  • CAES which is called as a compressed air energy storage was firstly developed at Huntorf, German in 1978. The capacity of that system was 290MW, and it can be treated as a first commercial power plant. CAES has a lot of merits, such as saving the unit price of power generation, averaging the peak demand, improvement of maintenance, enlarging the benefit of dynamic use. According to the literature survey, the unlined rock cavern should be proposed to be a reasonable storing style as a method of compressed air storage in Korea. We decided the hill of the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources as CAES site. If we construct the underground spaces in this site, the demand for electricity nearby Taejon should be considered. So we could determine the capacity of the power plant as a 350MW, This capacity needs a underground space of 200,000㎥, and we can conclude 4 parallel tunnels 550m deep from the surface through the numerical studies, Design parameters were achieved from 300m depth boring job and image processing job.

일부 간호장교의 직무만족도와 관련요인 (Job Satisfaction and Related Factors Among Nursing Officers)

  • 본 연구는 간호장교의 인구사회학적 및 건강관련 행위 특성, 직업관련 특성 및 직무스트레스에 따른 직무만족도 수준을 알아보고, 특히 직무스트레스가 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명해 보고자 시도하였다. 조사대상은 군병원에 복무중인 육군 간호장교 350명으로 하였으며, 조사는 2011년 5월 30일부터 2011년 6월 15일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사에 의하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상 간호장교들의 직무만족도는 연령이 높을수록, 음주군일수록, 직위가 높을수록, 근무경력이 길수록, 근무부서가 병동근무 군, 업무에 만족한다는 군, 업무의 요구도가 낮은 군, 업무의 자율성 및 상사의 지지도가 높은 군일수록 높았으며, 특히 직무스트레스 요인은 직무만족도와 높은 관련성이 있었다. 따라서 간호장교가 더욱 열심히 즐겁게 일할 수 있도록 내적 동기를 불러일으키는 직무만족도를 높여 주기 위해서는 직무스트레스 요인을 개선시키기 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

The Effects of Job Crafting on Task and Contextual Performance: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Work Engagement

  • Purpose: Research on job crafting has thus far focused on how alter job demand and resources behaviors relate to employee task performance. However, job crafting behaviors do not necessarily have an impact only on task performance, but also on employees' contextual performance, a phenomenon that has little research in job crafting research. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of job crafting on task performance or contextual performance and the mediating effect of work engagement between them in the Chinese context. Research design, data and methodology: In order to achieve the above research goals and test the proposed hypotheses, we used a cross-sectional design and a self-administered questionnaire to collect quantitative data from September 8, 2021 to September 27, 2021 among knowledge workers in Shandong Province various financial companies and finally analyzed 211 questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and research model analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 Version and AMOS 27.0 Version to test the developed hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows; firstly, the study showed that job crafting of employees had a significant positive impact on task performance and contextual performance. Secondly, the higher job crafting of employees, the higher their work engagement. Thirdly, this study showed that work engagement of employees had a positive impact on task performance and contextual performance. Fourthly, we predicted and found that work engagement of employees had a positive mediating effect between job crafting and task performance and a positive mediating effect between job crafting and contextual performance. Overall, this study showed that the proactive job crafting behaviors of employees enhance their engagement for their work, which in turn improves task performance and contextual performance. Conclusions: This paper develops job crafting research by exploring the positive impact of job crafting on employees' task performance or contextual performance through their work engagement. It also proposes that both job crafting behaviors and work engagement are important approaches to improve employees' task performance or contextual performance. Practical implications for organizations, such as increasing employee' work engagement, as well as the limitations and suggestions are concluded for the future research directions.

방사선 업무에서 샤프롱제도 적용에 따른 요구도 및 직무 영향 분석 (Analysis of Demand and Job Impact according to Application of Chaperone Practices in Radiation Work)

  • 의료기관 내 진료실에서 성희롱 문제 해결을 위해 샤프롱 제도를 적용하고 있다. 이에 방사선 업무 특성을 고려하여 방사선 업무에서의 샤프롱 제도 적용을 고려하여 방사선사들의 샤프롱 제도 적용의 요구도와 직무에서 발생할 수 있는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 2021년 말부터 2022년 초까지 대구 경북지역 방사선사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 약 52.9%의 회수된 설문을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 샤프롱 제도 적용을 요구하는 경우는 남성보다는 여성이, 연령이 낮을수록, 학위 수준이 높을수록, 그리고 연차가 낮을수록 높았다. 그리고 샤프롱 제도의 적용에 따른 직무 영향은 요구도가 높을수록 성희롱 감소 및 신뢰도는 향상되지만 직무의 효율성, 전문성, 편의성, 소속감 및 복지는 부정적으로 변화될 것으로 생각하고 있다. 즉, 낮은 연령 및 학식이 높아질수록 샤프롱 제도의 필요성이 높지만 적용하기 전 직무의 보장 및 고용의 안정성을 정책적으로 보완하여야 할 필요가 있다고 생각하고 있다는 것이다. 따라서 향후 방사선 업무에서 샤프롱 제도의 적용을 고려한다면 해당 직종의 직무 보장을 위한 사전 의견 수렴을 충분히 수행할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

생산직 근로자의 직무스트레스와 구강건강 관련 삶의 질의 관련성 (Relationship between job stress and oral health-related quality of life in the blue collar workers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between job stress and oral health-related quality of life in the blue collar workers. Methods: This study has been conducted with subjects of blue-collar workers who work in the industrial section located in Gyeongnam area from August 2013 to September 2013. Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS-SF) and oral health impact profile(OHIP-14) were used as research tools. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Overall job stress and oral heal-related quality of life level of subjects were $57.32{\pm}8.03$ and $14.17{\pm}9.27$. The influential factors of oral heal-related quality of life of blue-collar workers were job demand, interpersonal conflict and organizational climate (subcategory of job stress), respectively. Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the better working condition for the oral health-related quality of life due to job stress in the blue collar workers.

