This study was carried out to evaluate the job implementation of in-service training on career education & guidance teacher's career education in the National Education Training Institute. To accomplish this purpose, pre-survey & pre-survey, sucess case method, and return on expectation were investigated after 3 months completing in-service teacher training. The populations of this study were conducted for 136 career education & guidance teachers who completed in-service teacher training at the National Education Training Institute in July, 2018, and it was conducted by survey research and qualitative content analysis of job implementation. Among the 136 trainees who completed the training, 75 responded to the job implementation survey and 4 people participated in the successful case technique. As a result, the average value of job implementation was 4.17 out of 5 points, which was relatively high. The success case technique was analyzed by interviewing success cases and failure cases. Behavior change according to job implementation was the biggest role of Planner, followed by role of Instructor, role of Career educator, role of Learner. In addition, the case analysis provided the opinions of the interviewers in terms of motivation, competence, and environment for job implementation. In terms of the return on expectation, 85.3% of the respondents were positive, and the net promoter score was .85, indicating that the participants were satisfied with their willingness to participate in the training again. Based on the results of this study, we suggest that it will be required to study about new training methods and extra factor analysis.
The purpose of this study is to examine the determinant factors of maintaining employment in young adults with intellectual disabilities who took part in a vocational training program and was employed. The determinant factors were from four areas, such as physical competence, job-related task performance, emotional behaviors, and functional adaptive behaviors. 64 young adults with intellectual disabilities participated in this study. The participants' capacities were examined during the program, and then their job retention was examined through a follow-up survey six month after the end of the program. Tests contained hand dexterity, grasp strength, finger strength, visual-perception, Survey of Functional Adaptive Behaviors, and Observational-Emotional Inventory-Revised. After data collection, the data were analyzed by binary logistic regression. The results indicated that dexterity in both hands (OR= 1.123) in physical competence, anxiety (OR= .733) and socialization (OR= .429) in emotional behaviors, and academic skills (OR= 1.077) and vocational skills (OR= 1.542) in functional adaptive behaviors were significant determinant factors. These significant factors which affected job attention were consistent with the results from previous studies, and should be considered when designing and constructing an effective career and vocational education program for young adults with intellectual disabilities.
The MEST determined to introduce a vocational ability test for the students in vocational high schools to enhance their job competence skills from 2013 accepting the field voices that current competence test is not proper for vocational high schools whose purpose is job preparation education. The test results can be used as an official certificate in the job settlement process. The purpose of this study is to enhance the students's basic skills for mathematics in vocational high schools and in addition to that, to develop mathematics teaching materials aiming to support students in applying mathematics in real vocational world after their learning mathematics in high schools. It seems that the students in vocational high schools experiencing difficulties in mathematics because of the lack of the basic skills for mathematics demanding for the restructuring the mathematics curriculum aiming for empowering to the maximum of the potential abilities of students in vocational high schools. For this purpose, we extracted essential elements from mathematics curricula ranging from elementary schools to middle schools and vocational high schools what is necessary for students in specialized high schools to enhance the students' abilities in using mathematics in vocational area. Based on above study, we analyzed, organized, and systemized the contents and levels of mathematics. Finally, we proposed in this paper the ways to build programs to enhance the students' essential mathematics skills aiming to level up the students' vocational ability required in real vocational companies.
This research was conducted to evaluate economic & non-economic performance of the National Authorization System of Private Qualification. After the Private Qualifications had the National Authorization, acquisitors have been helped related to the job-seeking compare to private certification's acquisitors, but promotion and wage of acquisitors were not about economic performance. Non-economic performance was lowed like satisfaction of job and improvement of special competence. However fear of current employment have been relieve throughout national authorization.
Purpose: This study was aimed to compare nursing competency, self-esteem, and job stress between floating nurses and clinical nurses. Methods: The data were collected between October $1^{st}$ and December $31^{st}$, 2015, from 43 floating nurses and 57 clinical nurses working at a tertiary care hospital in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 23.0, using descriptive statistics and the t-test, $x^2$ test, ANCOVA, ANOVA, $Scheffe{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression. Results: The nursing competency of clinical nurses was significantly higher than that of floating nurses (F=4.370, p=.039). For both floating and clinical nurses, nursing competency was positively correlated with self-esteem (floating nurses, r=.47, p=.002; clinical nurses, r=.62, p<.001). Also, For both floating and clinical nurses, the most significant predictor of nursi ng competency was self-esteem(floating nurses, ${\beta}=0.45$, p=.001; clinical nurses, ${\beta}=0.60$, p<.001). Conclusi on: Efforts are needed to increase the nursing competency of the floating nurse through the improvement of the floating system, the nursing work environment, and continuous education. Also, as self- esteem is the most effective predictor of nursing competence, nursing intervention is needed to improve self-esteem of the floating nurse.
This paper has explored the analyzing and defining the core competencies of IT consultants who carry out IT consulting projects which desperately are needed by companies to survive in business competitions. Many companies have used IT consultants for their IT projects to achieve their project objectives. The problem of this is the results of IT projects carried out by IT consultants from the recognized consulting firms are quite often criticized by many clients who pay high price for hiring IT consultants. The purpose of this paper is that to weight of capability evaluation model for IT consultants. To define the capability model, I conducted the surveys from the IT professionals by the interview and e-mails. The result of this, this paper defines what core skills IT consultants should have to perform well when they carry out the IT projects. There are 6 major skills and 17 sub skills IT consultants should have in succeeding IT projects. 6 major skills are job competence skill, communication skill, business attitude, vocational values, job performance skill, leadership skill and related 17 sub skill are defined. With the capability evaluation model, the managers who are in the charge of incubating and enhancing the capability of IT consultants in the large corporation and also small, medium companies will utilize their companies' strength to get the advantage on the business competition.

