한방병동과 일반병동 간호사의 직무만족도의 비교연구 (Comparative Study on the Nurses' Job Satisfaction between the Oriental Medicine Ward and the General Ward)

  • In our society today, a variety of medical caring system, along with a scientific development in the area of oriental medical science plus national demand, has increased the augmentation and the opening of oriental wards and hospitals (Han Bang), which has come to create an additional requirement of nursing activity at oriental medicine wards should be different from that of the general wards or the same as the other. In view of this, various studies need to be made in this connection. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the number of nurses who want to work at oriental medicine wards and measure job satisfaction in nursing as compared with those working at general wards so as to provide basic materials for future assignment and supplementary training for the nurses. An attempt was made to contribute toward nursing administration on the one hand improving nursing training course on the other hand. A total of 72 nurses currently working at two oriental medicine hospitals available in Seoul and 82 general nurses were selected for this study using the questionaire from December 1993 to January 1994. An instrument for the study was based on the measurement of work satisfaction developed by Paula L. Stamps including 37 questions complemented by Kim for revision (1993) and 14 questions regarding general characteristics and oriental medicine wards. The instrument to test dependability showed Cronbach's=0.7711. The collected data have been processed by computer package SPSS. General characteristics of the two groups and the matters involved in oriental medicine wards were calculated into real figure and percentage an similarities between the two groups were analyzed by t-test and F-test according to the characteristics of variables. The comparative test on work satisfaction among the two groups including general characteristics and work factors were conducted by t-test and F-test. The major findings as a result of the study are as follows : 1. As general characteristics, age group of $26{\sim}30$ years are more than any segment of age. As to marital status, the number of those in single status is slightly higher than the married. Approximately 80% of them are graduates of nursing schools and nursing colleges. They are mostly in service for one to three years. There is no significant difference between the two groups. 2. The number of those who want to work at oriental medicine wards represents 40.3% against 58.4%, being in favor of general wards. 3. The reason for service at oriental medicine wards is that "there is room for potential research" which happened to rank first, followed by "easy job," "good working atmosphere" and "growing interest in oriental medicine." 4. Work satisfactions among nurses who work at oriental medicine wards prove greater than that of nurses who work at general wards. 5. Work satisfaction between the two groups by work factors is reflected with significant difference statistically on task requirement, interaction and doctor-nurse relationships. 6. The general charcateristics and the work satisfaction by work factors prove that there are significant difference in age, marital status, education and the period of work. They tend to be more satisfied with the work as they grow in age. Significant differneces are found in the work factors such as autonomy, adiministration and professional job in the relationship with doctor-nurse. As to marital status, the married are more satisfied than the unmarried. There are significant differneces in the factors respecting administration and doctor-nurse college graduates are highly satisfied with task requirement. However, satisfaction with the professional level has proven the highest degree for those having master degree. The period of work and satisfaction : There are significant differneces in task requirement, administration, interactions, professional level and doctor-nurse relationships. As a general rule, the degree of satisfactions is in proportion to the lengrh of service. The following conclusions are drawn based on the fndings mentioned above. Even though the work satisfaction of the nurse who work at oriental medicine ward is relatively high, it is desired that personal consultation be given as to disposition of nurses when they are assigned to oriental medicine wards. It is also recommended that lectures on oriental medicine be conducted through supplementary training and/or basic nursing course in order that they may be motivated for ingenious activities with an increasing sense of self-esteem which will eventually enhance positive changes for the patients who are in need of oriental medicine nursing and for the medical teams. In addition, joint reseaches involvingclinical care and education should be in constant process for unique and scientific development for those who are subject to oriental medicine nursing care.

