In a digital environment that is keep in change content from smart phones to tablet PC are a social network service is holding deep place in our lives. Social networking applications has building a network and communication with others than other application, it means that Social networking applications are sharing not only personal purpose in that trend of variety and competition of these social networks can be expected to trend and be developed thru analysis of user certification. this study of social network service application is proposed to developing of application thru analyze the two-effective application which is high ranked in google store. the theoretical foundation was set based on the seven elements of the social network service of the information structures designed by Jean Smith. This study proceeded analysis is for the functional elements of Facebook and Instagram, and the advantages and disadvantages through survey research. As a result of the empirical analysis to user of Instagram and face book of communication, identity, satisfaction for the group are equally. Instagram is about the presence, reputation, and Facebook has had a high level of satisfaction for each sharing and relationship. Facebook got high satisfaction from sharing features, but user feel of discomfort in the randomly showing advertising content. Instagram is not showing off advertise on common page of content, it is good point to be complementary to facebook. And, Instagram hashtag is good for convenience, but satisfaction is high with Facebook. in order to increase the satisfaction of Instagram, it is necessary to consider the main advantage of the communication and the functional aspects of the share from facebook.

In order to analyze the Land Surface Temperature (LST) in metropolitan area including Seoul, Landsat and MODIS land surface temperature, Automatic Weather Station (AWS) temperature, digital elevation model and landuse are used. Analysis method among the Landsat and MODIS LST and AWS temperature is basic statistics using by correlation coefficient, root-mean-square error and linear regression etc. Statistics of Landsat and MODIS LST are a correlation coefficient of 0.32 and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 4.61 K, respectively. And statistics of Landsat and MODIS LST and AWS temperature have the correlations of 0.83 and 0.96 and the RMSE of 3.28 K and 2.25 K, respectively. Landsat and MODIS LST have relatively high correlation with AWS temperature, and the slope of the linear regression function have 0.45 (Landsat) and 1.02 (MODIS), respectively. Especially, Landsat 5 has lower correlation about 0.5 or less in entire station, but Landsat 8 have a higher correlation of 0.5 or more despite of lower match point than other satellites. Landsat 7 have highly correlation of more than 0.8 in the center of Seoul. Correlation between satellite LSTs and AWS temperature with landuse (urban and rural) have 0.8 or higher. Landsat LST have correlation of 0.84 and RMSE of more than 3.1 K, while MODIS LST have correlation of more than 0.96 and RMSE of 2.6 K. Consequently, the difference between the LSTs by two satellites have due to the difference in the optical observation and detection the radiation generated by the difference in the area resolution.

The objective of this study is to assess the availability of streamflow simulation using Radar-AWS Rain rate (RAR) data which is produced by KMA on real-time. Chuncheon dam upstream basin is selected as study area and total area is 4859.73 $km^2$. Mean Areal Precipitation (MAP) using AWS and RAR are calculated on 5 subbasin. The correlationship of hourly MAPs between AWS and RAR is weak on ungauged subbasins but that is relatively high on gauged ones. We evaluated the simulated discharge using the MAPs derived from two data types during flood season from 2006 to 2009. The simulated discharges using AWS on Chuncheon dam (gauged basin) are well fitted with measured ones. In some cases, however, discharges using AWS on Hwacheon dam and Pyeonghwa dam with some ungauged subbasins are overestimated on the other hand, ones using RAR in the same case are well fitted with measured ones. The hourly RAR data is useful for the real-time river forecast on the ungauged basin in view of the results.

