한.중.일의 식품선호도 및 외식패턴 연구 - 인천공항을 통해 출국하는 관광객을 대상으로 - (The Research of Preference Food Material and Food Away from Home Behavior on Korean, Japanese, and Chinese - Tourists who depart as Incheon International Airport -)

  • The purpose of this study was designed to analyze the food preference and behavior on food away from home between Korean, Japanese and Chinese. The sample was selected each 200 people who were waiting departure in duty free zone, Incheon International Airport. The survey was developed by researcher and it consist of four parts that demographic characteristic, preference food material, preference cooking method and behavior on food away from home. As a result of the study, korean preferred soup, pork and raw vegetable and dine out with their family. Japanese preferred soup, beef, salad and dine out by themselves. Chinese preferred meat, fish, sauteed vegetable, and dine out with their family. When they were dine-out, Korean frequently ate Korean food, Fast food, Japanese food and Chinese, however Japanese frequently ate Japanese food, Chinese food and Italian food. Chinese frequently ate Chinese food and Fast food. Korean were sensitive of food price, but Japanese were sensitive of food taste and Chinese were sensitive of new experience and taste.

한국의 국가적 이미지가 의료관광품질의 기대 형성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Country-image on Expectation of Medical Tour)

  • Medical tourism is a contemporary phenomenon which has its root in both tourism and health service. Especially, Korea's medical tourism market has grown dramatically after activation of foreign patient attraction law. The purpose of this study is to find out which is the most influential factors among political, economic, relative and national image in case of Japanese tourists when they purchase Korean medical tourism. This study estimates the Japanese tourists' Trust in the Korean health service quality and tourism service quality. It means perception of medical tourism. The results are as follows; The political, relative and economic image not have any significant influences on tourism service and trust in health service quality. And just the national image has a positive influence on tourism service and trust in health service quality. Tourism service quality is related with trust in the health service quality. Trust in health service quality is only related with purchase intention of medical tourism. The implications of this study are: First, the national image factors such as thoughtfulness, high education and polite attitude should be utilized as a Korea medical tourism marketing strategy to differentiate itself from the other foreign country in Japan. Next, the differentiated national image in Japan will be the most important factors for Korean hospital and tourism companies to attract medical tourists.

식생활라이프스타일에 따른 일본소비자 한식 소비행동 및 시장세분화 연구 - 방한 일본관광객을 대상으로 - (Study on Japanese Consumers' Korean Food Consumption Behaviors and Market Segmentation Based on Food-related Lifestyle - Focusing on Inbound Japanese Tourists -)

  • This study attempted to identify differences in Korean food consumption behaviors between groups of Japanese consumers segmented in accordance to their food-related lifestyles. This study was performed to provide Korean food service companies basic information to implement a strategy for the globalization of Korean food. As a result of the empirical analysis, the food-related lifestyles of Japanese consumers were deduced to the following four factors: "health and safetyoriented lifestyle", "palate and safety-oriented lifestyle", "economic efficiency-oriented lifestyle", and "simplicity-oriented lifestyle". Further, as a result of the cluster analysis, food-related lifestyles were classified into the following three groups: "a group highly interested in food-related life", "an economic efficiency-oriented group", and "a simplicity-oriented group". Second, there were significant differences in demographic characteristics and the characteristics of Korean food consumption behaviors between the groups. Third, also in a comparison of satisfaction with and loyalty to Korean restaurants with crucial attributes during the selection of Korean food, there were significant differences between the groups. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various Korean food products that will cater to Japanese consumers in accordance with each segmented group.

일본ㆍ중국 유학생의 한국음식에 대한 기호도 및 한식당의 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Research on Korean Food Preference and the Improvement of Korean Restaurants for Japanese and Chinese Students in Korea)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the preference of Korean food and the satisfaction level with the service of Korean restaurants for Japanese and Chinese students in Korea. Self administered questionnaires were collected from 204 Japanese and Chinese students in Korea. The data were statistically analysed using t-tests, one-way ANOVA and their correlation. The most preferred Korean foods were Bulgogi, Kimgui, Haemul-pajun, Kalbi-tang, Bibimbap, Youkgaejang, Ssalbap, and Aehobarkjeon, in that order. Female students liked Korean food more than male students (p<0.05), and Japanese students more than Chinese students (p<0.001). of foreign students, 44.3% replied that they had teamed about Korean food at school, and 34.48% tried to cook Korean food at home. The foreign students answered that hygiene and cleanness were the most important factors to be improved for Korean restaurant. Other factors to be improved are the variety of menus, price level, taste, service, atmospheres, and quantity, in that order. Korean restaurants should strive to provide a high level of service and improved quality of Korean food, not only to foreign students, but also to other foreigners and tourists to present good image of Korea.