3차진료기관 외래약국 투약대기시간에 영향을 주는 요인 (Factors Affecting Patient Waiting Times at the Outpatient Pharmacy Department in a Tertiary Care Hospital)

  • Background: The number of outpatients visiting large university teaching hospitals has increased drastically with the introduction of a nationwide health care insurance in 1989 and the improvement of the socio-economic status of the population. This resulted in long waiting times for services, particularly prescribed drugs, which have been patients' chief complaints. Hospitals have tried to solve the problem with limited success because their approach lacked comprehensive research. The objective of this study is to investigate associations between waiting times and variables defining a total work system. Methods: Data for the outpatient pharmacy department in a tertiary care university teaching hospital located in Seoul was analyzed to achieve the study objective. Associations of pharmacy system variables -- work load, work force, pharmacist work schedule, machine problems, and inventory control -- with mean and 99th percentile of waiting times were examined by the hierarchical stepwise regression method. Day was a unit of the analyses. Results: The regression models explained 65.8% of variance in the mean waiting time and 61.34% in the 99th percentile of waiting times. The break-down of the printer for drug envelops, Automatic Tablet Counters (ATCs), and main computer system lasted longer than 30 minutes increased the mean for 7.7 minutes, 4.5 minutes, and 7.0 minutes, respectively, and the 99th percentile for 14.8 minutes, 9.0 minutes, and 15.7 minutes, respectively. Concerning the work force, study results showed that there were significant differences in the productivity of pharmacists with work experience more than three years, one to three years, and less than one year, and showed that peak time aid work by pharmacists at job assignments other than the outpatient pharmacy, part-time pharmacists, and the installation of ATCs were effective in reducing waiting times, Finally, study findings indicated that the operational policy of work assignment and rotation schedule, supply and inventory of drugs at work tables, and readiness for undisrupted work during the work hours could have a significant effect on waiting times. Conclusion: The study results indicated that efforts to reduce waiting times for prescribed drugs should be geared toward every components of the pharmacy work system ranging from work schedule of pharmacists and supply of dugs at work tables. These findings should provide hospital managers with right directions in battling the problem.

암환자의 퇴원후 계속 간호 프로그램 개발 (The Development of a Continuing Nursing Care Program for Cancer Patients after Discharge)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a continuing nursing care program for cancer patients and the caregivers staying at their home and to test its effects on patients' symptom distress, caregiver burden, and satisfaction of life. The continuing nursing care program was based on the homecare needs of cancer patients, and was provided by three clinical nurses who took care of the patients while they were hospitalized. The program consisted of discharge education about selfcare using education materials(book and handout) and provisions of direct care. These were counselling and education during which visiting patients' home one week after discharge and telephone counseling two weeks after discharge. Counseling by telephone was always available during the research period. A quasi-experimental research design was used to test the effects of the program. Subjects for this study were 53 cancer patients discharged from the hospital and caregivers. These subjects were assigned to an experimental group (n=23) receiving continuous nursing care, or to a control group (n=30) not receiving continuous nursing care. Data from control group was collected first to protect from contamination. Data collection was done from October of 1998 to February of 2000. The collected data was analysed using mean, t-test, and chi-square test computed by SPSS software. The summary of results was as follows: 1) The symptom distress was a little decreased at posttest, but there were no significant differences between the experimental and the control group in symptom distress. 2) The score of caregiver burden was significantly decreased in experimental group at posttest, but no differences in control group. 3) There were no significant differences between the experimental and control group in the satisfaction of life. 4) The score of satisfaction of continuing nursing care program in experimental group at posttest was 2.321 of 3. In conclusion, even though this study did not obtain evidence of effectiveness of continuing nursing care program on patients, such as. It is still expected to be effective by a more improved program. Therefore we want to give some suggestions for further studies. 1) It is needed to make a communication channel with the patient's doctor to response promptly and appropriately to patient's conditions. 2) The research is necessary on patients in terminal stage or early stage of cancer diagnosis who have many nursing needs. 3) It is needed to readjust the roles and job assignment of clinical nurse to implement effectively as a program provider.