Jeon Kwang(癲狂), term of oriental medicine, corresponds to psychopathy. This is recorded in the 22th chapter of Young Chu(靈樞). Jeon and Kwang come under Eum(陰) and Yang(陽) respectively. The symptoms of Jeon have silence, cry and giggle alternately, muttering, and so on. And those of Kwang have quick-tempered, absurd remarks, slander, and so on. The contents of this chapter are divided into three volumes. The first is descriptive of paroxysmal causes and various symptoms of Jean and methods of acupuncture and moxibustion. The second stales causes, symptoms, and remedy methods of Kwang. And the third describes about Pung Youk(風逆), Kweol Youk(厥逆), So Ki(少氣), and Tan Ki(短氣). A paragraph concerning of Mok Ja(目眥), so to speak side of pupil, is mentioned at the begginning of this chapter incomprehensibly. Si Ma(馬蒔) asserted that this one is not a pleonasm because mental condition is seen at Mok Ja. But Sa-Deok Jeong(程士德) decided this one doesn't relation to Jeon Kwang. In my opinion, both views have proprieties. It is in a controversy whether Jeon Kwang has somthing to do with Pung Youk, Kweol Youk, etc. Tan Pa(丹波) asserted that these don't have connection each other. But JI-Chong Jang(張志總) explained Jeon Kwang originates in Kweol Youk with a basis of So Mun(素門). It is difficult to judge which opinion is right, but I am of the opinion that paragraphs of Pung Youk and downward mentioned those of other chapter with a mistake in the process of transcription. On accout of not only shortage contents but also ancient writings of this chapter we cannot understand all about Jeon Kwang. In addition, each woodblock-printed book has different letters and every commentaries aren't the same. Till now, therefore, basic study hasn't been done enough to offer a foundation to the theory of medical treatment. The purpose of this study is to correct wrong letters, to take out right commentaries, and then to interpret the accurat meaning of this chapter. I think this bibliographic study is quite meaningful because of hardship to cure psychopathy in clinic as well as of a viewpoint of basic study. However as this thesis is insufficient, so I expect many studies come out later.

The purpose of this study is to review the current state of the transformational leadership and LMX approach to the study of leadership. Leadership research has witnessed a shift from traditional transactional models to a new genre of theories of transformational and charismatic leadership and LMX. Transformational leadership theories offer the promise of extraordinary individual and organizational outcomes. Leaders motivate followers to perform beyond expected levels by activating higher order needs, fostering a climate of trust, and inducing them to transcend their self-interest for the organization's sake. Numerous investigations point of the robustness of the effects of such leadership on individual and organizational outcomes such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and performance. LMX theory suggests that leaders do not use the same style in dealing with all subordinates, but rather develop a different type of relationship or exchange with each subordinate. These relationships range from those that are based strictly on employment contracts to those that are characterized by mutual trust, respect, liking, and reciprocal influence. LMX has been positively related to job satisfaction, productivity, and career progress of managers and negatively related to turnover and employee grievances. In conclusions, effective leaders link achievement of organizational goals to follower fulfillment of self-development goals, with the former advancing the latter.

This study analyzed the trends of fashion market in 15 branch stores of 3 major department stores in Seoul. The purposes of this study were to classify fashion zone and brands in each floor of the department stores, and to analyze the rate which a fashion brand was located department store. The results were as follows : 1. There were sundry goods on main floor, women\`s clothings on 2-4th floor, sports & golf wears and infants & children\`s clothings from 6th floor to the top in most department stores. 2. Lotte Chamshil branch had the largest number of fashion brands in it, the nest was Lotte Main store and followed by Hyundai Chunhoe branch, Shinsegae Gangnam branch, Hunndai Shinchun branch, Lotte Gangnam branch, Hyundai Main store, Hyundai Muyeuk-Center branch, and Lotte Youngdeungpo branch, etc. 3. The fashion categories of the Lotte Department stores were segmented as the Casuals (character, young, young basic, career, town, jean, city), Young worlds, Imported beautique, Madams, Designers(beautique), Intelligences, Unisex, Ladies formal wears, the Seasonables, and the Formals, Missy Careers. This was the most various fashion market segments among 3 major department stores. This store had 667 Women\`s fashion and Casual brands. The Chamshil branch and Main store were intensified the Casual & sundry goods on 5th floor. 4. The fashion categories of the Hundai Department stores were segmented as Women\`s wears, Women\`s casuals, Young-Adult, Young live, Women\`s former wears, Royal beautique and Young characters. It was less segmented than other Department stores. Total number of Women\`s fashion and casual brands were 471 brands. The market segmentation of fashion zone was well done at Chunho branch and Shinchun branch. It was intensified that Fashion sundry goods at Muyeuk-Center branch and The Women and Young fashion zone at Chunho branch. 5. The fashion categories of the Shinsaegae Department stores were segmented as Casuals (young, young character, X-, missy, career, character), Imported beautique, Designer\`s characters, Young basics, Elegance, Missy, Young weave, Original brands. This store had 304 Women\`s fashion and Casual brands. Shinsaegae has also developed it\`s own brand(PB items) and classified as the Original zone which differentiated it from other Departments. 6. The Deco was the most popular brand in the department stores, the next were Micha/Botticelli, and followed by Darks/System/lzzat Baba, Givy/Obzee/Lee won jae/Kim yeon Joo, and so on. The target of 6 out of 10 brands which were included in here were career women of age 20 to 30 ages. The price rate were from 200,000 won to 300,000 won.

