특급 호텔 조리직 종사원의 직무 태도와 조직 몰입이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Attitude and Organization Absorption of theCooks in Special Grade Hotels on Their Job satisfaction)

  • This study was conducted to investigate how job attitude and organization absorption of hotel employees influence their job satisfaction and present a plan for development to the high level based on the result. It carried out the survey with 289 cooks of special grade hotels in Seoul area. According to the result, organization absorption raised by .677 when emphasizing job roles and it raised .141 when stressing the organization behavior. Furthermore, it revealed that job roles and the factor of organization behavior influenced(p<05) job satisfaction, while job roles affected job achievement(p<05). What is more, it appeared that the factors of organization absorption significantly affected satisfaction and achievement each in statistics. Considering such results, it can be presented that job attitude of cooks in special grade hotels who have optimistic mind meaningfully influenced organization absorption and job satisfaction. It showed that even though the job imposed on the cooks of special grade hotels are relatively high, organization absorption goes up as job attitude is positive, which means high productivity connecting with job satisfaction in the end.

비정상상황에 대한 항공교통관제사의 개인 및 팀 차원의 대응이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 연구 : 인지전략 구성요인을 중심으로 (A Study for the Effect of Air Traffic Controller's Individual and Team Response against Emergency Situation on Organizational Effectiveness)

  • This paper tried to analyze the response of air traffic controller(ATC) against abnormal situations using survey based on cognitive strategies suggested by Malakis et al.(2010). The survey designed to empirically analyze the effect of the cognitive strategy factors on organizational effectiveness. The main purpose of this research was as follows: First, it was analyzed both the individual-scale and team-scale factors which constructed the cognitive strategy against abnormal situations. Secondly, how seriously impact the ATC's cognitive strategies on their organizational effectiveness. The organizational effectiveness was divided into such two latent variables as job absorption and job satisfaction. According to the a analysis, it was proven that premeditated act of ATC had a positive significant effect on team-scale cognitive strategies such as teamwork, communication and error management. Moreover, it was found out the team-scale cognitive strategies had also a positive significant effect on job absorption. On the other hands, individual-scale cognitive strategies had no or negative effect on job absorption. Job absorption was proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction of ATC.

  • This paper tries to provide and apply implications to line operation based on the analysis results by using empirical research methods. This paper has focused on the relationship among transformational leadership, job satisfaction, job absorption and loyalty. Following previous researches, the variables and hypothesis were defined and quantitatively measured in my research in order to analyze the effect of flight attendants' transformational leadership on their job satisfaction and loyalty. The managerial implications could be suggested as follows. Job absorption should be increased to improve flight attendants' loyalty to organization by increasing job satisfaction. Flight attendants' job satisfaction is related to transformational leadership which could be classified into Charisma, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulus. Therefore flight attendants could be motivated by airline's controlling their charisma, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulus. Solutions below are suggested to increase job satisfaction, absorption and loyalty.

경영자의 직무스트레스가 기업네트워크와 흡수역량을 통해 의사결정품질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Enterpriser Job Stress on Decision Quality through Corporate Network and Absorption Capacity)

  • 본 연구는 경영자가 합리적인 의사결정을 할 때 경영자의 직무스트레스가 의사결정품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보고, 기업네트워크와 흡수역량을 통해 의사결정품질을 높일 수 있는지에 대해 실증분석 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업 경영자를 대상으로 356명의 설문 데이터를 수집하였고, SPSS v.25와 AMOS v.24를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 직무스트레스 중 도전적스트레스는 의사결정품질에 정(+)의 영향을 주었고, 방해적스트레스는 의사결정품질에 부(-)의 영향을 주었으며, 기업네트워크와 흡수역량은 모두 의사결정품질에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 또한, 도전적스트레스와 방해적스트레스는 기업네트워크와 흡수역량을 통해 의사결정품질에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 직무스트레스의 도전요인이 의사결정품질에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것을 검증하였으며, 기업네트워크와 흡수역량이 의사결정품질을 높이는 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와같이 결론을 논의하고 시사점 및 후속연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

보육교사 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of The Main Causes of The Effect of The Job Satisfaction to The System Absorption of The Childcare Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 어린이집에서의 보육교사 역할의 중요성에 대한 인식 확산 및 시설이 확대되는 시점에서 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사들을 대상으로 조직몰입에 대해 스스로 어떻게 평가하고 있는지를 살펴보고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 서울지역 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사를 대상으로 직무만족 자기인식 요인과 원장의 리더십 자기인식 요인, 인구통계학적 특성, 직장관련 특성 요인들이 조직몰입(정서적 몰입, 규범적 몰입, 지속적 몰입)에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 직무만족, 개별적 고려, 지적 자극, 동기부여, 연령, 학력, 시설유형, 시설규모, 직급 등이 조직몰입에 대한 자기평가에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 보육교사는 원장의 지적 자극을 올리는 리더십, 동기부여를 제공하는 원장의 리더십, 교사 개인별로 배려를 해주는 원장의 리더십을 접할수록, 그리고 보육교사 개인이 인지하는 직무만족 자기평가가 높을수록 조직몰입에 반응정도가 긍정적인 방향으로 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 어린이집 원장은 보다 적극적 및 교사 배려적 운영을 위한 리더십을 펼치는 한편, 보육교사들의 직무만족 향상을 위한 다양한 경영서비스 제공 및 개발이 요구된다고 할 것이다.

