drinking and regular exercising have relativity with body composition analysis. 4. After comparing yangseng level with body composition analysis, we can easily find that the more visceral fat, the higher WHR has a high yangseng level. The more mineral also has a high mind yangseng and a low diet yangseng. The visceral fat level has a high yangseng level when higher morality yangseng and mind yangseng are getting higher and higher. And sex life yangseng shows that the highest yangseng level is from 9-10 visceral fat and the lowest yangseng level is from below 4 visceral fat. The higher WHR, the higher morality, mind and sleep yangseng. The heavier, the lower diet yangseng. The mind yangseng was very high when body fat rate was higher. The more body fat, the higher morality yangseng. The higher yangseng, when we have more muscle. Yangseng level and obesity of laborer has a close relationship with individual character and daily habits. Also, relevance can be easily found between yangseng level and obesity. Now the researcher came into the conclusion that we need to control over laborers' health and prevention of their obesity.

의료관광 시행 이후에 나타난 성과와 향후의 과제 (A Study on Medical Tourism Evaluation and Institutional Challenges)

  • In the presidential new-year address in January 2, 2009, the President declared that 17 kinds of new driving force of growth that could create high-added value be selected to step up job creation and an increase in national wealth. The Ministry of Strategy & Finance announced plans for the 17 kinds of new driving force of growth after the presidential address. Specifically, that ministry announced an ambitious plan to select health care service named 'Global Health Care' as one of the five service industries that could create high-added value in a move to provide jobs to approximately 7,000 people and produce pervasive economic effects coming up to a trillion and 10 billion won. To attain the goal, several action plans were mapped out to globalize domestic medical institutions, to rearrange the relevant law and system for the purposes of raising awareness of domestic medical institutions among foreign patients and improving their accessibility and post-satisfaction level, and to lure lots of foreign patients through financial assistance. At the same time, the government announced plans to lure severe patients such as those in want of surgery or organ transplant, cancer patients or patients with heart diseases to create high-added value on a long-term basis. Thus, the government announced that it planned to formulate such strategies and to enter an agreement with foreign governments to attract plenty of foreign patients. In fact, however, there are little full-scale evaluation of medical tourism though it's been a year since it was introduced, and there are few actual efforts to implement what the government announced, either. According to the results of the evaluation of medical tourism, domestic hospitals are said to undergo little significant changes after the introduction of medical tourism, which shows that they take a dim view of medical tourism instead of having expectations for that. The medical tourism industries in major Asian countries have been dynamized, and there are several factors of their success. First of all, they are successful in creating new market opportunities by incorporating related industries such as medicine, tourism and IT and in developing medical tourism products and differentiated marketing by taking advantage of their competitive edge. They have offered full-fledged assistance to this sector, and another reason is the improved international credibility of their medical service. If our country fails to pinpoint our problems in consideration of the cases of the Asian countries or to provide appropriate financial aid, our country is bound to lag behind them. Given this reality, how to assess medical tourism and what challenges this sector is confronted with are discussed.

전문대학 재정지원사업이 학과발전에 미치는 영향연구 (Effects of the College Financial Support Program on Development of the Department)

  • The purposes of this study which was done by questionnaire survey and case study of First Aid Certification Program in Seoul Health College were to analyze results and effects of the college financial support program from Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development. The significant 164 data were collected from 300 professors in 8 colleges having the Department of Emergency Care from Oct. 1, 2002 to Dec. 31, 2002 and analyzed using SPSS in terms of t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and so on. The conclusions and suggestions from this study were summarized as follows; (1) Degree of acknowledgement about aims, contents, results of the college financial support program was above the middle(participants 4.21, non-participants 3.63) and higher relation than the others in case of participants(r:0.32 p<0.001), planning team(r:0.22 p<0.05). (2) Degree of acknowledgement about improvement of curriculum & educational facilities through the program was above the middle and higher relation than the others in case of participants. (3) Degree of acknowledgement about positive influence on acquirement rate of certification(licence) & job through the program was above the middle and performance & adaptation at work place was higher relation than the others in case of participants. (4) Degree of acknowledgement about positive influence on improvement of learning of student's major through the program was above the middle and higher relation than the others in case of participants. (5) The respondents thought that the program had a negative influence on professor's educational activities & research such as study 40.4%, lecture 23.1%, student guidance 12.5%. (6) When the program was administered by planning team, there were difficulties such as execution of budget 42.1%, cooperation with companies 17.1%, cooperation among program teams 11.8%, when it was administered by non-planning team there were difficulties such as execution of budget 45.5%, cooperation among departments 22.7%, cooperation with companies 13.6%. (7) Because it was too short to execute the budget, the ministry have to select proposed programs before the next school year. (8) This program should be changed temporary, insufficient support into consecutive, sufficient support for more characterization & specialization of the college which has a long-term developmental plan & vision.

한국 자치경찰의 인력충원 방안 (Policy of Personnel Recruiting in the Korean Municipal Police System)

  • 본 연구는 자치경찰제 시행이념을 구현하고 주민친화적인 치안서비스를 제공하는데 적합한 인력을 충원하기 위한 현실적인 대안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 자치경찰제의 실시가 가시화되고 있는 만큼 자치경찰의 인력충원을 위한 실증적 연구는 의미가 있을 것이다. 이에 따라 이에 대한 연구가 향후 자치경찰법안의 입법과정과 자치경찰제의 안정된 정착에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보고, 이에 대한 세부적 방안을 모집 및 채용, 교육훈련, 신규배치로 구분하여 제시하였다. 먼저 모집 및 채용영역에서는 지역실정에 부합한 자치경찰 모집의 필요성과 지방행정의 집행력을 강화하기 위한 특사경 전문가의 확보방안을 제시하였으며, 주민친화적 경찰행정을 구현하기 위한 여성인력 확보방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 채용시험의 직무적 합성 확보방안과 자치경찰사무 관련 자격증에 대한 가산점 부여방안, 개방형공모 제도를 통한 자치경찰대장 임용방안을 제시하였다. 교육훈련 영역에서는 지역 내 자치경찰 교육훈련 기관의 확보방안과 지역대학과의 연계교육을 통한 자치경찰 교육훈련의 실효성 확보방안을 제시하였으며, 자치경찰 전문직무교육 과정을 제시하였다. 끝으로 신규배치 영역에서는 지역출신자들에 대한 우선배치의 필요성과 자치경찰의 전문성 확보를 위한 제한적 배치방안을 제시하였으며, 국가경찰과의 정기적 인사교류의 필요성을 강조하였다.