  • In this study, it is the study of foreign tourism content information providing utilizing mobile indoor location information services. In particular, we compared the Web App used in Osaka, Japan. Widespread use of smartphones in the world increases, it is changed to free travel of individuals from group travel. Tourists cultural complex shopping mall is able to travel in a room is increasing. By utilizing the services of the guidance location based on the room, it is possible to easily obtain the discount coupon information, tourism content. Also, it is possible to grasp the movement path and disaster relief information. Osaka Japanese tourists increased after the earthquake in Tokyo. So we compare the difference in Osaka web and applications. If improving the indoor location information service method of domestic if it would help foreign tourists attract. In addition, it will give a big impact if there is a fusion of the Internet of things.

IPA를 이용한 의료관광선택속성 연구 (Research on the Medical Tourism Attributes by IPA)

  • 본 연구는 의료관광선택속성의 중요도 및 성취도 분석을 통해 마케터들이 의료관광객들의 만족도를 높이기 위한 전략적인 수립에 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였고 의료관광활성화를 위한 관광정책의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이에 방한일본인 의료관광객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였다. 또한 요인분석을 통하여 편의성, 서비스품질, 차별성, 접근성의 4가지 요인을 도출하였으며 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 집중(I사분면), 유지(II사분면), 저순위(III사분면), 과잉(IV사분면)의 항목들을 도출하였다. 의료관광선택속성에 대한 IP분석결과 가장 집중해야할 노력 집중영역에는 예약수속신속성, 정보시스템의 용이 등으로 나타났다. 이는 중요도는 높은데 성취도가 낮은 항목으로 의료관광객을 대상으로 개선되어야 할 요인 중 가장 우선순위가 되어야 할 부문으로 집중적인 관리 및 운영이 필요함을 시사한다. 따라서 예약과 수속절차에 있어서 일본어가 가능한 직원의 배치가 필요함을 나타내며 직원교육 시 병원에서 필요한 기본 일본어 교육 등을 통해 이러한 점을 집중적으로 보완해야 할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다. 병원웹사이트를 운영함에 있어서도 수요자들이 원하는 정보를 다양한 방법으로 접근 가능하게 하고 일본인 의료관광객들에 대한 온라인 상담 또한 신속하고 원만하게 이루어질 수 있도록 다양한 방안이 모색되어져야한다.

지방고유산업과 관광사업의 연계방안 모색에 관한 고찰 - 일본 텐도우(天童)시를 중심으로 - (A Study on Connecting the Tourism Industry with Local Indigenous Industries - Focused on Tendou City in Japan -)

  • In order to vitalize the local area of Tendou City in Japan, this study chose a local indigenous industry and sought ways to connect the tourism industry with it. An inventory of local indigenous industry was assembled using relevant literature, field surveys, and interviews with local people. The Japanese chess industry was selected for a case study in connecting tourism with industry. Local indigenous industry was defined as an industry related to the local culture that uses local resources (and thus introduces possible industrialization). This industry can be easily marketed is to the rest of Japan or abroad. People in charge of local indigenous industry should understand the meaning and effects of connecting to the tourism industry, while people in tourism should acknowledge that local industry is good marketing material. Three steps are suggested: 1) to display the industrialy process of Japanese chess production: to tourism in safe and comfortable surroundings; 2) to offer amenities and producetion facility tuors; and 3) to offer tourists an opportunity to experience Japanese chess productions first hands.