This study examined the data from 300 Daejeon and Chungnam Province's lifelong educators to establish the mediated effects of emotional intelligence on job performance and the influential relation between them. A research model and hypothesis was conducted from preliminary research, and the main data was brought into statistical analysis with the SPSS 20.0. The statistical analysis was divided into frequency, primary factors, and reliability; the tools used were the Varimax rotation factor analysis, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The analysis was also performed using the Pearson correlation coefficient, where the hypothesis was proven through regression analysis. The results showed that first, emotional intelligence and all of its sub factors have a positive influence on job performance. Second, job satisfaction, a factor shown in emotional intelligence and job performance, appeared to have mediating effects on self-awareness, self-management, social recognition, and relationship management. The results suggest that systematic training and development programs for improving emotional intelligence will be needed to build the competence of lifelong educators.
The aim of study is to suggest the improvement of the major curriculum used in the department of furniture design in two-year colleges. For this purpose two processes were conducted step by step. The first phase was to evaluate the jobs selected by job analysis specialist and staffs in charge in July 2009, and to analyze what are the desired points for the good adaptability and business improvement in case that student would find job in relevant field after graduating from colleges. Furniture design coordinator hereupon was selected as the object and DACUM (Developing A CurriculUM) was applied to the method of job analysis. In the second process conducted from September 2009 to October 2010, the customized curriculum based on the result from the first phase was newly opened to help student create any design result. This study was composed of the result of job analysis, the customized curriculum based on it and the research of efficiency through the end result and finally the discussion how to improve the customized education for the future. It is no doubt very important process for the step up of quality of college education, the improvement of students' competence and their good adaptability after finding jobs. This study should lay the foundation of different job analysis and the customized curriculums accordingly for not only furniture design coordinator, also for various furniture design-related jobs, and furthermore it should be expected that the continuous research and development contributes to the realization of college education to raise excellent students.

This study examined the causal relationship among the leadership type, organizational commitment, and job performance, and to improve the organizational performance and effective methods of human resource management in hospital organizations. The survey period was from October 6, 2016 to October 20, and 375 employees working in hospitals were selected for the final survey. To analyze the validity of the measurement variables, reliability and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted, and the covariance structure equation analysis was conducted to grasp the causal relationship among leadership, organizational commitment, and job performance. In conclusion, leadership, organizational commitment, and job performance were significantly different according to the occupation(p<0.05), age(p<0.05), and working period(p<0.05), and individual care(p<0.001) and conditional reward(p<0.001) showed a high causal relationship with the organizational commitment and job performance. In the future, leadership that can take care of the individual characteristics of the members of the organization and ability to demonstrate their competence will be needed, and it will be necessary to establish a reasonable compensation system after measuring the degree of achievement of work. In addition, leadership needs to be in place to promote organizational performance considering the job type, gender, age, and duration of work. Managers should make efforts to form an organizational culture and provide related education programs to improve loyalty and attachment of members to the organization.

The purposes of this study were to: a) provide evidences concerning the effects of emotional leadership b) examine the impacts of emotional leadership on employee-related variables, 'job satisfaction', 'organizational commitment', 'organizational performance' and 'turnover intention', and c) identify a conceptual framework underlying emotional leadership. A survey was conducted from August 23 to November 3, 2005 to collect data from mid-level managers in food service company headquarters (N=219). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (12.0) for descriptive, reliability, factor and correlation analyses and AMOS (5.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The main results of this study were as follows. First, the managers gave the highest point to their leaders in the emotional leadership competence 'organizational awareness : reading the currents, decision networks, and politics at the organizational level' and gave the lowest point in the emotional leadership competence 'influence: wielding effective tactics for persuasion'. Second, the means of job satisfaction was above the midpoint (3 points). Employees' job satisfaction with 'coworkers' was relatively high. However, the extents of satisfaction with 'payroll' 'promotion', and 'work environment' were relatively low. Third, the organizational commitment was above the midpoint (3 points). In the organizational commitment, 'loyalty' factor was higher than 'commitment' factor. Fourth, the means of organizational performance was above the midpoint. The highest organizational performance variable was 'internal efficiency; trying to reduce cost' and the lowest organizational performance variable was 'internal fairness ; equitable treatment and all are treated with respect with no regard to status and grade'. Fifth, most respondents intended on 'thinking of quitting ; towards turnover process'. Sixth, the test of hypothesis using structural equation modeling found that emotional leadership produced p[Isitive effects on job attitude and job performance. Emotional leadership enhanced job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and in turn, employees' attitude positive effects on organizational performance; emotional leadership also had a direct impact on organizational performance