질 관리 실무자가 인지하는 업무중요도와 수행업무에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Importance of Works Perceived by Quality Improvement Coordinators and Their Current Work Performances)

  • Background : This is an investigative study to analyse the importance of works perceived by Quality Improvement(QI) Coordinators and to evaluate their current work performances using the questionnaires developed by the investigator. Methods : The data were collected from 37 subjects over two weeks period from Oct. 1 to Oct. 17, 1998 and analysed by the descriptive statistics of SPSS program. The items of questionnaire are consisted of 13 work domains including 73 activities based on Quality Management(QM) Coordinator's job description of National Association for Healthcare Quality:data collection & analysis, communication, monitoring, evaluation, accreditation, tool development, policy development, program development, self development, education & trainning, system design, planning, and consultation & support. Results : 1) Of the performances in 13 work domains, the frequencies of the work performed were accreditation(89%), planning(88%), communication(83%), data collection & analysis(82%), monitoring(76%), policy development(72%), consultation & support (71%), education & trainning(70%), self development(68%), evaluation(63%), tool development(61%), program development(44%) and system design(43%) in order. 2) For the importances (1=not important, 5=very important), the policy development(4.46) scored highest then monitoring(4.42), planning(4.41), education & trainning(4.38), communication(4.35), evaluation(4.34) tool development (4.30), data collection & analysis(4.29), program development(4.22), consultation & support(4.22), accreditation(4.15), self development(4.05) and system design(3.98) in order. 3) There was a difference between the work performance and the perceived importance. The results showed the low performances in policy development, monitoring, education & trainning and evaluation which ranked high by the perceived importance and the high performances in accreditation, data collection & analysis, self development, communication and consultation & support which ranked middle to low by the perceived importance. 4) The reasons for low performances of QI Coordinators were the lack of clear assignment for the responsibility and allowed authority for work to QI Coordinators(30.8%), insufficient member of QI Coordinators(13.9%), lack of hospital director's interest(11.5%), low motivation of QI Coordinators (10.6%) and insufficient knowledge & experience of QI Coordinators (8.8%). Conclusion : Most works were perceived important by QI Coordinators, but there was a difference in the work performance. The works performed over 70% were related with accreditation, data collection & analysis, communication, planning and monitoring, on the other hand under 50% in performances were related with system design, program development, tool development and evaluation.

  • 오늘날의 기업은 상품을 판매하는 것 뿐만 아니라 기업의 신용과 이미지를 위해 그 상품에 대한 사후처리(After Service) 업무에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 이러한 양질의 사후서비스를 고객에게 공급하기 위해서는 많은 인력을 합리적으로 관리해야 하고 요청되는 고장수리 서비스 업무를 빠르게 해결하기 위해서는 업무를 인력들에게 합리적으로 배정을 하고 회사의 비용을 최소화하면서 정해진 시간에 요청된 작업을 처리하기 위해서는 인력들에게 작업을 배정하고 스케줄링하는 문제가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 화학계기의 A/S 작업을 인력에게 합리적으로 배정하는 스케줄링 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 스케줄링 모델을 HP 사의 화학분석 및 시스템을 판매, 유지보수 해 주는 "영진과학(주)"회사의 작업 스케줄을 분석하여 필요한 도메인과 고객서비스전략과 인력관리전략에서 제약조건을 추출하였고 여기에 스케줄링 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 제약만족문제(CSP) 해결기법인 도메인 여과기법을 적용하였다. 도메인 여과기법은 제약조건에 의해 변수가 갖는 도메인의 불필요한 부분을 여과하는 것으로 제약조건과 관련되어 있는 변수의 도메인이 축소되는 것이다. 또한, 스케줄링을 하는데에 있어서 비용적인 측면에서의 스케줄링방법과 고객 만족도에서의 스케줄링 방법을 비교하여 가장 이상적인 해를 찾는데 트래이드오프(Trade-off)를 이용하여 최적의 해를 구했으며 실험을 통해 인력에게 더욱 효율적으로 작업들을 배정 할 수 있었고 또한, 정해진 시간에 많은 작업을 처리 할 수 있었으며 작업을 처리하는데 있어 소요되는 비용을 감소하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. 전문계 고등학교 의상과 교육에 대한 교사와 학생의 인식 (The Recognition of teachers and students on clothing department education in vocational high school)

