간호사의 간호역량이 직무만족과 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (An Analysis of Nursing Competency affecting on Job Satisfaction and Nursing Performance among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of nursing competency of nurses on job satisfaction and nursing performance. Method: Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from 368 nurses. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and pearson correlation coefficient with SAS package were used for data analysis. Results: The total mean score for nursing competency was 2.65, with scores for subcategories as follows: ethical competency 2.74, personal competency 2.65, esthetical competency 2.64, and scientific competency 2.61. The mean score of total job satisfaction was 3.18 on a 5 point scale, and nursing performance was 2.97 on a 4 point scale. Total nursing competency and total subcategories of nursing competency perceived by nurses were positively related to job satisfaction and nursing performance. Conclusion: In conclusion, nursing competency of nurses influence job satisfaction and nursing performance. With these result, it is necessary to concentrate on improving nursing competency of nurses to increase job satisfaction and nursing performance.

직무역량, 셀프리더십, 조직문화가 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 농협조직을 중심으로 (The Impacts of Job Competency, Self-leadership and Organizational Culture on Job Performance: Focused on Agricultural Cooperative Federation)

  • 본 연구는 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 직무역량, 셀프리더십, 조직문화를 제시하고, 이들 요인들 간의 상호작용이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 있다. 실증분석 결과에 따르면, 직무역량과 셀프리더십은 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 조직문화는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 셀프리더십과 조직문화의 상호작용은 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 직무역량과 셀프리더십, 직무역량과 조직문화의 상호작용은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 마지막으로 세 변수들 간의 상호작용은 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 직무역량, 셀프리더십, 조직문화가 직무성과에 미치는 개별적인 영향을 분석함으로써 기존 논의의 타당성을 재검토하는 한편, 변수들 간의 상호작용 효과에 대한 분석을 통해 이제까지 개별적으로 이루어졌던 논의들 간의 통합을 추구했다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

간호인력배치유형에 따른 수술실 간호사의 업무수행능력 및 직무만족 (Competency of Nursing Performance and Job Satisfaction of Operating Room Nurse by Type of Nurse Staffing)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to investigate the relationships of the types of nurse staffing, the competency of nursing performance and job satisfaction by analyzing the types of nurse staffing in operating room. Method: The subjects were 472 nurses who work in operating room. The instruments used in this study were three tools: competency of nursing performance, job satisfaction and type of nurse staffing. Result: Type 4 was most in the type of nurse staffing of the subjects. According to the type of nurse staffing, the competency of nursing performance was significantly different. There was significant difference in the competency of nursing performance according to age, marital status, bachelor, employ, position, and career, and job satisfaction according to age, position, and career. In opinion about the ideal type of nurse staffing, type 2 was most regardless of career. Conclusion: Type 4 which has lower competency of nursing performance was adopted in many hospitals now but, type 2 which has highest competency of nursing performance was selected by many nurses as the best one. So, it should be considered the type of nurse staffing of in operating room and change it.

간호사의 간호역량과 상사의 직무역량 인식정도가 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Nurse's Competency Empowerment and Boss' Job Competency Recognition Level on Work Performance)

  • Purpose: This study is to investigate the effect of nurse's competency empowerment and boss' job competency recognition on work performance. Methods: 216 nurses participated for data collection which was conducted from September 1, 2011 to September 10, 2011. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 16.0 and with frequency test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test and Multiple regression. Results: Firstly, the work performance in accordance with subject's general characteristics was found to be significant in the 50s, graduate school or higher education, Roman Catholic, charge nurse and 21-years or older. Secondly, the correlation among nurse's competency empowerment, boss' competency recognition and work performance was found to be positively related (r=.501~.639, p<.001). Thirdly, competency empowerment was found to be the most effective factor for work performance, followed by boss' competency recognition and career year, and these factors accounted for 63.5%. Conclusion: As the results show that the work performance is highly affected by the nurse's competency empowerment, boss' competency recognition level and career level in clinical environment, effective education programs are required to provide an appropriate experience to both entry-level and experienced nurses, as well as to enhance boss' competency empowerment at the same time.

간호정보역량이 간호사의 직무만족 및 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Nursing Informatics Competency on Job-Satisfaction and Nursing Performance)

  • This study carries out a declarative survey research designed to ascertain nursing informatics competency, job satisfaction and nursing performance of nurses and investigates the influence of nursing informatics competency on job satisfaction and nursing performance. The research was performed with 274 nurses who have been working for at least 6 month in P national university hospital in Y city, during the 30-day period of 15th October 2014 to 15th November 2014, using a questionnaire composed of questions on nursing informatics competency(30 items), job satisfaction(20 items), and nursing performance(23 items). The collected data underwent descriptive statics, t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe'test. Pearson correlation coefficients were also obtained and a stepwise multiple regression was performed by the SPSS WIN 19.0 program. The regression coefficient is positive between nursing informatics competency and conducting an information search(${\beta}=.20$, p=.012), in the case of job satisfaction,; It was also positive between nursing competency and computer related information management(${\beta}=.19$, p=.011), perception of informatics(${\beta}=.17$, p=.010), conducting an and information search(${\beta}=.17$, p=.004) in the case of nursing performance. We conclude that, in the nursing process, if nurse do their best to accomplish their tasks and strive to increase the productivity and efficiency of nursing tasks, they will achieve the organization's goals and balanced development.

