슬슬의 연구 (A Study on the Slsl)

  • This study is concerned with the slsl 瑟瑟. The identity, origins of the word, kinds, the place of production, and the sues of he sl sl were examined. The world sl sl means the sapphire. The Chinese word se se(seh seh), 瑟瑟 was derived from the Hebrew word, she she meaning marble. The use, meaning and the phonetic value of the sl sl between the Chinese and the Hebrew were the same each other. It indicates that the Chinese word se se(seh seh) was the transliteration of the Hebrew word she she. The sl sl were produced in the Middle East Asia and the sl sl used in ancient China was mainly originated from the Middle East Asia. The sl sl of Silla was also the sapphire and it was an article of the imported goods from the Middle East Asia. Women of Jin gol(true bone) were not use the sl sl as a material to decorate for their combs and headdresses. Also women of yuk du pum (six du pum) were prohibited to use the sl sl as a material for their combs. It indicates that the privilege to use the sl sl for a comb and in a head dress was restricted to the queen in Silla and it remained as a symbol of nobility and dignity.

음한(陰寒)에 대(對)한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) (The literature on the genital cold sign(陰寒))

  • According to the literature on the genital cold sign, results were as follows. 1. Genital cold sign is that patient feel cold the part outer reproductive system. 2. The primary cause of genital cold sign is the kidney yang vacuity, and the others are the spleen vacuity, fulling down damp-heat, vacuity consumption, frenetic movement of ministerial fire, dedilitation of kidney yin, insecurity of kidney yang, impairment spleen with vacuity consumption, 3. The primary treatment of genital cold sign is warming and recuperating kidney, and the others are enrich yin and norishing blood, supplement the vital energy and enrich blood, clearing away dampness, etc. 4. For the medical prescriptions are used PalMiHyan(八味丸), GeJiGaYongGolMoReoTang(桂枝加龍骨牡蠣湯), GoJinTang(固眞湯), GaGamNaiGoHyan(加減內固丸), SipBoHyan(十補丸), YoSuYuTang(吳茱萸湯), ChungHonTang(淸魂湯), HuiChunSan(回春散), JoYangSan(助陽散), ChungHonTang(淸魂湯), YoncDamSaGanTane(龍膽瀉肝湯), SiHo-SoengSoepTang(柴胡勝濕湯).

한국 미기록 식물: 갯바늘골(사초과) (A new record of Eleocharis parvula (Roem. & Schult.) Bluff, Nees & Schauer (Cyperaceae) in Korea)

  • 사초과의 Eleocharis parvula (Roem. & Schult.) Bluff, Nees & Schauer가 인천광역시 강화군에서 발견되었다. 이 종은 작은 방추형의 괴경, 건조했을 때 격막이 없는 줄기, 3개의 주두 및 암술대 기부와 수과 사이에 홈이 없는 특징을 가지고 있어 한국에 분포하는 근연 분류군들과 구분된다. 국명은 생육지를 고려하여 '갯바늘골'로 신칭하였고, 이에 대한 기재, 도해, 사진 및 검색표를 제시하였다.

Similarity Analysis for the Dispersion of Spiraling Modes on Metallic Nanowire to a Planar Thin Metal Layer

  • We propose a simple model to elucidate the dispersion behavior of spiraling modes on silver nanowire by finding correspondence parameters and building a simple equivalent relationship with the planar insulator-metal-insulator geometry. The characteristics approximated for the proposed structure are compared with the results from an exact solution obtained by solving Maxwell's equation in cylindrical coordinates. The effective refractive index for our proposed equivalent model is in good agreement with that for the exact solution in the 400-2000 nm wavelength range. In particular, when the radius of the silver nanowire is 100 nm, the calculated index shows typical improvements; the average percentage error for the real part of the effective refractive index is reduced to only 5% for the $0^{th}$ order mode (11.9% in previous results) and 1.5% for the $1^{st}$ order mode (24.8% in previous results) in the 400-800 nm wavelength range. This equivalent model approach is expected to provide further insight into understanding the important behavior of nanowire waveguides.

  • 배광 분포 제어가 용이한 높이 분할방식 반사컵 설계를 수행함에 있어서, 배광 설계시 배광 분포의 설계오차를 줄이기 위하여, LED 칩 표면상의 광량 분포 변화에 따른 반사컵의 배광 특성 변화 경향성을 파악하여 최적 설계에 적용하였다. LED 패키지의 반사컵을 높이에 따라 2단 분할하여 최적 설계한 결과, 교차형과 비교차형의 조합 설계를 통해서 최대 광도와 균일도를 조절하거나 암흑 영역을 없애는 등 다양한 기능성 설계가 가능했다.

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to determine if there is any relationship among the distance from the skin to cervical epidural space, patients height, weight, neck circumference and body mass index (BMI). Methods: The data was collected from 219 patients who suffer acute and chronic pain from neck and upper extrmities. Cervical epidural catheterization was perfomed at the $C_{6-7}$, $C_7-T_1$ intervertebral space. The depth of the epidural space from the skin, age, height, weight and neck circumference were measured by a standard ruler and the BMI was calculated. Results: The distance from the skin to cervical epidural space at $C_{6-7}$, $C_7-T_1$ in males, and $C_{6-7}$, $C_7-T_1$ in female were $4.69{\pm}0.55$ cm, $5.24{\pm}0.61$ cm, $4.28{\pm}0.49$ cm, and $4.83{\pm}0.54$ cm, respectively. Conclusions: The results indicated that body weight, neck circumference and BMI could be a guideline for the location of the cervical epidural space.