  • 전문계 고등학교 의상과 교육의 효율적인 운영방안을 모색하고자 전국의 전문계 고등학교 의상과 교육현황을 자료를 통해 조사하고, 의상과 교육에 대한 학생과 교사의 인식을 설문지를 통해 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 전문계 고등학교 의상과는 전국 10개교이며 학과 명칭이 다양했다. 교사의 교원자격 표시과목은 의상, 가정 등이고, 실습실은 각 학교마다 2~7개가 설치되었다. 전문교과 단위 수는 82~112단위로, 의복재료관리, 복식디자인, 서양의복구성은 10개 학교에서, 한국의복구성은 9개 학교에서 개설하였고, 홈패션, 편물, 한국무늬, 자수과목의 개설 빈도는 낮았다. 학생의 의상과 선택 동기는 대학진학 가능성이 가장 컸고 만족도는 보통이었다. 전문교과 교육과정에 대한 만족도는 보통이었고, 이론과 실습 모두 다소 어렵고, 이론과 실습시간의 비율은 적당하다고 인식했다. 서양의복구성을 중요하게 생각하고, 자수/편물은 폐지되기를 원했고, 패션코디가 개설되기를 희망했다. 실습시설에 대해 보통의 만족을 보였고, 현장실습은 다소 필요하다고 인식했다. 대부분 졸업 후 진학을 희망했고, 실습시설 및 기자재 확충 요구가 가장 높았다. 교사는 전문교과 교육과정에 대해 보통으로 만족하고 불만족 이유는 산업체와의 거리감 때문이 가장 많았다. 교과서의 개선이 필요하며, 이론과 실습 모두 다소 어렵게 느꼈고, 이론과 실습의 비율은 적당하고, 전문교과 교과목 수는 보통이라고 인식했다. 서양의복구성을 중요하게 생각하고, 자수/편물 과목의 폐지를 바랬으며, 패션CAD의 개설을 희망했다. 실습시설에 대한 만족도는 보통이며, 현장실습의 필요성은 보통이라고 하였다. 학생의 진로로 취업보다 진학이 전망이 밝다고 인식하였고, 진학위주로 교육하고 있었다. 연수 내용으로 유행하는 패턴 연수가 가장 필요하다고 하였다. 애로사항으로 수업 외 업무과중을 들었으며 교원 수의 증가를 원했다. 의상과 교육은 직업교육과 계속교육의 두 가지 목표를 달성하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 직업교육을 위해 산업체 현장실습과 같은 산학연계 등을 통해 취업에 힘쓰고 이를 위해 다양한 실습 프로그램을 개발해 실습수업을 활성화 해야 할 것이다. 또한 현실적으로 대학 진학을 원하는 학생들이 많으므로 계속교육에 대한 요구도 무시할 수 없어 동일계 전형을 통한 대학 입학도 적극 지원하도록 해야 한다. 또한 의상과 전문교과의 내용수준을 교사와 학생 모두 다소 어렵게 느끼고 있으므로 교과내용 수준의 조정이 필요하며 중요도와 선호도에 따른 교과목의 조정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교사의 증원이 필요하며, 교육의 질을 높이기 위하여 의상과는 의상전공 교사가 담당해야하며, 교사의 재교육으로 다양하고 정기적인 연수가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

양성자치료기 가속기 시설에서의 작업종사자의 방사선 피폭 연구 (A Study of Radiation Exposure in Proton Therapy Facility)