산림분야 새로운 일자리 개발에 관한 분석적 연구 (A Prospective and Sustainable Forestry Job Development in Korea)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 미래 산림분야의 유망한 장기 일자리를 분석하고, 산림분야 일자리 수요-공급에 따른 유망한 일자리를 제안하는 데 있다. 연구방법으로는 산림분야 일반/전문직업을 도출하기 위해 전문가 델파이 연구 결과와 관련연구 결과를 비교, 분석 하였다. 연구결과 선정된 일자리는 최근 관심이 높아지고 있는 의료 및 복지와 관련된 직업, 산림 자체를 유지 관리 보호하는 직업, 기후변화에 따른 새로운 자원으로써 산림에서 구할 수 있는 유기물을 활용한 자원개발과 관련된 직업 등이었다.

운항승무원의 직업스트레스, 건강신념 및 건강행위 (Relationships among Job Stress, Health Beliefs and Health Behaviors of Aircrews)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this correlational study was to identify relationships among job stress, health beliefs and health behaviors of aircrews and contributing factors to aircrew's health promoting behaviors. Method: Two-hundred twenty-four aircrew members completed questionnaires. The questionnaires were composed of a demographic form, health behavior scale, self-efficacy scale, perceived benefit scale, perceived barrier scale, job demand scale, and latitude scale. Result: The subject's health behavior has shown significant correlations with self-efficacy, benefit, and barrier. Significant negative correlations were found between job stress and self-efficacy. Relationships between job stress and barriers were also statistically significant. In demographic features, statistically significant difference were found between subject's rank and job stress score. Also, there was a significant difference between health behavior and the subject's age. Conclusion: Future efforts should focus on the development of a program to consider aircrew's perceived benefits, perceived barriers and self-efficacy to the compliance of health promoting behaviors.

Developing a Best-Evidence Pre-employment Medical Examination: An Example from the Construction Industry

  • The Dutch construction industry has introduced a compulsory preemployment medical examination (PE-ME). Best-evidence contents related to specific job demands are, however, lacking and need to be gathered. After the identification of job demands and health problems in the construction industry (systematic literature search and expert meeting), specific job demands and related requirements were defined and instruments proposed. Finally, a work ability assessment was linked to the instruments' outcomes, resulting in the modular character of the developed PE-ME. Twenty-two specific job demands for all Dutch construction jobs were identified, including kneeling/squatting, working under time pressure, and exposure to hazardous substances. The next step was proposing self-report questions, screening questionnaires, clinical tests, and/or performance-based tests, leading to a work ability judgment. "Lifting/carrying" is described as an example. The new modular PE-ME enables a job-specific assessment of work ability to be made for more than 100 jobs in the Dutch construction industry.

직장인의 직무 스트레스와 구강 자각증상의 융합적 관련성 (Convergent Relationship between Job Stress and Oral Subject Symptoms in Office Workers)

  • 본 연구는 직장인의 직무 스트레스가 구강 자각증상에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 경기도 일부 지역 내 직장인을 대상으로 설문 조사를 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 분석하였으며 그 결과, 직무 스트레스 하위 요인 중 직무 불안정은(p<.01)저작 장애에, 직무 요구는(p<.01)잇몸 출혈 및 잇몸질환에, 긍정적 조직체계는 구취와(p<.05)잇몸 출혈 및 잇몸질환에(p<.01)유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 직장인의 직무 스트레스에 대한 효율적인 관리 방안을 마련하고, 직무 스트레스와 관련된 구강 자각증상을 예측한다면 직장인의 계속 구강 건강관리는 물론 성인 구강 건강증진에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

제조업 여성근로자의 근골격계 장애에 관한 모형구축 (The Development of a Structural Model on Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders of Women Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and test a structural model on work-related musculoskeletal disorders of women workers. Method: Data were collected from 237 women workers from industries such as electronics, food production and garment production, and analyzed by LISREL 8.54. Result: The fitness indices of the model are GFI=.87, NNFI=.91, PNFI= .74. Eight out of the ten paths were proved to be statistically significant: work environment$\rightarrow$social support, work environment$\rightarrow$health behavior, work environment$\rightarrow$-WMSDs, domestic work$\rightarrow$health behavior, social support$\rightarrow$health behavior, social support$\rightarrow$job satisfaction, health behavior$\rightarrow$job satisfaction, and job satisfaction$\rightarrow$WMSDs. Work environment. social support, health behavior and job satisfaction significantly influenced WRMDs. WRMDs were accounted for 35% by the predictor variables. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study identifies that work environment, social support, health behavior and job satisfaction are important factors affecting WMSDs. Therefore, in order to prevent WRMDs, it is most important to improve both physical work environment for female workers such as appropriate work station and tools fit for them and psychological environment such as less job demand and more decision latitude(worker control).
