최근 국내시장에 판매되고 있는 막걸리의 종류는 매우 다양하며, 주류시장에서도 큰 수입원으로 부각되고 있다. 또한 국내뿐 만아니라 해외수출 비중도 높아지고 있으며, 주류관련 기업에서는 고급화 전략으로 마케팅을 하고 있다. 막걸리와 더불어 상품화 비중이 높아지고 있는 기능성 주류는 미용, 건강, 갈증해소 등 다양한 효능을 가지고 있으나, 일반적인 주류의 홍보에 비해 상대적으로 미비한 상태이다. 본 연구의 일부분으로 제작되는 막걸리는 피부미용, 면역력 강화, 뇌기능 개선 등의 효과를 갖는 감태를 주성분으로 하여 제조한 기능성 주류이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 감태를 이용한 기능성 막걸리의 제조과정과 막걸리의 특성을 파악한 효과적인 홍보 방안을 위한 콘텐츠 설계 및 개발에 대한 제안한다.

본 연구는 2008년에 개최된 제주국제관악제에 따른 관광산업이 제주지역 경제에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하고, 제주지역 사회 문화에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 제주지역 산업연관표를 활용하여, 축제 개최에 따른 관광산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였고, 선행연구를 정리하여 사회통합적 측면, 정치선전적 측면, 문화발전적 측면, 산업적 측면 4부문으로 나누어 제주국제관악제가 제주지역 사회에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and the competitiveness improvement of game contents industry comparing to relative LQ index of the no. of character company, the no. of employee and the amount of revenue of 2011, 2012, and 2013 between including Metro area and regional blocks(kangwon, chungchung, daekung, honam, dongnam and jeju region. The results of this research are as follows. In case including metro regional analysis, no. of employee suggested Metro and Chungchung have high competitiveness in during the 3 years. And in case of no. of game company suggested honam, dongnam and jeju area have high competitiveness between 2012 and 2013. The amount of revenue of game industry indicated the only Metro area have over LQ 1.0 which relative higher competitiveness than the other culture contents industry. But in case of except of Metro, no. of game company indicated honam, jeju have relative high competitiveness over LQ 1.0 and the no. of employee indicated kangwon, chungchung, honam and jeju showed relative competitiveness during 3 years. The amount of revenue of game industry indicated kangwon, chungchung and honam suggested high competitiveness. Honam area have strong competitiveness among three category by regional longitudinal analysis. Kangwon and jeju area suggested 2nd strong regional competitiveness. The main competitiveness of game industry were well established among national industry cluster.

본 실험에서는 애기달맞이꽃(Oenothera laciniata Hill)를 80% EtOH로 추출하고 추출물을 극성에 따른 용매 분획을 실시하여 분리된 분획의 총 페놀화합물 함량과 DPPH radical 소거, xanthine oxidase 저해활성, superoxide 소거활성 및 nitric oxide 소거활성 및 세포독성 등의 생리 활성을 측정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 애기달맞이꽃은 산소 유리기의 자유기를 소거할 수 있는 우수한 생리 활성물질을 다수 함유하고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었으며 분획 레벨에서의 활성이 대조구 성분 못지않게 우수하게 나타났다. 또한 총 폴리페놀 함량과 세포독성이 가장 높게 나타난 EtOAc 분획물을 농도별로 HL-60세포에 처리한 결과, 세포성장 억제는 농도 의존적으로 나타났으며, 따라서 세포성장 억제효과가 apoptosis 유도에 의한 것이지를 확인하고자, apoptosis 유도에 의하여 나타나는 현상의 하나인 DNA 단편화 현상을 비롯하여 세포 형태학적 변화 및 유동세포분석기를 통한 DNA content을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 애기달맞이꽃 추출물에 의한 세포증식 억제효과는 apoptosis유도에 의해 세포사멸이 일어남을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 제주도 근해에 자생하는 참가죽그물바탕말 (Dictyota coriacea)의 에탄올 추출물 및 순차적 용매분획물을 얻어 B16F10 mouse melanoma 세포및 RAW 264.7 세포에 처리하여 멜라닌 생합성 및 tyrosinas 억제활성, NO 억제활성을 통하여 유용자원으로서 미백 및 기능성 화장료로 산업적 활용 가능성이 있는지 알아보고자 연구를 시행하였다. 실험한 결과 B16F10 세포에서 참가죽그물바탕말 에탄올 추출물과 헥산 분획물, 에틸아세테이트 분획물이 tyrosinase와 멜라닌 합성을 농도 의존적으로 뛰어나게 억제하였으며, 단백질 및 mRNA 발현양이 tyrosinase와 TRP-1 유전자에서 농도 의존적으로 감소함을 보였다. 하지만 TRP-2 단백질과 mRNA 유전자의 발현을 확인한 결과, TRP-2 단백질과 mRNA 발현이 농도에 관계없이 일정하였다. 또한 LPS로 자극한 RAW 264.7 세포에서 참가죽그물바탕말의 에탄을 추출물과 헥산 분획물, 에틸아세테이트 분획물이 가장 높은 NO 생성 억제 활성을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 참가죽그물바탕말 추출물이 항염증 활성을 가지는 미백 관련 기능성 소재로서의 활용가치가 있음을 보여준다.