  • 국립암센터에 설치된 양성자 치료기는 양성자 가속기의 운영을 통해 많은 양의 이차방사선을 방출하게 되는데, 이는 양성자 빔이 가속 중에 주위의 물질과 반응을 하여 이차 입자를 발생하고 방사성 동위원소도 생성하기 때문이다. 생성된 방사성 동위원소에 의한 방사선량은 시간에 따라 감쇠되지만 양성자 치료기의 운영 및 유지보수를 위해 수시로 가속기 작업종사자들이 시설내부로 접근해야 하며 이로 인해 이차방사선에 의한 피폭 문제가 발생될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 양성자 가속기(Cyclotron)를 포함한 양성자 치료기의 운영을 위해 필요한 작업종사자들의 작업환경을 평가하고, 적절한 수준의 방사선 방호대책을 수립하기 위해 양성자 치료기 운영 중 가장 높은 수준의 방사선이 발생되는 양성자 가속기(Cyclotron) 및 주변 지역에서의 가속기 가동에 따른 방사선 발생 정도를 측정하였고 그 지속시간을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 양성자 빔의 손실이 가장 큰 가속기 주변과 에너지 선택 시스템(Energy Selection System, ESS)지역의 탄소(graphite, $^{12}C$) 재질로 구성된 에너지 감쇠장치(degrader)에서의 방사선 변화를 추적하고, 가속기에서 생산된 230 MeV의 고정된 에너지 빔이 에너지 감쇠장치(degrader)를 거쳐 ESS를 통해 전송된 빔의 효율을 산출하고 빔의 전송 구간에서의 상대적인 방사화 정도를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 자료를 토대로 작업종사자들의 작업간 피폭 수준을 계산하고 연간 피폭 정도를 측정하였다. 작업 중 가속기 시설내의 선량은 수십 ${\mu}Sv/h$로 다른 방사선 치료기에 비해 상대적으로 높은 수준이지만 작업시간을 고려한 연간 총 피폭 선량은 작업자에 따라 1~3 mSv/year 정도로, 연간 피폭 한계 선량보다 충분히 낮은 수준으로 운영이 가능하였다.

한방간호 관리체계 연구 (Summary and Conclusion Title :Oriental Nursing Management System)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the present conditions of nursing investment contents, its conversion process, and output in Oriental University Medical Center, Korea to get good qualified Oriental nursing result which is the ultimate purpose of the Oriental nursing management, and to develope a matrix of Oriental nursing management system on the basis of that project. The subjects for nursing investment and output contents were eighteen nursing directors in eleven Oriental University Medical Center and two hundred thirty-nine nurses with three years and over experience in Oriental medical center. The subjects for Oriental nursing organization, human affair management, and control function were nineteen Oriental medical center in Oriental University Medical Center, Korea. Data were collected from November, 2002 to February, 2003 with questionnaire. Data analysis was done by SPSS PC+ 12 program. Frequency, percentage, and minimum/maximum values were used for investment contents, and frequency and percentage were used for conversion process and output contents. 1. The input factors of oriental nursing management system The objective's western hospital career was over five years of one hundred and seventy-five(73.2%) persons. Nursing in-service education was performed in fourteen hospitals(77.8%). Two hundreds(83.7%) were pro to oriental nurse system. Only four hospitals(22.2%) had independent budget in nursing division. Nursing staff allocation to the bed was from 2.8:1 to 9.06:1 respectively, with a big gap of the rate following the hospitals. 2. The conversion factors of oriental nursing system 1) Oriental nursing system Oriental hospital nursing system was organized independently in ten hospitals among eighteen hospitals. The recruitment of nurses which was a vital role of the nursing division of the hospital was mostly(79%) opened. The education to develope nursing personnels was through in-service one in 97.4%. Education for oriental nursing and management was performed in 42.1%(eight hospitals) and that for reserves was done in 36.8%(seven hospitals). Administration for nursing education by nursing division was 68.5%(thirteen hospitals). The post education evaluation was performed by report submission in 36.8%(seven hospitals), by written examination in 26.3%, by questionnaires in 21.1%, and by lecture presentation in 15.8% subsequently. The directorial meeting for the nursing directors was attended by 84.2%(sixteen hospitals), and the meeting type was the medical executive and support division executive meeting in 55.6%(ten hospitals) and the personnel management in 39.6%(seven hospitals). 2) The actual conditions of oriental nursing personnel management The reason of working in oriental hospital was by voluntary in 67.1%(a hundred and sixty persons), by nursing department order in 28.0%(sixty-seven persons), and by others in 5.0%(twelve persons) respectively. The shift form was a three-shifts one in 94.7%(eighteen hospitals), a two-shift one in only one hospital. Duty assignment was functional in 52.6%(ten hospitals), team and functional in 26.3%(five hospitals) and no team alone. Promotion manual was present at 68.4%(thirteen hospitals) and the competency essentials comprised of performance evaluation in 79%, interview, written examination, training result, study result subsequently. No labor union existed in 79%(fifteen hospitals) 3) Oriental nursing preceptor system There were five oriental hospitals(27.7%) administering the preceptor utilization model, which showed lower rate than the twenty-two medical university hospitals in Seoul in which fifteen hospitals (72.7%) were having the system. To the question of necessity of oriental nurse system asked to the objectives of two hundred and thirty-nine with more than three year-experience in oriental hospital, two hundred persons(83.7%) answered positively. 4) The control of oriental nursing The evaluation results from the target hospitals were mostly not opened in 89.4% of oriental hospitals. Thirteen hospitals(68.3%) had evaluation system of direct managers and the next were three hospitals(15.8%) of direct managers and selves. There was one hospital(5.3% each) where fellows and superiors, fellows, and inferiors' evaluation was performed and no hospital where superiors, fellows, inferiors and selves, and superiors, fellows and selves' evaluation was performed. The QI activity of nursing was 42.1%(eight hospitals) for nursing service evaluation, 36.8% for survey of ECSI, 26.3% for survey of ICSI, 15.8% for medical visit rate, 10% for hospital standardization inspection in sequence. 3. The output factors of oriental nursing management system The job satisfaction appeared good in general, indicating very good in thirty-seven persons (15.7%), good in one hundred and fourteen persons (48.3%) and fair in eighty-five persons(36.0%).