조직 메모리 제공과 개인-직무, 개인-조직 적합성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 : 흡수역량을 매개로 (The Effect of Organizational Memory Affordance and Person-Job, Person-Organization Fit on Organizational Performances : Mediating Absorption Capacity)

  • 4차 산업 혁명 시대에는 데이터의 효율적인 활용 수준이 그 기업의 성과에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 조직 메모리 제공이 개인-직무 적합성과 개인-조직 적합성의 수준에 따라 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 흡수역량이 매개로 했을 때의 효과를 실증 분석하였다. 대기업, 중견기업, 중소기업 재직자 317명을 대상으로 설문데이터를 분석한 결과, 조직 메모리 제공이 충분한 조직은 개인-직무 및 개인-조직 적합성 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 흡수역량도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 조직 메모리 제공은 개인-조직 적합성을 매개할 '때 흡수역량에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 개인-직무 적합성과 개인-조직 적합성은 조직성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치나, 흡수역량을 매개할 경우는 개인-조직 적합만이 긍정적인 영향 관계가 나타났다. 본 연구는 흡수역량의 선행 요인으로 조직 IT 구축환경과 구성원들의 조직과 직무에 대한 인식을 종합적으로 분석하고, 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 동시에 실증함으로써 연구의 의의가 있다.

현장재생골재를 사용한 포장용 콘크리트의 기본 물성실험 (Evaluation of Concrete Material Properties for Pavement Using Job-site Processed Recycled Aggregates)

  • PURPOSES : This study was performed to investigate a feasibility of job-site use of recycled concrete aggregate exceeding 3% of absorption rate. Test variables are coarse aggregate types such as natural aggregate, job-site processed recycled aggregate, and recycled aggregate processed from the intermediate waste treatment company. METHODS : First, aggregate properties such as gradation, specific gravity and absorption rate were determined. Next a basic series of mechanical properties of concrete was tested. RESULTS : All strength test results such as compression, flexure and modulus were satisfied for the minimum requirements. Finally up to first 48 elapsed days the shrinkage strains of concretes made from both recycled aggregates (in case of volume-surface ratio of 300) appeared to be greater than 26% of the companion concretes made from natural aggregates. CONCLUSIONS : Drying shrinkage result is ascribed to greater absorption rate and specific gravity of those specimens made from recycled aggregate. This may be reduced with an addition of admixtures.

학교급식 조리종사자의 직무 만족도에 영향을 미치는 직무 소진, 직무 관여 및 조리작업안전에 대한 인식 (The Factors (Job Burnout, Job Engagement, the Workplace Safety) Influencing Employees' Job Satisfaction in School Food Service Operations)

  • The study was conducted to investigate the influences of food service employees' job burnout, job engagement, and workplace safety perception on their job satisfaction. A survey was administered on 589 school food service employees in Gyeongbuk from December 5, 2005 to February 18, 2006. The final response rate was 71% (N= 416); the data were analyzed using SPSS Windows (ver. 12.0). A majority of the respondents were females (99.0%) and 40 years old or older (75.3%); 84% were temporary contact-based or irregular workers. Among the job burnout dimensions, exhaustion ($2.98{\pm}0.59$) was rated higher than cynicism ($2.33{\pm}0.54$), while professional efficacy level ($3.61{\pm}0.47$) was relatively high. In terms of job engagement, the means of absorption ($3.67{\pm}0.49$) and dedication ($3.65{\pm}0.52$) were higher than that of vigor ($3.22{\pm}0.46$). A systematic environmental level ($3.15{\pm}0.58$) was lower than safety knowledge level ($3.63{\pm}0.49$) among the workplace safety statistics, whereas the anxiety level ($3.25{\pm}0.74$) was relatively high. The food service staff were more satisfied with 'supervisors' and 'co-workers' than with 'pay' and 'promotion'. A hierarchial regression analysis revealed that dedication, absorption, systematic environment, and safety knowledge were significant factors to increase job satisfaction and exhaustion which significantly decreased their job satisfaction.

항공교통관제사의 감정통제가 직무몰입과 조직충성도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Air Traffic Controllers' Emotional Regulation to Their Job Involvement and Organizational Loyalty)

  • Air Traffic Controllers (ATC) are also essential to the efficiency of airports and the airline industry. With the increasing volume of traffic, managing flights is a complex and sometimes very stressful job. ATC is using radar and other technology to track planes 'en route' between airports and keep in touch with pilots. Alternatively, ATCs are liaising with the planes on approach. However, ATC's working condition is getting more stressful, as the volume of air traffic increases. Thus this paper tried to research cognitive emotional regulation, job satisfaction, and job involvement and organizational committment of ATCs under the stressful work condition, taking care of safety of a couple of hundreds passengers per plane. Using CERQ survey sheet (Cognitive Emotional Regulation Questionnaire), it was found out that positive thinking and acceptance of self-blame have a significant impact on job satisfaction, work absorption and organizational Loyalty.

Influence of Dental Hygienist's Job Satisfaction, Psychological Ownership, and Job Engagement on Job Performance

  • Background: This study is to identify the factors that affect job satisfaction, psychological ownership, and job engagement of dental hygienists on job performance and use them as basic data for manpower management of dental hygienists. Methods: The survey was conducted by 344 clinical dental hygienists working in dental medical institutions. The collected data is PASW Statistics ver. 20.0 was used to analyze. Results: The job satisfaction level of the dental hygienist was 3.38±0.52, and the question that 'I feel that my ability to solve problems has improved compared to the past.' was 3.92±0.80. There were significant differences in job satisfaction, psychological ownership, and job engagement according to general characteristics in age, marriage, education, career, current work experience, and position. There were significant differences in job performance according to general characteristics in age, marriage, education, career, current work experience, position, and number of dental hygienists. Factors influencing job performance were practical activities, income, patient relations, absorption, vigor, dedication, and the number of dental hygienists. Conclusion: Finding different ways to use psychological ownership and job engagement through the job satisfaction of a dental hygienist, and to and to utilize it as basic data for efficient manpower management through job performance.