In this study, we performed growth of InGaN/GaN multi quantum well (MQW) structures on semi-polar (1-10]) GaN facet on 8-degree off oriented stripe patterned (100) Si substratcs by MOVPE. The structural and optical properties of the InGaN/GaN multi quantum well (MQW) structures grown on (1-101) GaN stripe depend on $NH_3$ flow rate, TMI flow rate and growth temperature are characterized by cathodoluminescence (CL) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). With the decrease of $NH_3$ flow rate, the threading dislocation of (1-101) GaN is considerably reduced. We could control the transition wavelength of InGaN/GaN MQW structures from 391.5 nm to 541.2 nm depend on the growth conditions.

The purpose of this paper is to show development examples of nature-friendly characters and to play a guide role for various nature-friendly characters to appear by presenting nature-friendly characters setting in Korea. Three famous examples of nature-friendly characters in foreign countries and the influence of nature on infants and young children will be examined with reference to previously published papers and published books. I have confirmed that nature harmony positively affects emotions and life respect of infants and young children, the characteristics of nature-friendly characters are 1. The characters are drawn based on nature environment as background. 2. They have been beloved for story of nature conservation and love for nature, and playing in nature environment. As story setting, I suggested 1. A story of forest experience with friends 2. A story of nature observation and exploration such as playing, exploration, and explanation 3. A drawing of Korea nature environment, including grass, flower, tree, insect, etc. 4. An educational and philosophical story of life respect, nature conservation, and love for nature.

The effects of vertical resolutions and planetary boundary layer (PBL) physics schemes in a numerical simulation with a very high resolution over the metropolitan area were investigated. The numerical experiments using the Weather Research and Forecast model were conducted from 0000 UTC 25 October to 0000 UTC 26 October 2013. We verified the numerical results against with six hourly observation data from the radiosonde at Seolleung, which was located in southern part of Seoul, and forty three auto weather systems in Seoul. In the experiments of vertical resolutions in low level atmosphere with 44, 50, and 60 layers, which are set to be subdivided particularly under 2 km height. The experiment in 60 layers, which has the highest vertical resolution in this study, showed relatively a clear diurnal variation of PBL heights. Especially, the difference of PBL heights and 10-meter wind fields were mainly seen in the area of high altitude lands for the experiments of vertical resolution. In the sensitivity experiment of PBL schemes such as asymmetric convective model-version 2 (ACM2), Yonsei University (YSU), and Mellow-Yamada-Janjic (MYJ) to the temperature, all three PBL schemes revealed lower temperature than observed profile from the radiosonde in the entire period. The experiments with YSU PBL and ACM2 PBL schemes show relatively less biased in comparison with the experiment of the MYJ PBL scheme.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the hip internal rotation on knee extensor and hip abductor electromyographic (EMG) activity during stair up and stair down mobility. Eighteen healthy subjects were recruited. All subjects performed stair up and down movements on a step of 30cm height while maintaining the hip in neutral (condition 1) and hip in internal rotation (condition 2). Surface EMG activity was recorded from five muscles (gluteus maximus, vastus lateralis (VL), vastus medialis oblique (VMO), posterior gluteus medius (Gmed), and tensor fascia latae (TFU)) and hip internal rotation angle was measured using a three dimensional motion analysis system The time period for stair up and down was normalized using the MatLab 6.5 program, and EMG activity was normalized to the value of maximal voluntary isometric contraction (%MVIC). The EMG activities according to the hip rotation (neutral or internal rotation) during the entire time period of stair up and down in each phase were compared using a paired t-test. During the entire period of stair up, the EMG activities of VL and TFL in condition 2 were significantly greater than in condition 1 (p<.05). During the entire period of stair down, the EMG activities of VL and TFL in condition 2 were significantly greater than in condition 1 (p<.05). However, the EMG activities of the other muscles were not significantly different between the conditions (p>.05). These results suggest that the stair up and down maintaining hip internal rotation was could be a contributing factor on patellar lateral tracking.
