A new commercial strain 'Jinhwang' of Pholiota adiposa was developed by hyphal anastomosis. It was developed with crossing between monokaryotic strains derived from ASI 24001 and ASI 24004. The optimum temperature of mycelial growth was $25^{\circ}C$ and that of fruiting body development was $15{\sim}18^{\circ}C$. The color of pileus was yellowish brown and many scales and gelatinous sheath were on cap. Average number of individuals a bottle was 26 and its stipe was thick. P. adiposa can be produced by box cultivation using cotton waste.

We evaluated the fruit quality and the incidence of physiological disorders in Asian pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) cultivar 'Jinhwang' treated with 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP, $1.0{\mu}L{\cdot}L^{-1}$) under different temperature conditions to determine appropriate shelf-life period. The postharvest application of 1-MCP in 'Jinhwang' pears showed positive effects at all storage temperature (18, 25 or $30^{\circ}C$) with regard to flesh firmness, marketable fruits (>20N) only attainted with 1-MCP treated fruit after 21 days of shelf-life. A high incidences of physiological disorders and of fruit decay rates were obvious in the fruits distributed at $30^{\circ}C$ and low incidence of physiological disorders including core browning and mealiness were attained at the fruits treated with 1-MCP when we compared with untreated control. The production of ethylene and respiration rates increase coincide with elevated distribution temperature. High respiration rates were obvious in the control fruits, it reached approximately two times higher than the that of 1-MCP treated one regardless of market temperature. These results demonstrated that the application of 1-MCP, especially at high temperature market condition, represented as an effective postharvest technique for newly developed Asian pear 'Jinhwang'.

This study examined the specific contents of social welfare policies of the Joseon Dynasty through the analysis of Mokminsimseo, Aemin Sixjo and Jinhwang Yukjo, and identified the connection between them and today's social welfare policies. As a result, In the Care of the People, it contained the basic contents of the Elderly Welfare Act and welfare services for the elderly, and in the Freedom, it included welfare policy services related to infants and children, and the value system of welfare for the disabled through government affairs. The policy direction was confirmed, and it was found that disaster relief calls for social integration in response to social crises and disasters. This also confirmed that major areas of social welfare policy such as family safety, income security, health policy, and social integration have been emphasized through social welfare policy indicators. In addition, through the analysis of Qinhwangyukjo, it was found that it contains not only the basic ideology and values of the social security system and social insurance system in terms of visa, scale, and power, but also the details of specific policy implementation. Today's social welfare policies and social service policies, which are equipped with social welfare facilities and are implementing systematic social welfare services for each target, were able to confirm their foundation through the Qinhwangyukjo. This confirms that the emphasis on social integration and income security is prominent in the Qinhwangyukjo through the social welfare policy indicators of the current policy system.