유동식 및 고형식을 이용한 동위원소 식도통과검사의 임상적 의의에 대한 연구 (Clinical Evaluation of Radionuclide Esophageal Transit Studies using Liquid and Solid Foods)

  • The author performed radionuclide esophageal transit studies(RETS) with liquid and solid boluses using the same day protocol in 90 normal controls and 164 patients with various primary esophageal motility disorders who were diagnosed by manometric criteria and clinical courses. The authors calculated mean esophageal transit time(MTT) and mean residual retention(MRR) in each of the liquid and solid studies, and classified time-activity curve(TAC) patterns. The normal criteria of RETS with liquid bolus were MTT<24 sec, MRR<9%, and the TAC pattern that showed rapid declining slope and flat low residual(Type 1). The normal criteria of RETS with solid bolus were MTT<35 sec, MRR<9% and TAC of type 1. With these normal criteria, the sensitivity and the specificity of the liquid study were 62.2 % and 97.8%, respectively. The sensitivity increased to 75.4% with the solid study. The author also found that the RETS was highly reproducible. The achalasia typically showed no effective emptying of both liquid and solid boluses during the whole study period, and was well differentiated by its extremely long transit time and high retention from the other motility disorders. The diffuse esophageal spasm (DES) and nonspecific esophageal motility disorder(NEMD) showed intermediate delay in transit time and increased retention. In the groups of hypertensive lower esophageal sphincter(LES), hypotensive LES and nutcracker, there noted no significant difference with the normal control group in terms of MTT and MRR. The DES and NEMD could be more easily identified by solid studies that showed more marked delay in MTT and increased MRR as compared with the liquid study. In conclusion, esophageal scintigraphy is a safe, noninvasive and physiologic method for the evaluation of esophageal emptying.

  • 본 논문에서는 단일경계 표면플라즈몬 도파로의 모드특성을 잘 이해하기 위해 복소차분도표를 제안한다. 기존의 표면플라즈몬 모드는 군속도의 부호가 바뀌는 부분을 기준으로 분류되었는데, 여기에서 군속도는 표면플라즈몬 모드 진행방향의 전파상수와 광자 에너지에 대한 분산 관계식에서 접선의 기울기이다. 표면플라즈몬 모드는 진행방향에 대해 수직한 방향의 전파상수도 가지고 있기 때문에 이를 종합적으로 이용하여 모드를 분류하는 것이 필요하다. 복소차분도표는 전파상수의 실수 부와 허수 부의 차이를 변수로 하여 나타낸 도표로서 이를 이용하면 모드 분류가 가능하고 또한 광자 에너지에 따른 종합적인 전파상수의 변화 경향을 살펴보는 것이 용이하다.

  • 고출력 LED 패키지의 방열 특성 향상을 위하여, 다이 접합부에 실리콘 접착제와 금속 패턴의 병렬 접합 구조를 적용하여 열 유동 해석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, LED 칩에서 발생한 열은 주로 금속 패턴 구조물을 통해 기판으로 효과적으로 전달되고 있으나, 패턴 구조물의 크기에 따라 효율의 차이가 있음을 확인하였고, 그 효과를 정량화하기 위해 정규화 길이를 도입하여 칩과 금속 패턴 구조물의 면적에 따른 열 저항을 비교하였다. 정규화 길이가 길어지면 금속 패턴 구조물에 의한 열 우회 경로가 칩에 고르게 분포하여 열 저항이 감소하였으며, 그 값은 단순 병렬 열 저항 이론 값보다 다소 큰 수치로 수렴하지만, 충분한 열 저항 개선 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • This thesis looks into the characteristics and compares the clothing styles between the Three Kingdom to the Unified Shilla era. The purpose of this study is to see what common themes exists between the foundation of Korean clothing and how it has evolved and through see to what extent the Chinese influence has been to Korean clothing culture. Also by explaining the originality and creativity of Korean clothing, we will be able to make clear the status of Korean culture. These findings include the following; 1. The Korean strait line Gik-ryong Kyo-im can also be found at the Gochang region in the west. 2. The Ban-ryong-ui, worn by the aristocrats of the Three kingdom and Unified Shilla era, began to appear from the nobles from the Nam-Buk cho(South-north era). This combined with a Bokdu(headwear) became a part of casual dress wear. 3. Go(pants) became a traditional part of clothing for Unified Shilla and the west. 4. Ban-bi and Bae-dang, all forms of Bansu-ui ( short sleeve), came from Chinas Kucha and Hotan and came to Korea. 5. Chinas Pae-baek and Pae-za (Shawl) which is the same as Unified Shillas Peo was also to be found to have come from the west. 6. The way a different color line was added to clothing both can be found in Korean and western clothing. Similarities to material used are; First, expensive wool was used and mostly originated from the west. From far away Rome came the O-saek-gae (Five-color wool). Secondly, Kong-gak me (peacock feather) and Bi-chi mo were all originated from the west. Third, Sil-sil is stated in the Sam-kuk Sa-ki (Three Kingdom records) as being prohibited to be worn by Jin-gol women (Highest nobility during Shilla era) as headwear or comb (pin) or as a comb(pin) for yuk-doo poom ( 6th class nobility) women. Suggesting that it existed and other sources tell us that it came from Tashkent region of Russia and was a jewelry of some sort. From what we have seen above, we can see the similarities between Korean and western clothing cultures and that these interactions not only occurred with China but with many other nations. We can see that our ancestors were creative and original that when importing foreign cultures that they transformed them into a Korean style. That these foreign cultures were transformed into our own style is good evidence to these facts.