2015 개정 교육과정의 '과학탐구실험' 실행에 대한 사례연구 -문화역사적 활동이론(CHAT) 측면에서의 이해- (A Case Study on the Practice of 'Science Inquiry Experiment' in the 2015 Revised National Curriculum: An Understanding in the Perspective of Cultural-Historical Activity Theory(CHAT))

  • 본 연구는 그간 탐구 및 실험중심의 교육이 미비했던 고등학교 현장에 '과학탐구실험'이 신설 도입됨에 따라 교사의 과학탐구실험 실행과 그 과정에서 발생하는 모순을 문화역사적 활동이론(CHAT)의 관점으로 심층적으로 분석하였다. 연구참여자는 경기도에서 과학탐구실험을 전담하고 있는 신교사로, 1학기의 과학탐구실험 수업 운영에 대한 반성을 시작으로 2학기 과학탐구실험 수업 운영과 함께 과학탐구실험 운영과 관련된 활동체계 요소를 중심으로 참여자에 대한 면담, 수업에 대한 참여관찰, 과학탐구실험 운영과 관련된 현지자료 등을 분석에 사용하였다. CHAT의 6가지 활동체계 요소를 중심으로 신교사의 과학탐구실험 실행에 대한 기술적 분석을 실시하였으며, 신교사의 활동체계 내에서 발생하는 모순을 규명하였다. 신교사의 통합과학과 과학탐구실험 실행 전반에 걸쳐 드러나는 모순은 신교사(주체)와 동료교사와의 공유된 책무성의 부재(분업) 사이에서, 그리고 신교사(주체)와 상반된 내용의 직무 연수(공동체) 사이에서 발생하였다. 신교사의 과학탐구실험 실행 과정에서의 특이적 모순은 교과 특성에 대한 인식(주체)과 업무분장 시기(규칙), 탐구실험의 특징(객체)과 미비한 실험실 환경과 도구준비 과정(도구), 그리고 과학탐구실험의 목표(객체)와 평가 지침(규칙) 사이에서 발생하였다. 이러한 모순은 직 간접적으로 신교사의 과학탐구실험 교수 실천에 영향을 끼쳤으며, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 교사의 과학탐구실험 수업 실행을 지원하고 촉진할 수 있는 활동체계가 조성되기 위한 지원과 구조적 체제가 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 과학탐구실험이라는 신설 교과를 운영하는 과정에서 교사를 둘러싼 문화적, 구조적 요인들과 활동체계 요소들의 연관 속에서 발생하는 모순에 주목하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