Three coniferous essential oils were extracted from Abies koreana, Cryptomeria japonica, and Torreya nucifera by hydrodistillation. The chemical composition of each oil was analyzed by GCMS, and their antimicrobial activities were tested against two bacteria and one yeast strains. Fortyseven compounds were identified from A. koreana oil, 39 from C. japonica, and 59 from T. nucifera. Main components of the essential oils were limonene (23.5%), bornyl acetate (17.9%), ${\alpha}-pinene$ (11.1%), and camphene (10.2%) in A. koreana, kaurene (26.3%), ${\gamma}-eudesmol$ (19.0%), elemol (6.9%), and sabinene (5.1%) in C. japonica, limonene (13.5%), ${\delta}-cadinene$ (10.5%), ${\alpha}-bisabolol$ (10.2%), and ${\alpha}-copaene$ (7.7%) in T. nucifera. Among the three coniferous trees tested, the essential oils of A. koreana exhibited higher and broader antimicrobial activity against the tested organisms than those of C. japonica and T. nucifera.

Application of industry roadmap is to propose the vision on the future through correction and supplement of various environment change(nation competition power uplift, origin technology development, long and short-term vision establishment, R&D investment improvement, co-work increase etc). Now, in Jeju region, Roles of traditional medicine is needed by environmental needs(competition loss of Jeju industry, limitation of tourism industry etc). Thus, the purpose of this study is to contribute to region economy activity by building the TRM of foods field in traditional oriental medicine industry through the analysis of earlier TRM paper and materials.

The purpose of this research is to propose employee uniforms for tourist hotels on Jeju Island, such uniforms that embrace Jeju's unique culture and promote the tourism of Jeju Island. It has been suggested that there exists a need for hotel employee uniforms to attract more tourist attention and boost Jeju's tourism industry. We designed the uniform after analyzing the empirical data collected from academia thesis, periodicals, papers and pictures from internet search, and fashion industry magazines. The uniform analysis and production procedures are as follows: (1) precedent research case review (2) current (existing) uniform status survey (3) latest fashion trend analysis (2010 - 2014) (4) creating the uniform implementing the trend-based design with Gal Cheon, Jeju's cultural product material. We found tipping points of the design through literature and trend analysis; we developed appropriate uniforms accordingly that are harmonious with Jeju's unique identity. We received great evaluations on the appearance and comfort as well. A new concept of uniform featuring Gal Cheon has been proposed. It is expected that the uniforms will promote the brand image of Jeju as an international freedom city and its culture.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze quantitative and qualitative effects through input-output analysis and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method for checking the effects inducing high value to Jeju region economy by culture industry. In analysis results, Investment to culture industry has a positive effect on Income effect, employment effect, linking the other industry on Jeju region economy. And so, for activation of the Jeju region economy, Culture Industry based on Knowledge should be cultivated.