외국인의 한국관광 만족도 및 영향요인에 관한 연구 -중국, 일본, 미국 관광객의 비교- (A Comparative Study on Satisfaction and Influence Factors of Chinese, Japanese and American Tourists in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라를 방문하는 전체 외래관광객 중 가장 큰 구성비를 차지하고 있는 주요 3국인 중국, 일본, 미국의 관광소비자를 대상으로 각 국적별 관광 특성, 만족도 및 영향요인을 비교하여 향후 외래 관광객을 유치하기 위한 차별화 영역을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문화체육관광부에서 제공하는 2016년 외래관광객 실태조사 원자료 중 대상 국가 관광소비자 5,160명의 데이터를 추출하여 분석에 활용하였다. 그 결과, 하위영역별 관광만족도 및 전반적 만족도 모두 국적에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 중, 일, 미 관광소비자의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 공통적인 관광 하위영역 요인은 '음식'과 '쇼핑'인 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에 외래 관광소비자의 만족에 영향을 미치는 개별 요인이 상이하게 도출되어 이들의 특징과 요구에 따른 관광산업 육성정책의 모색이 요구된다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 향후 외래관광객 유치 전략을 수립하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

화장품 구매행동 연구 -한국인과 방한 중국·일본관광자를 대상으로 (Study of the Purchasing Behavior of Cosmetics :Focused on Japanese, Chinese Tourist and Korean)

  • 이 연구는 최근 증가하고 있는 국외 관광자 중에서 화장품을 구매하는 관광자의 구매행동과 내국인의 화장품 구매행동을 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 특히 중국과 일본인 관광자 및 내국인을 대상으로 화장품 구매행동의 속성과 그 영향 및 집단간 차이가 있는 지를 밝히기 위함이 연구목적이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌 연구와 실증연구가 실시되었다. 문헌연구에서는 화장품 구매행동과 관광자 쇼핑성향을 검토하여 실증연구를 위한 선행연구를 검토하였다. 실증연구는 국내를 방문하는 중국인과 일본인 관광자를 대상으로 설문지를 이용한 실증조사를 실시하여 조사된 자료의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하고 회귀분석과 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 화장품 구매행동은 기능성, 브랜드 지향성, 최신성, 충동성, 물리적 환경의 5개 요인이 추출되었다. 특히 소비자들은 연구자들이 이미 주목한 바 있는 기능성 중심의 화장품 구매에서 보다 복잡한 형태의 구매 즉 브랜드나 최신상품을 구매하려는 성향을 보인다. 더불어 구매전 후에 따라 구매행동 평가가 달라짐도 밝혔다. 그러나 중국, 일본 및 내국인별 화장품 구매속성은 화장품의 기능성 이외의 항목에서는 큰 차이가 없다. 이 연구결과로 볼 때 국내 화장품 기업도 브랜드를 강조하는 전략을 우선시해야 한다. 또한 화장품의 기능성 개발에 노력해야 하고 판매장소의 분위기와 판매원의 태도에 대한 노력도 기울여야 한다.

한류가 한국 음식에 대한 인식과 태도에 미치는 영향 -방한 일본인 관광객을 대상으로- (Impact of the 'Korean wave' on the Recognition and Attitudes to Korean Traditional Pood - Among Japanese Tourists Visiting Korea -)

  • This questionnaire study was conducted to investigate the levels of recognition and attitude for Korean traditional food among Japanese tourists. The aim was to provide basic data for making a detailed marketing direction alignment of globalization and commercialization of Korean traditional food. The results can be summarized as follows. The 'Korean wave(Hanliu)' was 'the number of known Korean star performers'(3.77 points), 'the number of watched Korean dramas'(3.67 points), 'the number of watched Korean movies'(3.44 points), 'the number of owned Korean singer's tapes or CDs'(3.04 points), 'the number of read books'(2.83 points), and 'the number of viewed cartoons'(2.49 points), in order. The high-intake frequency of Korean traditional foods was 'Bibimbap', 'Galbigui', 'Baechookimchi', 'Bulgogi', 'Kkakdugi', 'Tteokbokki', 'Japchae', 'Galbitang', 'fajeon', and 'Namullyu' in order. On the other hand, the intake frequency of 'Songpyeon', 'Inielmi', 'Sikhye' and 'Sujeonggwa' was very low. The most effective 'Hanliu' item for raising the recognition of Korean traditional food was 'the number of read books'. The most effective 'Hanliu' item for raising the experience of Korean cooking was 'the number of read books', followed by 'the number of watched Korean movies', 'the number of watched Korean dramas', and 'the number of viewed cartoons' in order. The most effective 'Hanliu' item for raising the intake frequency of Korean traditional food was' the number of watched Korean dramas', followed by 'the number of watched Korean movies' and 'the number of read books' in order.