기업 관리자의 직무역량이 종업원의 혁신활동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects Manager's Job Competency on Employee's Innovative Activity)

  • While many of company try to increase customer satisfaction by empowerment, there are need to figure out which can increase employee's problem solving ability in company side. It is related to Innovative Activity that can create new idea to fix job process. In this study, researcher institute a factor that 'Manager's Job Competency' which can increase member's Innovative Activity. And try to figuring out it has what kind of effect on innovative activity and management performance through empirical method. For the empirical study, researcher get 119 samples from service industry, and result of study show us manager's job competency has positive effect on member's innovative activity and management performance. Base on this result, researcher provide a manageric implication and limitaions of study.

간호사의 핵심역량과 상사의 직무역량 인식이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Core Competencies and Cognition of Job Competency of Their Senior Nurses on Work Performance in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the effect of nurses' core competencies and cognition of job competency of senior nurses on work performance. Methods: Three hundred two nurses participated in the study. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 20.0. Frequency, t-test, ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression were utilized. Results: The level of nurses' core competencies was 3.65 (${\pm}.40$) points, cognition of job competency of senior nurses was 4.02 (${\pm}.60$) points, and work performance was 4.04 (${\pm}.55$) points. In accordance with the participant's general characteristics, work performance was found to be significant in their age, marital status, educational level, total clinical experience, length of time on the present ward, and their income. Cognition of job competency of senior nurses was found to be the most effective factor in work performance, followed by core competencies and total clinical experience, and these factors accounted for 63.4%. Conclusion: The study suggested that work performance was highly affected by the nurses' core competencies and cognition of job competency of senior nurses. Therefore, effective education programs are required to provide an appropriate experience to both entry-level and experienced nurses, as well as to help in enhancing nurses' and senior nurses competency at the same time.

국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용이 직무 몰입도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of the Application of National Competency Standard on Job Involvement)

  • 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용이 직무 몰입도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 기업의 채용과정, 성과 평가 및 역량개발에 대한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용도와 직무만족, 조직몰입, 직무성과 및 이직의도의 관계성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용도가 조직몰입(p<.001)과 직무성과(p<.01)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 세부 요인별로 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 채용과정과 역량개발에 대한 적용도는 조직몰입에 유의한 영향(p<.001)을 미쳤으며, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 역량개발 적용도는 직무성과에 유의한 영향(p<.05)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용이 직무 몰입도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 기업 현장에서의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 도입의 타당성과 효과성을 밝힌 데에 그 의의가 있다.

리더의 리더십 역량이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 심리적 임파워먼트의 조절효과 (Moderating effects of psychological Empowerment in the Relationships between Leadership Competency and Job Performance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제조업의 경영 관리직 구성원 331명이 지각한 리더의 리더십 역량이 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 리더십 역량이 심리적인 임파워먼트에 대한 인식정도에 따라 직무만족, 조직몰입에 어느 정도의 영향력을 가지는 지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 리더십 역량이 심리적 임파워먼트의 네 가지 하위분야인 영향력, 효능감, 자율결정권, 과업의미성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 리더십 역량이 높게 인식될수록 직무성과의 하위개념인 직무만족, 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 심리적 임파워먼트의 네 가지 하위분야가 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 조사에서는 영향력, 효능감, 자율결정권은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 대한 영향이 없었으며 과업의미성은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향력이 있었다. 리더십 역량과 직무 만족간의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트의 조절효과 분석에서는 직무만족에는 유의한 영향이 없었다. 또한 리더십 역량과 조직몰입과의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트의 자율결정권을 제외하고는 조직몰입에 대한 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Participation in Work and Learning Dual System of Small Businesses on Employees' Job Competency Enhancement)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 일학습병행제의 교육형태 중 수행평가가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 유의한(p<.001, ${\beta}=.514$) 영향을 미쳤으며 직급에 따른 일학습병행제 효과 인식에 차이가 나타났다. 결론적으로 중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여 시 수행평가가 근로자의 직무역량 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으므로 기존 학습과정에서 대표적으로 운영되는 집체식 교육훈련이나 현장훈련만큼 수행평가의 효과성을 중요하게 인식하고 프로그램에 적극적으로 포함시킬 필요가 있다고 제안할 수 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 자격부여형 일학습병행제 참여가 근로자의 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 일학습병행제 참여의 성과 분석에 관한 연구의 폭을 넓히고 학습형태에 따른 효과성을 규명한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.
